We are so grateful for First Class for helping us to make our wedding day special and go so smoothly! They were right on time and since it was pouring out our driver ensured every girl was walked to and from the bus one at a time with an umbrella to make sure we didn’t get wet! They were absolutely amazing and we highly recommend!

Hiring First Class Limousine was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding! Due to odd circumstances, we ended up booking only a week in advance, but there was absolutely no problem in doing so - they didn't question anything, just took the information and ensured us everything was set for the big day. Sure enough, they arrived right on time, complete with a red carpet and a cooler full of drinks! On top of all of that, the driver was phenomenal! He helped us all into and out of the limo, which was greatly appreciated (as a bride with a big dress), he also came into the church and helped arrange my dress for my big walk down the aisle, he gave us all mints, was one of the people who opened the door for me to walk down the aisle. And THEN after the ceremony, he appeared at our elbows with cold bottles of water, which was SO appreciated, and just helped in so many other ways. I seriously can't say enough about this company. They were recommend to me by a family friend and I'm so glad they were! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and wish I had an excuse to hire them again!

First Class Limousine was so easy to work with! They worked with me to figure out the right transportation plan and even when the week of my wedding we realized we needed additional transportation which was extremely stressful they worked with my and got me a solution that worked. The drivers were punctual and extremely nice.

Communication during week of wedding was not great. Had to reach out to confirm everything. The bridal party's limo driver was AMAZING! He was very accommodating and personable. My guests, however, did not have the same experience with the shuttle driver. He did not make 2 trips on the way to my venue from the hotel and I had guests that needed to call an uber last minute because he said he would be back and did not return. He was not planning on doing 2 trips at the end of the night until it was brought to his attention that it was in my contract and that I, the bride, would be in that second trip and that me not having a ride back to the hotel was unacceptable.

We booked First Class Limo for our wedding party transportation as well as guest transportation to and from the hotel/venue for the wedding day. I highly recommend booking with them! Everyone I spoke/emailed with, were so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responded in a timely manner. The entire process of booking went smoothly. I've seen some questionable reviews from other transportation businesses, but after seeing First Class Limo's reviews, and booking with them for my wedding, I can say that 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars!! The drivers for each that were booked, were so friendly, arrived on time, and very professional. We didn't run into any issues at all. Like I've said, I know there's some transportation companies that I have seen reviews for that have not delivered, however you should not have any concerns with First Class Limo. Thank you again for helping making our wedding day amazing!!

This is a very unprofessional company. They were supposed to pick up the wedding guest (me included) starting at 2:45pm and ready to leave at 3:00pm. Instead we were waiting outside the bus (the doors were closed) past 3pm. The driver didn't give us any updates on when the bus was leaving or what was going on. We didn't arrive at the venue until literally minutes before the ceremony began. I was told that John refused to offer an explanation of why the delay happened and why there wasn't any sort of communication. After reading other reviews, apparently, this was not an isolated incident. John is known for being rude for years. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a company that will be on time and have better customer service.

First Class was incredible - polite, punctual, and even helped line up the bridal party in order. We had Dennis driving our 23-passenger shuttle bus, which transported our families and bridal party from the getting-ready location to the ceremony venue and then to the reception venue. Our officiants were late, so Dennis helped hide me in a back room in the church through a separate entrance until it was time to enter. He was equipped with water bottles, champagne, and a first aid kit in the vehicle. The wedding day was rainy and the route required going on a highway, but our driver was safe and quick. Worth every penny!

First Class Limos was the best choice for our wedding! We used the Rolls Royce, Party bus and 6 passenger limo for our day. From our initial meeting everyone at First Class was very professional and friendly. We went over the necessary details multiple times to ensure our day would run smoothly. Our drivers were such a great time engaging in conversation and making sure we had everything we needed. They even helped to fluff out my dress and fix my veil before walking down the aisle, I was truly impressed! We did a beautiful champagne toast in front of the RR provided from First Class and it even had a red carpet. The party bus was so clean and spacious with a great sound system to jam out with our bridal party. We were so happy with our choice !

First Class Limousine took care of transporting our parents to/from the hotel, ceremony, and reception on our wedding day and they did an exceptional job. It was very easy to work with their office staff to plan the itinerary and they provided reliable and professional service on the day of our wedding! Our limo service was also offered at a very reasonable price compared to other companies in the area. First Class Limousine provides excellent service at a great value! I highly recommend for transportation at your next wedding or event!

We were very pleased with First Class Limos, as we used them for our wedding transportation. The drivers were very professional and on-time. They worked with our wedding schedule and accommodated our needs. We got the party bus, after our church ceremony, and it was an absolute blast! The hotel shuttles were prompt picking up and dropping off our guests. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with their staff via email leading up to the wedding, however, the actual wedding day went very smoothly.

First class limousine did a great job at our June 4th wedding! Our party bus and shuttle were very clean and our drivers were very kind and easy to work with! They handled everything from our wedding party travel to our guest shuttle with such professionalism. We really appreciate them and thank them for doing a great job!!!

Our daughter's wedding was on May 6th, 2022. We hired a limousine, a party bus, and a shuttle bus.First Class Luxury Limos . It rained the whole day, but not one bridesmaid or groomsmen got wet! Lily and Mark went over and above the call of service. Lily, got our daughter in the church and made sure everyone was in line, and ready to go down the aisle. The brides veil, dress, and train looked spectacular! Thank you Lily and Mark for your wonderful service.

We rented the party bus, and the stretch Cadillac limousine for our wedding. Our drivers were 20 minutes early to each of our homes, and got us to our church and venue right on time! Everyone we spoke to at First Class was so nice and helpful! Will definitely use them again!

We utilized First Class Limo for our bridal party transportation for our January 2022 wedding. From beginning to end, myself, and my husband really enjoyed working with this company. Their customer service, and communication skills were incredible. During our planning process, we rescheduled our original date due to the pandemic. First Class Limo was very accommodating to meet our new date requests without any issue. On the day of the wedding, our driver Lillian was the wedding MVP! The night before, our area received well over a foot of snow, but this did not stop Lillian and the First Class team! She arrived at the groom’s, and groomsmen's location early, with plenty of time to drop them off at the church, before picking up the bride and bridesmaids on time. When Lillian got to my mother’s home to pick up myself and the bridesmaids, she was friendly and professional from the start. She carried all our girl’s bags onto the bus, and assisted me with my dress/train so it would not get wet due to the snow. At the church, Lillian went above and beyond. She helped me (the bride) off the bus, assisted with lining up the bridesmaids, and fluffed my train before I went down the aisle. She saw that we were in need of assistance, and without hesitation she helped. I really appreciated her help on the big day. Considering how icy and slick the roads were the day after the blizzard, Lillian not only got us to all our destinations safely, and on time, but also made sure other aspects outside of her role went smoothly too! I would highly recommend First Class Limo, and if you can request a driver, please request Lillian, she was amazing!

We rented a 28 passenger bus for our wedding party and First Class Limousine absolutely delivered. They were on time for both pickups, the driver was beyond professional, and the bus was clean and stocked with waters and champagne. Communication from planning to the day-of was clear and we had zero issues. Highly recommend First Class Limousine!

I’m a repeat customer and my family and I have used 1st Class for years so we’re unfortunately very disappointed in the service we received for my wedding day and may no longer be repeat customers. It's actually a bit sad seeing how wonderful everyone else was treated and we did not have that experience. The positive is we booked the 28 passenger bus which was beautiful and the driver was punctual. However, the driver did not treat us as if it was our wedding day. He picked the groom up first but didn’t even park in front of the house so the groomsmen and groom had to cross the street just to get on the bus even though there was plenty of room in front of our house. He didn’t introduce himself or even offer the groom or groomsmen assistance with bringing luggage to the bus. He then came to my house (the bride) parked in front of our house but wasn’t at the end of the driveway so was expecting the bridal party, bride, and parents to walk across the grass in heels. He then pulled the bus up to the end of the driveway once a bridesmaid began walking to the bus to ask the driver to move it. Again, he didn’t introduce himself or help us in any capacity as we were all getting onto the bus. We’re wondering if this wasn’t a typical wedding driver based on the service we received but at least we were able to get to Point A & B seamlessly

Great company to work with! The lady who handles the bookings is super friendly and was very patient when I called a few times to make little changes. The drivers were prompt and very friendly! They had champagne waiting for us in the limo as well! Highly recommend this company!

This company is awesome! The booking process is super simple. They are very helpful in organizing and creating the schedule for pick up and drop offs. I had a huge bridal party so we needed the 26 passenger party bus. It was so nice, clean and fit us perfectly. The driver was awesome! She helped at the church, brought champagne out to us and just added the perfect little touches to make our day feel more special and run smoothly. I highly recommend!!

First Class Limousine was a great company to work with. My husband and I hired them to take us back to the hotel after our wedding and they were wonderful to work with. Our driver was so friendly and made sure to help me in and out of the car along with making sure I had all of my belongings. I would highly suggest this company to all.

Thank you First Class! We hired a van to take us and our family to and from our wedding venue and hotel on June 19th. We booked with only 6 weeks to go and we’re able to accommodate our requests. Our driver was on time and so nice! He had a cooler stocked with waters (it was a hot and humid day!) And this was so appreciated! The customer service at the office was great! Extremely reasonable rates as well! Thank you again!

John and the team at First Class Limos were incredibly great to work with throughout our whole wedding process, including postponing our wedding and dealing with some last minute moving pieces. We used their Mercedes Sprinter (for the bride and bridesmaids and then the entire bridal party,) Lincoln Continental Sprinter (for the groom and groomsmen and then family members), and their 37-person bus for shuttle service for our guests and all three vehicles were clean and on time. The drivers were also extremely helpful in helping with our umbrellas when it started to rain.

There is nothing g positive I can say about this company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was very eager and “accommodating” when taking the booking for by daughter’s wedding, but when COVID hit and I needed to make changes, he wouldn’t respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I had no option but to seek help from John, a very rude and obnoxious man who answers the phones. Let’s just say, John desperately needs customer service and anger management lessons.

Ordered a shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the reception. Left 18 guests stranded plus the bride and groom. Only sent a car to carry 5 people. We had guests ordering ubers to get back. Called the next business day and were told “you got what you paid for”. Horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend ever.

Lillian was our driver for our wedding. She was more than amazing. She was extremely accommodating and made sure that our day went as smoothly as possible. She was professional and I would definitely recommend to others.

From start to finish our experience was AMAZING! With COVID throwing a wrench into all of our plans, everyone on our team (drivers and in the office) were more than helpful and amazing throughout the day! Everyone was there on time, did not mind driving my parents and in-laws back to their homes/air BNB as we paid for the time, and dropped everyone else off at hotel. The limo bus was AMAZING, clean, and both drivers were so kind. The woman who drove in the AM (not sure of her name) was FANTASTIC! She sang with us, helped me on and off limo with my dress, and was genuinely thrilled to be apart of our special day! Could not recommend them more!

Because of Covid, we had a last minute change of plans where we needed transportation to and from the venue. First Class Limousine stepped in eager and willing to help and were super reasonable. They were prompt and professional and I am very grateful we chose them to transport not only the bridal party, but the guests to our wedding!

Awesome service!!! I had a Micro wedding but still needed to transport about 20 people to a church. They were on time, professional,friendly and helpful! They even have a red carpet. They were reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend and use them again!

First Class Limousine is exactly that...First Class! My husband and were so happy we chose them for our transportation needs on the day of our wedding. We put a lot of time into choosing a company because we knew that picking the right drivers would dictate the timeline if our wedding day, which we wanted to go very smoothly...and smoothly it went. Throughout the entire day, the gentlemen that drove us made sure that we were comfortable and happy. The driver who drove our Bentley, even let us use his phone to take our first married selfie. Needless to say, we would most certainly recommend them to any newly engaged couple for all of their transportation needs!

My husband and I are so happy that we went with First Class Limo for our wedding day transportation! We went with the 20 person limo bus to bring us, parents and bridal party to the church, a park for pictures, and then to the reception venue. We couldn't believe how easy the booking process was-their customer service was wonderful and we were able to reserve our vehicle in just one call! The day of the actual wedding, the driver was the perfect gentleman, very friendly and making sure my husband, our parents and the bridal party members were all comfortable the entire day. He surprised my husband and I with a red carpet and champagne toast immediately following the ceremony, which was such a nice touch! We also appreciated how timely he was in transporting us to each place, and how clean the limo bus itself was. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Our wedding transportation could not have been any more perfect! The limo and car was on time at all locations and the drivers were out-of-this-world amazing! Pete and Anthony were so courteous, welcoming, and knew exactly what to do and how to help. They made our wedding day extra special. Pete gave me his jacket to wear outside of church before I went in as it was 30 degrees outside! They let us bring our own beverages and cooler into the limo and were so accommodating! From booking to the wedding day, the experience was great. The price was fair, the limos were beautiful, and the service was the best we have ever experienced. We rented an Infiniti QX80 18 passenger limo and a 1956 Bentley. The cars were in immaculate condition! We would recommend this company to anyone!

First class limo was so easy to work with. My husband made the arrangements and we booked a 14 passenger Lincoln MKT. The limo was immaculate and stocked with juice, water, and soda. I could not be happier with my experience with First class limousine! Everyone you speak to when booking is incredibly helpful and kind and I'm not going to lie my whole reason for writing this review is because I can't let Bart go unrecognized. HE WAS AMAZING. No exaggeration i felt like he was a long lost uncle that showed up to help out or something. He was so cool from the minute he showed up. He was cracking jokes with my father while the craziness of the girls getting ready was going on inside. Then when it came time for the ceremony he continuously asked me if i was okay and gave me a play by play of what was going on inside the chapel. The sweetest thing was as I was entering the chapel he made sure my train was perfect as i walked down the isle. We had so much fun with him the entire time to the point we all wanted him to join us at the wedding! Such an awesome guy! my bridal party still talks about him and its 3 months later. First Class was super easy to work with and affordable! The limo was on time and the driver was super nice. We used a sprinter van and it was a bit tight but comfortable (we had 10-12 people). The only MINOR issue we had was when we went to take pictures.. I had told first class we were taking pictures at the lake in spring lake, the driver asked my husband the day of where we were going and we told him again which was fine just to confirm. But he said he needed an address.. I would have thought they would have told him exactly where it was. Also he went some weird way to get there, not sure if it was his GPS or what. Either way we would absolutely use them again and recommend them!! Thanks again!

We booked a party bus for our wedding for both pre and post wedding. Marco was our driver of the day and all I can say is he went above and beyond his call of duty. He helped us play music in the back. He made sure to get the guys to the venue on time and then turn around and pick up the girls and the bride getting us to venue even early. Marco had a mirror for us to use to touch up make up as well as mints to freshen up. He rolled out a red carpet for our champagne toast when got to area for pictures. He assisted the bride on and off the bus. He even helped open the door for me to process down the isle to my husband. Marco and First Class Limousine went above what we expected. We highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making our wedding day so special and fun!

We booked a sprinter limo for our wedding party, and it was fantastic! They were on time, the driver was really nice (even holding an umbrella for the bride while it was raining), and the vehicle was super clean and beautiful inside with a well stocked assortment of soft drinks and water.

We booked the 10- passenger Lincoln Continental the car was clean and had a beautiful interior with a great light and sound system. The company was very friendly and easy to work with. But the driver Bart stole the show! He was amazing, fun and professional, when he arrived to my wife's parents house for the pick up he was very friendly and helped calm some of the parties nerves. He repeatedly helped my wife with her dresses train, he went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. He was just amazing! If we book through them again I will be asking for Bart specifically

I want to first say thank you for supporting the military and giving military discounts. Second I want to say that this five star review is for Ivan, our driver. He was amazing and great! What a real, true gentleman. He helped all the ladies into the car. He waited for us no issues when I forgot my veil... The red carpet treatment was epic. The champagne toast was also really cute and I had no idea that was going to happen. Ivan was simply put the man! Four stars for email communication with the company. I was going back and forth with Maria a bit due to pricing (we used the limo for 3-4 hours) and I do feel like she got frustrated with me, but say of everything was amazing. So thank you!

Highly recommend First Class Limo! Drivers arrived on time and promptly! Pete was our driver from ceremony to reception and he was outstanding! Very out going and professional, it was raining and he knew to have umbrellas ready! The champagne toast was a great addition! The shuttle was great, only issue was the first shuttle didn’t leave on time since there weren’t many passengers which then put the remaining shuttles behind and guests ended up missing all of cocktail hour. Granted we had many guests it still was a bummer!would definitely use this company again!

We used first Class limousine for our wedding on June 16th 2018 & we wouldn’t go to any other limo service for anything else but these guys !! They were on time. Perfessional. Supplied us with a bottle of champagne. Had a red carpet role out to take pictures, everything went smooth & they were very reasonable & easy to work with! Thank you guys !!! They are unprofessional & focus on money not customer service. Their actions resulted in everyone upset/mad, groom angry & bride in tears. MOB broke her arms before the wedding & we told them. There was no step stool to help MOB safely get on the bus, my parents provided 1. We gave a typed itinerary but 1 car left right after the ceremony so we couldn’t take pictures with family. Pete, 1 of the drivers, on his own told the bride’s parents they wouldn’t get off at the park to take pictures. During the champagne toast, Pete hit me with the cork, got champagne on me & my dress & gave a half-hearted sorry as he laughed. Then said “It is a pleasure to give the 1st toast to 2 people whose love sparked.” He didn’t know us, offended many as this wasn’t our 1st toast & made many feel uncomfortable as it was awkward. Before we left the church, Pete said that we were close on time but wouldn’t charge us for 10-15 mins. When we arrived he assertively demanded money for the overage not less than 4 times in a 10 min period despite being told 2 times we would pay. I got upset & began to cry. My family spoke to Pete asked that he apologize. He said he was sorry that I’d become upset, admitted no fault & there was no charge. We found out the FOB/MOB paid $72 & asked he not say anything to me. The limo that needed to leave, as per Pete, stayed addtl 15 mins onsite so the distress caused was unnecessary. Pete belittled our photographer/videographer in front of everyone. Everyone in the limos agreed it seemed Pete wanted to be the center of attention that day. When we booked & reviewed the bill, we realized there was an error-not charging us for 1 limo. We had a binding contract but wanted to do the right thing. We went back in, were told thank you & quickly asked for the remaining deposit. This could’ve been a golden customer service opportunity. After such subpar service while we want to do the right thing, we are hard pressed to be happy about paying more money. DO NOT USE THEM!

My husband and I had an absolute blast with our driver, Bart, from First Class Limo! He was so professional and genuinely cared about our special day. Bart helped in every possible way and showed such enthusiasm which made the experience all the better! He assisted me in and out of the party bus, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. Our party bus had an issue with the blue tooth feature/static radio- but Bart came to the rescue and fixed it without hesitation. Thank you, Bart and the crew from First Class Limo, for being apart of our day! It was the best day, ever!

First Class Limo is certainly the way to go for your wedding day transportation. The office staff was extremely helpful in creating and booking our transportation plan, they were open to any and all changes and were very accommodating. On the day of, our driver was FANTASTIC. He treated us like royalty and did an amazing job. The party bus we used was beautiful and we had such a fun time traveling on it. The champagne toast after the ceremony was such a nice touch and really helped kick start the run of the rest of the night! We were extremely happy with our choice of transportation for our wedding day!

First Class provided excellent service for our wedding in July 2018! We had checked with several other vendors, and First Class had the best vehicles for the best price. We had a bridal party limo, plus multiple party buses going between our hotel and venue, and everything went smoothly and professionally. We also used First Class to get us to and from the airport for our honeymoon and were really pleased with the service. Would highly recommend First Class for your wedding day needs!

Jen from First Class Limousine was such a pleasure to work with! She aloud is to come see the vehicles before we made a decision and she worked with us on times and prices. My favorite part of the company was Gavin our party bus driver. He was so fun, professional, and friendly. He aloud us to sing along in the bus and kept the party going the entire drive back to the hotel!

First Class Limousine was easy to work with. We booked fast... simple contract. The driver was prompt on the day of service and very helpful. Everyone was nice. Limousine was clean and fun!

Just go there. They are professionals that treat you like family. Jen helped us with booking our vehicles (a stretch Maserati limo and a shuttle for guests) for our wedding. She was just awesome to put it mildly. It felt like dealing with an old friend even though we just met. After creating a quote, Jen took us to view the vehicles. They were in immaculate condition. I’m sure that Maserati limo went to many places before we even knew it existed and it looked like it was just created. The shuttles were brand new, like “never been out for an event yet” new. Jen explained to us that the owner of this limo company doesn’t like to keep his fleet for too many years and will add his designs to all the vehicles for that matter. The vehicles here are resold to other limo companies when they retire and are picked up fast because of how prestine they are kept. My package included a red carpet treatment which meant an actual red carpet that is laid out for the bride, a champagne toast for the bride and groom, and a chance to take photos with this beautiful vehicle. Joe was our limo driver. He was so charismatic and my mom loved that he listened to her vent. He even took pictures with her, my aunt and my mother-in-law. They loved that :) He even let me ham it up with my photos before I went in the limo with my crazy poses. Gavin was our shuttle driver. He caught up with my husband and I as we were wrapping up our couples photographs and introduced himself. He was also very personable and even gave us his number for when we needed him to come closer to the doors and receive guests. This was a good while before the event even wrapped up and he wanted to be ready to assist and drop off our guests. All of these people were phenomenal and went above and beyond their duties. Cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about first class and specifically Robert!! The service was very affordable, we compared many services, and the limousine was so nice and clean! Robert was amazing, was so respectful, attentive, helped me in and out of the limo, assisted with my dress and veil throughout the day! Helped me fluf my dress and make sure it was nice and in place, helped me sit comfortably in the limo! He was so helpful but also not obtrusive in any way! We had a beautiful champagne toast after our ceremony!! My bridesmaids and I are STILL talking about Robert by name how amazing he was !!!! Wish I could give him 1000000 stars!!! The best!! If you do not go with this limo service you are making a mistake! They were perfect !

first class limousine was amazing! we used them for both our wedding transportation and our transportation the next morning to take us to the airport for our honeymoon, they not only are amazing people but they have the best price by far! the day of the wedding they helped with my train on my dress, did our champagne toast outside of the church was offered to help with anything needed! during our time crunch they also got us everywhere we needed and quickly!! i am so happy we chose them to be apart of our special day!

I would highly recommend First Class Limousine to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding or upcoming events. We used First Class for our wedding on 4/21 and everything went so smoothly. We had Marco for our Limo driver, and he was such a sweetheart. He was on time, which was amazing, and we actually got to the church ahead of schedule, so we were waiting in the limo for a few minutes. While we waited, Marco gave us waters which they supplied, and gave me a mirror to primp, and mints in case any of us needed them. Talk about prepared! When we got to our Venue after the church wedding, Marco avoided the rain puddles from the prior day, and made sure I stepped out onto dry area as to not get my dress wet. He rolled out a red carpet, and let my husband and I do a champagne toast- came out great in pictures! Thank you Marco! For the shuttle, we had Anthony. He was also amazing, and all of our guests loved him! He got everyone there on time, which we were worried about. Things went so smoothly. He dropped everyone off back at the hotel, and everyone seemed to think things went great. I was on the second round of shuttle, but apparently they had a great time on their ride back to the hotel! First Class also let us bring alcohol to their office and they stocked it in the Limo for us, and provided all the glasses and what not. Overall, everything went sooo smoothly, and this was one of the things I was worried about most! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you First Class Limousine! You guys were all great!
