place on a ranch, with no place to cook food, but Sarah and her team had everything necessary to prepare THE best meal for our wedding guests! I was impressed that they even cooked the food on site (very cool)! Sarah is highly professional and was open to incorporating some of my suggestions, giving me creative license for the wedding meal, which I really appreciated about her. Her and her team even prepared such a wonderful meal in the middle of a crazy torrential, hour-long, hail storm (at an outdoor wedding)! They did not let that obstacle stop them in any way, which was really impressive to witness. Our friends and family RAVED about the meal and we can’t recommend Farmer Meets Foodie enough!

From initial planning discussions to day-of-event timeliness, food presentation and incredible taste, Sarah and Team knocked our expectations out of the park. Farmer Meets Foodie was the caterer for the University of Providence's spring gala fundraiser. Sarah and her team delivered food that was excellent and service that was fantastic. We are still getting comments on how memorable the meal was!

Provided Flathead Cherry Pie bars for our daughter's wedding reception. They were great to work with, and the bars are/were wonderful!
Sarah was very kind and communicative while planning the wedding! And the food was very delicious. All of the staff was friendly and professional during the event! Would recommend their service and I would use them again for another event.
Farmer Meets Foodie was an AMAZING part of our big day! Sarah was so wonderful to work with and brought a huge crew with her even though we got married so far from Havre (where they are based). She answered every question throughout my planning process. All night I heard about how amazing the food and dessert was! Not only that, but they worked so well with our space even though the venue did not have a kitchen and the food was beautifully presented! Also, having ingredients from Montana producers made it so special for us and all of our guests who travelled from all over the country to attend! If you want great food, hire Farmer Meets Foodie!
Sarah and the whole Farmer Meets Foodie team went above and beyond for our wedding last October. From our first phone call until I went back for seconds (or thirds) during the meal, Farmer Meets Foodie was phenomenal to work with. I am so grateful that one of the best days of my life included one of the best meals I've ever had. Sarah worked hard to ensure we had everything we envisioned and stayed within out budget. She even helped to make my dream of a family style dinner come true, despite that not being a part of the original package. Highly recommend Farmer Meets Foodie!
This was a truly memorable dinner. The entire staff was unbelievably professional and so nice. They treated the bride and groom like royalty! The food was absolutely delightful. They did such a beautiful job with the presentation and making every setup (charcuterie, dinner, dessert) look amazing. Thank you for such a lovely dinner and thank you for running such a great business.
Sara catered our son and his brides rehearsal dinner and everything was just amazing!! Sara and her very personable crew, outdid themselves!! Starting with a charcuterie board beautiful and delicious, we had shrimp cocktail added to it and it was all a hit!! Dinner and deserts were full of flavor and decadent!! A must for any catering service you would need!!

Where to begin!? Sarah and her team were fantastic when we had them cater an onsite ranch brunch for 50+ guests on the ranch where we hosted our wedding. Not only was sarah responsive and professional but she helped with the entire planning process right down to each menu item. We are so thankful that the food was so amazing! We had wild caught salmon, overnight oats and fruit, an egg scramble, shrimp cocktail and so much more!! wOw! Highly recommend Sarah and farmer Meets Foodie foodie for all your catering needs and amazing customized options! She even gifted us a little wedding gift for our kitchen from another team meeting with local business and some flowers in a cute mill pail!
Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with. We gave her a general idea of what we wanted for food, and she ran with it and created an absolutely amazing menu from the appetizer to the final deserts.
We wanted to incorporate a western Pennslyvania cookie table into our Montana wedding and she did an amazing job. She made several dozen fantastic cookies; they looked and tasted so good.
Sarah was able to easily incorporate several allergy restrictions for our guests while still having wonderful food.
She is very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. I would highly recommend her!

Ahh Tiffany, thank you so much for this review! Creating your menu (especially the cookie table) was one of our favorite projects this year and we loved every minute of being apart of your beautiful celebration.
Sarah was such a pleasure to work with! The catering for our wedding was very high quality, innovative, beautifully presented, and of course incredibly delicious! I really enjoyed working early on with Sarah to create our personalized menu for our guests. It really made the meal unique, and the fact that it is locally sourced, and the ingredients are as fresh as can be because she uses seasonal ingredients, made the meal above and beyond.
I also really appreciated how willing and open Sarah was to travel and cook in our outdoor venue. Sarah and her staff had to be clever about preparing the food without a standard kitchen to use, and everything was restaurant (honestly better) quality. Everyone at our wedding toasted the meal, saying it was the best they have had at a wedding. Not an exaggeration! The prices were also incredibly fair, and her flexibility in the guest count was so appreciated. Overall, working with Sarah was such a fantastic experience from start to end, and I would highly recommend her to future brides! So happy to support a women-owned business with great values, and a fantastic product, cheers to Sarah & her staff!

Hey I’m Sarah!
I created this business in 2018 to provide catering services that challenge the way society has taught us to eat. I believe food should be sourced with intention, and I love the process of getting to know the farmers that are growing our ingredients right here in MT. Nutrition, sourcing, flavor and presentation are my main priorities when it comes to food.
My favorite thing to eat is (all things) brunch - especially crepes and eggs benedict. When I’m not cooking, you might find me at the yoga studio, playing guitar, reading something non-fiction, hiking or snowboarding.
