We overall had a very positive experience with Festivities. We rented their copper arch, some clear vases, and white candles for our wedding. The decor looked absolutely beautiful, and we were very pleased with the setup/takedown crew's work. We also rented chairs and tables from Festivities for another event over our wedding weekend and found the pickup/dropoff process for those to be very easy. My only complaint would be that it was sometimes difficult to get a response via email. But we were very satisfied overall with what we got from Festivities!

We had a great experience with Festivities. The communication was very good, and on the day of the decorators were so nice. We rented a backdrop, chair covers, and chair bands. I would definitely recommend them to other couples. Everything looked great!

Prompt set up and takedown.

We rented lanterns and votives from Festivities for our wedding day. The rental and pick-up/drop-off process was very easy. We received numerous compliments on the lanterns. We were accidentally shorted 50 votives, which we didn’t realize until the day-of the wedding. Thankfully, our wedding planner was able to make the best of what we had. After the wedding, Festivities quickly researched the issue and refunded our money for the missing votives. While the situation wasn’t ideal, they handled it very well and quickly remedied the issue.

We used Festivities for our flowers and they knocked it out of the park!! We met with Rachel a few months before our wedding and she took all of our requests and we just let her run with it--to the point of I nearly forgot about that aspect completely! It was so stress free! Then, when we picked up the flowers they were LITERALLY jaw dropping! Everyone at the wedding commented on how gorgeous they were. The only problem was that I couldn't keep them forever! I highly recommend Festivities for your flowers!

We had a great experience working with Festivities! They designed beautiful greenery, made the barn look magical with their lighting, and were very flexible and communicative when our guest list was reduced dramatically due to COVID.

The festivities team did great when we requested a quick turnaround for a full wedding event turned backyard ceremony. They were able to pull everything together very fast and the delivery team was exceptional.

Festivities turned my dream wedding into a reality! For simplicity, I opted to use Festivities for both decor and floral. Amber interpreted my vague ideas and indecisiveness so patiently and so perfectly. The flowers were STUNNING and far exceeded my expectations (I love them so much that I am getting my bridal bouquet preserved). We also rented chairs, candles, centerpieces and more and everything turned out so beautiful while remaining within my budget. Highly recommend!

We were send to Festivities from our vendor Oak Ridge Conference Center. We had a wonderful time meeting with our designer and making a dream wedding that still had flexible options for our budget. Festivities also allowed our family and friends to set up our own decorations. I was especially adamant about have extra lights hanging in the space over the dance floor to soften the modern design of our reception space. They were PERFECT. They made the whole space soft and comfortable and look gorgeous in our photos. We got so many compliments on the flowers and I loved the unique touch of having blue thistles in my bridal bouquet - they definitely got our vision.

We worked with Festivities for my daughters wedding. The decor and floral was everything she wanted and more! The staff made everything so seamless. The floral was perfect. People were talking about her bouquet all night. The draping and linen were so beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t recommend them enough!

We worked with Caitlin and she was fantastic with providing us with ideas for table linens and centerpieces. She is prompt in her communication and detail-oriented. It's great to be able to go to their show room and visualize what our tables might look like in person. Would highly recommend!

Festivities provided linens and draping for my wedding last year and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Rachel G was so amazing to work with throughout the whole process from when I initially came in to pick out designs with my mom to the end of our wedding night takedown. Our linens looked absolutely flawless and the draping above the head table really completed the ambiance of the space. We truly were so happy with our decision to hire Festivities! Festivities was recommended to us through our vendor. The flowers and draping looked amazing at our wedding. I met with Rachel once and I picked out vases, drape color, and we looked at online inspo and the photos that I sent her. I was not really concerned with the flowers, so I gave her a lot of freedom. I LOVED the final product, I received many compliments from guests also.

Amber was amazing to work with when I was in a pinch for time and getting the beautiful cafe lighting I wanted! Cafe lighting and installment is overpriced in general I think..BUT still worth it as it gave a beautiful ambiance! LOVE festivities and their humor throughout communication as a company. Would use again!!

Festivities seemed to know our vision for our wedding before we even set foot into their showroom! We met with an events manager for an hour, and by the time we were done we were confident that she would have everything taken care of. We not only did our decor through Festivities, but also our floral, lighting and lawn games. It was the most beautiful wedding reception I've ever seen. Everything was executed perfectly and we could not have been more happy with the hard work they put in for our special day!

We worked with Caitlin from Festivities who prepared our decor plan and she was great to work with. We had them decorate the ballroom for dinner and our cocktail tables in the dance area. They set up everything and took it all down and the decor ended up looking great with our venue. We're very happy we hired a company to do that part of the decorating!

Audra at Festivities was so easy to work with! In our initial meeting she already had ideas of what we could do with our floral arrangements all while staying respectful of our budget. We used Festivities just for our bouquets and boutonnières, and would highly recommend Festivities to anyone (even for more than just flowers)!

Festivities has the best customer service for any décor/rental company I have worked with. I had an emergency situation with linens recently for an event and when I reached out to their emergency line (this was a Sunday on a holiday weekend) I was connected immediately with John and he was able to assist me right away. Within 90 minutes we had linens in hand. Festivities saved the day and I highly recommend their services to any event needing décor/rental services!

We worked with Rachel for our floral and centerpieces for our wedding in September. Rachel was amazing! We met with her and she really listened to what we wanted and what we did not want. Rachel was clearly experienced as she explained to us different season flowers and colors and what complimented what. As my wife and I are neither design experts, this put us at ease and made us feel like our wedding would come together from the bridal flowers to the center pieces. We rented most of our center piece items and it was EASY delivery and return! Rachel really put the final touches on our wedding and we couldn't have asked for better help. I used Festivities for my wedding florals (centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, & aisle arrangements), centerpiece rentals, and ceiling swagging, and they did an incredible job! I worked with Audra throughout the process, and she was delightful. She helped me to identify the look/feel that was important to us, create a plan to achieve it within our budget, and then made it a reality on our wedding day. Overall, it was a great experience. Festivities was one of the best choices I made for my wedding! I was very unsure of what I wanted for floral going into the meeting and they were amazing at guiding to me to the perfect look. They were knowledgeable in floral, decor and even super familiar with my venue. Which made it stress free. When the flowers arrive on my wedding day I was blown away. Everything was beyond my expectations and truly beautiful!

I truely believe that without the assistants of Caitlin from festivities, our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was. She held my hand through the entire process and always made me feel like I was a priority; even during the Minneapolis Superbowl, when she was undoubtly extereme busy. Not only did she help me pick out table, chairs, linens, cups, ect., she helpped me with the floor plans, adding and subtracting tents, and last minute adding side walls to the tents due to the weather. With getting married in a park, there were a lot of details I did not plan for but Caitlin did. She 100% took care of setting up the fire inspection, making sure everyting was up to "code" and cutting a check to the fire department for the inspection. Caitlin put up with a lot from myself and my father, and she was always professional, caring, and communicated with me through the entire process. If I ever decide to have any type of party, she is the person I will go to. Without a doubt, Caitlin is the reason everything at our wedding went perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about this company but mostly this wonderful employee. She truely loves her job, and it shows in her day to day interaction.

Excellent service! I worked with Festivities to get some lounge furniture and cocktail linens for my event. They have a great selection at their space and everything was beautiful for me event! I received so many compliments on our lounge set up!

AMAZING! Festivities did such a phenomenal job at making my sometimes ridiculous requests a reality at our wedding! The head table alone would sell anyone on their services - it was a dream! Festivities did a beautiful job with our floral arrangements and rental pieces. They have high quality floral - we kept our greenery, garlands, and bouquets for 3 weeks after our wedding. We could have kept them for longer, but it was nice admiring our flowers throughout the house. We were extremely happy with our chair rentals from Festivities. They were great with communication on the front end and worked with us timing wise on the day of for set up and break down. We would strongly recommend them for anyone looking to rent chairs.

Festivities did an amazing job on our flowers! I was a little nervous, because I didn't do a preview, so it was just based off some pinterest images and a narrative written when we worked through the quote, but everything turned out exactly as I'd imagined. They're the experts, and it showed!

I worked with Rachel at Festivities, she made everything easy and simple to book linens for our wedding at the Landmark Center. I needed to add gold chargers to the reservation later on and that was also easy and doable. I did not need much from them as my decor needs were light, but their showroom is impressive and very fun to look around. I would recommend booking an appointment to check out the showroom if you are in the early stages of design and need some inspiration. I had made many of those decision before seeing what they had to offer.

Our experience with Festivities was amazing! They helped us plan all of the decor, and they arranged our flowers for the day. Audra was so kind and patient with us as we sat and tried to decide what type of arrangements would best fit our vision. On the day of the wedding they delivered everything before the time they said they would and they were already starting to set up the drapery and such as well. I had the opportunity to work with Rachel at Festivities in a preppy & plaid themed bridal shower/styled shoot last week and everything turned out to be perfect! About a week before the shoot, I showed up to Festivities and picked out some tables, linens, chairs and other misc. decor for the shoot. Rachel was also very helpful during the process. The day of the styled shoot, the Festivities team dropped everything off and picked everything back up after the shoot which was great! This vendor was a homerun! We worked with Audra who was EXCEPTIONAL to work with! She was prompt with her responses, very creative with her ideas, but also made sure to stick to any budgets, likes or dislikes, etc. that we had. I hired festivities for drapery on my wedding day and had minimal interactions with them because everything went so smoothly. They came on time, set up, and took down on time, despite an epic snowstorm. They are reliably, friendly to work with, and quick to respond. Their invoices outline things perfectly to get it organized smoothly. I would use them again!

I just had a simple order with Festivities that I was able to pick up and return on my own to save money. I originally ordered table runners online and they were so low quality that I had to find a replacement fast. The runners and linens I got from Festivities were wayyy better than the ones I got online!

Festivities is amazing - they have everything and can accommodate just about anything, or so it seems. I met with Rachel G. just one time for about an hour 4 months before our wedding and we went through some pictures and things on my Pinterest board to come up with table decor and a bridal bouquet. She seriously WOWed me with the end result. I wish I had pictures but she designed a bubble terrarium "arch" with succulents and moss in the hanging terrariums over where we stood to get married. Everything was beautiful - even the staff at Pinstripes commented on it. Draping, florals, decor - top notch. It was amazing to feel like she really understood me and got the concept - takes a lot of stress out of the equation and we were very pleased with the end result. Made a regular room look very expensive and grand. Thank you!

Festivities was an amazing company to work with for our wedding decor! We planned an out of state wedding and as stressful as that can be, Festivities was there in ways I couldn't even imagine! They helped us create a color scheme, helped us find a direction and vision and created visuals for us to solidify our decisions! Debbie was the designer for my sisters wedding this fall which I helped plan. She was SPOT ON at the initial design consultation. The room was set up perfectly upon arrival and we had a ton of guest comments on how wonderful the centerpieces looks. My sister suffers from allergies and their florist did a wonderful job picking an arrangement that did not set of her allergies which is so important for a wedding! Thank you Festivities!

I worked with Rachel throughout my whole process at Festivities. Even though I was a smaller sized reception they were more than willing to accommodate for me. The selection of decor is phenomenal and their price point is outstanding. Rachel picked up on my vision immediately and helped me select the best decor. She also told me they do floral design as well, which made day of coordination a breeze the floral arrangements were stunning and exact flowers were purchasand placed in my arrangements, no unwanted substitutions. I would highly recommend them and I did scope out other vendors prior, but Rachel’s personality, their price point and selection won my business!

I am so happy we chose Festivities as our linen/décor rental company! All the staff were so accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. On top of that, they turned our (kind-of-ugly) reception venue into a BEAUTIFUL room. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw how lovely of a job they did!! There was a ton of miscommunication with Festivities with pricing and what we actually wanted our centerpieces at our reception to look like. In the end, they looked very nice, but the centerpieces we got were not what we had asked for or confirmed with Festivities and they tried to up the price on us as well. After hearing so many good things about them from Oak Ridge, our reception venue, it was a big disappointment how poorly things went with them.

We had a pretty good experience with Festivities. All of our flowers were gorgeous! They executed my vision perfectly. My only complaint would have been some minor communication issues we had, however our flowers were executed perfectly!

We had the most beautiful wedding this past weekend. The Chuppah was created by Festivities and our florist finished it off with magnificent floral arrangements. We recently worked with Debbie and the team at Festivities - they were absolutely wonderful! On our first meeting we went over our vision of what we would like our day to look like .... and 5 months later, they were able to make our dreams a reality. The draping, lighting and ceremony back drops were fabulous! We even got compliments on our seat covers / chair ties. The flowers were perfect, I absolutely LOVED my bouquet, the boutonnieres were delightful, and our centerpieces turned out divine! Debbie was always responsive to my emails and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Festivities for your wedding!

First of all I have to say the end product was very lovely. Our reception and ceremony were beautifully decorated for our October 8th wedding. Having them set up and tear down is well worth the large price tag. However, communication was very rough throughout the process. I was given a new designer, and the first consult was not very encouraging. She didn't seem to understand what I was going for, and it took a very long time to work out with them what I wanted. Eventually we stumbled upon something I liked, but it took a lot of work. The flower consultation with the same person was not great. She was very obviously not an expert when it came to flowers, so she wasn't able to give me very many ideas. After that original consultation, there was no follow up. I had to call the company to get a quote weeks later, which they claimed to have sent to me (my coordinator or myself never got anything). Then I continually had to follow up with them to get deadlines, and figure out how to actually finalize the contract, which was incredibly stressful. By the time my wedding came around all of my communications were coming from a different designer than what I started with, so I assume that the original person was no longer there or my contract was handed off, which I was never informed of. On the wedding day the decorations were good, however they never finished setting up the ceremony site, so the hotel staff had to finish it. Again, me or my coordinator were never informed that they would have to do the finishing touches. The flowers were not great. I only had flower bouquets and boutonnieres, no centerpieces, so it wasn't a big deal in the end. However we spent quite a bit of money on them. After an hour the white roses were turning brown, my red rose bouquet was wilting (and it was not as big as I was expecting), and my husband's boutonniere had lost half of its petals before the ceremony even started. Plus, nobody told me that I didn't order a tossing bouquet, or that I even had to order one to begin with! I discovered that on the actual wedding day, so I ended up having to toss a bridesmaid bouquet, which was very disappointing. The flowers on my cake did not match the flowers in my bouquet. All-in-all these frustrations were not make or break for my wedding, but they were the most stressful part of wedding planning. Everything was incredibly expensive. I do highly recommend them for the set up and tear down (despite the price), and the quality of the rentals was very nice. I would not use them for flowers if I could do it over again. If you are considering Festivites, go in with caution.
