When my fiance and I were finally able to pick a date (lol, you have no idea), I knew I had a million things to do but wasn't sure where or how to start. I'm probably not like most brides, I didn't have 100 pinterest boards or any real direction in mind. I just had an idea of what I wanted in my head and Sara made that come to fruition. My wedding was everything I wanted and more. Maybe every bride hears this, but people told me that my wedding was the best one they'd ever been to. And I can't take the credit for that. Sara was so helpful throughout the entire process! My husband and I are both from Nashville, but we are in Medical school in Memphis. We wanted to find a planner that could work with us on the days we were in town (which were not many!) and could help us with coordinating vendors. Sara did all this and so much more! She was great at scheduling meetings for us on the days we were in town. We would have marathon days with vendors, and she had them booked so we could do them back-to-back. She came with us to all the vendor meetings and helped us ask questions that we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. Not only was the wedding planning process organized, but she also made it so much fun! She uses a great website which allowed me to communicate with Sara whenever I needed to. I do not have much free time in school and my hours are not regular, so it was great to be able to log in and see what she had been working on, and what decisions I needed to make next. My parents also had an account on the website which allowed everyone to be on the same page during the planning process. Sara works with great vendors and had fantastic suggestions for florists, lighting, and rental companies (and many others!!). There were a few vendors that I found and she was excited to meet and work with these vendors too. Likewise, she was able to take many of my ideas and expand them into something incredible. She had many great design ideas that were a total hit at the wedding! Our officiant was a friend and it was his first time performing a wedding ceremony. Sara was able to help with the rehearsal to make sure the wedding day ran smoothly. She helped take my thousands of Pinterest pins and ideas and turn it into a GORGEOUS wedding. We are so thankful for Sara and her assistant Gillian! I would highly recommend to any brides looking for help in creating and organizing their dream wedding.

I was a guest at this wedding, and also best friends with the mother of the bride, so I was excited to hear the plans every step of the way. In every conversation I heard how wonderful Sara was to work with and all the exciting details she was helping to arrange. The end result? The most beautiful wedding I have ever been to!! Sara (fête Nashville), is a true professional. From beginning to the end, our party was perfect, everything that we had hoped for and more. Because we had decided to combine the event for both our 12 year old daughter and 13 year old son, we were concerned that the party may not show their individuality. Sara made sure that their personalities were both represented equally and in the most fabulous of ways. We had about 250 people, 100 adults and 150 kids...everyone had a blast. Sara was so organized, filled with amazing ideas, and pleasant to work with, she gave us the party of the year!

I would highly recommend hiring Fete Nashville. 5 reasons to hire Sara at Fete Nashville: 1) She will ask people to do things for your wedding that most brides would not feel comfortable asking but are either necessary or practical. She is your representative. 2) If a problem arises, and they do, she will have it taken care of by the end of the work day (or as soon as possible). 3) Sara does the heavy logistical work - phone calls, vendor research, price comparisons, trips to Michaels/Costco, etc. This is the stuff that will drive a bride crazy - there is simply too much to think about. 4) She is organized (relatively). I have a theory that all event planners work best under pressure so they leave everything until the last minute. Sara is generally ahead of the game, keeps records of everything, copies you on emails. My only criticism is that occasionally she takes a while to respond to emails, but that is the nature of a 24/7 job - it is simply impossible to keep up with the volume of communication, and she clearly does her best. 5) Hiring Sara takes the pressure off the bride, because you can always blame it on her. This sounds odd - but the bride is the go-to person for everyone's questions, comments, opinions, concerns. THIS is what will truly drive the bride to the crazy house. So when I got asked questions, a lot of times I could respond, "I don't know, Sara is taking care of that." Then if someone doesn't like the choice I made, I could say Sara had insisted and they could talk to her if they wanted something changed. This is a service in and of itself. Other comments: I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I am very organized and thought I could do it myself. Well as all weddings seem to go, ours turned out to be a bigger event than I had planned, so I needed to be super organized AND have a wedding planner. I liked Sara because she is young, and not tied to tradition (unless you want her to be, as I did in many ways). She had fun, fresh ideas and was also very nice when I decided not to use all of them. But her ideas that we did implement, which were many, were awesome and added personal touches to our wedding that I could only have dreamed about. Having her to think of the many logistical details AND come up with the cute personal touches made our wedding not only run smoothly, it also was very special and unique. I could not have pulled that off without her. And to top it off, I was sick as a dog the two weeks leading up to the wedding. She came to my house four times that week to pick up the pieces and help me get through it (even brought me lunch!) I was able to hand off the entire affair to her so I could get better and that turned out to be the best part - I could actually relax!

Overall, I can say I was pleased with Fete Nashville. Meetings were easy to schedule and always productive (and fun!). I felt like Sara knew what I wanted and did what she could to make it happen. After the wedding, I started talking to family and friends, and I got so many compliments! They loved the decor, the ceremony band (who I never would have gotten without Sara's negotiating), everything! So much of this wouldn't have been possible without Sara's recommendations and expertise. There were some issues with the caterers' etiquette, but Sara sorted those out so that I didn't even know until after the fact! Working with Sara was really like working with a friend, and she did everything she could to keep me from worrying or stressing (and believe me, that was no easy task)!

my daughter loved sara's vision from day one, Sara came to our first meeting with all kinds of ideas just from our phone conversation. We just wanted day of but decided to hire her for other limited things and boy was she worth her weight in gold. we lived out of town as did the bride and Sara stayed in contact constantly, we planned this wedding for two years so feel like sara is now part of the family. Our daughter had the perfect wedding, even when somethings started falling apart three weeks before with vendors Sara stepped in and found people she had worked with before. She was very diligent with schedule times for us to have phone conferences; as well, when she knew the dates I would be visiting in Nashville for the planning. We had some fabulous venders that she worked with. I was in charge of selecting the band & photographer. Sara, gave me a list of each and she was extremely knowledgable with all of them. It was actually difficult to select from, but she assist with making sure we stayed with in our budget. Amazing wedding planner!
