We chose the pre-made centerpieces for all of our guest tables, then ordered a few DIY kits and loose stems to decorate other areas of our reception space. We even had enough to create bouquets for our flower girls! The flexibility to mix pre-made arrangements with DIY florals made it easy to bring our vision to life while staying within budget.
I also highly recommend purchasing the flower care kit. The flower cutters worked great, and having the supplies on hand made processing the flowers much easier.
One of the highlights of our experience was the customer service. Our representative was incredibly helpful in making sure we ordered the right quantities and offered great guidance to help bring our floral vision together. We couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out, and I'd absolutely recommend FiftyFlowers to anyone looking for beautiful, affordable event flowers.

It caused me to have to scramble the night before leaving for my wedding weekend. Customer service nickel and dimed me on my claims. They try to make it seem like they care about you and are providing you with a helpful and fair resolution. In reality, they MIGHT refund you a portion of your order but you’re stuck with picking up the pieces and getting new flowers. All while dealing with the stresses of your upcoming event. It’s not worth the risk. Overall, this company did not live up to the expectations. I went to the grocery store and got more flowers that look way better for 1/3 the price 🙃. Be careful!!! What arrived was not only the wrong bouquet, but the flowers were wilted, browning, and looked like they’d been sitting out for days. I honestly suspect they may have sent me someone else’s returned bouquet. As a bride, this was something I was truly looking forward to and instead, I was crushed. I had to scramble to find a florist at the last minute (with only a day and a half to go since the package arrived at 5pm) to replace my bridal bouquet.
To make matters worse, getting in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. Despite calling several times and leaving multiple voicemails during their posted business hours, I didn’t reach anyone until my third or fourth attempt. When I finally did, I was told to fill out an online complaint form. I submitted a detailed report with photos, only to receive a response claiming the flowers "just needed hydration." Clearly, they hadn’t even read my full message or looked at the photos to see they had sent me the entirely wrong bouquet.
Fifty Flowers has yet to acknowledge that they sent the wrong bouquet, let alone offer a real resolution. I'm now considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

e working with me through the delivery process. My flowers were supposed to be delivered 01/08 for my 01/11 wedding. The horrible winter weather delayed the flowers from moving from Kentucky to Florida by two days. Customer service kept me informed. I did reach out to customer service and ask if they could set up delivery by noon on the Friday before my wedding so I didn't have to make a two hour trip home after rehearsal just to pick them up. This was never done. UPS happened to deliver something to my house Thursday night and since it was my normal driver I explained the situation. He said if the flowers were on his truck he would get them to me. At 11:30 he got me my flowers and told me they were not scheduled to be at my house until roughly 6:00 that night. I had to prep my flowers in my hotel room after rehearsal and before dinner. They looked rough but I hoped for the best. After dinner they seemed to look much better so I got to rearranging them and was very impressed. For the price I would recommend but I would also suggest having a backup plan just in case.

I ordered these flowers months in advance for my wedding. After reading reviews I knew I had about a 50/50 chance of something going wrong but for this specific kit, everyone had nice things to say. These flowers were being sent to our Airbnb as our wedding was in another state. A few months before the big day, some things came up and we had to change rental homes. So I contacted the care team and changed the address then a few weeks later in a panic, checked with them again about the updated address.
Three days before my wedding I get an email that the bulk of flowers were delivered. Problem was, it was to the wrong address in another state. I then proceeded to be on the phone and emailing for the next two days during my bachelorette trip trying to understand what happened and how it would be fixed. They told me that in their systems the addresses had been updated, but they hadn’t checked with their farms that actually delivered said flowers. I was devastated. I had gotten a few of the white flowers and a few stems of the purple delivered, but they were a little wilted.
My wedding flowers were not what I expected, and that was disappointing. I will say through all the tears, disappointment, and stress about finding new flowers the day before my wedding, the FiftyFlowers customer service rep helping me was amazing.
She apologized profusely and worked very hard to make up in any way possible for my big day. In the end, they offered to refund half my flowers so I could try to look for local shops and get them in time.
Overall, FiftyFlowers had great customer service and did their best, but I caution anyone to not get too attached to your dream flowers like I did or at least have some backups in mind

I had already paid for were unable to ship. (They were the pop of color). There were not any similar substitutions so it honestly killed the vision I had worked so hard on.
- all of the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on a Tuesday. Only 1 box out of 5 was delivered that day. 3 more were delivered the following day. And the final box wasn’t delivered until several days after our wedding.
- a lot of the flowers looked rough upon delivery and sadly did not bounce back and had to be thrown out.
- in the end we had to spend hundreds of extra dollars to replace flowers that were not delivered in time or were wilted/dead upon arrival.
If I could go back and redo it, I would’ve just hired a florist & avoided all of the extra stress this caused.

The playa blanca roses were absolutely gorgeous and my favorite. Pro tip: after the roses hydrate (1-2 days after receiving), turn the rose upside down and spin the stem between your palms. This opens up the flower to its full potential but still looks natural.

I received an email a few months before the wedding that one of the types of roses I wanted would not be in stock and they sent me an upgraded alternative for no additional cost. Communication with customer service was superb. I received several shipping notifications so that I could track all of my orders. The roses are ENORMOUS, I have never seen such beautiful long-stem roses before!!! They have a great variety for all seasons. I tried the live chat and was waiting in their queue. Started at position 7 and after 40 minutes moved to position 4 but then it disconnected and then reconnected and moved me back to position 7! I tried calling back multiple times with the same result, on hold for close to 30 minutes (after being told the wait time was 8 minutes) and then having the call disconnected. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I'm not sure what's going on but after this experience I'll never order from them again.
Luckily I went to a local florist who helped me with what I needed (and it was less expensive!). Should have done that in the first place. DO NOT order from fifty flowers if you expect a timely delivery, expect to get what you ordered or if you need customer service. Disappointing!!!
