I am so happy we chose First Class Travel to help us plan our Jamaican honeymoon. Never being to the Caribbean before, we had no idea where to start. The company helped us with everything from narrowing down which destination to go to, to the flights, transportation, and everything in between. We loved that First Class Travel even set us up with private transportation to the resorts and back to the airport! I will absolutely be using First Class Travel in the future for all of my trips.

Selena and her staff were extremely helpful in planning our destination wedding in Punta Cana. They secured information for our chosing which resort to pick (site unseen), secured our date and requests and kept in contact the resort regarding our guest bookings and needs. They arranged timely-payments and even helped with some of our non-english, speaking guests as well as information regarding day-passes for some guests that were local to the DR. They planned transfers to and from the airport to the resort for our group of 56 people. They definitely have a niche for that type of event/vacation planning and PATIENCE! Their dealing with our large group allowed us to focus on the wedding details. When we were frustrated with the communication at the resort (which is typical), they contacted them and arranged for us to have zoom meetings with the resort directly. Absolutely loved working with Selena and Stephanie! After having to switch up our honeymoon plans a few times due to Covid we finally settled on Los Cabo, Mexico and Selena helped us through the whole process! Selena planned our honeymoon in Italy and, quite impressively, she was able to do it with just over three weeks notice! It was a magical, two-week long adventure from Venice in northern Italy, to Rome and even further south to Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi and the beautiful island of Sicily. We stayed in beautiful and historic hotels and were provided guides and drivers at each location to help us make our way. The guides were informative and kind and we learned SO much from their stories. If it wasn’t for the guides, we wouldn’t have found so many hidden gems throughout our trip! We began our journey in Venice. This was probably the coolest city to start our trip! After landing at the airport and navigating to the exit, we had a guide meet us and we did not have to question where or what to do! We immediately hopped on a cute little water taxi and rode through the sea over to the main island and our surroundings were stunning! When we were dropped off, we roamed the gorgeous streets and alleys of the city, shopped, and of course ate amazing food. Our first morning waking up in Venice was directly out of a Disney movie! Our hotel was adjacent to a waterway where Gondolas would pass through and we woke up to the Gondoliers singing as they prepared for the day. I couldn’t believe it. Later that day, we had our Gondola ride which was so calming and romantic. We spent the rest of our time getting lost along the seaside piers, eating tons of gelato & cannolis, and experiencing the historic surroundings like St. Mark’s Square and the Basilica! Our favorite experience was a cooking class we attended in Sorrento with the one and only Chef Tony. We were paired with another couple on their honeymoon as well and together we made the most WONDERFUL homemade pasta, meatballs and tiramisu! It was a cultural experience we won’t soon forget and we’re grateful to be able to take home a traditional, homemade Italian meal with us. Our final experience was Palermo on the island of Sicily. It was quite possibly our favorite place aside from Venice. Our tour guide through Palermo was what really made this stop such a memorable one. She taught us so much about the Sicilian culture and the similarities and differences between mainland Italians. We never would have learned this sort of thing just touring the city ourselves. She was funny and entertaining and even came prepared (with a scarf) when I didn’t realize that I would need to have my shoulders covered for the tour of Monreale! Palermo was such a cool city to explore with so many different stores, foods (Arancini!) and historical events to learn about. We also walked through the gorgeous gardens and learned about the history of the four corners in the main square! It was pure fun. We couldn’t imagine going on this trip without Selena organizing and setting us up with such amazing tour guides. Our trip was educational, adventurous, magical and romantic. Of course, there are always minor things to quibble about when traveling but none of that is the fault of Selena or First Class Travel - mostly just miserable airport workers! Considering how little time we provided Selena and how quickly she was able to book everything, we couldn’t have been more impressed and thankful. We highly recommend Selena and First Class Travel. We most certainly will be using them to book in the future!

The best choice we made in wedding planning was getting Selena and First Class Travel to make our honeymoon the best it could be. We started working with her about a year ahead and she was great at understanding how we wanted to travel and our budget. We planned a 3 week Thailand trip and it was awesome. Selena was able to make us a great itinerary, help avoid the headache of planning, and then once we got there everything was taken care of. I already can't wait to work with them again for our next trip.

Kathy and Kristen at First Class Travel did an amazing job coordinating our destination wedding to Montego Bay for 50 guests. All of our questions were responded to quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable about the resort we were traveling to and made sure to stay on top of all our guests so that they met all deadlines. We even got a refund on our flights for booking a large group through them. Highly recommend First Class travel to others looking for someone to help them plan a large group trip.

We had our wedding on October 22, 2022. We utilize the beach for our ceremony and cocktail hour and there’s sky terrace for the reception. I will start by saying the resort is beautiful and so clean I have never seen a resort cleaner than this one. The staff was extremely nice and really helped you with whatever you need. There are a lot of weddings at this resort. The day of my wedding they had three other weddings going on that day so at times I do think they bite off more than they can chew mainly because of few wedding staff. We use the spa for hair and make up I had eight other girls get their hair and make up done and we all loved it. I purchased a bridal suite package but the main bridal suite was not available that day so I received a back up one. There were some hiccups in this bridal suite back up so I would advise not to book the bridal suite unless you have a main one but I could not speak highly enough about the hair and make up stylists. Other than that everything was perfect and the wedding was so much fun. It was warm on the beach during the ceremony but you could expect that I think anytime of the year. we lucked out that it did not rain since it was hurricane season so we are happy about that. I absolutely loved the sky terrace for the reception it was beautiful and we had it at sunset which made it even better. The food was good and we hired an outside DJ - DJ Makuto - which I highly recommend. Overall I would give this venue a 8 out of 10.

They’re a great travel agent company they give you great ideas and keep you posted in case you’re traveling to a location that gets hit bad during hurricane season they let us know what the weather condition was In Puerto Rico before we even left for our honeymoon

Since the first interaction we had with Selena over Zoom we felt she was a great match for us. We could tell she was invested in giving her clients what they wanted out of their honeymoon. She took her time to speak with us and made us feel comfortable. Selena sent many options and when we did not like something she quickly found something that we would love.
