We had an amazing experience working with Falkirk for our wedding. Our event coordinator, Andrea was spectacular! She handled everything so well and was such a joy to work with, very patient and supportive! Would strongly recommend getting married here if you want a gorgeous venue with a beautiful view and kind staff! :)

It’s hard to describe how amazing this venue is!! It’s clear to see how stunning it is from just the photos you can find alone, but in person it’s even better. But what’s one of the best things about this venue is the people that work there. For your wedding day and days leading up to it, you want to work amongst people who are honest, trustworthy, and professional, and that is exactly what you get at Falkirk. From the moment you walk in the doors, you are treated with the utmost hospitality. The manager, Steve Ferina, was so nice and welcoming. We mostly worked with the Maitre D, Bridget Orlando, who is an actual angel on earth. She gave us a full breakdown of what you can expect and get at Falkirk. She answered all of our questions and concerns with transparency and put us at ease throughout the planning process. My husband and I always looked forward to going to the venue because Bridget is just so incredible and treated us like a friend. One thing that truly makes Falkirk stand out amongst other venues is that your day is YOUR day only. There are no other weddings happening at the venue at the same time. You are the most important thing going on at the venue on your day, and the staff makes sure you know it!! Everyone was so attentive to us and our families. All the staff such as Peter, Michelle, and Toni were always checking on us making sure we had what we needed and got us whatever we asked for with ease. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and we owe a lot of that to Falkirk and everyone that works there for helping make the day run so effortlessly. Thank you for everything!!

Being in the industry as a bridal hairstylist, I’m exposed to seeing way more than the typical bride. I have been a bridal stylist for 10 years and I have seen MANY venues (behind the scenes and all). Falkirk always stuck out in my mind as THE place I would love to get married at one day. I then attended a wedding of a close friend and after that I was locked in. The week after I got engaged I instantly called Falkirk to show my now husband-in hopes that he would love it just as much. The week after we booked our date and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The WHOLE staff was amazing from start to finish. Bridgette was a ray of sunshine, answered all of our questions, helped us make any decision we were unsure of, was responsive and just someone you want in your court when planning one of the biggest moments of your life. Michelle, my bridal attendant was phenomenal. She made sure my husband and I were happy and taken care of the entire night. She helped make sure the night ran smoothly and honestly it was all perfect. The food is DELICIOUS- Im Italian and a foodie and it was all amazing. The venue itself is just stunning plus the beautiful barn where we took some of our photos. To finish the night my husband and I chose to do the fireworks display and it was one of the best firework shows we have seen. We wanted to make it a surprise for our guests and they couldn’t believe it. My husband and I got married on November 6th and I still have guests raving about our big day saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We attended a wedding here and had wonderful service. Cocktail hour was wonderful - plenty of food and great options. The staff was amazing. Our server was Toni who went above and beyond, was friendly and attentive throughout. Beautiful venue with a nice layout great service.

Where do I even begin! We could not have picked a better venue. Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamt of, our guests loved the food, the drinks were strong ( in the best way) and the grounds were beautiful. A HUGE shout out to Bridget and Michelle. They did everything in their power to make sure everything was perfect. They made our dreams come true!!!!

Falkirk is the most magical venue for a wedding. Its rustic elegance and beauty is to die for everywhere you turn. They have beautiful grounds with great photo op locations and the ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020, but when we reached out in spring of 2020 with Covid concerns they were so accommodating in pushing our date back to October 2021. It was the most magical day thanks to the impeccable work of the team at Falkirk. Our guests still rave about the attentive service and delicious food and drink. The day went so incredibly smoothly thanks to their hard work, we felt that we were genuinely able to enjoy every part of our wedding day. Adding an extra half hour to the cocktail hour was a big game changer with being able to have some time to decompress after pictures and then join our loved ones for the cocktail hour. They also have amazing recommendations for their featured vendors, they helped us pick a really amazing team. We had the wedding day of our dreams thanks to Falkirk!!!

My daughter's mother-in-law and I chose Falkirk for her baby shower. It was the best decision we could have made. This venue is a gem. We are so incredibly grateful to the entire team at Falkirk: Lauren went above and beyond to accommodate, was patient with our many questions and worked her magic when we had to change the date; Bridget instinctively knew when we needed anything and came to our rescue; Michelle and Nancy were absolutely wonderful, they were attentive and so friendly, it was a pleasure having them with us. To say the food was delicious doesn't give it justice. We have received so very many compliments, many expressing it was the nicest shower they have ever attended. This is the first of many occasions we plan to hold here.

We planned our wedding with Falkirk twice (thanks covid) and they made us feel special and important every step of the way, even through unprecedented times. We first booked with Falkirk in 2018 for a 2020 wedding. Then 2020 happened, and we postponed it to 2021. Throughout the whole process, Karen was always available, upfront, helpful, and honest. We were always able to reach her via email or phone and she had a way of making us feel calmer during stressful times. Through many changes in mandates, capacity rules, etc. Falkirk kept us up to date and was flexible with us. Our big day finally came on September 4, 2021. It was everything we could have dreamt of and more. The scenery at Falkirk can’t be beat. We had an absolutely gorgeous background for all of our ceremony photos, and guests loved being able to move around inside/outside for cocktail hour. The food was delicious. We have had so many guests comment on how good the food was. The staff the day of were all amazing. They made sure my husband and I were fed, and that our glasses were never empty. I wish I could go back and relive the day over and over. We truly cannot thank Falkirk enough for making our dream wedding a reality.

Having our wedding at Falkirk was AMAZING! We had to postpone our wedding several times and Karen helped to make our experience as stress free as possible. She was always very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns. She left Falkirk shortly before our wedding, so we worked with Lauren in the weeks leading up to our big day. She was so sweet and organized and I knew we were in great hands. Bridget was our maître d and ran the day flawlessly! She somehow made sure our bridal party was where they needed to be and somehow made it fun! She also decorated every space beyond my expectations! Every frame, sign, flower, was placed perfectly. She was awesome! Michelle was my bridal attendant and took the best care of me. She held my dress and veil, made sure I was hydrating, held onto my lipstick, carried my bouquet... she literally waited on me hand and foot! She was the best! All of our guests are STILL raving about the food! My husband and I hope we can attend a wedding at Falkirk just to experience how wonderful it is again. The grounds are gorgeous and well-kept, and the offsite barn makes for INCREDIBLE photos! I highly recommend Falkirk for your special day!

I do not have enough words to describe how amazing this venue is! My husband and I got married at Falkirk on 6/19/21. From start to finish, Karen and the rest of the event staff made our planning process/wedding day more than we could have asked for. Planning our wedding from across the country and during a pandemic brought a lot of challenges. Karen was so flexible and was sure to accommodate us as much as possible, whether it was answering questions/planning over the phone, fitting us in for a tour/tasting when we were in town, and making sure all things would run smoothly day of. We did both our ceremony and reception at Falkirk. The grounds are outstanding (this is what originally sold us!) and the service/food is incredible. . My bridal assistant, Michelle and our maitre'd, Michael made sure everything ran smoothly that day! Additionally, they offer extra services such as fireworks, which truly made for an incredible night! Our guests still talk about our wedding and how amazing everything was! We cannot thank Falkirk enough.

I cannot thank Falkirk enough for making our day absolutely perfect! From start to finish Karen, Michelle and Bridget were on their A game and made sure we were taken care of. Our guest cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. This place is really a hidden gem.

Falkirk made our wedding our most perfect day. From the first appointment everyone was warm, caring, and friendly. We not only needed to reschedule due to COVID, but we also moved to Florida during the planning stage. Karen Corson was more than happy to work with us through every challenge and was always upbeat and positive. The staff welcomed my family at the rehearsal and made everyone feel cared for. The grounds were breathtaking. On our wedding day the staff was on their timeline and focused. All of the staff were kind and had warm things to say. We cant thank and recommend Falkirk enough.

I would give Falkirk 10 stars if I could. We had to postpone our wedding and it STILL felt seamless thanks to the staff there. Karen went above and beyond to be available for all of our questions and was always keeping up to date about changing health protocols. She kept us organized and did an amazing job at making the day so special for us. Bridget was our maitre d and ran the day flawlessly. She somehow made sure our bridal party was where they needed to be but were also having a ton of fun the whole time. Michelle completely spoiled me and was available for everything. Even our photographer said how awesome it was that she was there with us, arranging my dress and fixing my veil and doing whatever I didn't even know had to be done. All of our guests raved about the food-everything at Falkirk is just so delicious! I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone, because I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else.

Look no further! Falkirk has made our wedding dreams come true! We had to postpone our June 20th 2020 wedding to Aug 7th 2021. From the beginning to the end, Karen and every staff member has made wedding planning seamless. They are flexible and caring. They go above and beyond for their couples and are willing to work with you. Karen made it easy for us to trust them and their staff to pull off an amazing day for us. The food was amazing from cocktail hour to dessert. My husband really enjoyed that we are able to try every item at cocktail hour in the bridal suite and each entree. Every Single Item was so yummy! The waiters and bartenders were attentive to our guests and made sure they had drinks and anything they needed at their table. Every guest was so impressed with how beautiful and amazing our reception was! It was the best day of our lives! Thank you for making our day so special! P.S. The staff at Falkirk care so much that they even assisted my Nona into a high stretch limo at the end of the night. They really took care of everything from start to finish, I promise you Falkirk will not disappoint.

From the day we booked Falkirk in Jan 2020 for our July 18, 2021 wedding, the entire process with Karen (Sales Manager and Coordinator) was amazing! Out of my entire wedding planning process, my experience with Karen at Falkirk was my least stressful aspect to plan. Karen was so communicative, kind, attentive, experienced, flexible, and down to earth. She promptly answered my millions of emails. She would even apologize for her ‘delay’! Lol (responding within 1 day!) At times, she would email me after other weddings at midnight because she wanted to make sure she answered me and I felt at ease. She just went above and beyond in every aspect. I heard of many brides unable to reach their venues during the pandemic, but that was the complete opposite for me with Karen. She gave me updates on COVID guidelines throughout the pandemic, and would be honest, yet calming as well. You can definitely say that Karen was my part time therapist too! Haha. She truly cares about the couple and their wedding day. When it came down to the guest count, I informed Karen that I was afraid I wouldn’t meet the 125 guest min due to some guests still fearing COVID and Karen said ‘No problem! Don’t worry!’ I heard of so many other venues holding couples to their contracted guest min. The fact that they weren’t going to keep me to that number put me at ease during such a stressful time. It shows how much they care. Like many other brides, the whole wedding planning was very stressful for me. Unfortunately, my MIL became very ill and paralyzed months before. We went back and forth so many times on whether she would be able to attend the wedding. It was to the point that it affected our guest count by 3 or so people and Karen was so easy and flexible. I was concerned about many aspects of her attending the wedding. Karen worked with me and offered any help that we needed to make it as smooth as possible. For the day of, Karen, Bridget (Maitre D) and Michelle (Bridal Concierge) were so amazing, accommodating, attentive, calm and collected. We had a slight scare with the weather, but they waited up until the last minute, while they tracked the weather minute by minute. We were able to have the wedding outside and it was beautiful! The quality, assortment, and taste of the food is top notch! All of my guests still rave about it – especially the cocktail hour. We only had 1 add-on to the cocktail hour because the standard assortment that they offer was already so diverse, plentiful and fair in price. The reception food was no exception as well. All of the staff was so attentive, kind, polite and accommodating. Guests said they were always on top of their game! One of the things I loved about Falkirk was that it had a private feel to it. There is 1 wedding at a time. That exclusivity is priceless. I also loved the grounds, the access to the Falkirk farm, the ceremony area and waterfall for pics. The cocktail hr being (1.5hrs) and indoor/outdoor was a great feature during a pandemic. The ballroom and dance floor is huge with tons of space to spread out. You can find beautiful venues wherever you look in the Hudson Valley, but the quality of service isn’t as easy to find. You will definitely find that at Falkirk. I honestly cannot thank Karen and the entire staff at Falkirk enough for all they did for me and my husband for our wedding day. From the beginning to the end – they made it an amazing experience for us and our guests!

We booked this venue for May 2021 in February of 2020. The event coordinator, Karen, was communicative, honest, and sincere. Not once did I feel like making money was their priority. I had broken off an engagement in the past and knew how horrible some people/venues/vendors could be. Even with COVID and a contract signed for 125 people minimum, Falkirk wasn't money hungry and told us from the beginning we'd only pay for the number of people we'd be allowed. During trying times you see people's true colors. The staff at Falkirk actually care. They take your day personal. I'm so glad we got married at Falkirk Estate. We had an amazing, memorable experience. Three months later our guests are still talking about it.

From start to finish (2018-2021) the staff at Falkirk was exceptional. No stone was left unturned or question unanswered. Our day was flawless, on time and our guests - even three weeks later - are talking about the food and service. Karen was amazing, Michelle was incredible and Bridgette was fantastic. The views, natural light, and acoustics at this venue are unmatched! So happy with our venue choice.

We had our wedding on 6/4/21 and it was the best day ever thanks to Falkirk's amazing team! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Karen was extremely helpful, quick to answer calls or emails, and overall so positive! The staff is amazing, the venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious, the have a list of amazing vendors to work with, and the list goes on. We had our wedding at Falkirk on 5/15/2021. It was nothing short of spectacular. Karen and our entire staff did an absolutely incredible job. Everything went smoothly. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent. Karen is excellent to communicate with, always kept us up to date with COVID updates and precautions. She made the wedding process easy and seamless. Her entire staff is friendly, courteous and did everything they could to make our wedding perfect. I can't recommend Falkirk enough. Thank you Karen and the entire team for making our wedding a truly spectacular night!

We had our wedding at Falkirk on 6/5/21 and it was the best day of our lives. Karen was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process. She would always go out of her way to update us on COVID restrictions and helped us with anything we needed with planning for the wedding. The day of was absolutely perfect and the staff including Karen, Michelle, and Michael made sure the day went perfect. It was so great to be able to enjoy the day without having to worry about any the logistics of anything. They are the perfect people to trust with your wedding and we truly could not recommend them enough. We are 2 weeks out from our wedding now and are still in awe with how amazing the day was. This is the place and the staff that you want to trust with your wedding!!!

I could not rave about this venue enough. Planning a wedding 3 times was not the easiest and Karen made the process better than I could have ever imagined. She was patient with me and made sure everything was perfect. Michael and Michelle made sure everything ran smooth and were beyond supportive the whole entire day. The food was amazing and all the guests raved not only about the food but about how beautiful the venue itself is! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

It was such a magical and memorable wedding night💕 My husband and I finally were able to have the wedding of our dreams, after a long year of anticipation due to covid. Through the constant changes due to health and safety regulations, Karen has been nothing but supportive and kind, making sure that our wedding would happen no matter what the outcome. Michelle was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help relieve the nerves on my wedding day. She was so sweet and kept everything very organized. Michael, the best! He made sure that my husband, myself and our bridal party enjoyed every moment of our night. Peter, amazing! He made sure we were catered too with food and drinks, and overall anything that we needed. So sweet! The staff, food, and venue are overall amazing. Our guests had the time of their lives and have had nothing but positive words. The dinner- guests raved about the chateaubriand, like butter and the taste was perfection! We highly recommend this venue and cannot thank everyone enough!!

We originally had our wedding scheduled for June 6 but once the pandemic hit everything was about to change. With that being said, I can’t say enough about the Falkirk team especially Karen. Despite the frustrations, tears and headaches with all the unknowns, Karen was there every step of the way. I can’t imagine planning a wedding during a pandemic without her to help us and make suggestions. She continued to present herself in a calm professional manner throughout the whole process. We ended up changing our date and had a smaller wedding and it was everything I imagined it would be and more. Everyone felt safe and there were proper covid protocols in place. All of our guests still rave about the venue, the food, and how amazing the entire staff was. Karen, Michelle and Michael had everything so organized and made sure there were no hiccups, and everything went smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We are so grateful for the entire Falkirk staff and how above and beyond they went to ensure we had the perfect day. I would 100% recommend this venue and hope that we get to back there soon!

As soon as we left Falkirk after viewing it for the first time we knew we would be having our wedding here. Our original wedding date was in October 2020, but due to the pandemic, we had to postpone until May. Planning a wedding through a pandemic is no easy feat, but with the Falkirk team, everything was as smooth as could be. Karen is extremely helpful and she always answered promptly, even if she wasn't working! We were in contact throughout the pandemic, always discussing and weighing options. When we decided to postpone they were able to provide us with a new day. Wedding weekend came and it was POURING all weekend, but Falkirk still managed to get me my outdoor ceremony when we had a break in rain for a few hours. The staff worked nonstop prepping the outside for the ceremony! Michelle and Michael were amazing all day and the flow and schedule of the day could not be more perfect. They truly know what they are doing at this venue. Our guests had nothing but amazing feedback about the food and the staff. If you book your wedding here you seriously will not be disappointed. They are everything and more!!

Falkirk was the first venue we viewed, we immediately fell in love with it. After having to postpone our wedding from July 2020 to April of 2021 I cannot be more happy with our decision to have our reception at Falkirk. Karen and I were in communication throughout the year of postponement. Karen was quick to respond and always had answers. She helped us through an extremely challenging time. On the day of our wedding, Karen, Michelle and Michael were waiting for us as our shuttle arrived. I was immediately brought into the bridal suite where champagne and a charcuteire board were waiting. After having a moment to gather myself we went off to take our photos. Michelle the bridal concierge was always by my side, helping me in any way I needed. My drink was always full or waiting for me at the sweetheart table! The reception was wonderful and safe during what can be a scary time. We provided vaccine information or negative COVID tests to ensure we were taking the correct protocol. Our guests said the check in process went well and smooth. Our guests had such wonderful things to say about how delicious the food was, how beautiful, clean and safe the venue was. They enjoyed the table service and said the staff was wonderful. We are so pleased that we waited and had our dream wedding with Falkirk. We cannot wait to hopefully one day be able to attend another wedding there!

We’re so incredibly grateful to the entire team at Falkirk Estate and Country Club, especially Karen, Michael, and Michelle, for giving us our dream wedding. As soon as we saw the venue we fell in love with it and knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. The grounds are so beautiful, the food was amazing, and we loved that they only host one wedding at a time. The entire planning process was so smooth and Karen really made it a fun experience! When the pandemic hit and everything was put on hold, Karen and the rest of the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were able to give us a new date, easy our worries, and still give us our dream wedding! The lengths they went to to ensure everyone’s safety gave us such peace of mind. Choosing Falkirk was the best decision we made throughout our wedding planning process. We can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to visit again for future events!

Planning event during this COVID wasn't easy as we were double minded for safety of our guests and all involved. The team at Falkirk put us at ease and the manager Karen made us comfortable by working with us. She took care of each minute detail and that too with a SMILE. Every guest felt safe as the staff was well trained and followed COVID-safety protocols. Staff said good things about the owner Wayne that he takes good care of them. I know a couple high school kids who work there and say the same about Wayne that they feel appreciated there. The space is very welcoming, open, well ventilated and clean. Our guests were pleased with the layout, food and drinks. We had a super-fun party!!!

My fiancé and I were scheduled to get married on March 28 two weeks before the country shut down due to the pandemic. As we went into panic mode about how to reschedule our wedding that was so quickly approaching, the staff at Falkirk specifically Karen helped to put our minds quickly at ease. We were able to reschedule our date for later in the year with the hopes that things would be more normalized by then. By the time the big day came, September 18, 2020, every part of the day exceeded our expectations. The staff at Falkirk went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were met and helped us to feel a lot lighter during a very stressful time. Having to plan and then re-plan a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was very stressful but the staff at Falkirk did everything they could to make sure that our day was everything we wanted it to be… And more! I am eternally grateful to the incredible staff at Falkirk for all they did for us! The food, service, attitudes and attention of the staff were superb! I would absolutely recommend this venue and we hope to visit for our anniversary. Karen and the team were incredible and they can make your wedding day feel like you’re in a fairy tale.

We got married at The Falkirk Estate on 10/10/2020 (both ceremony and reception) and it exceeded all expectations that I've had of my 'big day' (and I had a lot/high ones :) )! Karen and the rest of the team are some of the nicest, most professional and best organized people I've ever met and every interaction was a pleasure! They walked us through every detail, prepped an elaborate wedding despite just 50 days of notice, and on the day of made sure that everything was perfect! All our guests were in awe (I litelarly saw some people's jaws drop when they saw the views from the balcony) and we still hear compliments at least a few times a week on how beautiful everything was, how nice the service and delicious the food. Highly recommend this venue!

From the day I walked into this venue I knew this is where I wanted to have my wedding. We met with Karen from the beginning and was so very helpful with all our arrangements including hotel and bus services for our guests. Three and a half weeks before our original wedding date of April 17, 2020 the world turned upside down and my dreams were shattered. Through many tears we rescheduled our wedding to July 24 thinking things would be back to normal. Every ten days to two weeks I received phone calls or emails from Karen letting us know if guidelines had changed. In early July we decided to go ahead with the wedding even though Covid was still real. Falkirk went over changes that had to be made bc of guidelines and what safety protocols they had put in place. The day of the wedding it could not have gone smoother, Karen, Peter, Michael and Michelle made our day magical and did the best that they could especially during Covid. Double masks and gloves were worn by staff, sanitizing stations were set up along with us providing individual masks and hand sanitizer to our guests. Temperatures of all our guests were taken. The day was amazing with only 50 people in attendance I felt special that day due to the way the staff treated me my husband and my guests. My brother was having so many issues with his wedding venue bc he had to postpone also from June to August and refused to return any money to them only thing they were offered was to postpone until 2021, with all of this going on I felt grateful that Falkirk was willing to go above and beyond to make my day so special, and they certainly did I had my dream wedding on July 24, 2020.

Where do I begin. My daughter’s wedding was scheduled for April 17,2020 and three and a half weeks before it got canceled. We rescheduled for July 24 thinking the band would be lifted by the end of May. Needless to say, this never happened. Through all of this we received phone calls from Karen and the staff at Falkirk every 10 days or so regarding guidelines and such since they were changing so rapidly. Early July decisions needed to be made and my daughter chose to proceed with the July 24th wedding. Falkirk went above and beyond to keep everyone safe during such trying times. The staff was so helpful in making our guests feel comfortable, such as changing all silverware and napkins after each course, bringing drinks to table so no one had to stand in line at the bar, and all wearing double masks and gloves. Falkirk did an outstanding job in making my daughter’s dream wedding come true during such trying times of Covid. She was asked to possibly postpone again but my daughter said it was now or never. Karen, Michelle, Michael and Peter were truly amazing and make the day magical for all of us. Covid-19 has changed the way weddings will go forward but you would never know we were only 50 people and 16 tables, every table was over six feet apart and no more than six guests at a table. Falkirk will always be a shining star on our eyes.

So many lies. The worst decision we made was booking Falkirk for our wedding. I’m not sure why anyone would book a new date or go through with their existing date, since they now have the worst reviews of any venue in the area. The facts are that they’re taking people’s money even though they did not perform a wedding, which they are contractually obligated to do. The owner of this place is so bad he actually got banned from talking to customers. They’re now trying to do damage control by offering “credits.” How is it a credit if its my money?? The right thing to do is give people their money back. Only the worst types of people would screw people like this during a pandemic, let alone during whats supposed to be the happiest time of their life.

All they do is lie here. They’ll do or say anything to get you to book a wedding with them and do not deserve any money from you. Throughout our engagement, there were many interactions we had with them. The pros are that the venue is obviously beautiful and the food is amazing. But throughout the course of our engagement we slowly began to regret our decision. The event coordinator was great at the first meeting but after that she showed up late to every appointment and gave short answers to all our questions. This venue is so overpriced, and we always got the feeling they didn’t actually care what our wedding actually turned out like as long as we kept giving them money. Now, in light of Covid-19, it all makes sense. The event coordinator stopped calling us, even though our wedding was coming up quickly, leaving us completely in the dark as to what to do. The owner tried to pressure us into having our 2020 wedding with them, did not offer us any insight into the safety precautions they have in place (if any), and would not let us move the wedding. We were only offered to postpone to a weekday in 2021. Got a very strong feeling he’s trying to capitalize off this crisis by booking more events next year since people usually dont book weekday weddings. Then we were also told they’re going out of business and that the owner fired his general manager because he wasnt able to lie to people through all this. Based on these other reviews, it’s clear they owe several people a refund. Wouldn’t be surprised if reviews alone do them in. Please book your wedding somewhere else so you dont end up going through what we went through with them.

Planning a wedding, re-planning a wedding, and re-planning a wedding again during a pandemic was difficult and frustrating. We we're sure what was going to happen with rules, laws, etc. Falkirk, Karen, Michael, Michelle, and the team helped us create and have the perfect wedding day. We would've loved to have our original plan with all of our friends and family, but with a reduced guest list the only thing different was the limited number of people. Everything else went on perfectly. I would recommend getting married now versus trying to schedule a new date. We both couldn't be happier.

I am in the same situation as "anonymous on 8/4/2020". I am also scheduled to have a 2020 wedding at Falkirk and they are telling me the exact same story. They cannot meet their end of the contract but refuse to give us back our $15,000 deposit. I am so saddened by this whole situation and the unprofessionalism of this venue. They have literally shattered the image of my dream wedding.

We were scheduled to have our wedding with them. A little over a month out, we called to get some information about what the current Covid-19 guidelines were at the venue, only to find out they lied and told us we could have 150 people when in reality it is 50. They also were unable to provide any other information, leaving us unable to finish planning a rapidly approaching wedding. On top of that, we found out by calling them that the back-up date we reserved in case we had to postpone was no longer available because they are not writing up new contracts because they feel they are going out of business. No one bothered to pick up the phone and let us know this. So now they’ve still not provided a wedding and won’t give us our money back. The owner, Wayne Corts, is attempting to force as many people as possible to have their weddings in 2020 so that he can book twice as many weddings in 2021. I know we are not the only ones in this situation with them, the bad reviews will keep coming until Falkirk decides to do what’s right and give people their money back. Don’t book a wedding with them for 2020, 2021, or beyond. They made the happiest time of our lives turn into an awful memory and experience.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were unable to get married on our wedding date. We decided to elope. And cancel our wedding. Falkirk is now refusing to give us our $13,000 deposit back. We have been fighting with them for two months and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. We would have hoped that they would’ve been professional since they did not provide us any service they would have given us our money back. But they are only offering us a credit. Although we do not plan to have another wedding.

We got married at Falkirk 1 year ago today! A year has gone by and we are still frequently hearing rave reviews about our wedding from friends and family. We highly recommend Falkirk to any couple looking for a wedding that they can be proud of. Here are the top 5 things we loved about Falkirk: 1. Tommy. Warm, professional, hospitable, and honest. We worked with Tommy for 18 months from 1st visit to wedding day, and he was there every step of the way (Karen and Michelle were also amazing and very supportive on our wedding day!) 2. The waitstaff. We thought it was weird to read so many reviews about the excellent Falkirk staff/service before we got married. We now know why. We have never seen a more attentive and professional staff at any wedding or event, some cousins and family members were hugging the wait staff before they left :) 3. The Property. Plenty of photo opportunities with the barn, nearby cottage, and beautiful fountain for bride & groom and extended family photos. A beautiful site for a ceremony and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. 4. The food volume & quality. Quantity did not sacrifice quality. We had so many options for hors d'oeuvres, many stations, and lovely dessert options to go with our cake. Standard and unique options to suit your desires—everything was delicious. 5. Never feeling like you are getting nickel and dimed. When we toured other venues, the base package never seemed like enough, and with each additional item (cocktail hour station, liquor package, etc.) or minor change, they all got very expensive. Falkirk provides a tremendous value and we did not feel like we missed out on a thing at our wedding. We are so appreciative to all the staff at Falkirk for making our wedding day so special, we truly had an incredible experience at Falkirk from first visit to our wedding day. Thank you!!

My Husband and I got married at Falkirk in June 2019. The first time I saw the venue online I knew we had to go check it out right away! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are breathtaking (during the day and night)! You get the backdrop of the mountains, the golf course and two beautiful waterfalls –truly romantic! In addition, they have a barn with a beautiful chandelier where you and your spouse can take your first look photos! It was such a special private moment. The reception room is huge and it has this beautiful bar setup within the room. The food was delicious and my guests were truly impressed with the cocktail hour. The staff at Falkirk is incredible –from the first day we met them to the very the last minute of our wedding day – they took care of every single detail! Everyone worked together as a team and genuinely cared about our special day – that made all the difference! Our wedding had about 270 guests and there wasn’t a single glitch! From the very beginning, Tommy (General Manager) and Karen (Event Planner) were amazing! Karen’s attention to detail meant everything to us and she really made us feel so comfortable. Having a great relationship with your event planner is key and Karen is the one you want! Having our wedding at Falkirk was truly magical and is still being talked about by our friends and family. If you choose to get married here, it will be one of the BEST decisions you make when planning your wedding! Can you tell we LOVED Falkirk?!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Falkirk estate this past September 2019. Our experience at Falkirk was nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. Karen, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. You took so much of the stress and coordination off of our plate. You kept us on track with planning throughout the year. And you timed out our wedding day perfectly, minute by minute. The day ran seamlessly, and we felt zero stress and were able to enjoy our wedding reception to the fullest. Michael and Michelle were by our side throughout the entire reception. We felt like royalty, anything we needed they had for us - before we even asked! They made sure we were fed, hydrated, in the right place at the right time, even had my flip flops ready for me after our wedding dance. Now let's not forget about the FOOD and SERVICE!! Our guests are still raving at how delicious the all the food was, and how EXCELLENT the service was. This was not your typical wedding meal or servers. Our guests barely had to go to the bar, because the wait staff was so on top of their tables. And those who did go to the bar were served immediately- which is impressive and important for a huge Irish family! Thank you Falkirk, for the most perfect day we could have ever dreamed of. It was a memorable day had by all.

My husband and I got married at Falkirk this past February. From the moment we first started communicating with Karen and Tommy, to the day of our wedding, they have been so supportive. Falkirk is exactly what we wanted, rustic elegance. They have so many "vignettes" for a variety of photo opportunities. Tommy, Karen, and all of the staff at Falkirk are amazing, we got nothing but compliments about our day, hey went above and beyond anything we could have dreamed! The cocktail hour is my favorite part of weddings, and ours was nothing short of amazing. We went to a wedding at Falkirk 6 months before ours, the staff and food was just as perfect, they make everyone feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. If I could have my wedding over again I would 100 percent choose Falkirk again (except I would eat more cocktail hour food and not miss out on the zeppole station!) I highly recommend Falkirk for your perfect wedding day!

We are from Connecticut and were looking for a space that had a separate cocktail  and reception space.  From the moment we stepped into Falkirk, we knew this was our venue! Karen was amazing to work with and made the planning process so easy.  She was always available to answer our questions.  Our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding, from the food, atmosphere, helpfulness of the waitstaff, the compliments are endless! We are so happy to have had our wedding at Falkirk, they made our special day incredible! When we walked in to see the reception space before guests arrived, the wait staff all stopped what they were doing to offer us congratulations.  The attention to detail was amazing!  Multiple people complimented the wait staff on their service.  Michael and Michelle were on top of everything, letting us know when things would occur and making sure we were having a great time throughout. We had beautiful weather for February and Michelle made our day so special and was so attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for pictures outside.  We have been told by multiple guests it was the best wedding they have ever been to and they keep asking how we found Falkirk since none of our guests had been there previously. WOW! I can't even begin to express our gratitude to the Falkirk team. But I'm gonna try! Tommy took care of us right from the start and after our first tour/meeting we were sold. The venue itself is gorgeous and speaks for itself. But Tommy really made us feel like family. He is so kind and encouraging and made our decision to choose Falkirk an easy one. Tommy and his magical team took the night over and beyond our expectations. Every person who had been to a wedding here before gasped when we told them our wedding would be at Falkirk. They raved about the venue, the food and the service so much that it seemed too good to be true! Well it was that and so much more. The FOOD the SERVICE! It's been over a week and we are still receiving such wonderful compliments from the guests in attendance. The Falkirk staff make you feel so important and so well taken care of. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Tommy, Karen, Michael and Michelle, this is our love letter to you. You made this day in our lives truly the greatest. We cannot thank you enough! We had a good feeling about Falkirk simply seeing the photos and reading customer reviews. After visiting for the first time, our venue shopping stopped there. Tommy and Karen were a pleasure to work with from the very first day. They helped with every single part of the planning and helped with non-venue related things. The day went by without a single issue. The staff at Falkirk was the most attentive venue staff that I’ve ever experienced in my life. If they even thought you needed something, they were already there, ready to help and assist. The guests from my wedding are still talking about the venue and the day. The food was amazing. Most couples have told me in the past that they didn’t stop to eat, Michelle and Michael didn’t let that happen. We truly had the wedding of our dreams and we owe it all to Falkirk! Sept 14, 2019 - the most magical day of my life, thanks to Falkirk and all their staff. From the day I chose the location until the day after my wedding, the staff were so responsive and extremely helpful. Tommy and team helped me with every detail of my wedding - from giving me their feedback on the vendors I chose, to giving me tips of what to do/not to do. The experience we had was simply incredible. The food, the service, the kindness, the guidance - you would be making a huge mistake if you don't choose this venue. The staff just blended in with us and felt like they were a part of our family! Their food - I can rave about this for days. My family is very picky, and we have gone to many weddings, and I will say to this day, all we hear is how incredible the food was. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and with a smile on their faces. Why would you ever spend money on a wedding planner? Tommy and team took care of every single detail - from making sure that my pictures, pamphlets, signs were up in the right locations, to bustling my dress the night of. The Maitre D was incredible. My family lives 45 minutes from the venue, but my husband and I now live in Florida. A lot of my planning was done from afar. What this team did to make sure every single detail was taken care of was just incredible. They made everything so easy, and so pleasant. I made the best decision of my life marrying my husband- choosing Falkirk was the next best decision I made for my wedding. If you are reading this, stop and don't go any further. Truly cannot thank all the members of Falkirk Estate Enough. From the moment we began our process we knew that Falkirk was where we would get married. Tommy and Karen, thanks will never be enough. Both of you went above and beyond on all fronts, from the planning, to the menu, to the actual day. Thank you so so much. We could not have asked for two better people to work with. Thank you for being so flexible and understanding throughout the entire process and for making sure we had EXACTLY what we wanted it was a dream. Michelle, the Bridal Attendant, was beyond awesome. While we only met the day of the wedding she was there through it all that day and never left my side. Was extremely grateful for her and her expertise throughout the day. Michael, the Maitre De, was amazing. Not only did he take care of the coordination throughout the day but my husband forgot to mention one of his favorite drinks throughout the planning process. When we arrived for pictures in the afternoon there was not enough, and Michael made sure that we had it immediately following the pictures. He was incredible. All the waitstaff, we heard nothing but phenomenal things from all our guests. They are the picture of professionalism and truly make you feel like you are the most important on your day. I cannot say thank you enough to this group, and will forever cherish our special day at Falkirk. There is so much I can say about Falkirk and it’s hard to put all my thanks into words. Falkirk was the first and ONLY venue we looked at. My mom had heard of them through a client of hers and hot nothing but rave reviews. Upon seeing the venue and meeting Tommy we new right away this was our place. He made us feel like family off the bat and that was important to us. We were weary about our choices in venue and vendors because we are an LGBT couple, but we felt comfortable in our decision the second we walked in. It didn’t matter if we were gay, straight, purple or polka dotted, we were treated just as special as we hoped to be. Since the moment we had our first appointment until the end of the wedding, everything was handled extremely professionally and run like a well oiled machine. I am somewhat of a control freak but Tommy & his staff made me feel completely at ease and that I had nothing to worry about. The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother. The team of people I had treated me with the upmost respect and were incredibly kind and comforting. I was a ball of nerves but they kept me calm and collected the whole way through. They led me everywhere I needed to go, and every single aspect of the day ran PERFECTLY. The food, the ambiance, and every single one the staff were AMAZING! I could not stop receiving compliments from our guests about how good the food & venue was. 3 weeks later, people are still calling me up to tell me it’s the best wedding they ever attended. I could go on forever about how gracious my wife and I are for Falkirk and how everyone should have their wedding here but I will say this in conclusion. As a lesbian couple, we faced a lot of issues with family not wanting to attend our wedding because they didn’t agree with it. It was a very hard road leading up to our special day, and at times I was not sure I wanted to even have the wedding. BUT thanks to Falkirk I’m glad we did. Being accepted and treated as equal as other couples was a huge fear of ours but I have never felt more welcomed and cared for by people I barely knew. As I said before, Tommy and the rest of the staff made us feel like family, and to us, that meant everything considering some of my family would not attend. They made the day so incredibly special that I forgot about the missing pieces because they filled it with so much happiness and warmth. To us, Falkirk is more than just a wedding venue. It didn’t feel like we were just another couple for them to get money from. We were not just another transaction to them. It felt like home. I would go through all the tears & stress I endured with my family 100 times over again to relive our day there. They made everything all worth it. If you don’t book here, trust me when I say this, you are making a big mistake. No other place can live up to Falkirk, I can say that with 1000% confidence.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The Falkirk goes above and beyond to make certain you want for nothing. The venue is absolutely spotless, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food was out of this world! It rained on our wedding day, but the Falkirk went out of their way to make sure the ceremony was all set to go for an indoor ceremony and it was more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for! So many guests said it was THE BEST wedding they have ever been to! They loved the food and could not say enough good things about their tables' waiters and waitresses. Our families were so pleased with everything, and no one's drink was ever empty! Karen was supportive throughout the entire planning process, giving reminders when needed and helping to keep everything organized. My bridal concierge, Michelle, did an amazing job making sure I had everything I needed the day of, and even went out of her way to make sure I didn't get a drop of rain on my dress!! Michael was awesome and kept the entire wedding party organized and in step. All of these people made it so that I did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding. It's what any bride or groom would want for their wedding. We had the best day of our lives thanks to them!!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Falkirk, and what an incredible experience! The entire day was a dream come true from start to finish. Working with Tommy and Karen during our two years of being engaged was another great experience. Their warm personalities, knowledge, and excellent taste were some great traits we admired during our experience. The venue itself was gorgeous on the day of my wedding, the fall foliage along the grounds and extra attention to detail made it look like something right out of a fairy tale. The wait staff was amazing, and made my husband and I feel so special on our big day. This was truly one of the most magical days of our lives, and it is an event our family will be talking about for a long time!

There are no words to explain what we experienced when we had our wedding at Falkirk besides saying that quite literally everything was perfect. When we were searching for venues, I remember a review that said "you are crazy if you don't book Falkirk" - and I have to reiterate: you are CRAZY if you decide not to get married at Falkirk!! The ballroom, all of the outdoors, and the barn/farm where we took pictures were all absolutely beautiful. My husband and I were blown away with the care and professionalism that Karen, Tommy, Michael (our maitre'd), Michelle (bridal concierge), and every other staff member exuded throughout the entire planning process and wedding. The service of every single bartender & server was fantastic - we got multiple comments from so many people on how their drinks were constantly filled and how kind and caring every staff member was. Karen is a master at weddings, she was unbelievably organized, super responsive to emails/phone calls, and gave us advice that made our day so special. Michelle was a wonderful, pleasant person who made our day multiple times (she held my lipstick all day, kept giving us food and drinks without us even asking). Michael was also extremely organized and made our ceremony a breeze even with a large & loud bridal party that he had to take care of!! We also got a ton of comments on how incredible the food was, especially during cocktail hour. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to (one person even told us at 8pm, when the reception just started!!) My husband and I were not stressed about anything at all throughout the entire time - it was the best wedding we had ever been to as well, and we had a blast thanks to the staff making sure we were as care-free as possible. We picked Falkirk because of its ridiculous beauty, having only 1 wedding PER DAY (we took pictures for 3 hours there before the ceremony), and because of the reviews of the service, but there was so much more that we didn't even know was in store. Everyone at Falkirk truly cares about making your wedding the absolute best day of your lives. We are so happy.

How do I even find the words to describe how amazing Falkirk is? My husband and I just got married there and for once in my life I am excited to write a review! When we first started looking at venues, our first tour was at Falkirk. We saw 6 venues in total and both knew that Falkirk was the place for us. We loved the indoor/outdoor component and Karen made us feel like she completely and totally cared about us from Day One. Throughout the entire planning process I always felt like I could rely on the Falkirk staff. The day of our wedding there was no rain in the forecast but 45 mins before our ceremony it started to rain. The team worked together to set up the inside (beautifully, I might add) just in case we had to move inside. Luckily, we were able to get our ceremony outside and nobody skipped a beat. I heavily relied on Michelle the day of and I can’t thank her enough. My nerves were so crazy that I didn’t even know what I needed..but Michelle did and she helped me stay calm and on track the entire day. Our guests keep raving about the food and the customer experience from every single staff member they encountered. I don’t think these words even justify how happy we were with our entire experience so I’ll end this with a big thank you to Karen, Michelle, tommy, Michael and everyone else who made our big day even better than we could’ve dreamed.

The Falkirk experience is magical! The venue itself is gorgeous - between the beautiful fountains, flowers blooming, horses in the barn, and a fabulous sunset... But what truly makes it special is the staff working there. From day 1, Karen and Tommy treated us like family, asking what would make the day a dream come true for us, and then executing to make that happen. Michael made sure both us and our parents had drinks all night, so we could just enjoy the moments, and Michelle helped me carry my dress during all the photos. Everyone we worked with, from setup to cleanup, was excited to help us in every way we needed. Our guests are still raving to us about the food (the famous Falkirk Chicken, Chateau Briand, Coconut Shrimp, Bacon wrapped Scallops, Lamp Chops, Oysters, etc.) and the unbelievable firework show. We would pick the venue and this team to work with, over and over. Thank you so much for the best day ever!

We had our wedding reception at Falkirk on September 7th and it was everything we dreamed of and more. I struggle finding the right words to accurately describe how amazing Falkirk and it’s staff are. From the moment we arrived we were treated like celebrities. Everyone was so incredibly attentive and we do not have a single negative thing to say about this place. Tommy and Karen are incredible to work and communicate with. Will, Peter, Michelle, and all the staff went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. People are still raving about our wedding and the food at Falkirk. Everything is pristine and top notch. I did not have to worry about anything because we were in such great hands. I am so excited we will be coming back to Falkirk in February for our friends wedding. We highly recommend Falkirk! I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. From the first moment we visited to the wedding day we had nothing but complete confidence that Falkirk was the place for us. Every time we went to visit or emailed to ask the numerous questions we were made to feel important and special. Karen was a great event planner and helped us make our dream day come true, without all the stress. She was a dream to work with as well as everyone on the day of-Michelle, Peter, Will all the waitstaff and bartenders. Our guest can not stop raving about the food and how they all think they had the best waiter, which is probably true as they made every guest feel important. Top notch place that will make you feel important, special, heard and something your guest will remember. My husband and I hope someone we know has a wedding there so we can experience it again.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Falkirk! The venue is absolutely stunning both inside and out. Our winter wedding was truly magical! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew our venue search was over. I cannot say enough good things about Falkirk! We received so many compliments from our guests. The attention to detail in all aspects was stunning. The staff was kind, attentive, caring, and professional. Our guests raved about how amazing the wait staff was! Falkirk truly delivers the full package. I could write an essay on the cocktail hour, the bridal concierge, the maitre d, how they took care of us, made sure we ate dinner, kept us on schedule, made us take moments for ourselves, and always had a drink refill waiting for us! We left, and actually went to see a few more places that we had already scheduled visits with but we could not get Falkirk out of our minds. So, we went back. Our wedding was June 14, 2019. During the entire planning process, we visited Falkirk many times. We do not live nearby... We just couldn't help ourselves because we felt like they became our family and we just wanted to spend time there envisioning what our day would be like. However, we could never imagine how absolutely perfect it would end up being. We definitely did not have a traditional wedding. Tommy listened to all of our crazy ideas and requests and helped us execute them better than we ever could have imagined. Every time we would talk to him, we would have something else out of the ordinary to add and he would laugh and just make it work. Michelle was the bridal attendant for the day of the wedding. This woman is an ANGEL! She made sure that every detail was perfect. Her patience was out of this world. She had a way of telling our photographer to move it but remained respectful and sweet. She made sure every detail of the day was running on time and we were where we needed to be. Her and Tommy came out when we were taking a few pictures during cocktail hour to bring us some of the food on a golf cart. Every guest at our wedding has told us how the venue was STUNNING. "How did you find this place?? It's gorgeous!" They complemented the service. "Our server was the best server we have ever had in our lives". The food was outstanding. We come from Italian families so our biggest concern is always, will there be enough food and will it taste great? Well, with Falkirk, you do not have to worry because it checks every box you can think of. I could talk about this place forever and probably will BUT to wrap this up, Falkirk and the beautiful people that work there, made our dreams come true. They took us under their wings and into their family and helped us make our wedding day unforgettable. Thank you Falkirk!

Our wedding absolutely surpassed our expectations due to the sincerity, professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of ALL of the Falkirk staff. Karen, our event planner, was calming and helpful thought the entire process. She made sure the decorations were perfect and kept our timeline on point. Michelle, the bridal concierge, was an absolute delight. She was extremely helpful and attentive. She even helped me by tying the corset built into my gown. Michelle made sure we were well fed and always had a drink in our hands. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her?! Peter, the waiter assigned to my parents’ table, was awesome! He made sure my parents and their friends and family had whatever they wanted over and over again....they didn’t have to lift a finger. Peter, introduced himself to me, which I thought was very polite and sincere. He promised that our wedding would be everything we wanted and more. How right he was! We have to say, we heard from all of our guests that the service and food was outstanding! The facility itself is breathtaking from inside out. The outdoor landscape is a picture perfect view of what makes the Hudson Valley so special. The outdoor patio and ceremony area are impeccably manicured from the pavers, to the rock walls, waterfall and gazebos. It is a picturesque place. The cocktail hour room and pub as well as the Grand Ballroom have a very stately appearance. From the pristine floors, to the granite countertops, exquisite woodwork and detailed moldings, to the fireplace, mantle and chandeliers, everything is elegant and beautiful. I cannot thank Falkirk enough for making my dream wedding come true!
