For instance: on our wedding day, we were in a classic car on the way to a garage when we realized that we hadn’t paid the fee to enter the garage; by the time we got to the garage, Jess had somehow taken care of it. Without Jess’ help, we probably wouldn’t have found our band, our tuxedo rentals, all the dress fittings and alterations, our photographer and videographer, the makeup artist, our shuttle bus, our classic car (apparently, she somehow convinced a place that doesn’t even do rentals to rent a car out to us??)…not to mention that with Jess’ help, we probably saved literally thousands of dollars. She took us through the entire thing — designs, layouts, timelines, catering, literally the entire thing, and made it so much better than we could have ever done alone. We have nothing but the best things to say.

We had a 300 person guest list with a 24 person entourage, and a bride that doesn’t like flowers. So you could say Jessica had her work cut out for her. Every person of our wedding party knew where to be and at what time because her very detailed timeline. I was able to text Jessica and she’d come running up to my bridal suite for whatever I needed, same thing for my husband. Our reception room was gorgeous and everything my husband and I could dream of. She brought my simple and modern design to life. When married couples say the day goes by so fast, for us it didn’t. We were able to enjoy every minute because Jessica and her team worried about the rest. For her we are ever grateful and we miss her so much!!

on track for a wedding. When I tell you that Jessica outshined that expectation, I mean it. We had done phone calls with potential wedding planners and I recognize we're a bit unconventional. We wanted an earlier wedding at noon like many folks with my background do, and with a quartet instead of any DJ. We were often met with people pushing us to do it at night, as is standard, right from the get go. Jessica met us on the phone and the first words out of her mouth were that she wanted to know who we are first. She wasn't doing a 20 minute spiel of her packages, how we'll choose from her vendors-- She wanted to know our story. And the moment either of us said we wanted something, she was onboard to make that a reality. She was also honest! She accommodated with our crazy schedule. We had hair and makeup at 6 am on the wedding day (very normal for us, but I get that's hell on a Saturday), and she and her team were earnestly just happy to be there and have everything set. She also is the most organized woman I've ever met. She'll have a binder with your name on it, backups of every piece of info vendors need, a timeline that is so legible and clear, to the point I remember our florist was thoroughly impressed on a walk-through and started asking how she can refer her to couples that need help. This is an earnestly good group of folks who work hard and love nothing more than giving you YOUR wedding. Not a cookie cutter one, but one that represents the love and life you have and look forward to (unless you want a cookie cutter one and then I'm sure it would be the best damn sugar cookie you've ever had). Also, if I could attach pictures, you could see this woman gave us a wedding that was out of this world. Every family and friend who went there said it was absolutely a representation of us and that Jessica and her team were incredible. We had so much fun. It was perfect. I was one-year into wedding planning. I had made many steps on my own, but found myself exhausted, second guessing my choices and frozen by the decision-making process. Wedding planning was no longer fun, and I knew I needed help. Jessica, of Fear No More, was quick to respond and her warmth, kindness and passion for this business was immediately felt through the phone. I knew after that first call, I had to book her for wedding planning and coordinating services. PLANNING: Jessica considered all the decisions I had made thus far and helped me reel in my vision and dream by creating a gorgeous vision board. Jessica's energetic and positive personality, as well as her genuine excitement for planning, made me again excited about the process. Having a person to be my soundboard, who was honest, responsive (always) and realistic in her responses, made me feel confident in my decisions. She assisted me with the design of linens, table setting features and floral design. She met me in my home and brought samples to help me see options in real life, versus trying to envision it over a screen or in my mind. She provided many, many options, and was receptive to any edits, because she ultimately wanting me to love what I selected. Seeing everything in person helped me feel confident and excited to again see this all in our venue on the big day and I really wish I could upload a photo to show just how insanely beautiful our reception turned out to be. COORDINATION: Jessica is insanely organized, communicative, and concise. She was clear and realistic in what she needed from us and took the reigns from there on. The month leading up to the wedding, I truly did not have a single worry or care... it truly felt almost eerily relaxing at times! Jessica kept me updated on contact and confirmations she made with our vendors. Jessica was present for the rehearsal and created detailed timelines for our wedding party. FNM was there bright and early at the venue and completed set up without a hitch. (Again, I wish I could upload a photo to show you how incredible our space looked. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing!) She periodically checked in with all parties throughout the getting ready period to ensure we stuck to our time schedule. The FNM team wrangled our 21-person wedding party and kept the mood always fun, light, and exciting. She remained at the venue and packed everything up. They ensured our wedding night suite was tidy, that our card box was safely delivered and an adorable, personalized gift from FNM was left. Our day truly went without a single hiccup, and I know FNM is to thank for that. FROM START TO FINISH, FEAR NO MORE BROUGHT THE FUN AND EXCITEMENT TO WEDDING PLANNING AND THE WEDDING DAY! Jessica is warm, vibrant and so easy to get along with. She is organized, responsible, creative and passionate. She has amazing vision, style and has extended experience in the wedding industry. She instantly won over myself and my husband, who would agree she was worth every dollar (if not more!) FNM made me and my husband feel so special and important, and I can honestly say I wouldn't have enjoyed the year leading up to my wedding, if it weren't for Jessica and her team. 10/10 would recommend FNM be the team you hire!

Jessica is very detailed from reviewing contracts (yes as a month-of-planner!), guest lists, minute-by-minute schedule, vendor services – you don’t have to worry once she’s onboard. I had all my vendors RAVING about her because of her detailed timeline and quick communication – many thought she planned my wedding from the get-go because we were so in-sync and our transition was seamless. Jessica and her assistant Shelby were a dream-team and addressed any small issues leading up to and on the day with such sweet demeanors and grace (many times without even making me aware). With a COVID spike around Memorial Day our guest count and tables were changing up to the reception - Jessica was so understanding and creative in her problem solving. We couldn’t have imagined our wedding with out Fear No More – Jessica has truly become a friend and we are forever grateful for all the support she provided us.
