Jeffrey was AMAZING! He was so much fun to work with and was so great on our special day. We are in love with the highlight video we’ve received and cannot wait to watch the rest of our footage. He was very professional, made sure we were on the same page about our vision, and gave us exactly what we were hoping for and then some. I could not recommend this company enough. Jeffrey was great to work with as our videographer for our Louisville, KY May 2024 wedding! We got our videos back in a timely manner and we absolutely LOVE the videos. I'll just preface this review with an expression of gratitude to this incredible man. He has been an absolutely amazing videographer. Before the wedding, he was quick to respond, professional, personable, kind, and flexible with our schedule. During our wedding, he was that and more. He was absolutely just on top of everything, adjustable, well rounded, and tackled everything with professionalism and eloquence. He also got major bonus points for laughing at my jokes. All in all he did an amazing job and was reasonably priced. Jeff, we are so grateful you were the one videotaping our big day. You were an absolute delight and we were so grateful for the amazing work you have done. 10/10, truly.

Jeffrey was super attentive and communicative during the pre-wedding process and available to answer any questions we had. He walked us through his services and took time to understand the video product we wanted for our wedding, allowing us to build a custom package and craft a video product to document the day in the style we wanted. On the day of, Jeffrey did his work, sometimes in tight spaces, without being intrusive or distracting. He worked well with our photographer, allowing her to do her work while he captured the day from his lens. His very easy-going energy helped keep us calm and collected on the wedding day and comfortable in front of the camera. He also thoughtfully checked in with us when his contracted time ran out to make sure we didn’t need him for anything else; we’re glad he did, as we asked him to stay a bit longer to document the dance floor – a highlight of the evening. The highlights video we’ve seen so far had great drone shots and captured lots of meaningful snippets from the day; we’re very excited to check out the full video and have it as a forever keepsake.

Jeffrey was amazing! I originally wasn’t going to have a videographer but I changed my mind when I saw his work! He was very prompt and professional during the big day. He kept me in the loop with the progress of the video and was excellent to work with!

Jeff was amazing! He got everything we wanted and offered extra footage on the day of!! He got awesome angles I never would’ve thought while capturing every moment of the day! He was unnoticeable and stayed out of peoples way at the ceremony and reception but still catching everything! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Jeffrey was so easy to work with leading up to our wedding day and we absolutely love how our wedding videos turned out!! Jeff so kindly filmed my wedding back in September after deciding last minute I’d like a videographer. He traveled to the Nashville area for the wedding and captured everything we wanted. He even videoed my husband and I getting our couple pictures and made us laugh during the session so everything came out amazing with great candid shots. His use of the drone really made the wedding video unique and I’ve gotten so many compliments from people who weren’t able to attend. We could not be happier with First Choice Videos! Our original videographer had to cancel on us 3 weeks before our wedding, but we were so relieved and thankful to have found Jeffrey! He worked with us and our vision and wrote us up a customized quote which we truly appreciated since we were down to the wire and everything had already been budgeted to this point. Photography is essential for different reasons, but it doesn't take the place of a video capturing all of your special moments and the details you spent so much time planning and creating. First choice videos was a phenomenal vendor to work with. From the very first time I reached out to Jeffrey he was quick to respond, eager to work together, and very business oriented when selecting a suitable videography package. Jeff was knowledgeable and attentive when prepping prior to the wedding as to what Daniel and I wanted to get out of our videography what we wanted in our highlight video. We even brough Jeff out of his comfort zone with our choice of music and he still knocked it out of the park. I distinctly remember telling Daniel at the end of our wedding night that I don't even recall seeing Jeff after he initially got there yet our highlight verifies that he was very present from so many different angles. I cannot say enough good things but I can and will genuinely recommend Jeff!

I am ashamed that I haven’t left a review before now! My Daughters wedding was June 20th, 2020. I can’t say enough good things about Jeffrey, his communication was GREAT, he stayed in touch throughout the entire wedding process. He was very personable and patient. He made an absolute beautiful short video of the entire wedding from getting ready to the reception and exiting of the Bride and Groom. Also The blue ray of everything was amazing. First choice did an amazing job with our wedding video. At first we weren't sure we were going to have a videographer at all then decided to have one and we are so happy we did. Our reception was supposed to be in March but we ended up having to delay it the week of when COVID happened - Jeffrey was extremely understanding in rescheduling and luckily was available for our new date in August. After watching our video all the way through of our reception we were so happy, it was like reliving the night all over. We will also have some fun stories to tell years from now when kids and grandkids ask why everyone was wearing face masks while dancing. Hire First Choice Videos, you'll be happy you did!

With these difficult times of COVID, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of our videographers. Robert was the stand in for Jeffrey our original videographer whom ended up welcoming his first child just before our wedding. We were absolutely surprised to have him attend unexpectedly to capture awesome drone footage that made our night! Robert was amazing throughout the afternoon and night to capture the most important moments of this truly amazing journey. He stayed nearby but never obstructive to the nights events as they unfolded. Loved having both these great professionals capture our story!!!! I found this vendor by using The Knot. I could not be more thrilled with our decision to hire him! I’m convinced that you will not find a videographer that offers a more high quality video at such an affordable price. Jeff is very professional and calming to be around. We are obsessed with the highlight video he made, as well as the close to 3 hours of footage he captured from our wedding day. Our wedding day went by so fast leaving some parts of that day in a blur, but Jeff made sure to capture all of the special moments so we can relive them every time we pop in our awesome blue ray disk. First Choice Videos did such a wonderful job coordinating our videography for the day! First, I sent in an inquiry (I think with maybe 1 month before the wedding - it was a last minute decision to get a videographer!) and he responded very promptly. He was very accommodating with our date, and didn't mind coming over here to the Raleigh area. We were so worried about our budget too, and he helped us customize a package that met all of our wants and needs but also stayed in the price range we were looking for. The day-of he arrived on time and was so much fun to work with!! I didn't feel like a stranger was just lurking around video taping us. He was very friendly and professional!! It was also a flip wedding, very cold and windy out, but he was SO flexible with that and even when we did go outside to do some photos, he still went out there with us! I would absolutely recommend them for your special day!!

Jeff with First Choice Videos is your man when it comes to wedding videography! My husband did all the coordinating with Jeff, so I actually did not know what to expect. When Jeff arrived to where I was getting ready, I was immediately at ease. Jeff has a very easy-going personality and can jive with anyone. He collaborated with my photographer so well! I was a little concerned (having only met my photographer once and never meeting Jeff) that there may be territory issues, but this was not even remotely case! I was just blown away by how he worked with everyone to bring different ideas together. There were moments I was not sure I would be comfortable having someone else around for (i.e. reading my letter to my husband on video before our first look) and Jeff completely accommodated to my comfort. I procrastinated on hiring a videographer because our photographer was such a huge investment I didn’t think I could justify it however, in the final hour (literally 2 weeks before our wedding) I was kicking myself realizing I’d spent 8 months on planning and wouldn’t even have our special day captured on video for us to look back on and share with our kids. I found Jeffrey through this app, reached out and he called right away-was so helpful explaining every package option and answering all my annoying questions. Thankfully he was available at the last minute (since we had a Sunday wedding, I assume) and he was punctual, kind, and professional. I’m so grateful to have found him! His prices are also VERY reasonable as I compared them with several other sites that were recommended by our wedding photog and what they were asking was outrageous. We weren't planning on hiring a videographer until we started watching other people's wedding videos during the planning process for our own and decided it would be nice to have a recording of the events that we could go back and watch from time to time to relive the day. We didn't want a short "highlight" video, but rather something that would incorporate all of the ceremony and the important parts of the reception. We originally looked for vendors offering unedited raw footage only, which is how we came upon First Choice Videos. After a phone call with Jeff, during which we discussed the pros and cons of raw footage vs. edited video, we realized that his package with ~2 hours of edited video, including the entire ceremony and reception highlights, would be a perfect fit for our needs as well as our budget (unlike most other videographers in the area). Since we live in a different state from where we held our wedding, we didn't meet Jeff in person until the day of the wedding, but he was always very quick to respond to our emails, and we had a phone conversation a few weeks beforehand to go over the schedule for the day and let him know what special elements we were planning so he would be prepared to film them. On the day of the wedding, we almost didn't notice Jeff and his cameras, as he was masterfully discrete, but the video we received about seven weeks later proved that he was most definitely in attendance! The sound quality from the mikes he put on the officiant and the groom during the ceremony was excellent despite the fact that it was outdoors, and the different vantage points from multiple cameras provided a full view of the scene. We are extremely grateful to have a full, edited recording of our ceremony and edited highlights from the reception and will enjoy rewatching the events of the day for years to come.

First Choice Videos was great to work with! Jeff was a prompt responder via email/phone communication and very professional. He came up with some good ideas during our photo session as well, such as slow motion walks, etc. Getting edited footage was too pricy for us, but we opted for the raw footage package. The majority of the footage was awesome and he got some really great shots of the ceremony and reception. I would definitely recommend First Choice Videos to anyone who needs an affordable videographer!

Jeffrey was the best! At first we were skeptical about getting a videographer but once we saw some of his work on his website we knew we HAD to have him capture our big day and be there for all of the special moments! And that he was, he was there to film everything, he was easy to work with and when we met up to go over our film package he seemed very eager to help us out. My husband and i cant wait to see our footage in a couple of days! He was helpful with tips and ideas for how to pose or what to do while he was filming so i have no doubt that our footage will be nothing but outstanding! Hiring Jeffrey will definitely be the icing on the cake for your big day!

He gave clear directions for some of our staged shots, understood our vision, gave advice and listened to the answers to questions he asked. His demeanor and attire were professional, he kept opinions about our event limited to those helpful to making the day special. I haven’t seen the final product yet, but I will update this review at that time. Overall: 11/10 - if we ever need videography again, we will ask for First Choice.

First Choice Videos is wonderful! Jeff is an awesome person to collaborate with, especially if you are planning to surprise someone. Jeff helped me capture the very moment of extreme surprise during our first look, but the cherry on top is that my groom had no idea that moment would be captured on video too! Our wedding video was my wedding gift to him. First Choice Videos was a wonderful accomplice in executing a great surprise and moment that we can relive forever. Early on in our wedding planning stages we had to forgo the idea of a videographer due to budget. When I reached out to Jeff he was very understanding and worked with me and kept my personal budget in mind. He has great suggestions and is very flexible with scheduling. Jeff was able to pick up and run with any idea you must have for your special day. He is a blast to have at your wedding!

First Choice Videos should be everyone's first choice when looking for a videographer. This was my first time planning a party on this level. I was unsure of hiring a videographer for my daughter's quinceañera being that no one in our area had a lot of experience with quinceañeras, and Jeffrey was no exception. He was honest with us from the beginning but upon meeting him, we were very impressed. Jeffrey had done his quince homework and was able to tell us everything he could capture. His sample videos and his professional and caring demeanor made it very easy for us to choose him. Our highlight video and dvd was so beautifully done and is something that we will always have to look back on. We are beyond pleased with our first choice!!

We loved our wedding video! It really captured the moments of the entire day that you simply cannot capture with still photographs. It was a big expense for our wedding, but I think being able to watch the video for the rest of our lives was well worth it! The sound quality was really good. We could hear everything from the vows during the ceremony all the way through to the music at the reception very clearly. It is great to have the dance songs that we so carefully picked out captured on our DVD! I also liked that we didn't even know that he was there until he came up to us at the end of the night to say goodbye. He did an excellent job of capturing all the moments, but being totally inconspicuous while doing it so that we didn't even notice him! And the turnaround time to deliver the video was excellent! We got it way sooner than we expected too! The only downside we had with him was a little confusion about the coverage, which is just as much our fault for not clarifying the point. We didn't realize that we were buying a block of time, so we ran a little short due to the break between the ceremony and the reception, but Jeffrey was very accommodating for us. We would certainly recommend working with Jeffrey for your future events!

First choice videos was great! They did a great job filming our entire wedding , I love that they used our wedding song in it . Overall great presentation , awesome work! I would highly recommend them.

About 2 weeks before our wedding I was still tossing up whether or not I wanted to have a videographer so late one night I sent some emails asking for quotes from a few vendors I found on the Knot. We ended up going with First Choice and boy am I glad we did. Jeff was so amazing- always kept us in the loop before and after with everything we needed to know (much appreciated as we found other vendors not do so!) and did such great work. I am so grateful in the end that we have a video keepsake of our wedding and couldn't have asked for better quality. Especially with a price that fit into our budget! Of all our vendors for the wedding, Jeffrey was our favorite. Meeting him immediately set us at ease for our big day and everything being captured for posterity.
