Flowers were stunning for my wedding!

Meredith and her team delivered the most beautiful flowers for our wedding day. She made my Pinterest board dreams come true and was very easy to work with! I had one in person consultation with her and showed her what I liked and did not like. Closer to the wedding we spoke on the phone and through email to finalize everything. All I really did was send her a link to my Pinterest and she had total control. Everything was beautiful and fresh. The flowers were a big talking point of the wedding from guests! Don’t be afraid to trust Fancy Flowers. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t made aware of the price increase from my quote to actuality until the week before the wedding. The estimates of everything went up with inflation.

The flowers at my recent NYE wedding received more compliments than anything else! Working with Meredith was so easy and fun. I know little/nothing about flowers and only knew the colors I wanted. She worked with the little direction I gave her to create amazing high and low centerpieces as well as gorgeous bouquets for myself and the other ladies in my party. I cannot recommend working with Fancy Flowers enough!

Meredith Fancy is amazing! We met with several other florists before sitting down with her. Right away, it was easy to see she was the best. As we looked through the sample flower books, she was observant and noticed things even when we didn’t specifically stop and say we liked something. She was organized and professional. She had a reasonable price list so we knew right away what we might be spending. As for the day of and the flowers themselves - gorgeous! We received so many compliments on how beautiful our flowers were and of course , we absolutely loved them.

Meredith and her team were wonderful to work with. The bouquets and boutonnieres they put together for our wedding were stunning. I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted, I just knew I wanted blue hydrangea, and Meredith took care of the rest. Just when we were about to suck up allocating low-5 figures for florals, we found Meredith, and what a gift it was! She is so lovely to work with - laid back, calm, and has great recommendations. I wanted something very specific with a few of my bouquets/boutonnières in order to honor my husband’s late father, and she absolutely nailed it. Our flowers came out gorgeous and prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

Meredith and her team are fantastic. She somehow got our loose and poorly defined vision immediately and worked magic with our small budget. Meredith was great to work with! The prices were on point and she was flexible when I changed my mind about things when our wedding was postponed a year. She doesn’t do a contract, which was no problem with me with requiring such a small deposit. She was always responsive and organized. The flowers were exactly what I wanted!! Just gorgeous.

Meredith and the Fancy Flowers team are absolutely amazing and made my wedding beautiful! I personally had no idea what I wanted to do with flowers-- all I knew was that I wanted it to look elegant. I knew the flowers would be especially important for the reception hall since we didn't have much else decoration. Meredith sat down with me and my husband and helped me figure out our wedding style and everything turned out better than I could have hoped! I got SO many compliments on how the entire ballroom looked gorgeous and how the wedding party's flowers were perfectly chosen. What stood out to me most was that she always took very thorough notes during all of our meetings and I felt she really listened to me and understood the look I was going for. That was really important to me because even though I didn't know a lot about flowers, I knew that I wanted the room to "feel" a certain way since it was a black tie wedding. She really made the room look great, and I have to also mention that I was thrilled with my bouquet and it went perfectly with my dress! Definitely book her and you won't be disappointed.

Meredith was incredible to work with during our entire wedding planning process. She met with me and my husband multiple times between 2019 and 2021 and she was always so patient with us when we were indecisive about arrangements and never rushed us to make decisions. We ended up getting married May 2020 in our backyard with just our parents and siblings and postponed our bigger celebration to October 2021. Meredith did everything to make our May 2020 ceremony as beautiful as possible, making me a gorgeous bouquet and several planters. For our October 2021 party, everything was absolutely beautiful – from my bridal bouquet to the trellis and the centerpieces and everything in between, Meredith has a masterful eye for beauty. Every aspect of our flower order was perfection, and she really brought our vision to life. Meredith is organized, kind, easy to work with, and her staff are also wonderful and professional. I know we’ll be working with her again in the future.

Meredith really know what works at any time of year. Her floral arrangements and vases, bouquets, boutonnieres and flower girl hair wreaths were just beautiful and fit the vision my daughter had for her 10/26/19 wedding. She even carved out two large white pumpkins to hold the flowers at the altar. Our daughter's name is also Meredith, so there were some amusing assumptions from family members who thought we were saying that our Meredith wanted fancy flowers for her wedding! Well, she certainly did have fancy flowers, I would recommend Fancy Flowers by Meredith to anyone for any special occasion, especially a wedding.

Oh my goodness our flowers were gorgeous! The arrangements were stunning and absolutely perfect! Meredith is so easy and professional to work with. She was so quick to answer any questions and was very flexible throughout the whole planning process with bringing our vision to life. She knew exactly what I wanted based off my descriptions and was very aware of our budget. She made great recommendations for what we were looking for. I cannot say enough good things about working with Meredith! Our venue did not need much decor but the flowers really brought our decorations and the venue to a whole other level. It tied in all of our decor, attire and the venue perfectly.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Meredith did with our wedding flowers! It was exactly what I had envisioned and more! Plus my bouquet smelled unbelievable! Meredith was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional. We were invited on two separate occasions to her work studio. First for a consultation where we reviewed her picture books and discussed our vision for our wedding day, followed by a second meeting to finalize the details. Communication was seamless, which was very important to us given we were planning our wedding in less than 5 months! She also does not have a minimum spend, which can be a huge plus if you are having a wedding on the smaller side or are budget conscious. We were speechless when we walked into the reception venue and saw the centerpieces, absolutely gorgeous and exceeded expectations!! Our wedding flowers were simply stunning. I didn't really have much to go on in terms of inspiration, as I don't know a thing about flowers, and just kept helplessly telling her "hydrangeas, blues and purples" over and over again. So for Meredith to come up with what she did, which was EXACTLY what I had in mind, is a true miracle! Meredith's attention to detail is flawless. She knows how to take a vision and run with it. She is very organized and it's clear she is an expert at what she does. The flowers were THE most memorable part of our wedding. We had a lovely arch with large beautiful arrangements tied to the side, and it was the perfect focal point for our beach wedding. The bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, and my cascade bouquet was so beautiful - I felt like a princess carrying it around. The centerpieces were lovely and our flower girl's flower crown was so precious. When we "rated" our vendors (between ourselves) we gave Meredith and Fancy Flowers an 11 out of 10 so that gives you an idea of how pleased we were :)

My husband and I were beyond happy and overjoyed when we saw all the flowers at our ceremony from the arch on the gazebo where we were married to the flowers on the fireplace which was the main focal point at our reception to the beautiful bridal and bridesmaids bouquets!!! Meredith completely exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn't have wished for anything more than what she provided! All of the guests were talking about the flowers and my bridesmaids were convinced that a white flower with the navy blue in the middle was fake because of how well it went with their dresses! We even used most of the flowers including our bouquets again the next day for decorations at our farewell brunch. You will not be disappointed with her work. What an amazing florist Meredith is. I wasn't too particular with what I wanted for my wedding, just very neutral. She made some suggestions for what to do such as some pops of color and boy am I happy I listened to her. My bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and flowers at my venue were STUNNING. Meredith is an incredible florist. She is able to create the perfect display at any budget, and amongst Cape florists that is not to be undervalued! I had a very clear color palate and feel I wanted throughout the wedding in my head but struggled enormously to describe it. However, day of Meredith totally delivered exactly what I had been envisioning. You can tell she loves what she does, and she is fantastic at evolving her approaches to keep up with good trends, while still keeping her work super elegant, airy, classic and truly beautiful. Meredith’s flowers were breathtaking! I hired Fancy Flower’s for my wedding and could not be happier with my experience. Meredith asked great questions to tune into the style of flowers I wanted. Merideth was great to work with! I don’t know what’s what with flowers and she really helped with the direction I was looking for for my wedding flowers. She even found lavender for my bouquet as it was going out of season. She knew it was important to me being my mothers favorite flower.

I was reluctant to write this review because our wedding day was amazing, and I didn't want to be negative, but I feel like other brides should be aware of our experience with this vendor. We chose Meredith to do our flowers for our wedding based on the great reviews, but our personal experience was quite different. Yes, she was very quick to get back to us by email and that's why we are giving 2 stars, but our flowers were not what we expected. To start, all of the bouquets contained flowers that had already turned brown the morning we received them. Meredith didn't even bother pulling those petals off. We also did not receive the types or colors of flowers we had talked about. We specifically asked for light blue delphiniums in my bouquet but there weren't any. We had also asked for a trellis with the same types of flowers. Yes, there were delphiniums on that, but they were completely the wrong color! We spent $450 on a trellis that had a small amount of flowers in one corner of it, it was held together by huge and ugly C clamps, and it did not match anything. The flowers were a huge disappointment. We had even taken the time to drive to Meredith's home, which is 3 hours away, to sit down with her and go over what we wanted. We provided detailed pictures and color swatches In the end, although the flowers fell short and we didn't get what we paid for, we had the most amazing day and wouldn't change a thing!!!

All I can say is WOW! Meredith Fancy did my bridal bouquet and the attendants' flowers and boutonnieres. and they were exquisite. We sat down and talked about my vision, including that my groom would be wearing a full dress kilt. Meredith suggested putting a bit of thistle in all the flowers as a nod to Nick's Scottish heritage, and it was perfect. What Meredith created went beyond my "dream flowers." They were absolutely gorgeous!! And Meredith is wonderful to work with. I just couldn't have asked for anything better for my wedding day. I would call Meredith again in a heartbeat for any special occasion. PERFECT!!

Meredith put my mind at ease as soon as we spoke on the phone. The familiar accent and reassuring attitude told me I could trust her, and my gut was right. She created the most beautiful array of flowers for our centerpieces, boutonnieres, corsages, and of course my bouquet. Meredith Fancy designed the florals for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding in September, 2017. She worked with the couple to help them realize their vision of a rustic, but elegant, outdoor wedding on the water and she absolutely captured it! Meredith is a true artist and it's no wonder why she has been one of the top florists on the Cape for so many years!

Meredith is truly amazing. My husband and I didn’t have much of a vision, and she took what we liked and didn’t like and created the most beautiful wedding of our dreams. Working with her was so easy because she is extremely responsive and also has hundreds of photos to look through when you meet with her. We were incredibly pleased with the price, and how gorgeous and big everything was! My bridesmaids and I loved our bouquets, and the center pieces Meredith created for our tables were perfect. She also made the ceremony location completely transformed by just having a few arrangements on chairs in the aisles, two pieces in the front, and rose petals on the sides of the aisle. We absolutely loved working with Meredith and would highly recommend Fancy Flowers!

Meredith was a pleasure to work with, and our wedding flowers were absolutely breathtaking. We wanted hydrangeas, and were very open to her suggestions as to which flowers would complement our colors. Meredith did a beautiful job with the flowers for our ceremony and reception. Though I'm originally from the area, I planned my Cape Cod wedding from out of state, which I thought would be trickier than it really was. I interviewed a few local florists over the phone, and Meredith immediately stuck out to me, as she was "no-nonsense" and honest right up front. I immediately had a great feeling about her. She sent me a pricing guideline right away and came up with budget saving ideas without my asking -- i.e., reuse the ceremony flowers for the cocktail hour tables, rent driftwood and lanterns rather than purchase, etc. I had envisioned an elegantly rustic flower scheme. Meredith took my vision and expanded upon it. Everything was absolutely stunning, from the bouquets and centerpieces, to the boutonnieres and ancillary greenery! Meredith and her team of artists are truly gifted. I will continue to recommend Meredith and Fancy Flowers to everyone I know!

Meredith Fancy was such a pleasure to work with. Her work came out absolutely beautiful. Pink was my color, and she created the most beautiful bouquets, corsages, and table settings. This woman is a true artist with flowers. She created the most stunning arrangements for our wedding, with very little direction from me, since I just didn't know exactly what I wanted, until she created it!! Meredith was great. She is super busy during wedding season on Cape, but she was so sweet and really took the time to nail down my preferences to create something beautiful. I am not at all knowledgeable about flowers, but between my Pinterest and her binders of flowers she's done before, she was able to get a good idea of what I wanted and create something beautiful. The arrangements and everything were delivered straight to the venue, which was great. We had personal flowers dropped where we were getting ready since it was down the street. Very easy.

Meredith Fancy is a very talented and experienced florist and she did an excellent job designing the flowers for our Cape Cod wedding. I can't even begin to explain how much I loved the flowers Meredith put together for our Cape Cod wedding last year. I really know very little about anything floral related and only had a general vision in mind. At our initial consultation, I didn't know what to tell her or what to ask for and she took the time to go through several binders of pictures and have me point out what I liked and what I didn't. She was super thorough and knew exactly what I wanted even when I had no idea how to describe it. She also worked with our budget and found a way to make the most out of all of the arrangements. In the end the flowers were amazing!! She sent two different options for flowers for my hair, made a beautiful floral cake topper, and put together the most incredible bouquets. The table arrangements and all of the other decor details were perfect! I was only sad I couldn't take them all home with me and keep them forever. Our venue brought all of the arrangements to the brunch the next morning and they all still looked fabulous. So many guests took flowers home with them and they all told me they were fresh and beautiful for days! I would totally recommend Fancy Flowers to anyone getting married on the cape! She is amazing and sweet and what she does with flowers is incredible!

When we met with you, Jess envisioned a completely white centerpiece. You, having done work in the Ocean Room at Wychmere Beach Club suggested that we add some color. The outcome was far more beautiful than we could have imagined. Everyone raved about how stunning they were and the blues and greens added to the room was perfect. I appreciated that you worked within our budget and I felt that things were all where we needed them to be without a plan for that on my end. I was obsessed with having hot pink peonies for my bridal bouquet, and of course I got married just as their season ended! Meredith did a wonderful job finding large garden roses in the perfect color...I actually think I preferred them in the end! She completely understood the feel I was going for. She offered suggestions but never pushed me to change anything. A pleasure to work with!

Meredith did an amazing job for my 6/18/16 wedding at Wychmere Beach Club. My flowers were the only aspect of my wedding where I spent significantly less than what we were expecting/budgeted for. Meredith also brought flowers to my rehearsal at the Captain Linnell house. her execution was flawless and prices were great, I could not recommend higher.
