Cheap dress that comes in a box with giant font that says "MADE IN CHINA". The dress comes wrapped in plastic and smells like chemicals. Oh... And it doesn't even come close to fitting, nor does it come customized despite any customizations orders.

Do not order from this business! I ordered 5 custom bridesmaid dresses. I was told they would arrive in 5-6 weeks. Customer service has no working phone number but I was able to hunt down an email. I contacted them and was told the dresses were in production and would arrive in time. The next day, the website was shut down. I contacted customer service again on several occasions via email but received no response. ZERO dresses arrived for my bridesmaids!!! I continued to try to contact the company for a refund and they continued to ignore my messages. I finally had to report them to my credit card company and the BBB as fraudulent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Cheap quality and overpriced. Poorly made dress. Dresses are NOT custom made. The dress arrived with a defected strap, bubbled zipper, and uneven neckline. Dress was very uncomfortable, the straps kept falling. Even though the dress was defected, I was charged to return it. I found a similar dress, but better quality at TJ Maxx for 1/4th of the price.

I was so excited to order a dress that was custom made. I'm 6'2'' and floor length dresses are nearly impossible. I put in my order with F&P that I was 6'3'' and wearing 3 inch heels. It arrived, and its nearly 5 inches too short. I will have to wear flats, and even then it doesn't touch the floor and I look ridiculous. I tried to contact their customer support. They responded once basically saying that yes, I ordered everything correctly, but there is nothing they can do and I should just order a new dress. I asked them multiple followups: if I order a dress how do I know it would be correct this time, if I entered everything right the first time and it wasn't? They have not responded to any further emails or communication to me. They don't have any numbers to call or any other way to communicate so I'm basically hopeless. Such a disappointing company and product, I was so elated to find something custom made and in the end paid $300 for something that does not fit and is not returnable or exchangeable.

WELL I’m pretty certain this is a scam company and just disputed with credit card company. These scam sites need to be stopped! There is no way to contact them for returns! They have no phone#. They accept return and say create a label on the site which you can’t. Then say they will send a return label but don’t. Can’t review them on FB page. Tried chats and FB messages but get weird responses including “Your package is delayed but on way”!!!! Um the package I’ve been trying to return for money back??????? Don’t want anyone else to be out money from these idiots! Not a wedding just a prom dress. But $$$$

DO NOT BUY FROM FAME & PARTNERS. HORIFFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CHATS VIA THEIR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE NO PHONE# AND ARE PROUD OF IT! ONLY GET A RESPONSE WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU'VE DISPUTED WITH YOUR CC COMPANY. DRESS WASN'T VERY NICE, TRIED TO RETURN, THEY BLAME TECH DIFFICULTY ON NOT GENERATING A RETURN LABEL. I RETURNED DRESS ON MY OWN DIME AND ASKED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR A LOUSY $13.00, NOPE, WON'T DO IT. THEY HAVE A COCKY ATTITUDE TOO

DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THE OUTLET!!! The website does state that there are customizations to the dresses on the website. However, the back of the Zarita dress I ordered was completely different. Had I known that, I would NOT have ordered the dress. Additionally, the dress was raised so it did not fall where it was supposed to. Needless to say, I am highly upset. And here's the thing, the customizations were on the packing slip, but can't be listed on the website? To add insult to injury, all outlet sales are final. Never again!

For a company that claims to pride itself on ethics and sustainability, my experience with Fame and Partners could not be further from the ethos they purport to have. I placed an order in January for a Made to Order dress for my upcoming rehearsal dinner. The time frame I was given showed the latest time of arrival as weeks before the date I needed it by. After the window had passed, I reached out to their support team. This is the most poorly run company I have ever experienced. They do not care about anything except their bottom line. They continuously gaslit and lied to me about the delivery date that was provided to me at checkout in January. Even still, they are saying the dress that I purchased only has an 8-10 week make option available while advertising it on their website as 4-7 weeks. My dress will not arrive on time, I have repeatedly told them that if they cannot honor the time frame provided then I have no use for the dress and do not want it. I am now being told that it MIGHT ship from China the week before my event. They refuse to take any responsibility, or offer any explanations instead they just repeat the same 3 sentences over and over despite photographic evidence provided by me that contradicts them. Furthermore, I was told that the dress didn't even begin the INITIAL stage of production until the 7th week after my order was placed. I could not urge you enough to find somewhere else to purchase a dress. Particularly if you are planning to purchase a dress for a Wedding or other specific event. All of their items are made in China despite claiming to be a sustainable, USA located brand. They spend more time trying to scrub bad reviews than actually delivering and following through with the commitments they make at purchase. Zero Stars.

Horrible experience. This dress is clearly not custom made. The first dress I ordered fit horribly and after trying it on I immediately returned it. Ive been waiting months for my return to process and finally emailed and asked what's going on and was told the dress cannot be returned because its "damaged". When asked for proof of damage I was sent a picture of a lint roller with some dog hair. The dress is also clearly marked "made in china". Such a scam.

Unbelievable experience. You would think that a company that caters up to a size 22 would actually be size inclusive but it's all a ruse. I ordered a dress before my sister and although I entered my personalized measurements and approximate dress size it came way too small. I figured it was just the detriments of online shopping until my sister who is much smaller than me purchased her dress. After she sent her measurements an employee of the company had emailed her about the dress size she chose and actually consulted her on what dress size to purchase based on her body size and shape. I did not get this kind of treatment. The only real difference is our size so I can only conclude that this company is not size inclusive and is blatantly fatphobic. Was not expecting this in 2021 but here we are.

Be specific and detailed in your order and you won't be disappointed. I recently ordered 3 Strappy Draped Gowns in Dark Forest Green for my bridesmaids. The online chat line was super helpful. Note: they don't have a phone number, but they are helpful on the chat and quick to respond. I spoke with Ela and Sherly, who were both patient and answered all of my detailed questions. I will admit, before placing my order, I was hesitant to order from the company based on the poor reviews. I live in Canada, and with the exchange rate / duty and all other hiccups caused by Covid, I couldn't afford to have any errors on my order. Thankfully, I read up on all of the reviews / tips from other buyers to ensure that I was prepared. When placing my order, I specifically requested that all three dresses be made by the same tailor and shipped together in one package, so that I only pay duty once. The dresses were scheduled to be shipped within 4 weeks. Much to my surprise, they were shipped within one week! I was so impressed. The dress quality, fabric, color and sizing was perfect. Note: it's not exactly made to size. You need to use your measurements to determine which size to pick. This a bit misleading. Nevertheless, the length is right on point so make sure you take measurements with your heels on! One of the dresses had a request for higher back and adjustable straps and it turned out perfectly! I am giving the website a 4/5 review, simply based on my experience/nerves leading up to my purchase, which I believe Fame&Partners could improve simply by responding to customers reviews so that future shoppers are not left with the same uncertainty. I am a prime example, but I am so happy with how the dresses turned out. Thank you!

Utter trash, would never recommend or order again. The design is beautiful and I eagerly awaited my dress for 6 weeks - not a big deal, I had time before my big event. The dress comes and I am already nervous for my unboxing experience - it has a weird smell, and I can tell the fabric looks cheap. As I take out my dress, the smell gets stronger and I notice the fabric is super thin and all wrinkled. Not off to a great start, but I'm excited to try it on. I try it on and the fit is ok, but I immediately notice the zipper is not built right. It looks like its pulling at the fabric. The hem on the slit of the dress is uneven and awkward. I wanted to love it but the quality is damn near terrible. I would be embarrassed to wear this to a nice event.

The first thing that compelled me to purchase from this company is the fact that they're custom pieces, made to order...therefore NOT fast fashion and severely harming the environment. I really loved the customization experience....I felt like I was designing my dream dress. I made sure to order well in advance before my event to give them ample time to make and ship. The dress arrived within 12 weeks. Sooooo happy with the outcome. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Side note, the CEO is a woman who supports female empowerment - I love that!!

I got the Tamu Coat in black and I love it! I got so many compliments and questions where I purchased it. Fits great and it’s true to size. The quality is amazing as well.

I was one of 9 bridesmaids in my best friend’s Southern California wedding. Fame and Partners has beautiful options to suit everyone - we all chose our style but the same fabric, color and length. I ordered a custom made dress, but received the wrong style when it came in the mail. Customer service was very fast to respond and gave me instructions to return and had me specify my order three times- then sent me the wrong dress again. I was obviously very annoyed and let customer service know, but this company gets 5 starts for three reasons: First Johnathan took over my account and did everything he could to make me happy. His customer service was professional, courteous and swift- he kept me updated, responded to my emails quickly, refunded my account and I got my correct dress within a few days. Secondly, even the wrong dresses I received arrived quickly and were made beautifully, no tailoring necessary. Finally all the bridesmaids looked fantastic day-of and all told me they received great customer service when needed. Fame and Partners may be working through some kinks- but they’re doing it the right way and ensure customer satisfaction. One piece of advice- they say on their website to put in your actual height and they will add inches for heels. Unfortunately a few of the girls, myself included, needed to reorder because the dresses were too short. My actual height is 5’7, but when I reordered I said my height was 5’10. Ideally I would suggest adding 2” to your actual height for a floor length dress

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Fame and was a little hestitant, but my experience was amazing. I was in between sizes and customer service advised that I go a size up and get it tailored. With their assistance I was able to get the dress tailored to my exact dimensions and I loved the quality! The dress I got (the escala?) also looks amazing just to wear to work. I definitely recommend Fame to anyone looking for high quality dresses and service.

What a wonderful experience! The Fame + Partners team was awesome from the start. The stylist totally got me and my style and was so sweet and helpful. I was on a super tight budget and timeline, so most traditional boutiques were out of the question. If you're open to buying a dress online, you have to go for Fame.

Whether it’s a Summer wedding, Winter Gala or just a fashion forward piece that’s sure to get people talking— Fame and Partners is your first only stop. I love that I feel included when they style and design prices. My body is kept in mind and not an afterthought— I love that size does not limit their style options.

All of the bridesmaids wore the Kendall Multi-Way dress from Fame And Partners for my sister's wedding in August. It was perfect because each girl could tie it differently to get a unique, yet cohesive look. As someone who's pretty flat-chested I was able to achieve a high neckline, while other girls could show off some cleavage. We got tons of compliments on the dresses!

I can't praise this company enough! The agents were super helpful and helped me find a bridesmaids dress and it took less time than I thought. Not to mention the design was gorgeous! I'll definitely be shopping with Fame and Partners again
