ding day flowed perfectly and the decor was phenomenal... so unique and just beautiful!! I am very thankful to have met Sara and hope to work with her again! I would highly recommend her to any bride!!!

She was very easy to work with, extremely helpful in everything throughout the wedding day. A beautiful wedding with a beautiful design makes for beautiful pictures, and Fete Nashville helped make that happen by bringing everything together just the way the bride envisioned it!

re concerned that the party may not show their individuality. Sara made sure that their personalities were both represented equally and in the most fabulous of ways. We had about 250 people, 100 adults and 150 kids...everyone had a blast. Sara was so organized, filled with amazing ideas, and pleasant to work with, she gave us the party of the year!

your representative. 2) If a problem arises, and they do, she will have it taken care of by the end of the work day (or as soon as possible). 3) Sara does the heavy logistical work - phone calls, vendor research, price comparisons, trips to Michaels/Costco, etc. This is the stuff that will drive a bride crazy - there is simply too much to think about. 4) She is organized (relatively). I have a theory that all event planners work best under pressure so they leave everything until the last minute. Sara is generally ahead of the game, keeps records of everything, copies you on emails. My only criticism is that occasionally she takes a while to respond to emails, but that is the nature of a 24/7 job - it is simply impossible to keep up with the volume of communication, and she clearly does her best. 5) Hiring Sara takes the pressure off the bride, because you can always blame it on her. This sounds odd - but the bride is the go-to person for everyone's questions, comments, opinions, concerns. THIS is what will truly drive the bride to the crazy house. So when I got asked questions, a lot of times I could respond, "I don't know, Sara is taking care of that." Then if someone doesn't like the choice I made, I could say Sara had insisted and they could talk to her if they wanted something changed. This is a service in and of itself. Other comments: I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I am very organized and thought I could do it myself. Well as all weddings seem to go, ours turned out to be a bigger event than I had planned, so I needed to be super organized AND have a wedding planner. I liked Sara because she is young, and not tied to tradition (unless you want her to be, as I did in many ways). She had fun, fresh ideas and was also very nice when I decided not to use all of them. But her ideas that we did implement, which were many, were awesome and added personal touches to our wedding that I could only have dreamed about. Having her to think of the many logistical details AND come up with the cute personal touches made our wedding not only run smoothly, it also was very special and unique. I could not have pulled that off without her. And to top it off, I was sick as a dog the two weeks leading up to the wedding. She came to my house four times that week to pick up the pieces and help me get through it (even brought me lunch!) I was able to hand off the entire affair to her so I could get better and that turned out to be the best part - I could actually relax!

dreams. We both loved her personality and had read great things about her skills as a wedding planner. After we began working with Sara, I immediately felt very at ease about the planning process. Everything we had questions about, Sara was there with a helpful response, and any anxiety that came along the way, she was always happy to meet and talk through whatever was causing it for us. Our wedding turned out to be the most amazing day of our lives, and I truly believe a big piece of that was having Sara and her team at Fete Nashville with us during the process and day of. She has an "A team" of vendors built to work with, and I would recommend her services to anyone! My family live 2 hours away, so my mom wasn't able to be with me for alot of the appointments that I needed help with, like my dress fittings...and Sara went with me to all of those, taking pictures so that I could send back to my mom, and helping make sure I had everything that I needed. Thanks to Sara for all you did to help make our wedding and reception the most wonderful day in our lives :) The piece of mind, the quality of the vendors she has to work with, and the overall experience of having Sara was worth every penny. Return on investment, absolutely!!

and friends, and I got so many compliments! They loved the decor, the ceremony band (who I never would have gotten without Sara's negotiating), everything! So much of this wouldn't have been possible without Sara's recommendations and expertise. There were some issues with the caterers' etiquette, but Sara sorted those out so that I didn't even know until after the fact! Working with Sara was really like working with a friend, and she did everything she could to keep me from worrying or stressing (and believe me, that was no easy task)!

I had spent 3 times what we did, and it was truly an amazing job by everyone involved. Sara understood our vision, and went a bit further. If you could ever get this girl, do it, a true gem and a very rare commodity. Best decision we made, and VERY worth the money. Thank you Sara for making our day so special!

ld. we lived out of town as did the bride and Sara stayed in contact constantly, we planned this wedding for two years so feel like sara is now part of the family. Our daughter had the perfect wedding, even when somethings started falling apart three weeks before with vendors Sara stepped in and found people she had worked with before. WEek of wedding our hair person had to cancel and SAra was on it again. The wedding was everything our daughter wanted and a large part of that was due to Sara. The perfect farm wedding ever and Sara's first farm wedding, you would have never known that.

She was very diligent with schedule times for us to have phone conferences; as well, when she knew the dates I would be visiting in Nashville for the planning. We had some fabulous venders that she worked with. I was in charge of selecting the band & photographer. Sara, gave me a list of each and she was extremely knowledgable with all of them. It was actually difficult to select from, but she assist with making sure we stayed with in our budget. Amazing wedding planner!

Sara made it possible for me to really enjoy my daughter's wedding planning and the actual wedding weekend. Additionally, Sara gets so excited about the event that she makes you feel YOUR WEDDING is the most important one she has ever done. I could not have done it without her. I loved every minute working with her! She is a dream!
