I had a very disappointing experience with Feel Good Limo on my wedding day. Our limo got a flat tire - I was called at the time we were supposed to be picked up, I was then told the limo driver was 10 minutes away and would be there in time. ... At the time I had no choice to leave - we had to call Feel Good Limo & the limo driver and initially couldn't get in touch with anyone until we were almost at the hair salon. We then FINALLY got a call back stating the limo driver had a flat tire on the spare and that he wasn't even close to being near us (meaning that we weren't not told the truth about where the limo driver initially was). I had to have my parents drive us to get our hair done so that we weren't late. After being disappointed about not being driven to our hair salon in a limo - in the middle of getting my hair done, the limo driver calls to inform me that they couldn't provide us with the limo I chose but rather an"upgraded" limo which turned out to be a downgrade compared to the limo we chose, in my opinion. The limo driver showed up mid way through our hair appointment. Champagne was brought in to the salon in attempt to cheer things up. On our way out of the salon, I had to open the limo door up for myself, which should have been opened for me. Just when you think that's it, 2 blocks from our location, the "upgraded" limo stalled in the middle of an intersection with cars beeping at us ! Once we reached our location, I wanted nothing more than to get OUT and not look back. We had to contact them that following Monday, not attempt was made to reach us regarding our awful day. Initially, when we spoke to the owners they basically showed NO remorse for the situation and claimed they held up their end of the deal. However, a $350.00 refund was credited. I would NOT considering using Feel Good Limo again. They truly ruined an important part of my day, I was beyond upset and I don't feel that they cared. They clearly do not take care of their limos or their customers. EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT.
