Fairytale rents was amazing! Their decorations were so beautiful and they matched so well with our wedding theme. Tiana and her team were awesome. Tiana was so nice and professional. It made the process so much easier. They were on time and decorated the venue with class. I am so grateful that they were there and I was not stressed at all. They did the tear down and set up. I would 100% recommend renting their decorations. Especially all of the decorations were their's so I didn't have to do any DIY projects.

We got married in September of 2023. We fell in love with the Lush Flower Wall that Fairytale Rents had on their website. The quality of the flower wall and neon sign was fantastic. We were extremely happy with how full the wall looked once set up and a bonus was that the set-up and tear-down process was so easy! The backdrop provided a beautiful focal point at our venue and our friends and family had such a fun time taking photos in front of it. The rental process was great - at pick up they ensured all materials were loaded into our vehicle, walked us through set-up and tear-down instructions and ensured any and all questions were answered. We would highly recommend working with their team for your decor needs!

*ATTN ALL BRIDES* RUN DON’T WALK!!!! If we could give 10000/10 stars- we would! Every interaction from start to finish was beyond exceptional with Tiana & her team at Fairytale Rents. My husband and I both said by far they were our favorite vendors to work with! Their responses were almost instantaneous- it was honestly so impressive! There are so many great things to say it’s hard to know where to even begin. We met with Tiana at their warehouse & saw all of their inventory & were immediately blown away by their realistic floral decor, classy signage, & beautiful backdrops! We were also so impressed by how well knowledged Tiana was and extremely professional. She is so prompt it’s truly remarkable! We went with their princess package at the time which was all inclusive that included full set up, tear down, & even a walkthrough at our venue with Tiana who helps put your vision to life! There was 100% full communication throughout the entire process and we had full access to Tiana pretty much at all times (we would send emails at 10 at night and would hear from her within minutes-no joke). Tiana even caught mistakes made by our venue (the week of our wedding- involving our seating assignments/ amount of people per table) that we didn’t notice, which truly saved the day! She is so on the ball- we wished she was our coordinator! lol. All in all- this vendor is so much more than just a rental company- they are someone we consider trusted friends & cannot say enough good things about them! BY FAR our greatest decision EVER to have used them to make our dream wedding a reality! I also feel they are very underpriced considering the high luxury quality & service that you get!! I have already recommended them to everyone I know & I am veryyyyyyy type A and they exceeded any and all expectations!!! BOOK NOW & thank me later!

OMG! Working with Tiana was one of the best parts of the wedding planning process for me. From our initial conversation to her understanding of my vision and incorporating my personality so seamlessly, she is AMAZING. Our decor was beyond stunning, and we got compliments from guests as well as all our other vendors. In addition, she communicated so efficiently with both me and the venue to truly ensure that everything came together. The decor was stunning and felt voluminous without being too much. It was true perfection! I absolutely loved working with her. She is insanely talented and just such a sweet human overall. Her entire concept is flawless, and renting decor just makes so much sense. The concept of having no waste was also so appealing to me when searching for how to accomplish wedding decor. Whether it is a wedding or another event, I cannot recommend Fairytale Rents enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Fairytale Rents. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to rent our decor. Richelle, Tiana, and Evan were all fantastic to work with. Their communication is clear, they work with you throughout your wedding planning process, and they are so thorough with inventory checking both before and during pickup of your decor. I also love that the fact that this business is reducing waste. We now don’t have to worry about re-selling our wedding decor. From day 1 I have never been so happy to find Fairytale Rents. I know how expensive decorations can add up and anything I could think of that I wanted - Fairytale Rents had. I can not recommend you guys enough - and have been doing so since 2021. ALL the decor from chargers to florals is high quality. I was on the fence about using fake flowers for decor and I am so happy that I did. It saved me so much money & honestly the decor looked better than the real flowers we used for the family/bridal party. You were able to make all my visions come true. On pick up day everything went smooth and when we had to drop everything off after the wedding I was so sad! They do have the option for the company to help set up and take down. Tiana is amazing and I am grateful to Richelle for all the emails she had to respond to (& was very quick to get back to me)! If you are on the fence - it is an absolute yes to use them!

Fairytale Rents was a fantastic vendor! The decorations were beautiful; they made a huge impact on the look and feel of our wedding. The team was very professional throughout the entire process: from the initial contact, to helping us select items, to viewing the warehouse in person, and the pickup and return. The team was great at answering our questions and guided us through everything we needed to know. We had family members pick up and drop off the decor in 2 mini vans with the seats lowered. We got one of the middle-tier packages, and we thought it was fairly priced. I would recommend Fairytale Rents to anyone getting married in Ohio. Renting decor from Fairytale Rents was one of the first things we did in our wedding-planning process, so we used the flower colors to guide our decision on bridesmaid/groomsmen colors. The "Lings Moments" flowers from the "Romantic Marsala Wedding" collection matched perfectly with the "Primetime Wine" vest/tie colors at Men's Warehouse and the "Cabernet," "Amethyst," and "English Rose" dress colors from Azazi.com.

Simply the Best! Tiana and her team helped make all of my daughter's wedding wishes come true! We were able to visit their original storage space to see items in person and we were blown away. Fairytale Rents has everything to bring your vision to life. Tiana helped with selections and editing to get just the right look. The day of the wedding she and her assistant were at the venue early for set-up and were right on time for tear-down. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future and will absolutely recommend Fairytale to everyone I know! OUTSTANDING!!!

AMAZING! This was the best bang for our buck in terms of our wedding. We were at a venue where we had to provide everything. So, working with Tiana and Fairytale Rents was perfect and they provided everything single piece of decor we needed. Not only that but they showed up the day before to set it up and then came back after our reception to tear down. I had a lot of questions and a lot of moving parts but Tiana was so great and I trusted her to make her own design judgements and recommendations!

If you are looking to make your venue look like the venue of your dreams, without any of the hassle, and on a budget, this IS the vendor for you! I used one of their easy all inclusive packages and it took away all of the stress of finding each little detail (card box, guest book signs, table decor). It was extremely convenient to pickup and drop off my decor all within days of my wedding. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated quickly. At drop off and pickup the staff was friendly and made the process easy. I will be recommending this service to all the new brides I know!

Im so happy I found Fairytale Rents for my wedding! It took so much stress off of me being the bride because I was able to rent ALL of my decorations from just one place. I got so many compliments on how elegant my wedding looked due to my decorations. The staff was so easy to work with when picking out all of my decorations and answering all of my questions! We ordered some decor for our wedding from Fairytale Rents & the entire process was a breeze! There is a complete catalogue online to peruse & Richelle made the entire process very simple & straightforward. We rented fake garlands & table numbers for our reception tables (because who needs 15 table numbers ever again after your wedding?!), decor for our ceremony arch, and some other odds and ends. Renting saved us hundreds of dollars (maybe more!) and I felt better about not buying so many things I would never use again. We are SO glad that Fairytale Rents is around in the Cleveland area!

Tiana and Evan are incredible. Decorations and decoration setup were such a stressor for me. When I found Tiana and fairytale it was a dream come true. Not only do they have everything you could think of for décor, but they also give you options for set up and tear down, which for me was a godsend! Day of I was absolutely blown away by my reception space. Tiana and Evan truly brought my vision to life. The amount of compliments I received on the décor was endless. Beyond that Tiana was so flexible. I was consistently changing my mind on what centerpieces I wanted and Tiana and her team were so quick to accommodate my changes as well as keep me updated on any new inventory they may have. Additionally, my venue threw a wrench into our setup time and Tiana and her team pivoted so quickly and made the new time work! I cannot recommend Fairytale rents enough. They have an amazing collection of items and some “show stopper” pieces that wowed my guests. They were quick to respond and always incredibly professional and helpful. We loved working with Fairytale Rents! As someone who is generally not very good with design, the reception decor was one of my bigger stresses. Was I gonna have to drop thousands on stuff I didn’t even know worked together? I knew I didn’t love the farmhouse or boho style but that seemed to be what everyone was selling. Enter Tiana and her team. Their inventory is BEAUTIFUL. The process to pick everything was so easy, they made suggestions where I was unsure and even were able to swap something out last minute when I realized our guest list wouldn’t fit on the find your seat sign I had picked. The drop off and pick up process was super easy and everything was packaged and labeled perfectly. My husband and I both say it was the best decision we made to go with Tiana and team — it removed so much stress from the planning process and for that I am eternally grateful!

I was very late to the game on knowing I could rent wedding decorations. A family member recommended Fairytale Rents about 2-3 months from our wedding date, and I’m so glad they did! They’re process is very easy and was done on the comfort of my couch. The pick-up and drop-off process was also a hassle free task. We had a check-in meeting a few weeks before the wedding and Tiana helped me change part of my order based on the need for our décor, and I’m glad she did! I am the mother of the bride and decor is very important for a special event. I wanted to be more present when my daughter was getting ready and not worry about decorations. I was excited when I came across Fairytale Rents - knowing you can rent the items, they set-up and take down! The website is easy to maneuver and the selection is endless. I loved the choices available - my daughter selected boho. There was a piece not available, but Tiana made it happen to complete Jenna's vision. When Tiana and her husband arrived to set-up, they were so professional and attentive to my questions. I cannot explain in words how beautiful the decorations were - they were aesthetically pleasing for the venue and the guest compliments were endless. Tiana & Evan with Fairytale Rents are not only great people, but they run a top of the line rental company! Over the year I had Tiana booked, her company BLEW UP and she is one badass lady boss! We rented greenery, table centerpieces, table decor, signage, & candles. All of her products were in great condition for us to use. The pickup/dropoff process is convenient and truly a well oiled machine. All decor is labeled to make it easy for a wedding planner to set up/tear down for you! My vision of our reception was spot on and we owe it all to Fairytale for providing us with all of the beautiful decor and details! Thank you guys again!

I was really excited when I found Fairytale Rents, I thought it was a great business model to get the decor I needed for my wedding without spending a lot of money and not fill my parents basement with random wedding decorations after our wedding. I went with the a la carte option since our decorations were rather minimal and I had already purchased some items. Some items we rented include the sparkling wall, cylinder vases and eucalyptus garland. I also paid extra to have the decorations set up and torn down thinking this would ease a lot of stress the day of. The decoration set up and tear down was performed by another company that Fairytale Rents was working with at the time. The experience we had with decoration set up/tear was quite disappointing, the team was late to set up, which resulted in the cake decorations to not be on the cake. Then the team was also late to tear down so my in laws and I began to tear down the decorations ourselves. Once the team did arrive, even though I was assured that the set up and tear down team knew which items I purchased vs. rented some of the items I purchased were lost or ended up back at Fairytale Rents’ warehouse. I don’t think Fairytale Rents is providing that service anymore, which is good since it seemed very disorganized. Ultimately I wish I had friends and family set up and tear down and saved our money.

I’ll start by saying that I utilized fairytale rents for my bridal shower & wedding. They have all the decor needs from rustic to boho , they have it all. They have affordable packages and even an a la carte which is what I needed. I really loved working with Tiana and Evan they are so personable and accommodating. When we went to pick up our decor they were always ready, on time, our items were already put together ready for pick up and it never felt like just business. I even had a schedule conflict where I couldn’t make my pickup time and when I contacted Tiana she got right back to me and was so helpful. Now when it comes to the decor it is absolutely beautiful and amazing 😍. I still get compliments on how professional and amazing the decor was for my wedding. Fairytale Rents was one of the greatest vendor choices we made for our day! We got married on 7/9/22. Prior to our date, Tiana met with us via phone call two times to make sure everything was perfect for our vision. She was always so sweet and calming to work with— we knew that we were in good hands working with her. We were able to pick up all the decoration on the Thursday before our wedding. The first thing my now-husband said when I called him at pickup was, “Evan is so cool!”. It is so nice to be able to work with vendors who put heart into their business, and Tiana and Evan always made us feel genuinely cared about. We were lucky enough to have our venue set up our decorations— the decorator was so impressed by Tiana’s organization of all the decorations. We were so amazed by the attention to detail: everything was in bags with pictures showing what was in the bag and how is was assembled. All the decorations looked absolutely stunning for our day. Drop off was also easy. We will recommend Fairytale Rents to all of our friends. We feel so lucky to have been able to have decoration stress taken off our plate leading up to the wedding. Thanks to Fairytale Rents, we had the most beautiful decor at our June wedding! The green wall, neon sign, chargers, votives, and centerpieces truly accented the beautiful Cleveland Arcade. Tiana and team were wonderful to work with, and with her very reasonable package, I truly had access to ALL of her inventory. The sky was the limit for my design dreams. And Tiana was even able to give her expert opinion on which items would look best. She was even very accommodating to a few last minute changes.

Tiana was so awesome to work with! We loved everything that she had to offer and everything turned out beautifully. Scheduling the pickup and drop off was super easy and Tiana and her husband helped load everything up and made sure we got everything that we rented. Words cannot express how helpful Tianna was. She was extremely responsive, doubled checked everything, and made sure the wedding day was beautiful. We did not want to spend a lot on decorations so i wasnt sure how it was gonna end up but we did her all included package and it was more than enough.
