Overall our experience with Y-Knot was pretty positive. They worked with us so we could use their chairs for a destination wedding in Flagstaff so they let us pick them up a day earlier and return them a day later than they usually allow. The only problem I had was when my husband went to pick them up, one of the workers was painting all of the white wood chairs. He originally handed us the wrong ones because the wood ones we reserved were wet from the paint. I had to have my husband go back and get the right chairs. They were a little wet, though. It sounded like there was a miscommunication with the guy in the warehouse and the girls in the front office. The reservation process was easy, the girls were very responsive via email to all my questions, and the price was highly competitive. Thank you for being part of our big day!

Very professional and helpful people! I have used them twice, once for a baby shower and then for our wedding. Both times they were great to work with and met all of our needs!

I really enjoyed working with Y-Knot Party & Rentals; they came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator who has worked with them in the past. We rented tables, chairs, linens and chargers from them for our wedding. They were very accommodating when we had to modify the amount of chairs and tables we needed leading up to the wedding a couple of times. On the day of the wedding, the delivery was on time with everything we needed. They picked everything up the following Monday and made the payment installments very easy to keep up with. I would definitely recommend them for any big event and would definitely use them again!

Y-Knot was fantastic. Our reception was amazing. It wouldn't have been so perfect without you. The quality was worth every penny.

Yknot is a great place to get glassware and any other miscellaneous items you need for your wedding. We kept changing our glass order, but we ended up with the right things at the wedding. We also got a podium, pedestals and extra tables from them. They deliver and pick up so everything is easy.

Excellent service. My wedding was on a Saturday and they let me pick up my rentals on the day before and return them on the following Monday. Perfect transaction, friendly staff, great quality items. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

AWESOME PLACE. I CALLED LAST MINUTE TO GET SUPPLIES AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL EVEN LENT ME RENTALS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING. EVERYONE IS SO KIND AND FUNNY AND HELPFUL. Y NOT rentals came through for me last minute....and while I was there putting in my order...I came across something else which it was available for me to take immediately...staff is very friendly..I would recommend Y NOT rentals to friends and family..and of course I will be back myself..

Very professional. Everything that was delivered was to the tee that I ordered. Kaitlin was beyond helpful from ordering to delivery. This was very important to us as to we don't live in the area .The price for all was right in are budget. The Margarita machine was the hit of the party. I recommend Y-Knot rentals to all family members in the area .Great job Keep it up you all rock.

Several friends recommended YKnot when we started planning our daughter's wedding. Out of curiosity I still comparison-shopped for other vendors and hands-down their prices were the best. Not only that, the process was so easy! Were so accommodating and friendly, and even the delivery guys that delivered and picked up were great. Will definitely recommend them to anyone, and use them again ourselves for future events.

Office staff was great to work with. We added items the day before the wedding and were able to pick them up with no issues. The white table linens were spotless! The after hours pickup made you our choice, but we would recommend you for all your services.

It was a great pleasure to deal with everyone at this facility. The equipment we rented was clean and in great condition and added the perfect finishing touches to our daughter's wedding and reception. I really, really had an amazing experience with YKnot Party Rentals. They are extremely professional, courteous, and so helpful. I had to change things mutiple times and each time, they were flexible and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the quality of their linens and decor is fantastic. Everyone who works at the company was friendly, helpful, and considerate, particularly Pam. YKnot staff made sure that my order was complete and even provided a few extras just to make sure I was covered with all the proper supplies for my wedding. I was in a major rush the day before the wedding and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in an expeditious manner. The cost for their services is affordable and more than worth the price for the products and service. I would highly recommend YKnot party rentals and will definitely return the next time I need rentals for any parties that we may host.

I rented tables, white resin chairs and a bar from Y Knot. I also ordered my wedding flowers from them. I LOVED how all my flowers turned out. I worked with Sandy in floral and she totally brought to life the colors and arrangements I wanted. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was very courteous and friendly. They also delivered everything when they said they would. The only reason I rated the quality 4 out of 5 stars is because the chairs were fairly worn looking but I tied bows on them to dress them up so they didn't look too bad.

After having a very small destination wedding, we decided to host a casual after-party at home. We rented all the necessities from Y-Knot. They graciously accommodated our short notice, and worked with us to get us what we needed to make our party a success. Great, informative website with photos. Decent prices. Hugh selection! I would definitely use them again!

We recently hosted a Roaring 20s Murder Mystery Party and rented 4 high cocktail tables, tablecloths, and a random assortment of coffee cups and mugs! We wanted to make our "Juice Joint" as realistic as possible - renting these items helped make the party THAT much better! Kat was great to work with and super professional!

Sandy at Y-Knot provided my flowers and an arch for our wedding ceremony. Sandy worked closely with me to select flowers for my bouquet, the bridesmaids' bouquet, the boutonnieres, and the centerpieces, and she helped me stay within my budget. The flowers were exactly what I wanted, and Sandy contacted me a week before my wedding to discuss the flowers, then contacted me two days before my wedding to let me know that the flowers had arrived and looked beautiful, which took a load off my mind. My dad went to Y-Knot in person to check out the flowers (he's a botanist, so he loves that sort of thing), and he was very impressed by the arrangements and the quality of the blooms. I got so many compliments on the bouquets (a mixture of coral-colored roses, yellow/orange dahlias, and red gerbera daisies)! We rented a white lattice arch with ivy for the ceremony and it looked beautiful! Sandy and Y Knot helped make our wedding perfect and we couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Sandy!!

Yknot Party Rental was fantastic! Everyone was very communicative and helpful. I added and removed items from my order a couple times and they were very flexible with me. All the times were ready to be picked up when specified and all the times were there. I would use Y-Knot Party Rental again in a heartbeat.

I did most of my renting over the phone after looking at their website. (Website kind of sucks). A few days before the wedding I went into the actual store to rent some last minute things and was impressed on the variety of things they have. They have anything for any price range. I thought they were very affordable and good quality.

Absolutely no complaints. Best value in town and great service every time I walked in the door or called. Great array of colors and choices of fabric. Thanks to their linens, chair ties, and chiavari chairs, my reception looked fantastic in person and in pictures. Oh, and VERY punctual. Thank you Y-Knot!!!

We held a brunch the day after the wedding at our home and since we were expecting 80-100 people I needed a few cocktail tables for people to be able to place their food while eating and some extra chairs so people could sit if they wanted. The tables were perfect. They were easy to set up and take down. We were able to order tablecloths in the wedding colors. They looked great and I couldn't be happier. Y-Knot was very efficient. They had our order ready when we arrived to pick up everything and drop off was simple. If I need to order tables etc. again I will definitely use Y-Knot so I am absolutely recommending them to anyone.

The florist with y-knot is Wendy and she is so wonderful to work with!!! She was just so honest with all my ideas and the cost of those ideas, also suggesting alternatives that turned out in the end way better than my ideas! Their cost is very reasonable and they made it very easy to work with them!

Y-Knot party & rentals was an amazing company to work with for our wedding ceremony rentals. We rented chairs and a sound system from them and everything was great. The mics and speakers worked well, chairs were exactly what we were looking for, and everything was delivered on time and at a fantastic rate. Katie Mendoza of Y-Knot was an absolute pleasure to work with-- responsive by phone and email, flexible and accommodating, and extremely helpful in helping me figure out what to rent. I'd recommend Y-Knot to anyone!

They were very professional and helpful. They've been in the business for a long time so they had some helpful advice. All the rentals were there on time. The company was very reliable and great to work with.

We rented linens, dinnerware, and a large glass piece for our appetizers. Everything was ready when I picked it up, clean, what I expected and a good price. They were flexible with the many times I changed my mind. They also have a good selection.

I called and reserved 5 banquet tables and 50 chairs 2 months or so before my wedding, I called about 2 weeks before the event to pay for them and they said they no longer have the cream chairs I asked for, even though when I orginally requested them. They told me since I hadn't paid for them yet they couldn't hold them for me. They never said anything about not holding the chairs for me without payment since if I had known that I would have paid them at the time I made the reservation. They gave me brown chairs instead, which worked but I wasn't too happy with that. Their tables are pretty beat up, but for the value it was worth it. I decided to save the money for delivery and picked them up myself, if you have a truck I highly suggest doing so since delivery is expensive.

I rented my dance floor from Y-Knot and the people were helpfully and friendly even when they was an issue with the delivery and set up on my part. I did a lot of comparison on cost with other places and Y-Knot rentals is a good deal.

We rented candles and candelabrum from YKnot. YKnot also decorated the candelabrum with silk flowers, and they looked beautiful! I was very happy when they were willing to only charge half price and gave the option for one-way delivery!

Y-Knot did an amazing job of transforming our venue into an elegant space! From the high top tables, to the bar table, to the table cloths and overlays and chair covers. Everything was clean and exactly the way I wanted it!

Y-Knot - recommended by a coworker because they had done a great job at her wedding - was fantastic to work with! They provided all of my flowers and rentals (linens and equipment). Wendy, in particular, was so great and fun to work with - she was very conscious of my budget - in a super nice way - and had lots of great suggestions on ways that we could have beautiful decor, yet not spend more than we wanted to. The bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages were just wonderful - I had SO many compliments on the flowers. They were also super flexible to work with. Delivery and pick ups were on time and as planned. I would definitely work with them again!

Although I would have liked to pay less (doesn't everyone wish that?) I loved the service I received from YKnot. The delivery was on time, the workers brought everything out in a quick and orderly way. Everything operated the way it should. When they came to pick the equipment up, it was in the same professional, courteous manner. I would definitely rent from them again
