Gabriella has had a passion for photography from a very young age, and she's been making videos and taking photographs since she was six or eight years old. Gabriella's father enjoyed capturing home videos of his family's life, and he loved taking photographs. Young Gabriella, following in her father's footsteps, would use his camera to take her own photos, and from there, her love for the art form grew. She is a very creative individual who enjoys capturing sweet, fleeting moments for couples to treasure forever. Films by Gabriella is dedicated to capturing your most precious memories on your wedding day or during an engagement session. She will also be very happy to capture the exciting moment of the proposal. Gabriella is excited to be a part of your big day and aims to capture those beautiful, authentic moments in a way that represents you and your future spouse.

I love capturing the special moments through photo and video that can bring you right back to that moment in time. I also offer video for smaller weddings, up to 100 people. I can’t recommend Gabriella enough. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was planning a surprise proposal from over an hour and a half away, and she made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She helped me pick the perfect spot in Raleigh, knew all the best photo locations, and even recommended great local restaurants to celebrate afterward. She was super responsive, always answered my calls and messages and went above and beyond to help me plan every detail. On the day of the proposal, she blended into the scene perfectly to capture the moment, and somehow got the photos to us almost immediately. The shots turned out incredible. If you’re looking for someone who’s not just talented, but also professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making your moment special, she’s the one. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience with Gabriella. She did our engagement session, and while it was only 30 minutes long — not only did it feel longer, but by looking at the photos you would have no idea! We covered so many areas to get a variety of photos and I could not be more grateful! We’ve never taken professional photos before, but it didn’t even matter! She made sure to break the tension and helped us feel so comfortable. She also helped direct us with poses and movement. Looking at these photos I can’t believe despite all the nervousness and jitters, the photos are just so full of love. I showed our friends and family and they’re truly in awe of just how in love we look — you can FEEL it through the photos. I’m thinking these photos will make great decor for our wedding later this year and I’m just so pleased!!

Gabriella is wildly gifted behind a camera, in addition to being so kind and welcoming. She is wonderful with communication prior to the event, making sure you are on the same page. She arrived early to scout out the best locations. She did such a good job explaining poses and making my camera shy partner feel confident, we had such a blast. Her editing style is so warm and cozy, it makes me feel like I just came out of a Nicholas Sparks novel. She is clear about pricing so there are no surprises and she has so many examples of her work. I will be recommending her to all my friends and will likely hire her again!

Gabriella was an AMAZING photographer for our wedding! The results were beyond our expectations! The lighting capture, direction with poses, and overall comfort Gabriella provided was astounding. Gabriella communicated regularly and checked- in often prior to the wedding to ensure we were on the same page. The pictures were edited and published for us to access within a week after the wedding, which was an incredible turn around (she was able to even provide a sneak peak at our album literally 2 days after the ceremony). We look forward to having pictures done by Gabriella again for our anniversary! Thank you!!
