Our DJ from First Class was Charles Hoffman. Charles was a great DJ for our wedding. He was fun, attentive, and made it so my wife and I never wanted to leave the dance floor all night. Most impressively, he was very flexible on the spot in playing the songs we wanted, when we wanted, and how we wanted. He even helped with non-typical DJ duties such as being in my cousin's BeReal post and helping with crowd control at the end of the night. Charles definitely helped make our wedding reception special.

The First Class Entertainment crew was just that... FIRST CLASS! The DJ and photobooth services were both spectacular. Music kept guest moving all night and was reactive to the guests on the dance floor. The photobooth book that was put together is beautiful, and hilarious. The ceremony music, cocktail hour, and the after party were all enhanced thanks to the mood setting work performed by the music selection. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

First Class Entertainment was the BEST choice for our wedding DJ! I am so particular about the flow of a wedding and they kept it FLOWING seamlessly! They checked in with us if things were running behind and always presented us with a solution instead of just a problem, so it was very easy to say a quick, "Oh yah let's do that!". They honored our music choices while also respecting the father of the bride's song requests (a very difficult balance haha). They kept the dance floor filled the whole night! They knew exactly when to play "Shout" which was a big deal and tradition for my family. That moment did not disappoint. Also if you don't plan on ending your wedding reception with "Free Bird" I suggest you rethink that choice. It starts as a slow hold your lover song and ends with some awesome jumping up and down rocking out!!! Perfect end to a PERFECT night, all made possible by our DJ(who cut the song perfectly, we obviously didn't want the whole 9minute version). DJs are artists and when they take their craft seriously, it shows. Trust them to take you on a journey and they will. The whole night was bliss for me and my husband. A lot of people said it's hard for the Bride and Groom to actually enjoy their own wedding, and we VERY MUCH ENOYED EVERY MINUTE! Thank you First Class Entertainment!

All we did was provide our favorite songs within a list and from there Dj Charles creating a 5 hour list so fit in lovely and had the dance floor full at every song! We also had a photo booth which we were skeptical about but..... his wife made it a SMASH HIT! The Pictures provided will have you laugh, cry of joy and drop your mouth open on how your very own family and friends will take photos of themselves on your wedding night! LOVE IT THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! WE LOVE YOU TWO!!!

Charles was amazing! He worked with us for every aspect of our wedding (from the ceremony to the reception). Charles kept the crowd engaged and everything flowed perfectly. I would highly recommend his services!!!!

Julien (Jewels) Cox surpassed every expectation we could have had for our DJ. He is a consummate professional and made our wedding better than we could have imagined. He was there every step of the way through the planning process as well as the wedding day. highly recommend. all night he was very attentive and pulled off every request perfectly. his wife also ran the photo booth which I also highly recommend! all together I couldn't of asked for a better DJ. we also had last minute requests that weren't an issue and he new exactly what to do. if you want an entertainment company that you can pull off your vision, trust to not make a mistake, and lknows all the right questions to ask, this is absolutely the the company for you. I have full confidence they could pull off any size wedding with grace. they have almost 30 years (if not more) of experience, how could you possibly go wrong! seriously cannot recommend them enough!!! if I ever need to plan an event where I need a DJ, they will be my first choice. they will also be my first recommendation to family and friends for all of their weddings as well! make the SAFE and EASY choice, go with first class entertainment!

First Class Entertainment made our wedding night an event to remember on the Gateway Clipper. Charles was our DJ and he was very thorough and helpful. He kept the flow of the night going perfectly and made a truly perfect environment for a good time. From our first interaction with him you could tell he is a true master of the art. I only had to tell him my last name once for him to continually pronounce it perfectly! (McAninch, good luck). We had overthought our music selections and with his guidance he took our list and curated a perfect playlist for entrance, dinner, and dancing! I believe I talked to him once during the night to let him know about an anniversary. The DJ makes or breaks the reception. With Charles from First Class Entertainment, your reception will be more memorable and fun than you expect!

I cannot thank First Class Entertainment enough for all they did to make our wedding reception memorable! Julien was an AMAZING DJ and he listened exactly to what my fiance and I wanted. He got our guests up and dancing and everyone was dancing all night long! We didn't want the night to end! Charles was so helpful and easy to work with, the DJ packet was an excellent guideline for us to follow, and Julien was the best DJ we could have asked for. I cannot rave about First Class Entertainment enough! We had a 150 person wedding at LeMont Restaurant on Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh. We were picky about the music and had very high expectations. Charles and Andrew GREATLY exceeded our expectations and were easily some of the best DJ's we've ever experienced. They were competent, professional, and knew how to get the crowd up and dancing! Almost every single person at our wedding danced the entire night - and we have pictures to prove it! Not only were they kind, fun, and engaging, but they also incorporated incredible transitions between songs. The music never stopped and the crowd didn't either! On top of this, we also booked the photo booth through First Class. I was unsure if this would be worth it but after receiving a photo album of all the photo strips from the night, I would have paid twice as much as I did (same with the uplighting). Everyone kept talking about how much fun the photo booth was and how great our DJ's were. I cannot recommend First Class enough and will definitely be using them the next time I need a DJ!!!

We recommend Kevin from First Class Entertainment to any Bride and Groom to be !!! We were so lucky to have such an amazing DJ for our wedding day! Kevin played the best music (multiple guests commented on it!) and was so wonderful to work with!! He met with us in person to review options for the reception itinerary, made suggestions and walked us thru what we needed to know, he even met us at our reception venue to test out uplighting color options. He also called us the week of the wedding to review our final timeline. He was open to my playlist suggestions and made sure to fit them all in. He had my guests on the dance floor all night long! Everything ran so smoothly because of him! Kevin is the nicest guy! You will be in the best hands with him!! First Class Entertainment was also our Photo Booth Vendor and Elisa ran the booth. This was the best decision we made...our guests enjoyed this so much, it was a hit! Elisa was the sweetest throughout the whole night, my mom was so happy with how great she was with all the guests. My hubby and I never made it in the booth, she made sure to leave it up and get us together at the end of the night to take some pix!! Thank you Kevin & Elisa for the best night of our lives!!!!!

First Class Entertainment was amazing on our wedding day! Very professional and experienced. They did a great job of incorporating our style while also using their experience to keep our guests entertained. We ended up adding lighting and a photo booth and I am so thankful we did. They gave us a photo book with all of our guests photos. We absolutely love it. And the lighting made the venue look magical. Our guests had such a great time and they were such a huge part of that! Positive reviews all around.

We used Kevin B. at First Class Entertainment. He was fantastic. He was very accommodating and wonderful. He was very professional and he listened to what we wanted and the style we wanted. He checked in several times just to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. He was in great contact with us. We did the uplighting package and the lights were beautifully placed. The room looked so nice. I had many guests complimenting our DJ and his assistant, Mike, who was also fantastic. I loved First class entertainment for our wedding day! Special mixes were made for our first dance and for me to walk down the isle to. I even received copies of those songs that were so special to me after my wedding! First Class Entertainment did not disappoint! We worked specifically with Paul and from the very beginning he was devoted to making sure we had the perfect day. He took the time to meet with us on several occasions to walk us through every step of the process. He made sure we were happy with every part and was super flexible when we wanted to switch something around. During the actual reception it was absolute perfection. All of the music he played had everyone dancing from start to finish. I had so many people come up to me during the reception and say how much they loved what he played. He was great with the guests and took some requests and was extremely kind to everyone. I cant say enough great things about First Class Entertainment and Paul!

We used Kevin from First Class Entertainment! From the very moment we committed to using their services, Kevin reached out and started coordinating with us! They mailed us a super helpful info packet that helped us make decisions on what type of package we wanted, the types of music we wanted to hear, and what order we wanted the different games and dances to occur at the reception. My now-husband and I live in the state of Indiana, and we were planning the wedding from Indiana with the ceremony and reception occurring in Pittsburgh. Kevin knew all of this when we agreed to use First Class Entertainment, and he was MORE than accommodating! We did lots of communication back and forth via email, and he was always quick to reply! We were able to travel to PA once a month closer to the wedding, and he found time to meet with us around our schedule which was so awesome! He worked with our reception coordinator as well in advance to make sure he understood the space he would have available and how early he would be able to arrive to begin set up. Although we may have been very nervous the day of the wedding, the DJ was something I felt very confident about! Kevin did a WONDERFUL job announcing events during the reception, played music that kept the guests movin on the dance floor all night long! He did everything we asked for and so much more! We even had various guests ask for his company contact information because they were also very impressed by his professionalism and consistent involvement during the entire reception that kept everything flowing well! I would recommend (and have recommended) using First Class Entertainment to all my friends and family in the Pittsburgh area! You will never be disappointed by their service and dedication to making your special day the best ever!

Choosing first class entertainment was one of the easiest decisions my wife and I had made when planning our wedding. When getting married there can be a lot to worry about. But our dj for the night, Julien was honestly one of the biggest contributions to why our wedding went as smooth as it did and why I was never worried for even a moment that things wouldn’t go perfectly. He was friendly, accommodating and even stayed several hrs later to keep the party going. The music selection seemed like it had perfect fluidity and his charismatic personality had everyone in a great mood the entire time. No one is better then this guy or this company. I highly suggest them for any type of event. Can’t thank them enough!

Dj KB and his team did a wonderful job for our big day. The dance floor was packed the entire time! We received so many compliments on the music and uplighting. If you want your guests to have a blast, definitely go with first class entertainment!

I had nothing but a great experience with Kevin @ First Class Entertainment. He was accommodating through the entire process. He made sure to meet with us a couple of times before the wedding (and made it very convenient to our schedules). He also had a final phone call with me the week of the wedding to make sure we were on the same page. Kevin even went as far as to add songs down to the day of the wedding because I forgot two important songs. I would use their services for any future event we may require a DJ.

I cannot even begin to say how amazing our wedding reception was, all thanks to the wonderful DJ and photobooth from First Class Entertainment! My husband and I are not big dancers so I was worried about keeping the party alive, I cannot even begin to say how much fun our reception was! All the guests were blown out of the water by how great the party was (the reception was on the Gateway Clipper Fleet). The music was amazing and the photobooth was a major hit! They truly helped bring my dream wedding to life and am forever grateful. I highly reccomend them to make your wedding/event perfect!

First class was my DJ choice the second my husband and I got engaged! My uncle Kevin has been dj-ing for as long as I can remember and Chache has known me since I was a little girl. They both recommended Julien and he was the dj for our July wedding. He was absolutely fantastic. He is young and I felt like he understood my music taste immediately. He did an amazing job entertaining our guests and our dance floor was filled the entire evening! We were on a bit of a time crunch and he helped us keep things running smoothly. He also incorporated some of my husband’s song choices that were Russian that we wanted to be played. I would highly recommend Julien and I will always recommend first class entertainment!

Our DJ Kevin from First Class Entertainment was exceptionally amazing!! We met him at another wedding and knew we wanted to have him at our wedding. He is professional, organized, patient and down-to-earth. Very friendly to work with and he really takes the time to listen and understand what you want for your special day. For example, my husband and I mentioned a few songs that we didn't want to miss and Kevin definitely made sure we were on the dance floor for all those songs!!! We really appreciated that from our DJ. He went above and beyond. A lot of our guest complimented Kevin. Since our experience working with Kevin was absolutely positive, I assume any other service that is provided by First Class Entertainment would be just the same.

First Class Entertainment was FABULOUS! Our DJ met with us well in advance of our date, and went through everything with us. He had a packet that was super easy for us to fill out, and took us step by step through the reception process. At the reception, FCE was very professional, and made our venue look great! We had the uplighting, a photo booth, and a light display, that was catered to our Disney theme! All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about all of the entertainment that was provided! Highly recommended!

Such a fun party!! We went with First Class Entertainment as their services are included in the wedding packages on the Gateway Clipper. We had a really great experience. Charles was responsive and friendly and flexible to work with. He took our playlist and made an unbelievably fun evening for us, including carefully queuing up our reception entrance to the Star Trek: Next Generation theme. He also gladly customized our photo strip colors for the photo booth and they turned out great. We used the photo booth album as our guest book and we absolutely love it. The attendant at the booth was also a delight. Everything turned out perfect and everyone had a blast!! Highly recommended.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, these guys are that good. I truly cannot say enough kind words about Charles and his team, as nothing would do them justice. From the moment I chose First class entertainment and started planning to the very last song of the night (everyone, including me, the bride, were chanting “one more song!!”) they made everything so easy and fun. The lighting and custom monogram projected on the wall were beautiful. I was very anxious about the lighting being right, but Charles and Kevin worked with me to make sure it was just right. My dance floor was PACKED all evening. Nobody wanted to stop once the music started. Not to mention the top of the line photo booth that my guests enjoyed all evening long. Plus they give you a sweet keepsake book of each and every photo that all of my guests took. My sister is getting married next summer and we’ve already booked with first class again because we couldn’t imagine another DJ doing it. Once again, I HIGHLY recommend first class entertainment if you’re looking for true professionals who know how to throw the party of the year!!!

We used First Class Entertainment for our wedding DJ Services and it was phenomenal! We had Cha-Che as our DJ. He was always available by phone or email and answered any and all questions we had. He played the music we wanted, with some amazing additions I hadn't even thought of. I barely left the dance floor all night! He paced the night perfectly as well. We couldn't have asked for a better evening, largely in part to Cha-Che and First Class Entertainment.

We can't say enough about Kevin and the rest of the staff. They helped our wedding run so smoothly, helped with all our requests, and our guests were dancing all night long! This is legitimately the best DJ I've ever heard. Guests were dancing the entire night. Cha-che was also a great MC and any requests we asked in the wedding party were immediately addressed. He also was paying attention to the mood of the guest to order the songs. It wasn't like there was disk just playing automatically all night.

Kevin with first class entertainment was great! Our dance floor was full the entire night and he gave the perfect amount of enthusiasm and fun! I couldn’t imagine any other dj to have done a better job at our wedding. Kevin was fantastic to work with starting from the first day we met with him. We used First Class for our October 14th wedding. We were so impressed with them as a group from day one when we met with them to get more info. We ended up using them for our DJ and Photobooth services. Charles, the owner was so responsive throughout the process leading up to the wedding--we were so thankful for this. And Andrew was such a wonderful young DJ and we could not have been happier with him. He made sure to accommodate all of our requests (even the odd ones). My Husband was so impressed with their ability to basically read our minds; like during our first dance and our parent dances, all we had to do to let them know it was time to go to cut the song (because let's be honest, those dances can be too long sometimes if you let the whole song play) was give them a look for a quick second. Amazing. I had so many compliments on the DJ and the music, and our dance floor was never empty. The music during dinner was wonderful, as well. Also, I forgot to mention that they did our uplighting--it looked fantastic (we did amber colored lighting). The Photobooth attendant was wonderful and my guests loved him, as well. It was so nice that they put all the photo strips from the night into a sturdy album for the bride & groom to take home, so you get to see all the goofy pictures your guests took all night. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone, and I really hope I get to attend another wedding where they do the entertainment so I can dance all night long! Thank you guys for being absolute superstars!!! :)

They really take care of you! My husband and I were so overwhelmed doing last minute wedding details and we couldn't decide on a few songs. We knew we didn't want the usual go to songs and wanted it to really fit our theme. They took the time to figure out what we liked and said they would help us choose. They made sure everything was perfect the week and day of. They were the only vendors that I did not stress about at all the week or day of our wedding! The peace of mind they give you, the quality of music, and overall niceness of them is well worth EVERY penny, plus. P.S. We also used their photo booth and it was AWESOME! They made the book look amazing and helped our guests come up with funny pictures when they couldn't think of any themselves.

The DJ is professional, attentive, and very easy to work with. One thing to look out for is remixes. Make sure you know exactly which remix/version of each song you are requesting!

First Class Entertainment is simply the best. Kevin and his team created the most amazing uplighting display and monogram which completely transformed our venue. We had a photo booth with so many great props that all of our guests repeatedly used. The music was selected to fit our crowd and everyone had a great time. In a time that can be very stressful, we enjoyed every minute and Kevin made sure of it. You will not find better than First Class Entertainment.

Kevin was our DJ on 6/17/17 and he and his team were amazing. When we first met with Kevin you could tell that he really loved his job and that he just loved "love". There is no other way to explain it, he just made us feel like he would really take care of us on our wedding day. This is why we chose him. We also decided to include the uplighting, monogram service, and photobooth on top of his DJ services. We are so happy with all of the services that Kevin/First Class Entertainment provided. Due to the monogram, uplighting and the awesome light up DJ booth that they use, our venue was transformed. It really was amazing the difference in the atmosphere, the lighting is totally worth it. People also loved the Photobooth and Julian (I believe was his name) was so very kind to everyone. People used it all night long. As for Kevin and the music, you always worry that people may not dance or get hyped up when you enter. Kevin was an amazing hype man, (and said everyone's names correctly which was great, considering we had some difficult names in our group.) We will never forget walking into the room and seeing everyone waving their napkins in the air like terrible towels! As for the music, it was awesome! People were on the dance floor and partying all night long. Kevin and Michael both checked on us at various times of the evening as well. I believe I even asked Kevin to speak to our bartenders at one point, which he did for us and is way above and beyond! Kevin was also great at getting back to us immediately when we emailed him. I was an OCD bride and Kevin had no problem with that. He met with us at our venue a few weeks before the wedding to make sure that the uplighting colors would be just how I wanted them and ran through our timeline/planning sheet with us to make sure everything would be perfect. He even helped us ask questions (to the banquet manager) we hadn't thought of when we met with at our banquet hall. Overall everyone from First Class Entertainment was fantastic. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get married, or any other type of party they may be having. If you decide to meet with them in person we guarantee you will book them because they want to take care of you, and they do! Thank you again to Kevin, Michael, Julian and Charles (who also helped through email). You guys are the best and we are so thankful that you made our wedding day a giant success. <3

There is not a single negative thing I can say about Kevin and First Class Entertainment! They DJed my sisters wedding, and when it was time to look into entertainment for our wedding, I wasn't looking anywhere else! Kevin worked closely with me to not only decide on our music selection, but we designed a monogram together, chose our uplighting shades, and one of my biggest pet peeves, making sure he had everyone's names pronounced correctly!! I highly recommend this company! You will not regret it!!

I recently got married on May 27, 2017 and had Kevin as my dj. I received so many compliments not only about the music, but also how beautiful the hall looked. I purchased the uplighting package and it completely transformed the room! I highly recommend Kevin due to professionalism and focus to detail.

DJ Cha-Che (Charles) did a great job with our wedding on the Gateway Clipper Fleet! He worked closely with us while filling out the packet for our wedding to make sure that we had everything wanted. We also did the uplighting which definitely added something special to our reception. He had a great mix of music and kept people dancing throughout the whole night. I would definitely recommend them. The only suggestion I have is make sure you communicate with the DJ whether or not the boat will be docking throughout the night, otherwise it may not be communicated to the guests. Other than that, it was fabulous! We received so many compliments and had a blast!

There's a reason it's been the best of the best for over three years! Nothing much to say besides Charles Hoffman did a wonderful job both at the reception & when we were planning our wedding. I must have changed some music around 50 times, but this company was very respectful to our wishes, and simply put, they were fantastic! It really is no hassle or worry-- everything is very easy to set up-- overall, just a very straightforward, simple process in an industry where almost NOTHING is simple. 11/10 - would definitely recommend!

Working with Charles was nothing short of amazing!! My husband and I were planning our Pittsburgh wedding from out of town and he made it so easy and stress free. He made suggestions to our song list to make sure guests of all ages had songs they liked and it was a total hit. He took the perfect amount of song requests, did a great job of keeping to our timeline, and was the perfect MC (perfect amount of announcements and keeping the flow of the night). His wife worked our photobooth and our guests had so much fun with the props (maybe too much fun!). We received a book with copies of all the photos taken from the book with notes from everyone and it was such a nice addition, especially since we didn't have a guestbook.
