Any problems that arose I never knew about (and still don’t) because she tackles everything before it gets to the bride. The only thing a bride (with Lisa as their planner) has to worry about is the rain and if their partner will meet them at the alter.

The cupcakes day of were the wrong colors but that was 100% on the baker, they even came back and asked us what we could remember from our appointment when they were writing everything down! When my caterer didn't show she drove around Angleton to find sides for the brisket my cousin just so happened to make to have extra food. The brisket ended up being what was served and her and Kristina ended up serving the food. She made sure me and my husband got a plate before the food ran out. Planning & Budget: Lisa quickly understood the type of wedding we wanted, what was important to us, and executed accordingly. From the beginning she communicated what needed to happen and what to expect. She laid out a structured timeline and executed it flawlessly. She would let us know what was coming up next, clearly laid out options for us to pick, and gave us enough time to discuss and decide. Sometimes I would get buried with work… she would gently reminded us to make sure that we would stay on track. She helped us pick and handled all communication and coordination with all vendors – Venue, caterers, DJ, Photographer, Videographer, cake…everything. Over the course of the planning process, we quickly realized that she had it covered, which greatly reduced any stress. Also, I felt like I could text / call at any time for questions, anything that was causing anxiety (she would quickly calm me down), and she was there to help with whatever we needed. On the budget side, she helped us manage the budget with Excel spreadsheets that she would update regularly and actively recommended vendors to help us fit within our budget. It was lovely to work with Lisa and she is ON IT! Decorations: Lisa did all my decorations including florals and my bouquet. Everything was absolutely beautiful! Together we worked on a Pinterest board to settle on a vision for the wedding and decorations and developed a couple of live mock ups for us to decide on the decorations. She has such a good eye, very detailed oriented, impeccable taste – immensely talented. Also, I did not have to deal with one vendor on anything - chairs, linens, flowers… she did it all! Day Off Coordination: Everything was seamless. By the time the wedding happened, Lisa had already done such an amazing job that we were not even nervous about anything – we knew she had it covered and 100% she did...down to handing me my drink of choice before going off to take pictures, which to me was heavenly. Finally, I have a really large family – they were all so impressed with how Lisa interacted with them, how she handled everything, and how helpful she was (I think my sister had some sort of issue before the ceremony… yes, Lisa fixed it).
