n such a magical venue that holds a lot of amazing memories for me as I grew up riding horses on this property. The venue manager, Christina is one of the loveliest people I have ever met, she is truly there to make your day as beautiful as possible and will truly do everything in her power to help make your day everything you want it to be. The property is beautiful and well-kept and was made perfect for our big day. I booked my wedding for 10.19.2024 back in August/Sept of 2023 with one of the owners of the property, Marisa who is amazing and even after the management company took over weddings, she still wanted to make sure my wedding was everything I've ever dreamed of and what we discussed when we toured with her. CSE a management company in CA, taking over weddings is where my issues come to play, I signed my contract prior to their takeover of weddings and our contract became a point of contention. There was a lot of back and forth with this company using words such as "requirements" that were not previously discussed nor outlined in my contract, a contract that I referred to multiple times but did not seem to have ever been read by CSE. Most of these were not brought to my attention till 2 months prior to my wedding or I was told one thing by the owner of this company when we did a meet and greet that was then was denied by another employee, causing a large amount of stress right in thick of wedding planning. If it had not been for my connections within the equine industry, I feel I would have been strong armed into spending money that I had not originally budgeted for on these requirements. I feel as they are a CA based company, there was also a large amount of disconnect and we were constantly passed around to different people within this company regarding planning when we were having all these issues, speaking with half a dozen different people at one point, most of which with a condescending attitude toward these issues. Along with this on our wedding weekend we had rental all the houses on property, one was rented by myself when I booked my wedding and other by family members through CSE. My family members who had rented the house threw staff in CA had never been contacted by those who were on property so when multiple issues arouse in the houses they tried to contact who they booked the houses with they were never answer, which was concerning as the main issue was there was no heat in the one of the houses. Thankfully with my connections with the owner I was able to get this resolved but as she is not involved with the wedding related stuff anymore there I would have not wanted to have been a bride who did not have this connection. Overall, our wedding day was absolutely amazing, and we loved being able to have it on this gorgeous property and while I know our situation was different due to previously signed contract, there should have been more discussion early on when then took over in May with their concerns along with reasonable resolves rather than August and September and really no discussion on how we could come to a resolves that did not having us being asked to spend thousands we did not plan for. CSE is the main issue here.

nths before our wedding a new management took over. It was very frustrating and inconvenient, as the old management booked a horse event the same day of our wedding, which caused us to have our reception location moved two months before our wedding. I can say the new management was very helpful in honoring and reassuring that our wedding was going to be beautiful. My husband & I are both business owners so we gave lots of grace to the new management team as they had to pick up the slack from the previous team. It was not their fault for the circumstances our wedding was put under. Although, we had the house for the weekend and it was not cleaned throughly. I did share my pointers with girls just so moving forward, they don’t run into any issues for future couples. This company is still building so please give grace as this place is very beautiful & the girls were amazing, VERY hands on the day of my wedding, I can’t stress that enough. I would definitely have my wedding their all over again!

n - including a tent that we will probably go with - and a really cool stone chapel that is unlike anything my fiancé and I have ever seen. We looked at a few other places in the RI and closer to Hartford, but this place was WORTH THE DRIVE! WOW!!! We toured with a sales gal (cant remember her namer right now) but she was so kind and helpful and offered a bunch of options for vendors. We are still deciding a venue but this is our top choice right now!
