ur wedding, it was all we hoped for and more. The venue manager, Tripp, was an all star and helped us create our dream and make it a reality. The venue itself is so beautiful, you barely need decorations, the views speak for themselves. The flexibility and experience of the venue team (Tripp & Wendy) made the entire day so easy and stress free. We would get married here again in a heartbeat. This venue will really immerse you in the beauty that is the Rocky Mountains and keep you close enough to dowtown Estes Park that all guests can easily access the town. 10/10 would recommend Skyview at Fall River Village to any couple.

ony. We loved that the doors opened up to give the reception space an breath of fresh air, with the balconies acting as the perfect place to take a break from the dance floor. We also LOVED having everyone stay in the condos on site, making it feel like a full weekend with our guests and not just one night. Finally, Tess was a dream to work with, answering every question and helping us ensure the day was easy and fun. We felt at ease the whole day because we knew we were in good hands!

we couldn’t come tour the venue, she sent us pictures and gave us a live video tour over FaceTime. She kept us updated on protocols and guest limits as we moved closer to June 2021, and then celebrated with us when everyone could get vaccinated. She even went the extra mile to store our wedding decorations for us several weeks before our event because our family had no other way to get them from our many different home states to Colorado in time for the event. On the day of, she was composed and witty and full of joyful energy, despite the fact that she’d just come off hosting 12 weddings in 13 days. Tess is marvelous, and the venue itself is magical. GORGEOUS rooftop ceremony area, plus the reception room is so unique and lovely with plenty of room for dancing and giant doors that slide open to let in the mountain breeze. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready, and we were even able to host our rehearsal dinner in the resort’s community room. Fall River had perfect condos for all of our family, plus several bridal parties members, and it’s close to everything, including Rocky Mountain National Park, where my husband and I took wedding photos after the ceremony. Estes Park is an absolutely magical place, and my husband and I will be joyfully reliving our time at SkyView for the rest of our lives.

ator, Tess, is who truly deserves my 5 star review. She went above and beyond to make our wedding possible. Due to COVID we almost had to cancel our wedding just a few short weeks before our day. By the grace of God, we miraculously got approval from the county to allow us to, at least, have our small ceremony at FRV just 3 DAYS before the wedding. Tess helped us throw everything back together in such a short amount of time and we couldnt be more thankful! If you're looking for a venue in Estes Park then this is it! Not only is it beautiful and having amazing staff, but your family and friends can all stay together there as well!

Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, everyone in our bridal party knew exactly where to be and when. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and all of the reception events started on time. Our families commented to us after how amazingly smooth our wedding ran and how beyond impressed they were with Tess and Sarah! The venue itself is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice! The views from the ceremony deck are what dreams are made of! The reception space is perfect - from the lay out to the deck - it is all amazing. The accommodations are fabulous and we can't wait to stay there again. Look no further than SkyView to host your dream wedding...we HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

During the tour, she can already help you start planning your day, and answer any question you throw at her. In the middle of our wedding planning, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. This threw a wrench in our plans, but Tess and the Fall River Village staff made this process so much easier. Tess was in constant contact with us, keeping us up to date on the venue's status. She also worked very hard to provide a safe environment, while still maintaining the true atmosphere of a wedding. By the end of it, Tess was able to support every request we had of her, and we had a beautiful wedding. From start to finish, I could not have been happier with our venue choice. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Skyview at Fall River Village for your wedding.

re blown alway. The space is perfectly designed for weddings. On top of the amazing space, you get to work with wonderful staff. Planning a wedding during Covid was stressful to say the least, and Tess and Sarah communicated regularly with us about what the day would look like. They were extremely understanding and kind during these circumstances. On wedding day, the helped us set everything up, and they worked with our vendors to get everything done on time. I can honestly say wedding day was seamless, and I owe much of that to this fabulous team. This is an amazing venue, I wouldn’t change a thing. HIGHLY recommend ☺️

There were many uncertain things because of COVID, but Tess and Sarah communicated everything and kept me up to date with every step of the way. elped make the day as carefree as possible and I was actually able to really enjoy my time without worrying about a thing. We had travelers from across the country that raved about the location and accommodations. It really was the perfect wedding and I owe it to the venue for sure. After the ceremony we enjoyed a rooftop cocktail hour and then went downstairs to the venue space which is gorgeous as is, so we didn’t need too many decorations. At sunset the sliding doors were opened so we could enjoy the late-August air and an open air reception. Once the doors were closed, the fire pits And couches on the deck made a great place to step away from the music and catch up with friends and loved ones. Most of the attendees stayed onsite at the townhomes and condos on property, which was walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend SkyView if you want the perfect wedding.

our planning process, though at times responses were a tad delayed. Our wedding day couldn't have been any more perfect. Tess was amazing. It started raining a couple hours before our ceremony and Tess and the Sky View team were ready to change our ceremony setup to allow for all of our guests and ourselves to be underneath the canopy. Tess left shortly after our ceremony, after first checking in with me to ensure everything was perfect. She left us in the more than capable hands of Sarah. Sarah was just as amazing as Tess and really worked hard to make sure our reception ran smoothly. These two ladies truly were the best and I know my wedding day would not have been as perfect without all of their help and hard work! The venue itself has unbeatable views and our friends and family all had nothing but great things to say about their experience. I would highly recommend Sky View for anyone looking to get married in Estes Park!

day. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The doors that open up downstairs make you feel like you are one with nature. I cannot recommend SkyView at Fall River Village enough. We were so pleased with everything from the initial tour, to the walk through with Tess, to the big day... this place is simply the best.

door space downstairs was used for the reception.We had a 11 table solution(wedding party of roughly 100 people) which still allowed for a good dance floor. Weather was cooperating so we could open doors that allowed to expand the area to outdoor beautiful patio as well. The setup and arrangements were simple but beautiful for our wedding guests to enjoy. There is also a very nice addition of the Bridal Suite that is close to where the ceremony took part that had everything we needed to get ready. All in all very convenient and hassle free venue that gives a touch of class to the wedding. Staff: Tess was great to work with, laid back and very accommodating to our wishes. We did use a wedding coordinator also who worked closely with Tess and that went smoothly. We went for a non-traditional two isle solution which turned out great. Tess and staff are also great when it comes to working with other vendors. We did not have to do much other than share our visions and sit back and relax. We could not have asked for more for our wedding ceremony and reception and would recommend this space to anyone who is looking for beautiful views, hassle free arrangement and just want to relax and have fun!

Many of our guests were visiting from out-of-state, and we loved that Fall River Village gave many of them an excuse to extend their stay in Estes. The venue’s proximity to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park is unbeatable. At times, it was a bit difficult to get ahold of the venue, but in all of our interactions with the staff, they were accommodating and hospitable. Tess, the wedding coordinator, was great to work with. Her confidence and professionalism assured my husband and I that the day was under control. Tess was on-site from our morning rehearsal to the last song. She worked behind the scenes to ensure that our day flowed smoothly and was extremely detail oriented. My husband and I appreciated the small touches such as having appetizers left in the wedding suite when we went to sign our marriage license and desserts left in the honeymoon suite at the end of the night! We had the best and most memorable wedding day and are so grateful for SkyView for helping it all come together. We would highly recommend this venue!

hen moved downstairs for the reception. Tess was basically the best wedding planner of all time! She remembered every little detail and provided me with lists of amazing vendors she had worked with previously. I was not stressed one bit the day of and I truly believe I have her and the rest of the staff at Fall River to thank for that. We looked into a lot of places in Estes Park, but we would pick SkyView over and over again!

cult. What matters is that me, my husband, and our families had a wonderful, special day - but, we could have had that anywhere when it comes down to it. Tess and SkyView did nothing to contribute to that special day, and in fact jeopardized it. From our first tour with Tess at the venue she was difficult to work with, rude, and overall unpleasant - the only reason we decided to move forward with SkyView despite the bad first impression was because she made it sound like she would be very hands-off as far as planning and the day-of went. We were having a non-traditional wedding from front to back - no sit-down dinner, we had mixed seating options instead of a room full of tables, and more than anything we wanted to have a fun, carefree celebration so we had a larger than normal area for dancing (which we used every inch of!). It was clear at the walkthrough that Tess did not approve of this vision (later we found out that she said that was because she couldn't "sell" the venue with a non-traditional seating arrangement), and despite us having had hours of conversations with our wedding coordinator to make this vision a reality, Tess had very negative comments and was pushing back on a lot of our ideas with unnecessary, unwanted opinions on things that we had already decided. It was clear that her vision for weddings is a much more traditional approach - which is of course fine, but that was not our vision for our dream day. It was also clear at the walkthrough that Tess is not used to working with a wedding coordinator - the power struggle was evident from the beginning of the meeting, and Tess's poor attitude toward our coordinator really hindered us from being able to discuss the important aspects of the wedding that we were there to go over, especially the floor plan. Tess was instead focusing on things that we had already spent time with our wedding coordinator going over (including asking for our addresses. phone numbers, and other information they also already had on the contract), whether we having a bouquet toss, etc. Fast forward to the rehearsal at the venue the day before the wedding, and Tess didn't even bother to say hello to me, my husband, or our family. I had to approach her and the assistant, and when I did they were extremely rude and even had the audacity to mention that they tried to re-work the floor plan that I had made and asked whether I would be willing to change it... 24 hours before the wedding. After the wedding, they charged our card for damages that we weren't made aware of, without telling us about them - they even claimed that we ruined somewhere around 30 of their napkins, even though we didn't use any of their napkins for our event. Unfortunately, these are just a few examples of what we went through when working with Tess and SkyView - our wedding coordinator got the brunt of her bad attitude, but it certainly did not make the wedding planning process easy for us. Overall, I would not recommend having your wedding at SkyView until they get new staff that are willing to work with a bride and groom's vision with understanding, excitement and patience - a wedding is supposed to be a celebratory, happy day and Tess did absolutely nothing to help get us there.

Her help with planning and day-of coordination was invaluable because she went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly. They took such good care of us from start to finish, and we could not have found a better location for our wedding!

in. While I knew I wanted to get married in Colorado, I also knew that I had no interest having a wedding in a log cabin like venue. Then I stumbled across the rendering for SkyView. The venue was still under construction so all I had to look at were the rendering and inspiration photos online. I live in Texas so I couldn't even drive by to view the area! Everything I could see and read about the vision for this venue was exactly what I wanted. While still in a mountain town, there is nothing wood-cabin about this place. It's more contemporary and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I trusted my gut and booked this venue sight unseen (and still under construction). I made a trip to Estes Park about 3 months after booking. I was able to meet the staff that would be working with us, as well as tour the venue with my hard hat to get an idea of the space. I knew then, even before the venue was complete, that we made the right decision. I worked with Tess from afar to create the perfect day. Tess was much more than just a coordinator. She helped with anything/everything, and even hand delivered curtains for the brand new townhouses that all of our family stayed in. On the day of, Tess made sure everything was set up the way we talked about, kept everyone on schedule, found solutions for our 35MPH wind gusts, etc! The majority of our friends and all of our family stayed on site at Fall River Village. The townhouses were the perfect setup for my large family, and the condos are great too! This venue has the best view, a fantastic floor plan, and an amazing staff! I would recommend it to any/all who are interested in getting married in Estes Park!!!

I would say that there are some tweaks to be worked out as it was difficult to do pre-pictures where people were showing up to the venue (early) but overall it was awesome. Great functional space and Tess was excellent with assisting. Very responsive and direct which is always helpful.

After we left each location, we turned to each other and said “SkyView is still my favorite!” Needless to say, booking SkyView at FRV turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made! FRV is absolutely gorgeous! The design elements matched our style perfectly! I’ve seen pictures of weddings that have decor for the venue, but we chose to let this wonderful venue and view speak for itself. The staff at FRV are so helpful and accommodating. The guest rooms and townhouses are perfect for traveling families. All in all, there’s nothing I would have changed about my wedding day, and FRV was a large part of the successful day.

venue surpassed our expectations and hopes. To say it was the perfect day at the perfect venue would be an understatement. The ceremony space is to die for; the views alone are incredible and the reception hall was the most beautiful space I had ever been in for any event. Many of our guests are still talking about this venue/ceremony space and how it was the best they had ever seen as well. Our wedding was a destination wedding, it was a pleasure to work with Tess as she accommodated our every need from the start of planning until the last guest left the venue. I would 100% recommend this space to anyone and everyone. We are so blessed to of had our wedding here, it was an incredible place to begin our journey as husband and wife.
