First Class Limousine

great to work with. I had a 20 passenger party bus take us from the church to the venue. They didn’t give me any issues when coordinating pick ups and drop offs for the groom/groomsmen and me/bridesmaids. The bus was stocked with drinks and we were able to bring more liquor on with us or drop it off a few days in advance to make sure it was stocked for the day of.

d busses were very clean and the drivers were friendly and safe. Overall I am extremely happy and would strongly recommend them!

no problem in doing so - they didn't question anything, just took the information and ensured us everything was set for the big day. Sure enough, they arrived right on time, complete with a red carpet and a cooler full of drinks! On top of all of that, the driver was phenomenal! He helped us all into and out of the limo, which was greatly appreciated (as a bride with a big dress), he also came into the church and helped arrange my dress for my big walk down the aisle, he gave us all mints, was one of the people who opened the door for me to walk down the aisle. And THEN after the ceremony, he appeared at our elbows with cold bottles of water, which was SO appreciated, and just helped in so many other ways. I seriously can't say enough about this company. They were recommend to me by a family friend and I'm so glad they were! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and wish I had an excuse to hire them again!

l transportation which was extremely stressful they worked with my and got me a solution that worked. The drivers were punctual and extremely nice.

guests, however, did not have the same experience with the shuttle driver. He did not make 2 trips on the way to my venue from the hotel and I had guests that needed to call an uber last minute because he said he would be back and did not return. He was not planning on doing 2 trips at the end of the night until it was brought to his attention that it was in my contract and that I, the bride, would be in that second trip and that me not having a ride back to the hotel was unacceptable.

I've seen some questionable reviews from other transportation businesses, but after seeing First Class Limo's reviews, and booking with them for my wedding, I can say that 5 stars isn't enough, I'd give them 10 stars!! The drivers for each that were booked, were so friendly, arrived on time, and very professional. We didn't run into any issues at all. Like I've said, I know there's some transportation companies that I have seen reviews for that have not delivered, however you should not have any concerns with First Class Limo. e the bus (the doors were closed) past 3pm. The driver didn't give us any updates on when the bus was leaving or what was going on. We didn't arrive at the venue until literally minutes before the ceremony began. I was told that John refused to offer an explanation of why the delay happened and why there wasn't any sort of communication. After reading other reviews, apparently, this was not an isolated incident. John is known for being rude for years. Look elsewhere if you're looking for a company that will be on time and have better customer service.

Our officiants were late, so Dennis helped hide me in a back room in the church through a separate entrance until it was time to enter. He was equipped with water bottles, champagne, and a first aid kit in the vehicle. The wedding day was rainy and the route required going on a highway, but our driver was safe and quick. Worth every penny!

Our drivers were such a great time engaging in conversation and making sure we had everything we needed. They even helped to fluff out my dress and fix my veil before walking down the aisle, I was truly impressed! We did a beautiful champagne toast in front of the RR provided from First Class and it even had a red carpet. The party bus was so clean and spacious with a great sound system to jam out with our bridal party. We were so happy with our choice !

It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with their staff via email leading up to the wedding, however, the actual wedding day went very smoothly.

ny. Their customer service, and communication skills were incredible. During our planning process, we rescheduled our original date due to the pandemic. First Class Limo was very accommodating to meet our new date requests without any issue. On the day of the wedding, our driver Lillian was the wedding MVP! The night before, our area received well over a foot of snow, but this did not stop Lillian and the First Class team! She arrived at the groom’s, and groomsmen's location early, with plenty of time to drop them off at the church, before picking up the bride and bridesmaids on time. When Lillian got to my mother’s home to pick up myself and the bridesmaids, she was friendly and professional from the start. She carried all our girl’s bags onto the bus, and assisted me with my dress/train so it would not get wet due to the snow. At the church, Lillian went above and beyond. She helped me (the bride) off the bus, assisted with lining up the bridesmaids, and fluffed my train before I went down the aisle. She saw that we were in need of assistance, and without hesitation she helped. I really appreciated her help on the big day. Considering how icy and slick the roads were the day after the blizzard, Lillian not only got us to all our destinations safely, and on time, but also made sure other aspects outside of her role went smoothly too! I would highly recommend First Class Limo, and if you can request a driver, please request Lillian, she was amazing!

repeat customers. It's actually a bit sad seeing how wonderful everyone else was treated and we did not have that experience. The positive is we booked the 28 passenger bus which was beautiful and the driver was punctual. However, the driver did not treat us as if it was our wedding day. He picked the groom up first but didn’t even park in front of the house so the groomsmen and groom had to cross the street just to get on the bus even though there was plenty of room in front of our house. He didn’t introduce himself or even offer the groom or groomsmen assistance with bringing luggage to the bus. He then came to my house (the bride) parked in front of our house but wasn’t at the end of the driveway so was expecting the bridal party, bride, and parents to walk across the grass in heels. He then pulled the bus up to the end of the driveway once a bridesmaid began walking to the bus to ask the driver to move it. Again, he didn’t introduce himself or help us in any capacity as we were all getting onto the bus. We’re wondering if this wasn’t a typical wedding driver based on the service we received but at least we were able to get to Point A & B seamlessly

The drivers were also extremely helpful in helping with our umbrellas when it started to rain.

I had no option but to seek help from John, a very rude and obnoxious man who answers the phones. Let’s just say, John desperately needs customer service and anger management lessons.

The limo bus was AMAZING, clean, and both drivers were so kind. The woman who drove in the AM (not sure of her name) was FANTASTIC! She sang with us, helped me on and off limo with my dress, and was genuinely thrilled to be apart of our special day! Could not recommend them more!

Pete gave me his jacket to wear outside of church before I went in as it was 30 degrees outside! They let us bring our own beverages and cooler into the limo and were so accommodating! From booking to the wedding day, the experience was great. The price was fair, the limos were beautiful, and the service was the best we have ever experienced. We rented an Infiniti QX80 18 passenger limo and a 1956 Bentley. The cars were in immaculate condition! We would recommend this company to anyone!

writing this review is because I can't let Bart go unrecognized. HE WAS AMAZING. No exaggeration i felt like he was a long lost uncle that showed up to help out or something. He was so cool from the minute he showed up. He was cracking jokes with my father while the craziness of the girls getting ready was going on inside. Then when it came time for the ceremony he continuously asked me if i was okay and gave me a play by play of what was going on inside the chapel. The sweetest thing was as I was entering the chapel he made sure my train was perfect as i walked down the isle. We had so much fun with him the entire time to the point we all wanted him to join us at the wedding! Such an awesome guy! my bridal party still talks about him and its 3 months later. I had told first class we were taking pictures at the lake in spring lake, the driver asked my husband the day of where we were going and we told him again which was fine just to confirm. But he said he needed an address.. I would have thought they would have told him exactly where it was. Also he went some weird way to get there, not sure if it was his GPS or what. Either way we would absolutely use them again and recommend them!! Thanks again!

Marco had a mirror for us to use to touch up make up as well as mints to freshen up. He rolled out a red carpet for our champagne toast when got to area for pictures. He assisted the bride on and off the bus. He even helped open the door for me to process down the isle to my husband. Marco and First Class Limousine went above what we expected. He was amazing, fun and professional, when he arrived to my wife's parents house for the pick up he was very friendly and helped calm some of the parties nerves. He repeatedly helped my wife with her dresses train, he went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. He was just amazing! If we book through them again I will be asking for Bart specifically

great! What a real, true gentleman. He helped all the ladies into the car. He waited for us no issues when I forgot my veil... The red carpet treatment was epic. The champagne toast was also really cute and I had no idea that was going to happen. Ivan was simply put the man! Four stars for email communication with the company. I was going back and forth with Maria a bit due to pricing (we used the limo for 3-4 hours) and I do feel like she got frustrated with me, but say of everything was amazing. So thank you!

The shuttle was great, only issue was the first shuttle didn’t leave on time since there weren’t many passengers which then put the remaining shuttles behind and guests ended up missing all of cocktail hour. Granted we had many guests it still was a bummer!would definitely use this company again!
