As a long time Falco’s client, I have always loved their food both on and off premise! The exquisite food they served at my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding outdid our expectations! A wide variety of stations, passed hors d’oeuvre and entrees suited everyone’s dietary needs and one tasted better than the other! The reception ran seamlessly, thanks to the terrific team that Falco’s assembled! AMAZING!!! Our wedding this past Saturday surpassed our expectations. Alissa, Jenna, Jilian and the entire Falco’s staff was so wonderful. Our guests can’t stop raving about the food and service. You all made our wedding night fantastic!! 10/10!

Where to begin? In short, 10/10. If you are considering using Falco’s Catering- do it, I promise you that it’ll be the right choice. Additionally, if you are considering a wedding at the Chapel at Sandy Hook, you MUST go with Falco’s Catering because not only is their service excellent, and food delicious, but they know how to execute flawlessly at this non traditional venue which can be a tricky. Despite the weather challenges (unusually windy) Falco’s kept us feeling stress free and made the right decisions to keep our guests comfortable and happy. Even with these challenges, I wouldn’t have changed a thing because the beauty of the venue and the expertise of Falco’s made it the perfect day. Leading up to the wedding, Alissa gave us the best advice, helped us make decisions, and provided such detailed insight into the process. Despite being very busy, she always made time for us and never made us feel pressure regarding out choices. She always has great recommendations when it came to food, other vendors and color choices. Thank you Alissa, I don’t know what we would have done without you! Lisa, our Maitre’D, is absolutely the BEST. Even under less than ideal weather circumstances, she was calm, cool, collected and executed everything perfectly. She made decisions on the fly that needed to be made, and never made me or my husband feel stressed or worried. When you decide to have an outdoor wedding, you know weather can be a factor, but Lisa kept us worry free the whole time. Our families were so impressed with her ability to run the event so seamlessly. Renee, our captain, and the rest of the staff at Falco’s (Stephen, Alex, Jenna, Marissa and so many more) were on top of everything. Multiple people told me that the waitstaff went out of their way to accommodate them or bring them an appetizer they liked. One server went out of their way to make sure my sister, who is vegetarian, got all the vegetarian options. It’s the little thing like this that make Falco’s stand out and provide an excellent experience for your guests. Lastly, Stephen, Joey, Marino and the rest of the cooking team make the best food! The variety, selection, and quality of their food is top notch. It’s so impressive that they can keep such high standards even when catering completely offsite without a regular kitchen. A family member from out of state said he’s been to a lot of weddings and ours had the best food he’s ever had hands down. He specifically commented how perfectly the meat was cooked and I would agree! The penne vodka at Falco’s is the best you’ll ever have. Six months later and my guest STILL tell us we had, and I quote “the most legendary catering” at our wedding. Thank you to the whole team for making our day even more perfect than I had ever imagined.

Falco's has been doing this for a long time and boy do they have it down. Their food is amazing, their staff are incredible, people raved about it all! Lisa was our Maître d' and she rocks. She made sure our settings, menus and even some decor were all set. My husband and I even got our own little sampling of cocktail hour food before we said hello to everyone to make sure we were eating. We also never had an empty hand or empty cup the whole night. Such a rockstar team!!

Falco's Catering did our wedding at The Asbury in September 2022 and we have only great things to say about them!! From start to finish they were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our day so special and run so smoothly. Heather was our contact during the planning process, she was great to work with, she took the time to help us make the best choices for our wedding. Lisa was our attendant the day of the wedding and she was amazing! She made sure our drinks were fresh and made sure my husband and I were fed all night long. Our guests were so impressed by the food and service. Highly recommend Falco's Catering for your event!!

Our wedding was at The Asbury Hotel and we needed to bring in our own caterer. It was never a consideration that we would use a caterer other than Falco's! From the very beginning they were easy to work with and accommodating. After our tasting night, we had the hardest time choosing our menu because everything was beyond delicious. We worked with Alissa during the planning process and she was always so kind and reassuring. Always making time to answer our questions. We had Lisa as our maitre'd and we feel so incredible honored to have had her by our side. She made us feel so comfortable from the first moment we met her and was always there when we needed something during the reception. Our guests were raving about the food and service and we couldn't agree more. Delicious food and the kindest staff, what more could you ask for!

Falco's Catering's off-site catering is UNMATCHED! The best ever! True story: We decided on a wedding date and began researching/booking vendors. When it came time to reach out to caterers, we asked Falco's Catering if they were available on the date we were asking for, found out they were booked, and we actually decided to move up our wedding date two weeks earlier in order to secure Falco's Catering for our special day (also had to go back and change our date with the other vendors) and Falco's Catering exceeded the hype!! They validated the best decision we made for our wedding and all of our guests agreed that Falco's Catering was excellent! This is a family-owned business and they welcomed us in as members of their family with true professionalism and an unbelievable menu. They put together an outstanding taste testing night at The Renaissance months before the wedding where we got to meet the owner Stephen Falco, the maître d' for our wedding Lisa, and coincidentally also Lisa Porada who is the owner of Chocolate Carousel (they partner with Falco's Catering and provided our wedding cake and favors). Stephen Falco came to a site visit and was an integral part in ensuring our tented wedding was laid out in the best possible way for us and our guests. He is genuinely the nicest man, a phenomenal chef, and the absolute best in the business. Alissa was a tremendous help via email communication and did an awesome job working with our wedding planner Brielle (I Do Wedding & Event Planning, LLC) and our tent rental company (Ocean Tents) to finalize rentals and our menu selections. She was with us from the very start. On the day of the wedding, our guests raved about the food. As a wedding couple, you know that there is so much going on that you don't have much of a chance to take a break to eat, but our maître d' Lisa really went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of: We were eating and drinking all night! Lisa made sure our plates and glasses were full and all of our guests had wonderful things to say about Lisa and the Falco's Catering staff. Everything we tasted was delicious and we were so delighted to know that all of our guests were going home with full, happy bellies. Falco's Catering is in a league of their own. Every other New Jersey catering service is playing catch up. If you're planning an event and you need catering, book Falco's Catering because it will be worth it! And be prepared to be flexible on your date because they are so good that they book up fast!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Alyssa and Falco's for our December wedding and cannot recommend them enough. Alyssa helped us create a menu that felt custom and personalized to us, from appetizers to dessert, she made the entire event special. We had a few special requests outside of their normal menu and she made everything perfect. We have been approached by multiple people, of different ages to tell us that our wedding was the best wedding food they have ever had, and we couldn't agree more. Great service, attention to detail, kind staff, amazing food, wonderful planning assistance, and fantastic day of coordination. Cannot recommend Falco's enough!

Only good things to say about Falco’s ! They were amazing before, during and after our wedding night! The food was amazing and there was SO MUCH. Their Maitre D and Captain made sure everything ran smoothly and that we always had a drink in hand! We would recommend over and over!

We got married in a FULL BLIZZARD in January and I have to shout out the most amazing caterers and their staff all coming together so our day went as planned. Falco's is an incredible, family-owned business with customizable options and an Italian flair. They seriously made it feel like we had all the perks of a traditional catering hall wedding but with the fully unique venue we longed for - we got married in a bowling alley! People are still raving for the butternut squash ravioli, the surf and turf entree for "dance floor passed desserts" that everyone went crazy for. Book Falco's if you want a customized experience that will pull through for you in ALL obstacles.

Bayonet Farm Wedding - Falco's Catering was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Right from the start, booking our wedding in the middle of the pandemic, the whole Falco's team made everything so seamless and easy! Alissa was the BEST and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for our wedding. She knew exactly what rentals we needed, what kinds of alcohol, and worked with us through adjusting our menu, to adding more bartenders and dealing with our venue coordinator. Falco's made our vision come to life on the day of our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect from the ceremony set up, to the cocktail hour and the reception, it was all perfect. Our guests were RAVING about the food all night and the weeks after and were so impressed with the entire Falco's staff. Katrina and Tory made sure myself and my husband were taken care of the whole night and always make sure we had food and drinks in hand. Just an overall pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend Falco's enough for your off premise wedding!

Perfection! The only word I can use to describe Falcos Catering for our daughters wedding at the Taylor Pavilion Belmar. Everything went off without a hitch. Working with everyone was a pure pleasure. Alissa was superb thru the entire process. Lisa - what can I say.... I couldn't have done it and made it thru without Lisa! They made all my and my daughters dreams come true! The food, the atmosphere, the service...PURE PERFECTION! Thank you form the bottom of our hearts for the day and the forever memories of the best wedding ever!

Wow! We cannot recommend Falco’s enough!! From Day 1, they gave us an overwhelming menu choice that allowed us to truly customize the food to our favorites. We had a standard cocktail hour and sit-down plated dinner, and everything was delicious!! From a sushi bar to the steak dinner - guests are still raving about the food! Lisa was our maitre’d the day of, and she made sure we weren’t without food or drink the whole night. During the beginning of cocktail hour, she even made us a plate of all the hors d'oeuvres to eat before we went out to see everyone! We also did passed desserts - s’mores, ice cream, and zeppole fries, which was a huge hit!! Our reception was at the Asbury Hotel, and they have worked together in the past, so the communication and day-of was seamless! Falco’s was very easy to communicate with and we recommend them to everyone!

Falco's made our wedding everything we dreamed it could be! We had our wedding at the Water Witch and once we hired Falco's, most everything was ready, prepared for us, and fell right into place! Alissa was right there with us every step of the way and our Maitre'd Tori made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day! If there was a hiccup, I had no clue. Everyone is still raving about the food, from all the appetizers to the main course, it could not have tasted more delicious. The staff was so friendly and kind throughout the night. We cannot thank Falco's enough. It was such a magical day and it wouldn't have been possible without you all!

Falco's team was so personable and knowledgeable that we felt at ease with them right away. The food and service were fantastic. They helped us through every step of the process. They kept everything on track and were so communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, including set up the day of the wedding. Everything was so smooth. They were on top of everything and the day seemed so seamless. Everyone keeps raving about the wedding and we couldn't have done it without them.

We had our wedding at the Asbury Hotel & Falco's was recommended to us (they know the place like the back of their hand!) Where do I even begin with them? Alissa was the person we spoke to from the beginning. Can I just say I felt like we became so close by the end of the whole process, I completely adore her! She was BEYOND accommodating from the start and made sure every single request was taken care of. We talked through dietary restrictions (I and a lot of my family are vegan/gluten free - she had so many options that were above and BEYOND for us at the wedding). But also catered to the two large Italian families as well. Our tasting, which my parent's and in-laws attended as well was one of the most fun nights of our lives. It was a mock wedding where we met the staff, ate, and drank the night away . (I've never heard of anything like that - absolutely spectacular). Choosing the menu was a blast with Alissa- not kidding every single thing we requested was accommodated (to another vegan entree- in addition to an off menu mahi mahi dish , and different things we thought up on our own). Ps- I wanted Alissa to attend my wedding as a guest by the end of it! Getting to the day- I was lucky enough to have Lisa as my maitre d. Let me just say she was my third mother on that day, my cool aunt, and an extreme professional all rolled into one cute little lady. She made sure our room after the ceremony was filled with our cocktail hour food & also kept away everyone for some alone time for us. She ran around making sure important family members were taken care of. We always had our favorite drink in hand because of her and she even figured out how to bustle my dress for me when no one else could. Needless to say I just ADORED her as well. Lastly, THE FOOD. Everyone absolutely raved about the food & they even packed all the leftovers for us so we could continue to enjoy it. Our cocktail hour was unmatched- most people were stuff just from that (the pasta bar was irresistible). Our big Italian family couldn't get enough of the buffet- steak, chicken, fish... they even tried tofu! Needless to say, if you want true professionals, the most kind hearted people, and the tastiest food ever Falco's is your place.

Falcos catering was a big hit at our wedding. Guests raved about every course served. Their food was delicious & the service was AMAZING! Falcos also made it super easy to coordinate the day. The team was not only readily available but they helped direct the menu to fit our vision. Alyssa & our maître d, Lisa were wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their event catered!

We loved having Falco's for our wedding! All of their employees were so helpful and nice. They make planning and preparing your menu so easy. The food was delicious!! I recommend their mini ice cream bars as part of your dessert, they are delicious!! Definitely recommend them for your upcoming wedding!

Couldn't recommend Falco's more for any event! Everything from our initial tasting, to planning the menu, and corresponding back and forth was effortless and perfect! The food was phenomenal with choices for everyone. They even were able to accommodate adding a vegetarian and kosher option. Everyone talked about how great the food was from the cocktail hour, to the meal, and the deserts and farewell station! Heather and her team are amazing!

We used Falco's for our wedding and I highly recommend them. Heather was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She ensured everything went smoothly and perfectly according to our plans. She helped set out all of our decor and layout exactly as we wanted and frequently checked in on us throughout the night to make sure we did not need anything. The food at Falco's was incredible, we got so many compliments and positive feedback on the cocktail hour (especially the slider station!) and everyone loved the dinner buffet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Falco's Catering at the Renaissance was our dream venue. I grew up in Ocean Township and knew that they have been around forever, but it wasn't until I booked my wedding with them that I realized the real reason as to WHY they have been around forever! Alissa was our master planner and she did everything...and I do mean EVERYTHING to make sure our special day was perfect. My fiance and I had been engaged for 3 years never thinking we would ever have a "real" wedding...but the packages Alissa put together for us to meet our budget was TOP notch. The flexibility they had with the open bar and alcohol packages really made a huge difference for us. The ballroom was beyond elegant and exactly what we were looking for...Now everyone goes to a wedding expecting the food to be "ok" - but not at Falco's - every single one of our guests is still raving about how amazing the food was!! Their list of appetizer options was endless! Our ceremony was scheduled to be outside....but with our luck, the morning of the wedding was cloudy, cold and looking like rain. I called our Matre'de, Lisa, at 8am, asking her what were we going to do?? She calmed me instantly, took care of everything with the rest of the team at Falco's who all went in earlier than they should have and brought the ceremony from the patio into their club room and made it look gorgeous. Lisa had everything under control and even managed to ensure that all 5 of our young children (who were our bridal party) didn't want for anything. They knew where to find her at all times to get anything they needed which let us enjoy the ride and be "off- duty" as parents for our special day. I could honestly write a book about how much happiness and wonderful memories Falco's helped bring to my wife and I...it was a perfect day.

The Falco's team was absolutely amazing for our wedding! Our guests raved about the food for weeks after the big day. The choices and amount of food we received was insane! Everything was so delicious I couldn't stop eating from the cocktail hour to the main course - they were top notch. Lisa our Maitre'd was fantastic. We met with her prior to the wedding and she went over all the details and set up all of our pictures, guest book, favors, etc. at the reception and packed it all up for us at the end of the night. She even made us to go plates after the wedding for our room because she knew we would be hungry and she was right! I can't say enough great things about Falco's. Now that we are a part of their "family" we will be using them many times in the future for catering!

We are so sorry that this review is so overdue! Falco’s did an incredible job. The food was DELICIOUS. Our wedding was back in October and our family and friends are still talking about how much they loved the food! We went with their Boardwalk Plated Package, but Falco’s will customize anything you want so your wedding reflects your own personal style. We worked with Heather and Katrina and they were excellent. They were very patient with us when our guest list kept changing last minute and super helpful in sourcing kosher meals for a few of our guests. They were also very flexible in terms of our timeline. We wanted our reception to run a little differently than the traditional timeline and Katrina made sure the kitchen would be able to stick to it. She also made sure we ate and set aside our favorite hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour for us - VERY important when you’re being pulled in a thousand directions on your wedding day! We can’t thank Falco’s enough. We highly recommend! :)

Falco’s was an amazing choice for our wedding! They were great meeting with us beforehand to make sure we were comfortable, and day of, it went so smoothly despite it being a horrible weather with road closures and flooding everywhere! The staff was delayed getting to the venue because many roads were closed for flooding, but they still got everything set up beautifully in time. The maitre d who was assigned to our day was so great- she made everything run more perfectly than I could have imagined. We saved money on day of coordinator, as we didn’t need one because she was so great! We are so happy that we decided to go with Falcos!

We had the pleasure of working with Alissa on managing all of our catering needs for our wedding. Initially I was concerned that Falco's only offers tastings 4 times a year. I struggled to think I would put money down on a caterer that I did not have the opportunity to try out first. After having two failed tastings with two other caterers Alissa promised me that in all her years she never had to give a deposit back but would if we were dissatisfied with our experience with Falco's. We were blown away by the variety along with fun spins on tasty modern foods that they provided us. We were so glad we listened to Alissa and people are still talking about all the delicious food they had at our wedding. We opted for a 5 hour cocktail party where we offered stations and passed foods and people were psyched! No sit down dinner was an overwhelming success and Falco's ability to keep things moving and keep things organized was a huge part of that going so well. Tory and Katrina were our Captain and Maitre D and were so helpful. Our only regret is that we ourselves barely ate anything because we were dancing our pants off but I heard nothing but rave reviews from chicken parm sliders, to zeppole fries, to a raw bar - we even ran out of vodka halfway through and they went out and got more! Stephen Falco is a good guy and his team did a fantastic job.

Falco’s catered our wedding at The Berkeley in Asbury Park. They were absolutely phenomenal! Everything from the food to the staff was perfect! Alyssa was absolutely wonderful to work with leading up to the day. Also, I can’t say enough about how amazing Lisa was! It was the best day of our lives, and Falco’s was a huge part of what made it so wonderful!

It just doesn't get any better than this. Truly! I can still remember where I was standing the first time I spoke to Alissa, she understood my vision from the start and within minutes had a proposal that delivered on just what I was looking for. They created a custom menu for us that contained the elements my husband and I wanted, while still providing my parents with the traditional aspects they were looking for. Every meeting, every tasting, every email, every phone call leaves you with a breath of fresh air knowing that your day will be one that leaves your guests in awe with how on top of their game Falco's is. Just when you thought they could not get better, you are introduced to Lisa and ALL of your dreams come true. I have never met a person who knows what you are saying before you say it the way she does. Our wedding experience was out of the park thanks to Alissa & Lisa. If there is one thing we did right at the wedding it is working with Falco's. I can still taste the food and wish we could go back so I can get more! Thank you Falco's for EVERYTHING!

Falco's Catering was simply the best! We got married on NYE at The Berkeley in Asbury Park. From the first food tasting to our last moments of the wedding, Lisa (our maitre'd) was there every step of the way. She is seriously the best! She made us feel comfortable and even helped us with our rehearsal! Heather was also wonderful, quickly responding to emails and going over the menu numerous times to accommodate the groom's food allergy. They provide delicious food, have all of the linens and details you need and are truly supportive of your special day!

Words can not even describe how amazing Falco’s catering is. Falco’s is a well known huge caterer that has been a staple in my town since I️ can remember. When I️ thought about my wedding Falco’s wasn’t even a question it was a must. They are so friendly and treat you like family and that to me is so important. Now the food whee do I️ even begin well first, it is out of this world! From the famous penne vodka to the unreal food stations like a taco bar and sushi bar I️ mean what more could you ask for! If you want quality service and food Falco’s should absolutely be your first and only choice!

Where do we even start. If you dream it, Falco's can make it happen. Working with Alyssa was like working with a fairy godmother who makes all your wishes come true. They were always super responsive and on top of everything every step of the way. They can do this stuff in their sleep and are truly in the business for the love of it. Falco's was the secret man behind the curtain who made everything come to life. Alyssa continued to add items to our package as they came up and was always recommending different options to improve and fill in where we weren't sure. Lisa as the maitre die was absolutely incredible at execution, making everything go smoothly, and not letting us know any little hiccups that occurred during the reception by handling with grace and professionalism. Alyssa always made sure that we had the exact food that we wanted by changing and altering options to what we liked. Five months later the most talked about thing at our wedding is still the bacon bar. Yes, that's right, bacon bar. Three different types of bacon and sauces. Incredible. They perfected our stations to have a taste of everything on top of a fully stocked cocktail hour with extra little surprises. I wouldn't change a thing and wish we could do it over and over again to work with them and eat the amazing food they create. An absolute pleasure to work with and we recommend them over and over again

We booked Falcos's in Jan. 2017 for our wedding at Edel Haus Farm in June 2018. Unfortunately, about halfway through the planning process (late Sept. 2017), Edel Haus Farm was forced to cancel all future events due to zoning and pending legislative issues. Alissa and the team at Falco's did everything they could and called every venue they knew to try to find us another location we could use for the same date. Luckily for us, we found another venue we liked with our date available, but unlucky for us, we won't be able to use Falco's as it is a full-service venue. Alissa, Steven, and the team has been so incredible to us throughout this stressful process and if we were ever to need another off-premise caterer, they would absolutely be our first choice!! We cannot recommend them enough - Alissa responded to every minor/ridiculous request I had within a day, worked with us to try to bring the costs down with creative solutions, and overall were great partners in the planning process.

When my fiancé and I booked our wedding at The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, we had a choice of two caterers. We went to both tastings and at the catering for Falco's, we booked our wedding right away with them! Not only did we enjoy the food, but we loved the service of all the staff and loved that the owners and staff made us feel like part of their family and that they'd be honored to be part of our big day! We felt their packages were reasonably priced for the amount of food they offered. We went to two tastings and were able to try a wide array of their appetizers/entrees/desserts. I worked with Heather up until our event who was extremely helpful and attentive, answering any questions we had immediately and offering her assistance whenever possible. When it came to the week of our event we met with Lisa who was our Maitre'd, who instantly made us feel comfortable, confident and stress free!! She made us feel like family, and that she would do everything in her power to make our night the best. And she did just that. Our venue was decorated beautifully, both with linens/decor provided by Falco's and also decor that I provided to her. Our guests told us the food was some of the best they've ever had at a wedding event, from the cocktail hour stations and appetizers, to entree choices, and desserts. Lisa had food in our bridal suite for my husband and I when we arrived, a drink in our hand the entire night when we wanted, and smoothly transitioned all of our gifts and belongings to our hotel room following the reception. Lisa, we can't thank you and your assisting staff enough for making our night so amazing. It is one we will never forget and was truly the best night ever!!

My fiance and I LITERALLY vetted dozens of caterers leading up to our wedding, so when we found Falco's it was like a breath of fresh air! From day one, the entire Falco's team provided outstanding customer service and INCREDIBLE food! We had a pescatarian menu and did a cocktail style reception that turned out amazing. All of our guests raved up and down about the food. But that's not even touching on the best part of Falco's for us: Our contact Alissa was amazing throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. Whenever I needed something, I just reached out to her and it was done that day. She helped with everything from the seating chart to the alcohol order and then some! To boot, our Maitre D' Katrina was incredible the day of our wedding. Katrina anticipated potential issues I wouldn't have even thought of and truly made our day go off without a hitch. In short, we really owe so much of the success of our wedding to Falco's and couldn't have done it without their amazing team. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding, look no further - Falco's will give you delicious food, incredible customer service, and peace of mind on your wedding day, which is priceless!

I originally searched for specific vendors for the event, and contacted Falco's and spoke to Alissa. Throughout all the planning and coordination, Alissa was super accommodating and very attentive. The week before the event Katrina took over as the assigned Maitre d'. She was not only attentive and accommodating as well, but a tenured pro, who performed flawlessly with respect and care. She checked on me throughout the event and made sure I had something to eat or drink throughout the night. My guests raved about the food and could not have been happier. What a night! I would highly recommend Falco's team to anyone!

Falco's did an amazing job catering my son's wedding at the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park. From the roof top barbecue on Friday night to the cocktail hour and reception on Saturday and the brunch on Sunday, the food was outstanding. The service was gracious and friendly and presentation of food beautiful. They were wonderful to work with and received rave reviews from all our guests.

She took all of the stress of the day off of my plate and was such a pleasure to work with. The Falco's staff along with our captain, Renee, were a pleasure to work with and made sure my husband and I along with our guests had everything they needed! The food is absolutely amazing! There are so many options to choose from and all of the hors d'oeuvres and entrees were delicious! The goodbye station was also a huge hit with our guests! And the passed Zeppole Fries!

Falco's was amazing! We worked with Heather Messina who addressed all of our concerns promptly. She was our Maitre D' and made sure all aspects of the day were perfectly coordinated. Her and the staff of Falco's all made sure my husband and I, as well as our guests, were fed and taken care of. The food was absolutely perfect as well. There was a great option of hors d'oeuvres and entrees that were all delicious. We also opted for a sundae bar during the reception which was a huge hit with our guests!

Falco's is absolutely AMAZING-- everything from the food to the people. We booked them for our wedding this past weekend at Sandy Hook Chapel (an off site location where everything needs to be brought in). They put on a flawless event- my husband and I literally had nothing to worry about because their team is well seasoned and professional. They also coordinated all the rentals as well (they use Ocean Tents), which was such a huge relief. Our maitre d' Lisa was such a huge part in our day--she made sure we ate, had fresh drinks, had 15 minutes to ourselves :), and took care of lining everyone up for the intros. She really took care of us! Alissa was our main contact at Falco's and was such a pleasure to work with- she went above and beyond in making sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed and helped us iron out all the little details. Working with her gave us a big relief--we knew we didn't have to worry about anything because she was there. The food is amazing as well especially for the price, taste and amount you get. Our guests were floored by the selection and how good everything was (most of the time you go into a wedding not expecting too much). They work with Chocolate Carousel for the cake as well--we opted for the cupcake tower and it was fantastic. They even have vegan and gluten free cupcakes you can order (which we had 4 guests that were either). All in all, Falco's was a great decision and I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a caterer.

The Food and people at Falco's catering is absolutely fantastic. They catered our Wedding and our rehearsal dinner but did so much more than that! Heather of Falco's acted as our Wedding coordinator from our beach Wedding to dinner and dancing all night she was there for whatever we needed. We WHOLE-HEARTEDLY recommend the Falco's team for any event! They truly made our Wedding the best weekend of our lives!!!

From the elegant tasting we attended to the meetings with Heather and then Lisa, our Maitre D, to the actual wedding reception, Falco's was fantastic. They really made the wedding a success; guests were raving about the food (we had the berkeley buffet) and the professionalism of the staff. Lisa was wonderful and I am so grateful to her for the wonderful job she did throughout the entire evening. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding, didn't have to worry about a thing!

Falco's at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel Falco's- thank you for making my wedding day so memorable and perfect! Alissa, Heather, Rene made my day run so smoothly. Our guests can't stop talking about how good the food was! Not to mention Heather and Rene made sure our glasses were full the whole night ;) Their waitstaff were extremely professional and attentive all night. Our maitre'D, Heather, paid attention to every detail and brought my wedding-day vision to life. I would highly recommend!!

Our daughters wedding was 5/21/2016 at the Berkeley Oceanfront . It was better then I could have ever imagined! This is thanks to the hard work of Falcos team- most specifically Alyssa and Heather. They were responsive and helpful EVERY time we called with questions or concerns. The food was absolutely delicious (I am very picky as a caterer myself) It was all nicely presented-(we picked the handmade appetizers) and did the buffet. We saw lovely, smiling servers all night. The tables were continuously cleared, the glasses were watered and everyone commented on both the food quality, great service and venue. I would highly recommend Falco's wherever your event may be(though their experience at the Berkeley kept me very calm-knowing they know the place inside and out). I cannot say enough about them and their staff. Thank you Falco's for helping my daughter and her new husband have their dream wedding!

We were married on April 9, 2016. Our reception was at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel and Falco's catered the event. They did an amazing job to say the least :) The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Many many compliments to you from our guests!! We had the pleasure of planning our day with Heather, who was ultimately our maitre d for our reception. She was very detail oriented and executed ALL of our little requests. She didn't miss a beat. Not only that, but she was the sweetest person and so much fun to work with! We highly recommend Falco's Catering as the entire experience was incredible. FIVE STARS hands down---from food to service and all of the planning involved--we truly enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you so much for everything!!

Falco's is phenomenal! My wife and I worked with Lisa and Heather and they could not have been better. Heather coordinated everything with us leading up to the wedding. Falco's pretty much handles every detail. The Berkeley does very very little besides host you and once you meet their management, you'll be happy they aren't required to do much. Heather met with us and fielded tons of phone calls and emails. Lisa served as our maitre d' and she was wonderful!! We met with Lisa the week before the wedding to hammer out all the last minute details. We also asked her to coordinate our ceremony which she did perfectly. She somehow got our three wild ring bearers to behave right before they walked down the aisle. She also coordinated all of our set-up the day before and morning of the wedding and was in charge of the entire reception. Our guests raved about the food. We also used Falco's to cater and serve our brunch at The Berkeley the following day. Working with The Berkeley was a real struggle. They changed catering manager three times and the person we were stuck with was rude, condescending and only interested in our money. Falco's cared about making our day perfect and they did. If you plan an event at The Berkeley, Falco's must be part of your day.

Even though my experience with the Berkeley's staff was a nightmare, Falco's catering was extraordinary and made my day the greatest day of my life. Heather and the Falco's team were unbelievably helpful and attentive and were able to pick up where the Berkeley's staff dropped the ball MANY times. I was very close to switching venues less than six months to the wedding, but i stayed because of Falco's. I would recommend them for any event and would gladly use them again. I don't know what the berkley would do with out them because they were horrendous and couldn't care less about our wedding. they just wanted our money.

We highly recommend Falcos. They are professional, helpful and efficient. Alissa helped us plan the perfect menu for our rehearsal dinner and for our event the next day. Our wedding fell during Winter Storm Jonas, but Falcos made sure the food arrived during the Blizzard without issue. They also had all the food arrive the next day at Watermark even with all the left over snow. The food was delicious and the events turned out perfect!

Alissa and the staff at Falco's are so awesome and so easy to work with! Meetings with Alissa were fun and detailed, she set us up with Lisa for the day of the wedding who handled every obstacle that came her way so easily! Renee made sure we were fed and that we always had a fresh drink in hand. And the food was delicious! From the fried chicken biscuits at cocktail hour to the steak and risotto at dinner, mmmm! just so good! I am so impressed by how well the whole night went, I can not thank you enough! - Lauren

Falcos was such a pleasure from start to finish! The staff is so pleasant,and The food was remarkable. Lisa the maitre d was the best of the best! We had an entire cocktail style wedding and there was constant food and everyone raved about it for days after! They are so accommodating I would use them without a doubt again and again!

Let me start this review by saying I am not easily impressed, but I am VERY IMPRESSED by Falco's! I am a wedding photographer by trade, and therefore have eaten hundreds of wedding meals made by countless venues and caterers across NJ. And when it came time to plan my own reception, I hired Falcos. From start to finish, Falco's staff was friendly, professional, flexible, and took pride in the quality of their work. From the beginning, we had long list of special requests, and they accommodated every one. Our venue was a 150+ year old house with many logistical challenges, but they planned and executed the food service flawlessly. Alissa, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and prepared, coordinating all of our rentals and bartenders for us. She was always available, and quick to respond to any question. Falco's menu options are the more diverse than any other caterer we considered, and they even added some unique 'special request' recipes. Our menu was served cocktail style, with several stations throughout the night, including passed appetizers, a satay station, raw bar, and a french fry bar. And you can bet those were some crispy, delicious fries that our guests are still talking about! Speaking of compliments, I had several guests walk up to me with an hors d'oeuvre in hand, saying "You HAVE to try this....". My only regret is that I did not get to eat more during the party!!! We priced out several different Monmouth County caterers, and Falco's pricing was very reasonable for our specific menu. My sister, who is herself a catering chef down South, commented several times about their exceptional value, quality, and professionalism. The day of staff was friendly, organized and worked hard throughout the party. They even indulged my decor obsession by serving our desserts on my collection of antique serving ware. And at the end of the night they broke down all the rentals, and cleaned up the entire party. They even packed up leftovers that we enjoyed the following day. Plain and simple, Falco's is incredible at what they do. You won't find better food or service in Central Jersey!

Falco's catered our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel on May 30, 2015. Everyone we worked with from Falco's was amazing!!! Alissa was very flexible, informative, and response to all of our questions and needs. She met with us a few times to go over all of the details and was very easy to work and get along with. Our Maitre D', Lisa, was on top of everything the day of the wedding and made sure things went exactly how we had asked them to. Our guests were very complimentary of the wait staff during cocktail hour and the reception and they have not stopped raving about how great the food was! Our wedding day was even better than we had dreamed and we owe Falco's a big thank you for making that happen! They went above and beyond for us and I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I was so impressed with the service that Falco's provided us with on our wedding day! People are still raving about it! Heather and the woman that was our captain that day were incredible! I loved everything about Falco's. It is a family owned and operated business and they made me feel like family on the day of my wedding and all the days leading to it. At the tasting I got to meet the owner and manager as well as the rest of the staff. Even at the tasting they treated us like royalty. Alissa helped me with ideas on how to set up each room and Heather, my Maitre D' wrote down every detail that I wanted. Two days before the wedding I meet with both ladies and the owner of the company just to triple check that my vision was being created. Heather provided me with her cell phone number in case I needed anything. On the day of my wedding I met Tori as well, who served as mine and my husband's personal waitress. Together Tori and Heather made sure I got anything I needed, from holding my bouquet, to getting me water, and even to make sure I ate enough. They were absolutely wonderful. Oh and the food was amazing! Everything was hot and no one went hungry. I've been to weddings where the food was cold or the bride said the food was better at the tasting. This was not the case at all. I got so many compliments on the food and the abundance of it. I know several of my friends got cards from the staff. Oh yah and the owner of the company was personally operating the meat carving stations.
