When we unexpectedly moved from NYC to Miami in the midst of the wedding planning process for our wedding in Ithaca, we knew we needed on the ground help during what was an especially chaotic wedding planning process (I later lost that job, we were both unemployed for a bit, so I mean difficult and chaotic!). In researching our options, Katie came back with a very reasonable price and was one of the few day-of coordinators that actually offered her assistance throughout the time leading up to the wedding (most others don't want to talk to you until the week beforehand). Katie TRULY wanted to help throughout the process - she actually would check-in to see how she could help regularly. We met with Katie while in town to meet vendors and she was great in really taking the time to get to know us and understand our vision for the day. We were in regular contact during the 9 months leading up to the wedding and met in-person again while I was in town for my trials. I really leaned on her during the last month when things were so busy and I just didn't have the time to check-in on vendors and deal with the last minute details while starting a new job. She did everything efficiently and effectively, I never had to worry. Katie did everything SO enthusiastically and was such a great resource for advice, insight and suggestions. The day of and day after the wedding, she was an ANGEL - we were so happy to have her there, she was a part of our group by that time. Katie stayed out of our way but was right at my side any time I needed her. She helped to manage all of the little details you can't think of when you're in the midst of dealing with bridesmaids, mothers, getting ready, etc. Our day was flawless - I figured something would go wrong but NOTHING did. This was truly a testament to Katie and Mandy's great work on the sidelines. I would not hesitate to suggest Katie to any bride.

Katie and her staff did a fabulous job. Katie helped with coordinating my daughters dream wedding. Rehearsal ran smoothly with her knowledge and assistance. The day of the wedding Katie continued to be very helpful with last minute items that came up. Her staff did an amazing job with serving dinner. It was nice that we had nothing to worry about and we knew everything was taken care of.

Katie helped us in a million small ways and a million large ones. Every time there was the smallest issues she was there fixing it, many times before I even knew there was a problem! She made sure our day was the best, and we can never thank her enough for it! If you are on the fence, spend the money and ensure tat there is someone that will support you no matter what the issue is!
