absolutely amazing. I wish they did smaller catering options as I would eat their food all year round. Renee was such a blessing to have. She made sure we had our own private area to enjoy cocktail hour and she also made sure we were not interrupted during dinner so we can enjoy the food which was very important to us. I highly highly recommend booking through Falco’s. They helped our wedding day be seamless. They also offer so many options for appetizers and the entrees were just amazing. 4 months later after getting married and people are still talking about how amazing the food was. I would marry my husband again to have them cater!

We got married down the shore and inquired if we could have boardwalk inspired food at our cocktail hour. Not only did Alissa deliver with food recommendations, she created an entire boardwalk station for us (corn dogs, onions rings, cheese fries, so much more) which was something that was not included in the listed cocktail hour options! The team was so attentive and focused on making sure we had everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. Our maitre d’ Heather and bridal attendant Lisa made sure our reception went smooth and that we always had food and drinks in hand. We highly recommend getting the Italian ice as one of your dessert options, our guests absolutely loved them!

The food was great and we received plenty of compliments from our guests about it. The service and presentation was awesome as well. We went through details in advance so I was comfortable she knew what we wanted. Lisa made sure we ate and always had a drink of choice in our hand. She talked the flower girl off the ledge, avoiding a pre-ceremony meltdown. She corralled us for important photo opportunities without it feeling like an interruption. The food (stations and mini meals) was delicious and plentiful with options for a variety of diets. The wait and bar staff ran the event smoothly and handled the large crowd with ease. All the challenges of a non-traditional wedding venue were overcome because of Falco’s, their expertise, their team’s hard work, and their partnerships with other key vendors.

at the Chapel at Sandy Hook, you MUST go with Falco’s Catering because not only is their service excellent, and food delicious, but they know how to execute flawlessly at this non traditional venue which can be a tricky. Despite the weather challenges (unusually windy) Falco’s kept us feeling stress free and made the right decisions to keep our guests comfortable and happy. Even with these challenges, I wouldn’t have changed a thing because the beauty of the venue and the expertise of Falco’s made it the perfect day. Leading up to the wedding, Alissa gave us the best advice, helped us make decisions, and provided such detailed insight into the process. Despite being very busy, she always made time for us and never made us feel pressure regarding out choices. She always has great recommendations when it came to food, other vendors and color choices. Thank you Alissa, I don’t know what we would have done without you! Lisa, our Maitre’D, is absolutely the BEST. Even under less than ideal weather circumstances, she was calm, cool, collected and executed everything perfectly. She made decisions on the fly that needed to be made, and never made me or my husband feel stressed or worried. When you decide to have an outdoor wedding, you know weather can be a factor, but Lisa kept us worry free the whole time. Our families were so impressed with her ability to run the event so seamlessly. Renee, our captain, and the rest of the staff at Falco’s (Stephen, Alex, Jenna, Marissa and so many more) were on top of everything. Multiple people told me that the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate them or bring them an appetizer they liked. One server went out of their way to make sure my sister, who is vegetarian, got all the vegetarian options. It’s the little thing like this that make Falco’s stand out and provide an excellent experience for your guests. Lastly, Stephen, Joey, Marino and the rest of the cooking team make the best food! The variety, selection, and quality of their food is top notch. It’s so impressive that they can keep such high standards even when catering completely offsite without a regular kitchen. A family member from out of state said he’s been to a lot of weddings and ours had the best food he’s ever had hands down. He specifically commented how perfectly the meat was cooked and I would agree! The penne vodka at Falco’s is the best you’ll ever have. Six months later and my guest STILL tell us we had, and I quote “the most legendary catering” at our wedding. Thank you to the whole team for making our day even more perfect than I had ever imagined.

caterers, we asked Falco's Catering if they were available on the date we were asking for, found out they were booked, and we actually decided to move up our wedding date two weeks earlier in order to secure Falco's Catering for our special day (also had to go back and change our date with the other vendors) and Falco's Catering exceeded the hype!! They validated the best decision we made for our wedding and all of our guests agreed that Falco's Catering was excellent! This is a family-owned business and they welcomed us in as members of their family with true professionalism and an unbelievable menu. They put together an outstanding taste testing night at The Renaissance months before the wedding where we got to meet the owner Stephen Falco, the maître d' for our wedding Lisa, and coincidentally also Lisa Porada who is the owner of Chocolate Carousel (they partner with Falco's Catering and provided our wedding cake and favors). Stephen Falco came to a site visit and was an integral part in ensuring our tented wedding was laid out in the best possible way for us and our guests. He is genuinely the nicest man, a phenomenal chef, and the absolute best in the business. Alissa was a tremendous help via email communication and did an awesome job working with our wedding planner Brielle (I Do Wedding & Event Planning, LLC) and our tent rental company (Ocean Tents) to finalize rentals and our menu selections. She was with us from the very start. On the day of the wedding, our guests raved about the food. As a wedding couple, you know that there is so much going on that you don't have much of a chance to take a break to eat, but our maître d' Lisa really went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of: We were eating and drinking all night! Lisa made sure our plates and glasses were full and all of our guests had wonderful things to say about Lisa and the Falco's Catering staff. Everything we tasted was delicious and we were so delighted to know that all of our guests were going home with full, happy bellies. Falco's Catering is in a league of their own. Every other New Jersey catering service is playing catch up. If you're planning an event and you need catering, book Falco's Catering because it will be worth it! And be prepared to be flexible on your date because they are so good that they book up fast!

She was BEYOND accommodating from the start and made sure every single request was taken care of. We talked through dietary restrictions (I and a lot of my family are vegan/gluten free - she had so many options that were above and BEYOND for us at the wedding). But also catered to the two large Italian families as well. Our tasting, which my parent's and in-laws attended as well was one of the most fun nights of our lives. It was a mock wedding where we met the staff, ate, and drank the night away . (I've never heard of anything like that - absolutely spectacular). Choosing the menu was a blast with Alissa- not kidding every single thing we requested was accommodated (to another vegan entree- in addition to an off menu mahi mahi dish , and different things we thought up on our own). Ps- I wanted Alissa to attend my wedding as a guest by the end of it! Getting to the day- I was lucky enough to have Lisa as my maitre d. Let me just say she was my third mother on that day, my cool aunt, and an extreme professional all rolled into one cute little lady. She made sure our room after the ceremony was filled with our cocktail hour food & also kept away everyone for some alone time for us. She ran around making sure important family members were taken care of. We always had our favorite drink in hand because of her and she even figured out how to bustle my dress for me when no one else could. Needless to say I just ADORED her as well. Lastly, THE FOOD. Everyone absolutely raved about the food & they even packed all the leftovers for us so we could continue to enjoy it. Our cocktail hour was unmatched- most people were stuff just from that (the pasta bar was irresistible). Our big Italian family couldn't get enough of the buffet- steak, chicken, fish... they even tried tofu! Needless to say, if you want true professionals, the most kind hearted people, and the tastiest food ever Falco's is your place.

that I realized the real reason as to WHY they have been around forever! Alissa was our master planner and she did everything...and I do mean EVERYTHING to make sure our special day was perfect. My fiance and I had been engaged for 3 years never thinking we would ever have a "real" wedding...but the packages Alissa put together for us to meet our budget was TOP notch. The flexibility they had with the open bar and alcohol packages really made a huge difference for us. The ballroom was beyond elegant and exactly what we were looking for...Now everyone goes to a wedding expecting the food to be "ok" - but not at Falco's - every single one of our guests is still raving about how amazing the food was!! Their list of appetizer options was endless! Our ceremony was scheduled to be outside....but with our luck, the morning of the wedding was cloudy, cold and looking like rain. I called our Matre'de, Lisa, at 8am, asking her what were we going to do?? She calmed me instantly, took care of everything with the rest of the team at Falco's who all went in earlier than they should have and brought the ceremony from the patio into their club room and made it look gorgeous. Lisa had everything under control and even managed to ensure that all 5 of our young children (who were our bridal party) didn't want for anything. They knew where to find her at all times to get anything they needed which let us enjoy the ride and be "off- duty" as parents for our special day. I could honestly write a book about how much happiness and wonderful memories Falco's helped bring to my wife and I...it was a perfect day.

ything was so delicious I couldn't stop eating from the cocktail hour to the main course - they were top notch. Lisa our Maitre'd was fantastic. We met with her prior to the wedding and she went over all the details and set up all of our pictures, guest book, favors, etc. at the reception and packed it all up for us at the end of the night. She even made us to go plates after the wedding for our room because she knew we would be hungry and she was right! I can't say enough great things about Falco's. Now that we are a part of their "family" we will be using them many times in the future for catering!

about how much they loved the food! We went with their Boardwalk Plated Package, but Falco’s will customize anything you want so your wedding reflects your own personal style. We worked with Heather and Katrina and they were excellent. They were very patient with us when our guest list kept changing last minute and super helpful in sourcing kosher meals for a few of our guests. They were also very flexible in terms of our timeline. We wanted our reception to run a little differently than the traditional timeline and Katrina made sure the kitchen would be able to stick to it. She also made sure we ate and set aside our favorite hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour for us - VERY important when you’re being pulled in a thousand directions on your wedding day! We can’t thank Falco’s enough. We highly recommend! :)

The staff was delayed getting to the venue because many roads were closed for flooding, but they still got everything set up beautifully in time. The maitre d who was assigned to our day was so great- she made everything run more perfectly than I could have imagined. We saved money on day of coordinator, as we didn’t need one because she was so great! We are so happy that we decided to go with Falcos!

ggled to think I would put money down on a caterer that I did not have the opportunity to try out first. After having two failed tastings with two other caterers Alissa promised me that in all her years she never had to give a deposit back but would if we were dissatisfied with our experience with Falco's. We were blown away by the variety along with fun spins on tasty modern foods that they provided us. We were so glad we listened to Alissa and people are still talking about all the delicious food they had at our wedding. We opted for a 5 hour cocktail party where we offered stations and passed foods and people were psyched! No sit down dinner was an overwhelming success and Falco's ability to keep things moving and keep things organized was a huge part of that going so well. Tory and Katrina were our Captain and Maitre D and were so helpful. Our only regret is that we ourselves barely ate anything because we were dancing our pants off but I heard nothing but rave reviews from chicken parm sliders, to zeppole fries, to a raw bar - we even ran out of vodka halfway through and they went out and got more! Stephen Falco is a good guy and his team did a fantastic job.

Now the food whee do I️ even begin well first, it is out of this world! From the famous penne vodka to the unreal food stations like a taco bar and sushi bar I️ mean what more could you ask for! Falco's was the secret man behind the curtain who made everything come to life. Alyssa continued to add items to our package as they came up and was always recommending different options to improve and fill in where we weren't sure. Lisa as the maitre die was absolutely incredible at execution, making everything go smoothly, and not letting us know any little hiccups that occurred during the reception by handling with grace and professionalism. Alyssa always made sure that we had the exact food that we wanted by changing and altering options to what we liked. Five months later the most talked about thing at our wedding is still the bacon bar. Yes, that's right, bacon bar. Three different types of bacon and sauces. Incredible. They perfected our stations to have a taste of everything on top of a fully stocked cocktail hour with extra little surprises. I wouldn't change a thing and wish we could do it over and over again to work with them and eat the amazing food they create. Alissa and the team at Falco's did everything they could and called every venue they knew to try to find us another location we could use for the same date. Luckily for us, we found another venue we liked with our date available, but unlucky for us, we won't be able to use Falco's as it is a full-service venue. Alissa, Steven, and the team has been so incredible to us throughout this stressful process and if we were ever to need another off-premise caterer, they would absolutely be our first choice!! We cannot recommend them enough - Alissa responded to every minor/ridiculous request I had within a day, worked with us to try to bring the costs down with creative solutions, and overall were great partners in the planning process.

I worked with Heather up until our event who was extremely helpful and attentive, answering any questions we had immediately and offering her assistance whenever possible. When it came to the week of our event we met with Lisa who was our Maitre'd, who instantly made us feel comfortable, confident and stress free!! She made us feel like family, and that she would do everything in her power to make our night the best. And she did just that. Our venue was decorated beautifully, both with linens/decor provided by Falco's and also decor that I provided to her. Our guests told us the food was some of the best they've ever had at a wedding event, from the cocktail hour stations and appetizers, to entree choices, and desserts. Lisa had food in our bridal suite for my husband and I when we arrived, a drink in our hand the entire night when we wanted, and smoothly transitioned all of our gifts and belongings to our hotel room following the reception. Lisa, we can't thank you and your assisting staff enough for making our night so amazing. It is one we will never forget and was truly the best night ever!!

But that's not even touching on the best part of Falco's for us: Our contact Alissa was amazing throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. Whenever I needed something, I just reached out to her and it was done that day. She helped with everything from the seating chart to the alcohol order and then some! To boot, our Maitre D' Katrina was incredible the day of our wedding. Katrina anticipated potential issues I wouldn't have even thought of and truly made our day go off without a hitch. In short, we really owe so much of the success of our wedding to Falco's and couldn't have done it without their amazing team. She was not only attentive and accommodating as well, but a tenured pro, who performed flawlessly with respect and care. She checked on me throughout the event and made sure I had something to eat or drink throughout the night. My guests raved about the food and could not have been happier. What a night! I would highly recommend Falco's team to anyone!
