Fallbrook Estate was amazing from beginning to end! From the day we toured to our wedding day (just under a year) they were always responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Tori was our day of coordinator and she was amazing and set everything up perfectly. DJ was our banquet captain and he was on top of giving us food and drinks and making sure the rest of the night went smoothly. Beautiful venue too!

We got married Friday, November 8th. We wouldn’t have been able to say that if it weren’t for the entire Wedgewood Team. At about 1:30pm, we were completing our first look photos and our family was arriving for family photos when we received horrific news. We were told that we were required to evacuate the venue due to a nearby fire. At the time the news was delivered to us, which couldn't have been easy, Tom informed us that they had another venue ready to go and would just pick everything up and move it over there. The news was not easy to process given the fact that we had 100 guests travel for the event and we were thinking that all the time and money we spent on this event would be for not and our dream wedding would be ruined. While us and our family were picking ourselves up and digesting the news, all the Wedgewood staff on hand could be seen moving with a purpose and diligently packing up all décor in vans and moving everything to the next venue. We arrive at the new venue, and It turned out that our dream wedding day was not ruined, in fact, it was going to end up better than we could have ever planned. As soon as we arrive to the new venue, our wedding coordinator Lauren was working on the fly, redoing our timeline and keeping everyone’s spirits high and preaching that the show will go on. She maintained a certain level of calmness and poise that can not be taught. In this crazy turn of events, Lauren was the one that we could look at and be assured that everything was going to be alright, we are forever grateful to her and all the behind the scenes staff that got everything set up. At the end of the day our ceremony was only postponed a little more than a hour. Once the party started, everything went perfectly and the thoughts that our day could possibly be ruined quickly subsided, DJ provided tremendous support at the event and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. He was constantly checking in with us and ensured we always had what we needed. Julio and Aden, our bartenders, were amazing. We had a spill on the dance floor and one of them jumped into action within seconds to clean it up. Our wedding florals were beautiful from HCD as well. Heather was so attentive and responsive! Not to mention the wedding planning process was so seamless. We communicated with Wedgewood staff all year long with quick responses - you never had to wait. A fire evacuation is not what any bride or groom wants to hear an hour and half before they are supposed to get married but Wedgewood's flawless execution during this emergency event made the day as perfect as we dreamed. The fire was obviously not their fault but the ownership the whole staff took into ensuring our day would still go on was evident and comforting to see. We can't wait to tell this story for the rest of our lives and Wedgewood will always be at the center of it. Picking Wedgewood for your wedding will be the best decision you can make! Do it! :) “

Our wedding venue, the wedding planners, the day-of coordinator, the banquet staff, the decorations, the food and drinks etc… everything was wonderful! We are so happy with our choice to use the services of the Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood Weddings! We had the pleasure of working with Mikayla, Tori, Katie, Angela and Biviana directly. They are all so wonderful and accommodating! The value for the price of the venue was also very reasonable for what they offered in each package. Thank you, Wedgewood! They truly met all of our expectations, and the elite wedding package included everything we needed to make our day perfect. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Fallbrook Estate. From start to finish, our wedding day was a dream come true, largely thanks to this incredible venue and its exceptional team. The staff were all outstanding. From the initial consultation to the last moments of the wedding they were a joy to work with. Their attention to detail and genuine care meant that I was rarely stressed throughout the entire process. They coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, ensuring that everything was perfectly set up and running smoothly. The Wedgewood Weddings team at Fallbrook Estate made planning our big day, extremely easy, seamless, and stress-free! I loved how it was an all-inclusive package, and lessened the mental load of having to find our own individual vendors. The venue was breathtaking and picturesque! The coordination team was very thorough, welcoming, and made the entire planning process so easy! They were very receptive and communicative throughout the entire process, and were very detail-oriented. Their partnered vendors were amazing! From DJ Maestro (DJ), Elegance on Display (cake and desserts), HCD Weddings and Events (flowers), and their officiant, everything was amazing and turned out exactly the way we planned and envisioned. If we had to redo the entire wedding planning process, we would 100% choose Wedgewood Weddings again! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family who are planning their future weddings!

My husband and I got married at Fallbrook Estate a few weeks ago and truly could not have had a better experience! The venue is stunning and all of the staff we worked with was amazing; however, we want to give a special shoutout to our Day of Coordinator, Katie, and Banquet Captain, Julia. They were both so attentive and played such a huge part in our night being as amazing as it was! They both made us feel like family that were celebrating along with us. We had a great experience overall at Wedgewood's Fallbrook location. The venue area itself is gorgeous, the vendors they are partnered up with are awesome -shoutout to Jennifer at Elegance on Display, HCD Weddings and Sean at dj Maestro- and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would say my only disappointment was not being able to be on the venue grounds until 2 hours prior to the ceremony. This drastically cut into our time for photos, which was rushed and chaotic. If you want to go with location, I would recommend having a location to go to beforehand to take photos so the pre- and post-ceremony photos are not as rushed. However, we felt supported throughout the entire process and it ended up being a beautiful wedding that my husband and I are very satisfied with. We were so happy to have had our wedding somewhere so lovely yet pretty affordable compared to other venues. So many of our guests were impressed with the space and the flow of everything. We highly recommend this company and venue space!

We were moving to another state while planning our wedding. Working with Wedgewood made things so easy and stress-free. Choosing their recommended vendors and having most of the cost in a lump-sum payment was also a plus. The food at the wedding was incredible! My guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. The venue is beautiful and the team was all so wonderful. They have a lot of signs and decor available if you don’t want to provide your own (table signs, reserved signs, cake stand, unplugged sign, etc). I just can’t stop thinking about how simple the whole thing was and that we could just enjoy the day!

From start to finish, this venue was an absolute dream. Incredibly organized and helpful throughout each part of the process. As a bride who already got a head start on having a family, Fallbrook Estates by Wedgewood was the best way to go. It allowed for myself and my husband to continue our daily lives with our children, knowing the venue had everything in place for us in a timely and organized manner. Every staff member was truly kind and helpful. They provided just about everything you could possibly need, without a problem and are open to any of your thoughts and ideas. The vendors they referred to us were fantastic. From the desserts, to the florals, to the DJ, and beyond, we could not be more full of joy that our wedding dreams came true, thanks to all of their continuous hard work. The night was sincerely flawless and done seamlessly so we could enjoy our special day. Beautiful venue, amazing staff, delicious food, the best atmosphere for a stress free day!

As a bride, it was a tremendous relief to have the incredible team at the Fallbrook Estate on my side. From the moment I toured the venue for the first time to the final minute of my wedding, I felt truly taken care of by a team that was extraordinarily knowledgeable, meticulous, and big-hearted. Shaina, in particular, was a paragon of hard work, passion and kindness. With the weather forecast being so unpredictable and my strong desire to have an outdoor wedding - she did everything in her power to make my vision a reality. And though we couldn't control the weather, her and the team worked tirelessly to ensure our guests were comfortable - moving everything to a different location at the last minute to avoid the rain. My husband and I could not be more grateful for her diligence, level of care, and undying positivity. I worked with many vendors throughout this past year planning my wedding and the Fallbrook Estate team was by far the best by miles – prompt, professional, kind communication every step of the way. Going above and beyond consistently. All I can say is that these are profoundly special individuals that are part of this team! Absolutely great experience from start to finish! After deciding to do our wedding in the San Diego area and checking out a few different venues, we instantly loved Fallbrook Estate and their Wedgewood team sealed the deal for us. They were beyond professional from the beginning and their systematic approach to planning and coordination was so seamless and easy. We were able to easily plan our wedding over 8 months, including us relocating from California to New York in the middle of planning resulting in the majority of our meetings being done over the phone. Every time we spoke, they picked right up where we left of and recalled all of our requests and details. The vendors provided were also outstanding. Our officiant was Jeff Huss who is THE BEST - he genuinely loves what he does and makes you and your guests feel like he’s known you for years. We really appreciated him incorporating our story into his service and kept it short and sweet just as we wanted. We had G from DJ Maestro who was also fantastic - Wedgewood had us complete a simple step by step music packet that G reviewed with us over video chat the week before. He showed up the day of ready to work and nailed everything we wanted. Our delicious cake was done by Jennifer from Elegance on Display, she hosted us for a fun taste testing early in the process and can do anything you want. Lastly, our day of coordinator was Abby who is an absolute rockstar. She was so fun, sweet, attentive and patient throughout the event and kept everything moving without zero stress for us. She is a total pro and made the ceremony and reception absolutely perfect. This is truly a wonderful place for a wedding. It is a beautiful location that is remote yet easy to find and makes everything extremely convenient for your guests - the ceremony site and reception area are directly next to each other. There’s plenty of parking and locker rooms + bride / groom suites for getting ready. The views are amazing, especially if you do the outdoor ceremony with the mountains and water in the background with a California sunset. To top it all off, we found the pricing to be great as well. We priced out multiple different options and Fallbrook Estate was by far the best overall, we were very pleased knowing SoCal weddings are some of the most expensive in the country. We can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. If you need a venue, go see Abby, Katie, Mikayla and Shaina at Fallbrook Estate and you will not regret it. Thank you ladies once again!!

WOW! What a wonderful venue and staff!! The grounds are gorgeous, with so many indoor and outdoor options. We were very happy with the planning process, the staff was easy to speak with and always quick to respond. Our day went so smooth and I credit that to the Wedgewood staff, with a special Shoutout to Mikayla! They made sure our wedding was beautifully decorated, well organized, and so fun! My groom (now Husband!) and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day, as the staff took care of it all! It was truly a magical day. From the moment we first toured the venue and through the whole process of wedding planning, the Fallbrook Estate team was so attentive. They made the process very easy and stress free. Where to begin with the Wedgewood team! They were all so incredibly helpful, from the beginning through the the very end. Tom, Audrey, Melinda, and Mikayla (just to name a few of the amazing people who helped make our wedding perfect) couldn't have made our day better if they'd tried. They worked with us on dietary restrictions (dairy and gluten) for both us and our guests, and they even let us make some changes to the meat options that were served (jerk chicken instead of rosemary chicken and a DELICIOUS demi-glaze on the roast beef) at no extra cost. To top it off, there was a massive fire happening the entire week leading up to our wedding that almost made it so my wedding party wouldn't have anywhere to get ready on the day of our wedding. Wedgewood offered to open up the venue as an alternative getting ready spot for the entire morning of our wedding. From day one, the Wedgwood team went above and beyond. Thank you. You really made our wedding day something my husband and I will remember with fondness for the rest of our lives.

Great service leading up to wedding! Wedding rehearsal was rushed. A Vendor (photo booth) they provided were very late and had equipment issues the whole night. The day of coordinator was overwhelmed, and my wedding was small (40 people). Thankful for DJ George, HE saved the wedding and was amazing! The food was incredible, bar service outstanding. If your thinking of having your wedding there, make sure to ask about what can be done if Their vendors don't provide service, or you can be stuck with paying for something not provided.

I chose to work with Wedgewood because I was also juggling my full time job and buying a house, all in the same year as having a wedding! Wedgewood kept it super simple for us to manage. On the weekend of the event, I really did get to enjoy myself with all my loved ones and my now-husband. All the local vendors were also familiar with each other and the venue, so the coordination between everyone working the event was perfect. I really appreciate Wedgewood providing an immaculate planning process AND a spectacular evening. But why did I choose the Fallbrook venue location? Because I wanted to give my out-of-towners a slice of golden hour magic in Southern California. The moon rising over the hills as the sky turned pink and then purple gave the event a warm atmosphere.

I loved having my wedding here. As an out of state bride, I was worried about the planning process, but the team here made it so easy for me. Our day of coordinator Iveth made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and she made the day go by smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about using Fallbrook Estate as my wedding venue. Everything was PERFECT and so stress-free. Everyone always talks about how stressful wedding planning is but honestly, I felt like it couldn’t have been easier. And the day of, everything was flawless and so well done. It was beautiful and I didn’t feel any stress at all. It truly was so easy and perfect and I’m so, so happy with how it all turned out. And you cant beat the price compared to other places. Can’t recommend this place enough for a perfect wedding!!

After calling and visiting a few venues to price it out, we visited Wedgewood Fallbrook Estate and immediately fell in love. Best of all, it was actually less expensive with more included than other venues we had met with - and had our preferred date available! I’m not someone who enjoys party planning so Wedgewood was a perfect fit to me - their packages include the cake, table florals, DJ and food service, invitations, and all the setup and tear-down! So often during the planning I was able to say, “What do most people do?” and have our coordinator (Tom) make some suggestions on what works best. All of our guests raved about the food and the beautiful venue (we used the courtyard for the ceremony). I highly recommend any Wedgewood location and especially Fallbrook for brides who don’t want to have to do all the details themselves.

We loved this wedding venue. They had a plan for the whole day and knew how to make our wedding amazing. We did not have to stress at all the day of. They made sure everything was taken care of and if anything changed, they said we will take care of it. They are easy to contact and they are very helpful, respectful and nice. The wedding day was everything we could imaging. This space could easily hold our 120 guests and it did not feel crowded at all.

There truly are no words to show how much I recommend this wonderful company, coordinators, their vendors and all who work the weddings and receptions. From start to finish every single detail was handled so perfectly and they made our reception the most special event that we will remember for a lifetime. I truly can't recommend Wedgewood Fallbrook highly enough. Because of the pandemic, my husband and I ended up working with their team for over two years after we postponed our wedding. I can honestly say that every interaction I had with any member of their team left me feeling supported, equipped, and genuinely excited for our day--and excitement was a pretty rare feeling to come by as we managed the disappointments and griefs of the pandemic. The venue is beautiful, the coordinators are excellent, the food is great, and the whole Wedgewood team is so attentive. I know they pretty much have a wedding a day, but somehow my husband and I still felt prioritized and special throughout our work with them and our wedding day. Thank you so much, Wedgewood!

We had a small wedding, about 60 people, and there was sloppy preparation by the Wedgwood staff. They failed to put up table numbers and correct number of placements at each table so guests were standing during our grant entrance. in my opinion it really shouldn't be that hard to plan for 60 people, I couldn't imagine how poorly it would have been organized by the Wedgwood planners if it was a 200+ person event. Their nominated vendors to use (baker, florist, invitations) with our package (which was the elite package) were very limited and below average. Although it's convenient that they take care of everything it would have worked out better if I just did it myself. Overall for the amount we spent I really expected better service.

We haven’t had our Wedding here yet! But I highly recommend this place. From the moment they greeted us, we felt welcome and love. Tom did our tour and played it out like we would the day of our wedding! His tour literally took my stress I was having about weddings, I thought I was going to be a bridezilla. Appreciate everyone for doing such a wonderful job for our wedding Oct. 3,2020. Manager Nick was so nice. I loved the girls ‘coordinators’ during the planning , Aubrey & Sydney. They fine tuned our special day and helped along the way. Tom & Anthony were awesome on the wedding day. What made the day so smooth was all of them. I just had my wedding here a few weeks ago and I can honestly say that I am already missing talking to my team at Fallbrook - Audrey, Alyssa, Sydney & Mackenzie thank you all so much for making this planning process so easy! I could have not planned this whole wedding without them they are all seriously the best. The entire process was so easy, and I'm one to get a lot of anxiety stressing over planning anything so it means a lot how helpful they truly are. They really go above and beyond through this process, everything just went smoothly and our wedding day was just perfect and so fun! I highly recommending using them they're amazing <3

If you're on the fence about choosing an all-inclusive venue or renting a DIY venue, choose Wedgewood Fallbrook. My partner and I did just that and it was the best decision we made in terms of choosing our wedding venue. Wedgewood Fallbrook has gorgeous views, a beautiful and cozy reception area and amazing food. Audrey and Sydney were our wedding coordinators and both made wedding planning fun, stress-free and simple. They are both detail oriented, passionate about what they do, kind and beyond professional. We are able to get to work with them on a personal level. I can't imagine how my wedding would be without them and I am so glad that we chose this venue to have our special day.

My wedding was just recently held there and I couldn’t have asked for a better days! Audrey was my wedding coordinator there for the day and was also involved in the process during the planning phase and she was amazing! Everything went so smoothly since the beginning and made planning my wedding so easy and stress free. I didn’t really feel stressed at all which is saying great things because it can be stressful! The day of my wedding everything went smoothly and there was no confusion on what everyone was supposed to be done. My DJ George was also amazing the day of and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. It was more of an intimate wedding which was nice but still super fun. Wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend Wedgewood Fallbrook!!!! Pricing was also very reasonable!! Loved it!!!

I had the literal best time!!! My best friend just had the most beautiful wedding at the Wedgewood in Fallbrook. As her maid of honor I was there from the very beginning, they actually listened to her and made all her dreams come true. It seemed seamless, if there was a problem, you would have never known... her Special day was absolutely perfect, my bff deserves the best and wedgewood certainly gave her that! We felt like we didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to have a blast!!! Thanks everyone! 😘

We had our wedding in August and we truly couldn't have dreamt of a better day. Katey was the biggest help throughout the entire wedding planning process as well as her team! They made this experience stress free, always checked in with me to see if I needed anything and made our dreams come to life. Sydney was with us as our coordinator on the day of the wedding and calmed all of my nerves! So professional, so kind, just all around an amazing venue and staff to work with. I would recommend this venue to anyone!! Thank you all again for such a beautiful experience!! :)

Our wedding was amazing! As a couple planning our wedding from a different state, it was incredibly helpful having an all inclusive venue with wedding coordinators through the whole process. All of our vendors were great, responsive, and partnered with the venue well. Our wedding day coordinator, Audrey, was amazing! She thought of every little detail and made sure we were prepared at the rehearsal. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and worked with some of my bridesmaids to make sure it all matched our vision of the event. Our wedding couldn't have gone smoother and it was overall a pretty stress free process!

I have been boasting about Wedgewood Weddings to other engaged friends. The Fallbrook venue and staff were amazing and our wedding turned out to be incredible!!! People were telling us all night that this was the best wedding they had ever been to (a lot of that was our ceremony and fun reception but the food/venue/DJ set the stage for a great event). Wedgewood makes it so easy because it is a one-stop shop for planning a wedding. You only pay one vendor (Wedgewood), which covers the venue, food, drinks, flowers, DJ, cake ect. Pricing is very transparent and you can add/remove services as you would like.

Hello All, The Wedgewood experience delivers to your personal needs the way you and your spouse want it. Our wedding was held at the Fallbrook location and from beginning the staff was personal and intuitive to our situation and quirks. Be mindful that they time out everything and things do not begin to pick-up until the 4-month mark. We had lots of questions and they answered them all with ease and made appropriate suggestions of other options that they have witnessed and experienced. We enjoyed our night with such ease and the synergy of their on-site staff were professional and helpful in all regards. Our guests enjoyed the night and additional festive touches that the staff provided for us at the end of the night, with a care package and a note. If your looking for affordable, all-inclusive package, and a personal staff then Wedgewood is the way to go!

My husband and I were married here 1/18/19 and we are so happy to write this review. We are an out of state couple living in Michigan. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but couple that with the fact that you can't visualize 80% of your planning because of the situation and it's enough to make you scream. Let me tell you that the staff at Wedgewood made our experience soooo EASY! Audrey was our coordinator on the day-of, although we had the pleasure of working with all of the girls on staff. We chose the top tier package (Elite) and the pricing was entirely reasonable! Once we signed our papers, they provided us with a ton of information and a binder which is designed to check things off as decisions are made. I loved this binder because it covered almost everything, even things I would have never thought of. The ladies on staff have this process down- they call/email and send reminders and were consistently prompt in their communications with us (what we called "touch-bases"). In addition, I would have occasional email spurts where I would ask so many questions. These girls not only responded promptly, but never made me feel anything but supported throughout the whole process. This truly took away so much stress. Even when we chose to fire our florist 1 month before our wedding (yikes!), the girls kept their cool, supported us in our decision and got us connected with another florist who did not disappoint. The fact that this venue is all-inclusive, genuinely made everything so stress free. On the day of, our coordinator Audrey was attentive and touched base frequently. The only issue we encountered on "the big day" was that our tables were not set up according to the lay out discussed over the phone. This was caught by one of my bridesmaids before guests were seated and Audrey did her best to correct the error. Unfortunately, my husband and I still noticed some of our guest tables were not in the correct place, so that was kind of a bummer. Regardless, the rest of the night went off without a hitch! In summary, Wedgewood Fallbrook and their staff are 100% phenomenal. They never once made us feel ridiculous or like we were asking for too much- they were kind, considerate and complimentary the whole year we spent planning with them. The grounds are beautiful and the design of everything is purposeful- our guests loved this place! If you are genuinely looking for a place that has it all OR if you want a place that can handle all your logistics and allow you and your S/O to "just show up and get married", Wedgewood Fallbrook is that place!

Having the all inclusive package with all the preferred vendors and coordinator seriously made planning my wedding stress free the entire process. The food was delicious, the program went extremely smooth, and any little hiccups were taken care of so swiftly. I worried about NOTHING on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Wedgewood to anyone. So easy to work with and straight forward with cost, and expectations.

Katey assisted us in planning and executing the PERFECT wedding event for my son and daughter-in-law. Katey listened to exactly how the kids wanted their day to be, what was important, and did it all. The venue at Wedgewood Fallbrook is beautiful with numerous areas to take unforgettable photos. All our guests were paying us compliments all night long. You will have the wedding of your dreams at the Wedgewood Fallbrook!

We were on the fence between having a wedding or going on an amazing honeymoon so to help us decide, we took a look at different venues. Once I saw this venue, I was immediately able to picture us standing at the altar surrounded by our loved ones. The venue was as pretty as it looked in photos. Then upon meeting Audrey and Katie, I knew we had to have the wedding here. When we were looking for venues, we had in mind that we needed to plan this wedding from Texas with only 5 months of time, so the planning process had to be as convenient as possible. Wedgewood Fallbrook did not fall short of our expectations and provided us with the information needed to keep us on track. They came with a list of amazing vendors which saved us an insurmountable amount of time. Each of them earned us endless compliments from our guests. The food was delicious. The hors d'oeuvres were great. The salmon and filet mignon were well made and tender. My brother ate THREE steaks other guests couldn’t finish! Jennifer at Elegance on Display created a tiered cupcake tower that was more beautiful than I envisioned. Best of all, all of the flavors tasted great! Chelsea at Everlove was so sweet and was able to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We even received the finished photos less than a month after the wedding day and they were beautiful George at Southern Cali Djs was so much fun and was great at getting everyone to be involved, including the guests who refused to be on the dancefloor. Lastly, Katie and Audrey kept our sanity intact. They are so sweet and helpful. They were always quick to reply to emails/answer phone calls and were the calming voices to my neurotic wedding planning soul. Katie was our coordinator for the rehearsal & the wedding and we could not have asked for a better coordinator. The decorations came out great and she led everything to run smoothly on the big day Thanks to the entire team at Fallbrook, we had a wedding that was beyond anything we could’ve asked for without breaking the bank!

They help you with any details you have. Don’t have to make your final decision on anything until 10 days before your wedding! I love how you can add and delete decor, vendors, etc at any time you want. Love Wedgewood Weddings!!
