Fantastic Photography

Chris did my husband and I wedding renewal on November 24, 2018 and I have not yet to this day received my wedding photos or even proof of them . This man was paid in full on time. I have called to get "Sorry, can't talk right now "back or this long response of his health. He is not answering my questions about my photos and giving me a reason why we can not have our photos even if they are not edited. I have sent emails. I do not always get a response back and if I do get a response it is about his personal issues. I would not recommend anyone to this guy even if he is cable of producing good photos based on his business morals. He is not operating professional . At this point all I have is prayers hoping I will get my pictures. This guy took memories I will never get back. He has pictures of my family that flew from out of town that I am just reuniting with . I feel raped of a moment I can't get back. I would never wish this on another couple. Please take time and read these posts. They are not fake.

This is further correspondence for Alexis' wedding. I am the mother-in-law and I called Chris on Thursday May 30, 2019, from my government work phone and Chris answered immediately as he is open to new customer business! I immediately identified who I was and asked him if he is still back logged? He quickly went into a sob story of his girlfriend being ill, and couldn't provide any information about completing the job paid for. STAY AWAY FROM FANTASTIC PHOTOGRAPHY AS THEY ARE STEALING MONEY...

I booked fantastic photography to photograph my wedding on September 21. I was attracted to them by their price and their pictures displayed on the knot website. On my wedding day the main photographer Chris did not to a great job at taking pictures in the moment. It seemed as things had to be staged first l. For instance while I was about to throw my bouquet he attempted to stop me so he could get a better angle. Those little things kind of annoyed me during my big day because I wanted to just be in the moment. After the wedding I contacted him to get a couple preview pictures so that I could post them. He sent me some the same day. The pictures did not seem like they really were edited very good well as some of the pictures displayed on his website. A month or two later I contacted him asking about the progress on the pictures. He stated that he was in the middle of moving homes so he was busy. He told me the contract stated maximum picture turnaround time was 20 weeks. A couple months after that I contacted him again to get an update on how he was doing. He continued to refer that the contract allotted him 20 weeks. So I waited and waited. 20 weeks has passed and I contacted him. He did not answer my phone call but I sent an email and he responded. He continued to give the same excuse about moving homes and stated that he has a back log and a wedding from June he still needs to finish. Me and my husband were very upset because at this point we didn’t know if we were going to receive are pictures. My mother in law called him acting as if she wanting to book him he proceeding to tell her that the turnaround time for pictures was 6 weeks. She then revealed who she was and he bacame defensive. I reached out to him through email about a month and half ago stating we were going to take legal action because Of his breech in contract. I would not recommend this company. Their is poor communication. Never once does he reach out to me regarding the status or progress and most of the time does not answer phone calls only responds through email some of the time. He is not telling costumers about his back log which is misleading thinking that you will receive your pictures in a timely manner. And never once has he offered any solution. Three that be a time that we can hold him accountable to to have the pictures done by. Or offering to send atleast some of the pictures he’s finishes recently. My father posted a review right before mine under the name Tim. He is equally as upset considering he paid for our photography. I wish I would have paid more and went with a different company even. I went with a different videography company and revived my video 2-3 weeks after our wedding. This day is too special to leave in the hands of people who are unprofessional and those who can’t deliver the services you paid for. Still to this day March 19 2019 I still have not received my wedding pictures and haven’t heard anything from him since I last contacted him on 2/11/19 with no response.

Chris was amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations! He and his assistant traveled 4 hours to get to our venue and arrived early and ready to go. We got married under the Natural Bridge which is a tough location to photograph based on other photos I have seen from previous weddings there. But I didn't have to worry about that! No other photographers could have done as good of a job capturing everything from the entire Natural Bridge with our wedding party to split second moments on the dance floor. I didn't know we could be more in love until I saw his beautiful pictures. They are stunning! We received our photos very quickly and the range and quality of the shots is awesome! We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Chris to be your wedding photographer.

We did our engagement photos, wedding photos and wedding video with Fantastic Photography. We were very pleased with our engagement photos, they turned out beautifully. On our wedding day, we hired Chris as lead photographer, his assistant Kurt, and videographer Jaymee. Overall, the day went smoothly! Once we finally got our wedding photos back (5 and a half months later!) we were very pleased and absolutely loved the photos and the quality. We only regret not having a few certain photos taken, but we have many to look back on for memories. We didn't receive our wedding video for another week after getting our photos. Once we received that and watched it, we were very disappointed and upset to say the least. The quality of the video and transitioning was terrible. There were a lot of important things missing (which I later found out certain reasons were poor techniques such as shaky camera, turning it too fast and making the picture crooked, videographer's head in the way of some shots, etc.) I let Chris know that we were unhappy and he did show intention to make things right but put us on the back burner since he had several other clients to work on since he was so far behind. In the meantime, he did agree to send me our raw footage so we could at least have that to look back on. Four months have gone by and we still haven't received our final wedding video from him. I reached out to him, but he is not always the best with communication. I would recommend this company for photography but not wedding videography.

Great experience! They really go the extra mile to make your photos special and you can tell that they truly care. My fiancé and I booked them for both our wedding and engagement photos and after having our engagement shoot with them I can confidently say I wouldn't go with anyone else and can not wait for them to photograph our wedding! My husband and I were first attracted to the price of their services, so we decided to meet them. They met with us twice before the wedding to show us past pictures and videos and the equipment they would use. We liked them because they were very professional, especially on the wedding day. They took time taking the formal portraits, to make sure the lighting and background would be good, and right after the reception they offered to take even more of just my husband and me before leaving. They wanted to be sure that I had gotten as many pictures as I wanted. All of the pictures were edited beautifully, and it's apparent to me that their advertisements are true about them spending a great effort with editing. I am especially happy with the ones of just my husband and me! I got the pictures back within 4 weeks, which is comparatively very amazing timing! I would highly recommend them.

Amy and Chris did a wonderful job. I am currently waiting to get back my pictures. I cannot wait to share them with friends and family.
