The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the woman who helped over the phone was very nice.
- less than two weeks before the wedding I got a text that 5 bundles of flowers I had already paid for were unable to ship. (They were the pop ...
of color). There were not any similar substitutions so it honestly killed the vision I had worked so hard on.
- all of the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday. Only 1 box out of 5 was delivered that day. 3 more were delivered the following day. And the final box wasn’t delivered until several days after our wedding.
- a lot of the flowers looked rough upon delivery and sadly did not bounce back and had to be thrown out.
- in the end we had to spend hundreds of extra dollars to replace flowers that were not delivered in time or were wilted/dead upon arrival.
If I could go back and redo it, I would’ve just hired a florist & avoided all of the extra stress this caused.

I placed a small order for a small wedding. Four days before the event they called to say that due to weather issues they would not be able to ship the blush roses but could sub ivory roses. I disliked the color and asked if there were any othe...

I did receive the carnations. The next day I was to receive the greenery box which should have contained green and white hydrangea and a couple other light green filler plants. What I received wasn't even close. I received a box full of multicolored wildflowers. I attempted to call and was on hold for 30 minutes before a recording told me to call back later. I tried the live chat and was waiting in their queue. Started at position 7 and after 40 minutes moved to position 4 but then it disconnected and then reconnected and moved me back to position 7! I tried calling back multiple times with the same result, on hold for close to 30 minutes (after being told the wait time was 8 minutes) and then having the call disconnected. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I'm not sure what's going on but after this experience I'll never order from them again.
Luckily I went to a local florist who helped me with what I needed (and it was less expensive!). Should have done that in the first place. DO NOT order from fifty flowers if you expect a timely delivery, expect to get what you ordered or if you need customer service. Disappointing!!!

h this, I accepted since I was desperate. The roses arrived from Ecuador heat stressed and wilted. I immediately put them in a bucket of cold water in an air conditioned basement. When the flowers continued to wilt and it became obvious that they would be unusable, the day before the wedding and day OF the wedding, I had to frantically search locally for any white rose or white flowers for centerpieces and bridal party flowers. I explained all of this to FiftyFlowers today (two days after the wedding) and they essentially blamed this on me. They said that I should have left the cardboard on the roses, cut the three to four inches above the bottom stalk of the rose and take the bottom leaves off and then place them in cold water. So, basically they have gaslighted me and have not stood behind their product. They have been absolutely awful to deal with, they blame their customers. I don’t see an refund for the roses anytime soon. The only bright spot is that the hydrangeas I ordered, although heat stressed as well perked up and survived after being placed in cold water and placed in the cool basement. STAY AWAY from this awful company!

All of my shipments came in on time or 1 day early, were packed EXTREMELY carefully, and were in absolutely beautiful condition. I followed their flower-care instructions on their website exactly and everything turned out lovely. We received notice a couple of weeks prior that one part of our order (blush anthuriums) would not be in stock despite placing the order around 6-8 months before, but I knew this would be a possibility due to the myriad of warnings on their website, and I was put in touch with a customer-care representative who was very informative and helpful. I still received a flower that wasn't QUITE what I chose to replace the original order with (it was entirely white instead of having any sort of color), but it was such a small part of the order that I didn't really mind. They also have a video on their website about using the shipment boxes to create travel carriers for your vases which was SUPER helpful, since we had to transport the flowers from my apartment to our venue. I would definitely recommend FiftyFlowers to other brides on a budget :)

After ordering, I was told the hypericum I ordered was out of stock and I was able to pick a replacement which was taken care of right away. So easy and smooth of a process. When the flowers arrived (on time of course), they were packaged very well, kept moist in plastic wrap so they wouldn’t dry out. I’ve used FiftyFlowers for another wedding a few years ago. I am not a professional florists and I do this work from home, so having such great quality flowers from the start makes things so much easier. Second, super hard to get a hold of unless you have social media, which my mom does not. Phone number is hidden on the site and not easy to find for customer service issues. No one answered when I called even when it was during "open hours." The only way I was able to reach someone was through Facebook messenger.
I was told through customer service so many different stories of where I would have to go to pick them up or if they would be delivered. They did not seem to know where or when my flowers would arrive either.
Wedding flowers arrived 2 days late. Hugely problematic! They were not in water so a lot were thrown out from mold/spoiled/already dead/wilted. It says to put them immediately in water with plant food but did not come with food.
To make matters worse...a giant tarantula came out of the box from the flowers ALIVE!!!!!! BARF!!!!
We ended up having to spend more money at a local florist and buying flowers which is what we should have done to start with. Even though Fifty was made aware of the issues I never received any solutions. So frustrating! Stick with your local florist!

When I tried to contact their “award winning customer service” to let them know that only 25 of the 50 roses I ordered came and sent a picture, they tried to tell me that “in the picture they could count over 30 stems” and made it seem like I was lying. I asked them if they would like a video of me physically counting them because there were only 25. And, just saying, THIRTY Is NOT fifty.
Last thing- make sure you are home ALL week when they are supposed to be delivered. If you pick a DAY for delivery, they come in a bunch of different packages and come on any day BESIDES the day you pick! And fedex does not just leave them. At least my didn’t- even after switching the settings on my Fedex account.

ADVISE: I would recommend you buy a "test" batch of flowers sometime before the wedding and practice with them. It's a little bit of an art to work with certain types of flowers, and if you work out the kinks weeks or months in advance it will mean you'll be much more confident on your wedding!
MORE ADVISE: follow the prep instructions EXACTLY. I would also recommend watching some youtube videos, etc. to prepare yourself before the flowers come.
Overall I would highly recommend to anyone who has an eye for this sort of thing, and the time/patience/help before the wedding to pull it off! My flowers were in great condition by the wedding day and no one would have known they were DIY!

My Fifty Flowers helper handled everything via text messaging including refunds for incorrect flowers received and for those that never came. I got a quick and helpful response to any concern and I was informed of any delays and cancellations. My best advice —if you can afford it initially —is to order more flowers than you need because you can expect a few won’t work out. I also ordered from more than one vendor (Bloomingmore and Sam’s). The Romantic Antike Garden roses from Fifty Flowers were absolutely gorgeous as were the other filler flowers I received from them.

ating that it was a shipping problem, not a product problem. As noted on the site, they came thirsty, but most perked up after some love and attention. However, several flowers arrived broken and damaged and no amount of sun, water, or trimming could salvage them. I was so disappointed because part of my wedding week events was having close friends help make centerpieces and other staples of our event. Because virtually nothing arrived timely or was in fit condition to be put into centerpieces within an hour of arrive, that was next to impossible to do. Something that was supposed to be a fun interaction with close friends was frustrated by lack of options.
The flowers that we salvaged and that weren't beyond repair ended up looking great, but I spent an extra $500 getting more flowers on Mother's Day weekend to fill in for the flowers that never arrived and all the flowers that came too beat up to use.
If I had to do it again, I certainly wouldn't use this vendor for ALL of my flowers.

Quickly after our order was placed, we received confirmation texts from a customer service representative stating that our order(s) "looked great" and we would be contacted when the flowers shipped. The day before the flowers were supposed to arrive, I received a call from the customer service agent that 3 of 7 flowers (including the primary flowers for my bouquet) did not meet quality standards and that I would need to select replacement flowers. Trying to be understanding, I immediately went to their site and began trying to find flowers that matched our color scheme. I sent over 10 options over the span of 5 hours only to be told that every flower I wanted was not available. When I asked the customer service agent to provide me with options that were available, I was only provided with flower options that didn't resemble my original order in the slightest. The customer service agent stopped responding around 5 PM and didn't get back to me until the next day (the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered!). I finally gave up on what I hoped my flowers would look like and agreed to less appealing 'replacements' because I just needed to ensure I had something for the wedding. ONLY 1 of the flowers I originally ordered arrived on time, 1 of the replacement flowers arrived with an ICE PACK laying on top of them (freezing cut flowers kills them) and were dead and un-usable, and 1 of the flowers NEVER SHOWED UP. There were additional issues with the customer service & arrival of flowers such as sending a completely incorrect flower & shipping an empty box (they said this was due to customs removing the flowers). Please be prepared that you may end up needed to find local flowers frantically last minute and endure double the cost if you order with FiftyFlowers. I also ordered some bulk flowers from Sam's Club that came on-time and in perfect condition. I would advise looking into ordering there!

it of context my flower did not come in until today 2.22.21 (2 days after my wedding) due to storm viola. I received automated texts from fiftyflowers saying my flowers were in a safe location. I spoke to someone in the chat on the day my flowers were supposed to be delivered (if you have a Saturday wedding their recommended delivery date is Wednesday fyi). The online chat person tried to reassure me that they were pushing to have my flowers delivered the next day. I tried to tell that still would be too late because I need time to make the bouquets, altar decor, basically all the diy they advertise on their website. I also mentioned I ordered my flowers a month in advance and she said the flowers shipped in time for the specified delivery. I went off of their recommended delivery!! Anyways I will never recommend this site to ANY of my friends or family. I have pictures of how dead my flowers came today and I intend on posting them. I also intend on writing a review on multiple platforms to make sure this does not happen to someone on their special day. I am the person that either rights really good reviews or really bad reviews. But I have never felt really compelled to write multiple bad reviews for the same company.

rden roses were limp and half dead looking upon arrival so of course they were cut and put immediately placed in water according to their instructions. By the next morning, they had fully bloomed to where the pedals were falling off!!! By her wedding day, all we could use them for was rose pedals for the flower girls and arrangements had to be re-made and flowers found. In addition, I ordered blush accent flowers and they sent PURPLE after I noticed they had been forgotten to be FEDEXd to begin with! Had I not called the company questioning where they were, those would have never shown up either. But they were the wrong color anyway so someone just substituted them instead hoping they would work. To top an even worse nightmare the WHITE Ranunculas never made it at all which was the other main flower for her wedding in addition to the pink garden roses that were literally a hot mess. They reimbursed us for the garden roses, the purple flowers and the flowers I never received which was certainly expected after everything that occurred. However, they still charged me for the greenery because I told them they were the only florals that were satisfactory. This is not even satisfactory customer service. I asked for a complete refund and was only compensated for their mistakes. Can you imagine just for a moment being the mother of the bride having to deal with this nightmare the day before your daughter's wedding and you are the one responsible for making all the flowers? I had people from Virginia visiting numerous floral places and, I myself, set out at 7 am in the Outer Banks of NC to find flowers for her wedding, then make them all before her rehearsal at 4 pm. And for this nightmare why wouldn't you reimburse 100%. I can find eucalyptus any where but the nightmare finding the others flowers was HORRIBLE. I am still hoping for everything I've been through that this company will do the right thing and credit me 100%. If not, I will continue telling my unfortunate story on social media until something is done! Oh and one last note, they really wanted to give me a credit instead of a refund and I laughed at such a ridiculous solution.

stems, placing in water and stored them in my basement (cool & dark). The roses were pretty and smelled good and looked beautiful - HOWEVER, the blue filler pack had Delphinium flowers that all fell apart and couldn't be used and WORSE - a hand dyed (in teal, not blue) flower that smelled like Rotten FISH and got Blue Dye all over our hands. I kept the stinky bunch of flowers overnight hoping maybe the smell would dissipate and the blue dye would set - to no avail. On Thursday, the stench was still horrible and the dye was still coming off all over our hands. I threw them away. On Friday when I sorted the flowers to make my bouquets, the Delphinium petals all fell off the stems. Losing those and the other smelly filler flowers left me with not enough blue flowers. They also sent a bunch of white Alstromeria that also lost petals, but more of those could be used. I ended up at Shaw's (very nice, fresh flowers) and found Fresh Delphiniums and bought other filler flowers to help fill out my bouquet. I wrote to their customer service and they said they needed pictures to "compensate" me for the poor quality flowers. I only have pictures of the beautiful bouquets I made thanks to the floral department at Shaw's Supermarket. Customer Service said the the "fishy" flowers are "just part of nature" - she's right - they are - but then don't send them to a bride for her wedding!

They looked fine, but we only received half of the carnations that we had ordered. We immediately went to FiftyFlowers and explained the problem. Customer service was terrible. They said that they could not help us, and that there was no way they would be able to get us flowers as a replacement for our wedding. We had to count the specific number of flowers we had received and take pictures just to receive a refund on the half of the flowers that hadn't come. We had to call multiple times to even receive this meager refund. Needless to say this was beyond stressful and disappointing. In an effort to save money we ended up without the flowers we needed on our wedding day and a company that did not care at all.

large centerpiece—of a different color scheme—as a test. The website advises for most centerpieces that you should aim for Wednesday delivery if your event is on a Saturday. Based on the test, I decided to tweak this guidance some when it came to ordering the 12 large centerpieces for my wedding.
The personal concierge available via text message throughout the process was AMAZING. I got updates on my order and additional guidance about care once the flowers arrived at my home. The flowers arrived on a Thursday mid-morning in a long rectangular box. All the bouquets were wrapped individually and it was literally just a process of trimming and hydrating. (We added ribbon to the vases and modified several centerpieces to fit cocktail table “bubble” vases. All in all, including a second trip to the arts and crafts store, it was a ~5hr process from start to finish.) I had to refill some water between Thursday and the wedding on Saturday, but only on some vases. The flowers were in BEAUTIFUL, full bloom for our Saturday ceremony – and just a perfect color for a fall wedding.
FiftyFlowers has options for all color schemes and can save budget-sensitive brides a significant amount of money. Just make sure you order the flowers with enough time to open up (and not look droopy!) for your ceremony.
