Fête Nashville: Luxury Weddings

ing one of the most important days of my life so easy. Definitely worth every penny.

With 150 guests at our home, she made the evening so intimate and more than we could have ever dreamed. She is a perfectionist, knows everyone in the business - vendors will do anything for Sara, and she is kind and hysterical! We had a stress free blast! If you think you can plan a fantastic wedding without a fantastic planner, you just can't. She was worth every penny and more for taking all the stress off my husband and I, and our families. We are forever grateful, but mostly thankful that we also found a friend in Sara. If you are lucky enough to work with her, you won't be disappointed. http://www.fetenashville.com/memree-rich

turday evening, it was absolutely breathtaking!

d result came out to be more perfect than any of us could imagine. Seriously, no one does it better than Sara Fried and Fete Nashville.

n and executed it flawlessly. From her great relationships with vendors to her amazing team - there was nothing that wasn't smooth sailing for our wedding. The planning process couldn't have been more organized or more fun and the wedding itself was beyond our wildest dreams. We love Fête Nashville and wish we could do it all over again!

er dream wedding venue in Nashville and we live in a different state. Sara definitely made the wedding planning process stress free by including us in all email correspondences, coordinating vendor meetings and food tastings to accommodate our travel schedules. We were amazed that we never once throughout the entire wedding weekend had to stress on any detail because it had already been handled by the Fete Nashville team. We continue to receive compliments on our daughter's wedding and it was all because Sara put everything together perfectly. As parents of the bride we were able to enjoy ourselves the entire day because everything had been completely organized and handled by her team. She understood our vision and it turned out beautifully! Thank you so much again and I would highly recommend her to any engaged couple!

brides, I didn't have 100 pinterest boards or any real direction in mind. I just had an idea of what I wanted in my head and Sara made that come to fruition. My wedding was everything I wanted and more. Maybe every bride hears this, but people told me that my wedding was the best one they'd ever been to. And I can't take the credit for that. The entire planning process was enjoyable and somehow stress-free. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Fete Nashville and Sara. Every single detail was covered right through the execution and even the follow ups! I've told everyone that I feel so lucky to have gotten Sara (I couldn't believe she was available for my date) but now I see that I got more than that. I got a friend.

lf but of all the preparation over the weeks and months before the wedding. Colleen, Sara and I were a great team that had a lot of fun all along the way.

e seems to have built strong relationships and a great reputation in nashville with all kinds of local vendors. She had so many wonderful ideas of ways to make our day truly one of a kind experience. we still have friends and family that compliment us on the event and say that it was "hands down, the best wedding they've ever been to." Cant thank her enough for her attention to detail and ability !! she and her team were amazing!

their expertise. I recommend Sara and her staff without hesitation! If I had another daughter, I would work with her again!

incredible work! When I walked into the ceremony and reception, I was blown away, simply amazing. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

made them a reality. Our wedding was so much more than I could have ever imagined because of her! She is literally everything you need in a wedding planner. When you are one of her brides, you are her top priority and she will do absolutely anything for you. Not only was she responsible for making our wedding day the best day ever, she became a very dear friend in the process. BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER!

busy work schedule in another city. She was a great person to work with and is both professional and fun. She was able to understand our preferences for decor and add her own personal touches which made the wedding truly stunning and helped to offload stress. She has close working relationships with the best people in Nashville for each aspect of your wedding. Highly recommend.

lways available to discuss any topic, review our options, and keep us updated. They always incorporated our family's ideas, while suggesting new ideas, and were constantly finding ways to improve the "big day" experience. One the wedding day, the Fete Nashville team made sure we could enjoy the day, enjoy our family and friends, and not worry about any of the logistics. From the planning website, to the vendor contract reviews, to the wedding day production schedule, they keep everything well organized. You can tell the team really enjoys their work helping the bride and groom bring their wedding day dreams to life. While they certainly take their work serious, they also make the experience fun and enjoyable. Thanks Fete Nashville!

next level. The result was a wedding beyond our daughter's dreams! She was always easy to get in touch with, and quick to respond. Sara also has experience working with many outstanding vendors in the Nashville area. She, and her assistant Danielle, attended all the vendor meetings and were able suggest ideas for a great look, and in some cases, helped save us money. Sara was also open to working with new vendors, and being open to ideas we had. So happy we chose Fete Nashville! Sara and Danielle kept everything organized and worry free. It was a fun-filled, beautiful beyond words, wedding day!

with us on the days we were in town (which were not many!) and could help us with coordinating vendors. Sara did all this and so much more! She was great at scheduling meetings for us on the days we were in town. We would have marathon days with vendors, and she had them booked so we could do them back-to-back. She came with us to all the vendor meetings and helped us ask questions that we wouldn’t have thought of otherwise. Not only was the wedding planning process organized, but she also made it so much fun! She uses a great website which allowed me to communicate with Sara whenever I needed to. I do not have much free time in school and my hours are not regular, so it was great to be able to log in and see what she had been working on, and what decisions I needed to make next. My parents also had an account on the website which allowed everyone to be on the same page during the planning process. Sara works with great vendors and had fantastic suggestions for florists, lighting, and rental companies (and many others!!). There were a few vendors that I found and she was excited to meet and work with these vendors too. Likewise, she was able to take many of my ideas and expand them into something incredible. She had many great design ideas that were a total hit at the wedding! Our officiant was a friend and it was his first time performing a wedding ceremony. Sara was able to help with the rehearsal to make sure the wedding day ran smoothly. She helped take my thousands of Pinterest pins and ideas and turn it into a GORGEOUS wedding. We are so thankful for Sara and her assistant Gillian! I would highly recommend to any brides looking for help in creating and organizing their dream wedding.

rful Sara was to work with and all the exciting details she was helping to arrange. The end result? The most beautiful wedding I have ever been to!! Every detail well thought out, unique and memorable! Sara definitely made Lauren's vision a reality, and then some! I would definitely use Sara and her team as my wedding planner for my daughter.

stages, Sara would always ask me what i thought about selections, vendors, and other details to make me feel included in the process but not overwhelmed by all of the decisions. She was great at guiding us into making selection choices that made out wedding stand out. She even had a few surprises for us. My Bride enjoyed the planning but did not always delve into the minutia which she let Sara take care of and she did a fabulous job of it. Our wedding is memorable not just because of a ceremony and a great party, but the whole experience of planning and executing of which Sara guided us with great care.

ra made the process understandable and do-able. She was there for us all along the way for a very long engagement, and was a perfect sounding board through all of the planning stages. I highly recommend her services for any party-planning needs you may have!

ld recommend them to anyone planning their special day.

e everything was good to go for the bride's wedding day! The wedding day flowed perfectly and the decor was phenomenal... so unique and just beautiful!! I am very thankful to have met Sara and hope to work with her again! I would highly recommend her to any bride!!!

alented as a wedding planner, and it showed up in the details! She was very easy to work with, extremely helpful in everything throughout the wedding day. A beautiful wedding with a beautiful design makes for beautiful pictures, and Fete Nashville helped make that happen by bringing everything together just the way the bride envisioned it!

did amazing! Job well done for sure!

native & fun. no stone left unturned. sheer perfection for my two friends special day! thank you fete nashville!

ent for both our 12 year old daughter and 13 year old son, we were concerned that the party may not show their individuality. Sara made sure that their personalities were both represented equally and in the most fabulous of ways. We had about 250 people, 100 adults and 150 kids...everyone had a blast. Sara was so organized, filled with amazing ideas, and pleasant to work with, she gave us the party of the year!

omfortable asking but are either necessary or practical. She is your representative. 2) If a problem arises, and they do, she will have it taken care of by the end of the work day (or as soon as possible). 3) Sara does the heavy logistical work - phone calls, vendor research, price comparisons, trips to Michaels/Costco, etc. This is the stuff that will drive a bride crazy - there is simply too much to think about. 4) She is organized (relatively). I have a theory that all event planners work best under pressure so they leave everything until the last minute. Sara is generally ahead of the game, keeps records of everything, copies you on emails. My only criticism is that occasionally she takes a while to respond to emails, but that is the nature of a 24/7 job - it is simply impossible to keep up with the volume of communication, and she clearly does her best. 5) Hiring Sara takes the pressure off the bride, because you can always blame it on her. This sounds odd - but the bride is the go-to person for everyone's questions, comments, opinions, concerns. THIS is what will truly drive the bride to the crazy house. So when I got asked questions, a lot of times I could respond, "I don't know, Sara is taking care of that." Then if someone doesn't like the choice I made, I could say Sara had insisted and they could talk to her if they wanted something changed. This is a service in and of itself. Other comments: I was hesitant to hire a wedding planner because I am very organized and thought I could do it myself. Well as all weddings seem to go, ours turned out to be a bigger event than I had planned, so I needed to be super organized AND have a wedding planner. I liked Sara because she is young, and not tied to tradition (unless you want her to be, as I did in many ways). She had fun, fresh ideas and was also very nice when I decided not to use all of them. But her ideas that we did implement, which were many, were awesome and added personal touches to our wedding that I could only have dreamed about. Having her to think of the many logistical details AND come up with the cute personal touches made our wedding not only run smoothly, it also was very special and unique. I could not have pulled that off without her. And to top it off, I was sick as a dog the two weeks leading up to the wedding. She came to my house four times that week to pick up the pieces and help me get through it (even brought me lunch!) I was able to hand off the entire affair to her so I could get better and that turned out to be the best part - I could actually relax!

azing!

she would be a great fit with us to help plan the wedding of our dreams. We both loved her personality and had read great things about her skills as a wedding planner. After we began working with Sara, I immediately felt very at ease about the planning process. Everything we had questions about, Sara was there with a helpful response, and any anxiety that came along the way, she was always happy to meet and talk through whatever was causing it for us. Our wedding turned out to be the most amazing day of our lives, and I truly believe a big piece of that was having Sara and her team at Fete Nashville with us during the process and day of. She has an "A team" of vendors built to work with, and I would recommend her services to anyone! My family live 2 hours away, so my mom wasn't able to be with me for alot of the appointments that I needed help with, like my dress fittings...and Sara went with me to all of those, taking pictures so that I could send back to my mom, and helping make sure I had everything that I needed. Thanks to Sara for all you did to help make our wedding and reception the most wonderful day in our lives :) The piece of mind, the quality of the vendors she has to work with, and the overall experience of having Sara was worth every penny. Return on investment, absolutely!!

house to set up! Everything was on a strict timeline and it took tons of stress off the bride and her mother! Everything was perfect and Jessica and Jeremiah couldn't have asked for a better day!! Truly a dream come true!!

y that! It was a wedding that will be talked about for a long time. It was more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Thank you for all you did to make that day perfect! I appreciate it more than yo know." Pat Riley

make it happen. After the wedding, I started talking to family and friends, and I got so many compliments! They loved the decor, the ceremony band (who I never would have gotten without Sara's negotiating), everything! So much of this wouldn't have been possible without Sara's recommendations and expertise. There were some issues with the caterers' etiquette, but Sara sorted those out so that I didn't even know until after the fact! Working with Sara was really like working with a friend, and she did everything she could to keep me from worrying or stressing (and believe me, that was no easy task)!

s important to us, and made the day turn key. My guests thought I had spent 3 times what we did, and it was truly an amazing job by everyone involved. Sara understood our vision, and went a bit further. If you could ever get this girl, do it, a true gem and a very rare commodity. Best decision we made, and VERY worth the money. Thank you Sara for making our day so special!

ything was perfect. I was beyond impressed!!!

p of every single aspect of the wedding planning process. She was at all of our meetings with vendors, always sending e-mail reminders and confirmations and overall an excellent communicator. I am not one of those girls who has always dreamed of her wedding day and had every detail planned. Upon meeting with Sara she helped me create my vision and made it a reality. I HIGHLY recommend Sara Freid and Fete Nashville if you are looking to plan a wedding day that you will never forget. She is an incredible wedding planner who is creative, organized, and an overall amazing human being. We absolutely love her and are so appreciative of her services over the past year a half.

genuine and thoughtful approach to our ideas made us feel so comfortable. Sara went to the ends of the earth finding all those details that made our dream day come off exactly the way we had envisioned. It was important to me that our guests have an amazing experience, it was equally important that my daughter's special day be exactly what she wanted...it happened due to Sara's hard work and attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend Sara and Fete Nasvhille for your event...ours would not have been so successful without her.

for other limited things and boy was she worth her weight in gold. we lived out of town as did the bride and Sara stayed in contact constantly, we planned this wedding for two years so feel like sara is now part of the family. Our daughter had the perfect wedding, even when somethings started falling apart three weeks before with vendors Sara stepped in and found people she had worked with before. WEek of wedding our hair person had to cancel and SAra was on it again. The wedding was everything our daughter wanted and a large part of that was due to Sara. The perfect farm wedding ever and Sara's first farm wedding, you would have never known that.

professional who takes pride in her hard work, I only wish I could have used her when we got married years (and years) ago. I am so happy Sara was in charge of making my sister-in-law's wedding dreams come true...because the end result was a fairytale. From emails with picture ideas for the ringbearers and flower girl to just personal notes now and then showing us my sister-in-law was always on her mind and she was always thinking up creative and amazing new ideas for her special day... I watched my sister-in-law and mother-in-law throughout the process and was so blown away by how easy their planning process was from beginning to end...all because of the the talent and vision of Sara and Fete Nashville. Thank you Sara for making this weekend one of the most incredible, special, beautiful weekends of our collective family's life.
