We truly felt supported and cared for throughout the planning process.  There were a couple of day of hiccups — the seating chart wasn’t set up exactly as planned which led to some seating confusion and we weren’t given a plate during the cake cutting which made it a bit awkward but they were minor in comparison to how supported and cared for we felt overall. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us and would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a thoughtful, supportive team to bring their wedding vision to life.

The rest of our staff — Aden, Patty, Lilly, Ava, and Jayln — were absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything flowed seamlessly and treated us and our guests with so much kindness and care. Our bartenders, Rachel and Julio, crushed it! The drinks were amazing, and everyone was having the best time thanks to the And of course, the planning team — Angela, Mikayla, Katie, DJ, and Haley — thank you for making the planning process so easy and enjoyable. Every question was answered quickly, every detail handled with care. Lastly, a big thank-you to GM Austin for going the extra mile and helping coordinate special touches like golf for the guys — truly above and beyond. The Fallbrook team is unmatched. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of (and more), and we owe it all to this incredible team. We’re forever grateful! 💛

Austin even wrote us the cutest follow up card and included a picture of my fiancé’s favorite chair which made us LOL and I immediately added it to our memory box. I’d like to be transparent and say we did end up moving forward with another venue, but of all the tours we did, Austin was a true gem of a tour guide and I hope he gets all the best recognition in the world! If you schedule a tour with him, trust me when I say you are in great hands! The venue is beautiful and majestic and he really knows how to paint a vivid picture of your big day! xo

Since our event, we have been told many times by our guests that this was one of the best weddings they have attended. We were so LUCKY to start the touring process with Mikayla, then have her as our point of contact for meetings, and then our wedding coordinator for the actual day of the wedding! She truly made us feel that we were right on track with every step/task we needed to complete and made it so easy to organize. The entire process was super easy and the staff kept us on track and within our budget. From our first meeting months ago all the way up through our grand exit at the reception, they were simply perfection personified. They explained everything from our options to their recommendations. They walked us through every step of the process. They genuinely seemed just as excited to host our wedding as we were to participate in it. We were so moved by their commitment to making our day great that we actually took pictures with them! Beyond the staff, the venue was incredible. Laid back, but formal, it included just the right touch we were looking for. The catering was outstanding, the music was incredible, and we never once felt like something was missing or off. On my rehearsal day, I was feeling sick, and without hesitation, they allowed me to adjust the time to make things more comfortable. When I arrived, my day-of coordinator, Mikayla, went above and beyond—bringing me water, crackers, Tums, and gum to help me feel better. She handled multiple challenges leading up to and on the wedding day with complete grace and ease. I never had to worry about a thing because she was always ten steps ahead. She was such a joy to work with, and I cannot thank her enough for making everything run so smoothly. Another standout was my banquet captain, DJ. He was an absolute gem throughout the night. He prioritized not just my husband and me, but also our guests, ensuring that everyone was taken care of. No issue was too big or too small for him, and whenever I asked if I could help with anything, he simply told me, “The only thing I need from you is to enjoy your night.” The way he treated each of our guests with kindness and respect truly made everyone feel like royalty. And of course, a huge shoutout to our DJ, Sean! We had an hour-and-a-half consultation before the wedding, where we meticulously went over every detail of the music and moments I wanted to create. He executed every song perfectly and had an incredible ability to adjust the music to match the energy of the crowd. He was also so kind to my father and sister, who were nervous about their speeches, and helped put them at ease. His talent and professionalism made our night even more magical. Beyond these incredible individuals, every single staff member contributed to the success of our wedding. The chef and bartenders were amazing, delivering delicious food and drinks that our guests raved about. The servers were exceptionally kind and eager to assist anyone who needed it. Everyone at Fallbrook Estate exceeded any expectation we could have ever had. Every single vendor went above and beyond, including our outside vendors—HCD Weddings for their stunning florals, Elegance on Display for their delicious desserts, and Jenni B for the beautifully crafted signs. It was truly the wedding of my dreams—even one I didn’t know I had. Our family and friends have all collectively agreed that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. They captured all the special moments beautifully, and we’re so happy with the photos they took. Likewise, our videographer, Kyle Garrett, was exceptional. He did an amazing job capturing the wedding video, staying professional and unobtrusive while still getting every key moment on film. Overall, the Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood Weddings gave us a wedding day we’ll cherish forever. nd our family was arriving for family photos when we received horrific news. We were told that we were required to evacuate the venue due to a nearby fire. At the time the news was delivered to us, which couldn't have been easy, Tom informed us that they had another venue ready to go and would just pick everything up and move it over there. The news was not easy to process given the fact that we had 100 guests travel for the event and we were thinking that all the time and money we spent on this event would be for not and our dream wedding would be ruined. While us and our family were picking ourselves up and digesting the news, all the Wedgewood staff on hand could be seen moving with a purpose and diligently packing up all décor in vans and moving everything to the next venue. We arrive at the new venue, and It turned out that our dream wedding day was not ruined, in fact, it was going to end up better than we could have ever planned. As soon as we arrive to the new venue, our wedding coordinator Lauren was working on the fly, redoing our timeline and keeping everyone’s spirits high and preaching that the show will go on. She maintained a certain level of calmness and poise that can not be taught. In this crazy turn of events, Lauren was the one that we could look at and be assured that everything was going to be alright, we are forever grateful to her and all the behind the scenes staff that got everything set up. At the end of the day our ceremony was only postponed a little more than a hour. Once the party started, everything went perfectly and the thoughts that our day could possibly be ruined quickly subsided, DJ provided tremendous support at the event and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. He was constantly checking in with us and ensured we always had what we needed. Julio and Aden, our bartenders, were amazing. We had a spill on the dance floor and one of them jumped into action within seconds to clean it up. Our wedding florals were beautiful from HCD as well. Heather was so attentive and responsive! Not to mention the wedding planning process was so seamless. We communicated with Wedgewood staff all year long with quick responses - you never had to wait. A fire evacuation is not what any bride or groom wants to hear an hour and half before they are supposed to get married but Wedgewood's flawless execution during this emergency event made the day as perfect as we dreamed. The fire was obviously not their fault but the ownership the whole staff took into ensuring our day would still go on was evident and comforting to see. We can't wait to tell this story for the rest of our lives and Wedgewood will always be at the center of it. Picking Wedgewood for your wedding will be the best decision you can make! Do it! :) “
