He grew up in Turkey and attended culinary school there, spending summers working in gourmet restaurants along the Mediterranean coast. Burak relocated to Dallas, Texas in 2009 and worked alongside Chef Stephan Pyles, learning the technicalities and flavors of Southwestern cuisine. Chef Burak will prioritize the creation of a genuine connection with each couple, building an understanding of their preferred cuisine style and tastes. Clients can choose from a variety of catering options including buffet-style meals, family-style meals, passed appetizers, and exciting chef stations.
