Could not have made a better decision on a wedding planner than Amanda and her team. They are prompt, professional, kind and creative! Every time I was trying to make a decision or not sure how I wanted something to look, Amanda had several creative ideas to make my wedding design look cohesive and far better than my wildest dreams. On the day of the wedding, Amanda and her team excelled at time management and it allowed me to have a stress free day knowing it was in the best of hands. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Amanda and her team at Fete and Figs. They made sure our wedding was not only perfect but low stress. I hired Fete and Figs for day of coordination and it was a fantastic decision! They started 6 weeks out and immediately tied up all the loose ends with our vendors. They hit the ground running and took initiative without me asking. As soon as Fete and Figs started, I felt my wedding stress plummet as I could tell the details were in in much more capable hands. I had absolutely no stress or worries on the day of the wedding... Amanda and her team were calm and collected, keeping the bridal party on schedule and everything moving along without any undertones of stress or hurry. Fete and Figs was recommended to us by our caterer (Sun In My Belly) and hiring them was the best decision we made. We selected the 1 month wedding coordination and it was exactly what we needed. Shannon was our coordinator and was 100% on top of all the details right from the start. She covered all the pieces that my wife and I hadn't even thought of and on the big day the only thing we had to do was celebrate.

We got married at Terminus 330 in September and it could not have gone as smoothly as it did without Isabella, our day of coordinator!! From the moment we met her, it was clear she knew her stuff. She was super professional, responsive, and personable throughout the whole planning process and made sure to address all of our questions and concerns. I cannot say enough about Fete & Figs and especially Savannah! We did not think we were going to need a day of coordinator, but I was wrong! Savannah took care of so much that we did not even think about, she handled all our vendors the day of and even beforehand. She had recommendations for anything I needed and brought an emergency kit that had anything you can think of! And we utilized lots of items in that kit! She created a day of schedule that had everything down to the minute, and she ensured we stayed on task and on schedule. I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, everything that came up she jumped right in and took control. I cannot imagine my wedding day without having her there. I would 100x over recommend Savannah and Fete & Figs. Do not go into your wedding without this team! It makes everything flow and so perfect!

Amanda is a fantastic planner who's responsive, proactive, and will take care of the details to plan your dream wedding. We had very little understanding of everything about the wedding planning process before we started working with Amanda and she was there with us the entire way from a year out. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy the most memorable day of our lives with the perfect Atlanta wedding at the Atlanta History Center / Swan House. We most appreciated her ability to stay calm throughout the stress that came with the twists and turns during planning and the day of. You won't go wrong with this choice!

Amanda and her team at Fete and Figs were absolutely incredible throughout the wedding planning process and during the day of event. I truly do not know how I would have planned a wedding without her! I purchased the complete wedding package which I would highly recommend. With this she provides you with resources for wedding planning including budget, timeline, etc. She is very respectful of wedding budget all the while providing information and realistic expectations for Atlanta weddings/vendors. For vendors she and her team would supply a handful of options (more if you requested) which made the process less overwhelming. She has great relationships with vendors, I received discounts on several of them (particularly caterer) which was amazing. She reviewed vendor contracts, kept all documents organized, was the point person of communication between vendors which was really invaluable. On wedding day Amanda was the most calm and if there was something that didn't go as planned I did not know about it! But really everything was perfect. Amanda and her team helped execute the perfect wedding day for us and I will be forever grateful! Would highly highly recommend!

I hired Fete & Figs as a month-of wedding coordinator and was assigned Savannah Paramore as my lead planner. We had our intro meeting about 6 weeks out, and up until that point I was questioning why I hired a coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself. I got engaged while I was a student so I had all the time and flexibility I needed to plan my own wedding; I'm also a big time type-A control-freak so I didn't love the idea of handing responsibility off to someone else for such an important event. However, as soon as I started working with Savannah she changed my mind. She was so on-top of everything. Her attention to detail is unmatched, her preparedness for our conversations always impressed me, and she wasn't afraid to share a valuable opinion when asked. It truly felt like I had a partner going through the final stages of wedding planning, and I could enjoy that final month knowing that someone I trust was responsible for making sure things go as planned and it doesn't fall on me. The best value, however, was on the day-of. Savannah was there every step of the way anticipating & solving problems, managing all the vendors, and making sure everything was perfect so I could enjoy my wedding day. I was all about cutting cost and saving money wherever possible (we all know wedding expenses rack up quickly), but the fee for Fete & Figs is certainly not one I regret and I would do it again in a heartbeat for the value they added. I could not recommend working with them (and specifically Savannah) enough if you want to have a stress-free and well-executed wedding!!

Amanda guided us so smoothlessly and gracefully through our entire planning process. She keeps the most level head throughout the process and really listens to what you want and makes it happen. Everything seems possible with Amanda, and the Fete and Figs Team. The actual wedding day couldn't have gone more perfectly. If anything went wrong, we had no idea because Amanda and team handled every detail from start to finish. Having Amanda and her team behind us throughout the process made wedding planning much more enjoyable and significantly less stressful.

Gosh, where do I begin?! I did not plan on getting a wedding planner. I booked my vendors on my own and was doing okay. Unfortunately, I dealt with some really tough issues with my venue, mainly stemming from some pretty poor communication skills on their end. Amanda *quite literally* saved the day - she went above and beyond to take the stress off of our shoulders and was our biggest advocate. She asked questions we would have never even known to ask, gave recommendations we never would have thought of, and had a solution to every problem we encountered. She and her assistant Audrey were TRUE professionals throughout our wedding weekend and were the most calming and confident presence… and also great hype girls. This team is the best, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

I hired Fete and Figs for day-of wedding coordination services as well wedding vision/planning. Initially I met and worked with Amanda who was able to create a beautiful, organized PowerPoint presentation of my whole wedding from basically me giving her a blank slate. She recommended my wonderful florist and I watched my dream come alive. I then began to work with Savannah who is much more than a ‘day-off’ coordinator! We began communicating about 6 weeks prior to the wedding and was so helpful and supportive. Where she really shined was the day of the wedding. She was so on everything. She knew where everything and everyone was supposed to be and made sure it happened. Most people have a ‘story’ about their wedding about what went wrong. I honestly don’t. If something went wrong, I have no clue because she just took care of everything effortlessly. And I can’t believe that was a small feat with as many moving parts as there were. Not even to mention, she made sure that everything was packed beautifully back up at the end of the night! Nothing was lost or misplaced! I highly recommend Fete and Figs. I’m truly impressed with all the hard work and what a wonderful job that was done. So grateful!

We can't recommend Amanda and Isabella from Fete and Figs enough! Amanda helped us with our design and floral (we were literally clueless without her), and Isabella was the best day-of coordinator. She worked with all the vendors, kept everything on schedule, and went above and beyond helping our photographer take photos in the cold and the dark! Everything went smoothly which was made it the most stress-free wedding - all thanks to Isabella.

I got engaged in February 2021, and as a type-A bride, I immediately wanted to choose our wedding planner. After doing phone interviews with several companies, I chose Amanda as our full-service wedding planner and I am SO glad I did. Within the first couple of weeks, we hit the ground running, touring numerous venues around Atlanta. When we were torn between two venues, Amanda created mock budgets for each so that we could easily see the pros and cons of both. After we nailed down our venue and wedding date of December 3, 2022, Amanda helped us choose all of our amazing vendors, taking the time to learn our personal preferences for each and sending us options within those styles (and within our budget). She also helped us curate our design vision for a romantic winter wedding and attended every vendor meeting with us. Throughout the planning process, Amanda was an invaluable sounding board, answering every text, call, and email I sent. She answered all of my questions, helped calm my worries and anxieties when they would spring up, and shared in our excitement. I already miss our planning texts and meetings. Our months of planning together culminated in a wedding day that was pure magic - truly the best, most fun, and most stress-free day of our lives. Amanda created a day-of timeline that ran so smoothly that it felt like I floated on a happy cloud from moment to moment. Our design vision was executed masterfully and with such attention to detail. There isn't one thing that we would change from our day. All of that is because of Amanda and Fete and Figs. I am so grateful that her planning created the wedding of our dreams. If I could do our wedding all over again (and believe me, I wish I could), I would choose Amanda as our planner every single time. Amanda and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! We hired her for full planning for our wedding on New Years Eve, and everything went seamlessly. She was incredibly organized, was an excellent communicator, and has an eye for design. I never had to worry once about anything wedding related. I have been working with Amanda, the owner of Fete & Figs for years, there are many positive things to say, but her communication style is by far my biggest compliment to her. As a venue rep, when I see her name listed as the planner I do a little "shimmy" as I know she will have things under control with such a positive attitude. Amanda, and her team are true wedding professionals and I strongly recommend trusting Fete & Figs for your big day!

I had the partial planning with design service package. To start with the positives, we were happy in the end with the attention given to us the month before and with the day of services. Everything went according to plan and Amanda’s assistant (Savanna) and her team were with us the entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly, and it did. However, after we picked our venue (which Amanda helped us with extensively and attended all venue meetings), she dropped off almost all communication. I did not get any help with design as we paid for (with the exception of one hour long meeting) and I had to do all the actual planning myself. Amanda informed us 6 months before she would not be with us on the day, and there were also several instances of missed meetings (including both planners being very late to our final walk through). If I was to do this again I’d go with another company.

What can we even say!? Amanda was, of course, the vendor we worked with for the longest, and she was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She has an amazing, calming personality and puts you at ease through all parts of the process. She is incredibly experienced and breaks down the planning very nicely, working with you to prioritize tasks. My husband and I are extremely busy and had periods of time where we could not dedicate time to planning, and amanda did an amazing job of making sure everything was still getting done and keeping us in the loop. Amanda also has a positive and professional attitude, and that carries over to her work. She is so fun to be around and really gets to know her couples. She was there for us every step of the way with any question- big or small! On the day of our wedding, she handled everything behind the scenes, quickly took care of any little mishaps, and kept us at ease the whole time. I don’t know how she does it!!! We were in such good hands throughout the process, which allowed me, my husband, and my family to enjoy the process and the wedding day so much. Do not hesitate to hire her to make your dream wedding come true! Would hire again in a heartbeat!!!

When I first started to plan for my wedding, I was often told that the wedding day is never how you exactly plan it to be. Being the type A personality that I am, we started planning early. We had a two year engagement and thought that we were ahead of the game. We quickly learned how overwhelming planning for a wedding was going to be, especially a large multicultural 300+ person wedding. We didn’t know where to begin with the immense amount of vendors out there, who we could trust, what to budget, and wedding terminologies that I’ve never heard of before. We immediately knew that we were going to need some help. Amanda and the Fete and Figs team were the help and answers that we hoped for. Amanda was there every step of the way and introduced us to a team of amazing, trustworthy vendors. She provided detailed and efficient planning tools to help guide us, but still allowed our vision to shine through. Amanda herself has remained calm, meticulous, and accessible through the entire process. She was available for all our vendor meetings and answered our emails and questions promptly. When we had our inevitable panic moments, we knew that she was a quick email, text, or phone call away. Contrary to what I was told, I was blown away on my wedding day, because it was everything I wanted and more. There was not a moment that I felt stressed or disappointed. Everything ran smoothly and turned out beautifully. Amanda took care of every little detail and coordinated the day like a well oiled machine. She even made sure that my husband and I had time to enjoy our wedding - something that was absolutely priceless to us. She made sure to carve out time for us to sit in our own space, reflect on the day, and enjoy the food before the crowd arrived. Our journey with Fete and Figs has been incredible. Amanda is absolutely incredible. Despite having to postpone our wedding twice due to covid, we felt no stressors throughout our entire wedding process because of Amanda's calm, collected demeanor and ability to face any challenge we/the world threw at her. Every time something came up, Amanda's response and attitude were always "sure, no problem!" Our wedding was beyond how we had even idealized it -- from the vendors to the day of scheduling and coordination to the florals and decorations (which Amanda did herself with her team) everything was even better than we had ever hoped for. Amanda’s flexibility on top of her amazing organization and coordination skills made our wedding possible during the craziness of COVID-19. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Fete and Figs to anyone looking for wedding planning services. — My partner and I began planning our wedding Feb 2021, just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. My partner and I were swamped with work, and we knew we wouldn’t have the energy or resources to make the event we had imagined. When we hopped on the introductory call with Amanda, I immediately knew she was the planner for us. Her lightheartedness and dedication to helping us realize our vision made us feel completely at ease, even with the long road to the event ahead of us. As we started the planning, Amanda thoughtfully probed us about our vision for the wedding, bringing her wealth of experience to help us (two clueless folks) bring it to life for the 100+ guests we were hoping to invite. Then the pandemic hit, everything went into lockdown, and our entire world (wedding included) seemed to no longer make sense. After a hefty pause and some hard conversations with family, Amanda helped us gracefully recover – downsizing our original plans to suit 20 people and connecting us with vendors like OneNight ATL that supported remote events. The week of the event, Amanda met with us to close up every last detail, combining our disparate plans across all vendors into one single hour-by-hour timeline. She ran our wedding rehearsal the day before like a dream - putting everyone at ease and in place in less than 45 minutes. On our big day, Amanda took on the job of florals and all decoration, transforming the nature center into a charming, elegant venue. Things ran right on schedule throughout the whole event thanks to Amanda and Courtney. They were there every step of the way to make sure that we had everything we needed, from our first look to leaving the venue in ship-shape. My daughter explained her vision for her dream wedding to Amanda, and she really made it come to life! Amanda and Maeghan were super helpful and truly know the ins and outs of planning a wedding! I definitely needed their help throughout the entire process navigating wedding planning. I really liked that I could hire them for specifically what I needed – which in my case was a florist and videographer and then livestreamer given the current times. With each category Amanda did a ton of research and helped get my questions answered ASAP, and helped set up useful calls with each potential vendor. With the florist research I didn’t know what I wanted at all and Amanda and then our florist helped us figure out our design and then help bring it to life. When it was closer to the day of we had Maeghan help us coordinate the last minute details including transportation and some other items which was very helpful. Most of all, on the wedding day they made sure everyone else did their respective jobs and that the schedule moved along swiftly. Thank you so much for all of your help in the wedding process! Fete and Figs definitely is a great choice for wedding planning and really knows the intricacies of the process.

Amanda is like working with a friend and was so enjoyable! She kept us on track and focused during the planning phase constantly checking in over the phone, email, or zoom calls. We opted to add on the design package (best decision) and Amanda was able to quickly understand our vision and helped us with even the smallest of details, like picking out the menus and table numbers! She also lined up our florist and communicated with her throughout the process to ensure our vision would come to life. A few weeks before the wedding she took the lead and connected the vendors, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go. By the day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing because we knew Amanda would take care of it all - and she did. Meaghan who assisted her day of was also amazing. I cannot recommend Fete and Fig enough. Thank you for making our special day perfect!

Amanda and her team at Fete and Figs were the best day-of coordinators we could have ever asked for. After working with Amanda for the month leading up to our wedding and spending the day of the wedding with her, we cannot recommend her enough. She was easy to communicate with, had great relationships with other vendors, was on top of everything, thought of every small detail that we did not even know about, and made the entire day go by flawlessly. After months of wedding planning (in a pandemic) our guests commented that I was surprisingly calm throughout our wedding day, and I responded that it was only because we had Amanda with us. It was a joy to work with Fete and Figs and we highly recommend any couple to pick them for any event!

Fete and Figs was the best thing we did for our wedding! Amanda who owns the company was an absolute joy to work with. We were one of the weddings that was rescheduled due to covid and thank God we had Amanda. She kept all the vendors informed and made the transition to the new date seamless for us. Apart from rescheduling everything she made sure we had everything in order prior to our date and was extreamly organized. She asked us questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding the best day of our lives! The day before and the day of she stepped it into overdrive at the rehearsal and the actual wedding day. She made sure everything was perfect. She made our wedding go off without a hitch, I mean seriously she made everything perfect and we did not make it easy for her. Amanda and her team provided a stress-free wedding day! Everything from coordinating with the venue and vendors leading up to the event and on the day of, to helping me remove a red wine stain on my dress at the reception! She was fantastic and I'd highly recommend Fete and Figs to any bride.

Amanda was an amazing wedding planner. She enthusiastically coordinated appointments, ran interference with vendors, and advocated for us in negotiations. She provided helpful insight into what was feasible for wedding planning and successfully planned a wonderful event, despite very limited availability on the part of me and my fiancé. I am 100% sure that last minute issues came up on the wedding day, and I am 100% sure that I didn't know about/have to deal with any of them. She's also very punctual -- a pet peeve of both myself and my fiancé. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Amanda!

Where do I even begin with Fete & Figs?! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator!! Amanda was not only the best wedding coordinator, she ended up becoming a friend. What more could you ask for? From the first time we met to the day of the wedding, Amanda made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was so engaged and really listened to what I wanted. She was always 2 steps ahead of me and went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life (and let me tell you, it wasn't the most conventional vision, so she really had her work cut out for her). To add, we had a Persian wedding ceremony, which I thought might be difficult to execute, but Amanda had it covered! She was so thorough and organized, she didn't miss a beat. I also can't say enough about her demeanor--calm, cool & collected. She was always able to bring me down a notch and give me a sense of peace. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch and I was blown away by how beautifully and perfectly the wedding came together. I would recommend Fete & Figs a thousand times over!! I almost wish I could have another wedding just so I can work with them again.
