We hired Fisher Bus for our bridal party and wedding guest transportation for our wedding in Newport RI on 7/28/24. Jessica was extremely professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish! She created the transportation schedule for four busses to pick up 200 guests and have them arrive to our venue on time. As a bride who did not hire a wedding planner, seeing the busses arrive on time without issue, was such a relief! We used Fisher Bus for our wedding in Mattapoisett this past summer and they were truly wonderful and easy to work with throughout the planning process and absolutely delivered with seamless and reliable transportation for us and our guests on the big day! We worked with Beth in the office to coordinate the timing and scheduling of the buses and she was very responsive and organized throughout. Our transportation schedule was somewhat complex in that we had two separate hotels where the buses would be picking up guests, as well as an AirBnB where the bridal party was, all in addition to a separate first look spot than the actual wedding venue. While this might throw some wedding transportation vendors for a loop, the drivers, Darrell and Chris, were unfazed, punctual and professional throughout the entire day. We are so happy we had the chance to work with Fisher and would absolutely recommend using them for your wedding transportation!!!

Fisher did an amazing job. They were very responsive and helpful in figuring out the schedule. They were on time and stuck to the schedule. The Trolleys for the wedding party didn’t have air conditioning, but other than that everything was great.

We used Fisher for a coach bus & trolley for our wedding in Oct '22! The trolley driver we had was very friendly and prompt. Fisher was easy to get in touch with leading up to our big day. The reason we did not give 5 stars is that we paid for a 35 person white trolley in our contract, and a 20 person red & green trolley showed up. Luckily we did not end up needing the extra room. We did not hear from the company after sending this feedback. Despite the hiccup, our guests were transported safely and on time!

We were looking for a more inexpensive way to transport our guests and bridal party from our hotel to the venue. Fisher gave me a great price on a school bus, they were straight forward, and easy to work with. Our driver Eurico was on time, patient, and friendly. I’m very glad we went with Fisher Charter Services and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I used this transportation company on the day of my wedding and I have to say, not only were they responsive and professional in all of my emails but everything ran so smoothly and timely that I never had to worry about my guests day of! Our bus driver, Dave, was so kind helping everyone on and off the bus and ensuring our safety. I would highly recommend if you're looking for reasonably prices and reliable transportation services!

Fisher bus exceeded our wedding day expectations for our guest busses and bridal party van- the drivers were friendly, flexible, punctual and amazing! The bridal party rides to our wedding went smoothly leaving us with one less thing to worry about on our big day. Our guests raved about the easy rides to and from our venue as well as the jamming music to keep the party going on the way back to our hotel!

Not only was Fisher the best price around - but they had so many options for wedding day transportation! We went with a trolley and our guests raved about the convenience. We wanted a small ceremony and large reception and Fisher worked with us to design a schedule with multiple trips. It was great for us that gratuity was included so we had one less thing to worry about the day of the wedding. When our final guests were leaving, our driver Nestor even rang the bell for the most special send off.

We rented a white trolley for our bridal party and two coach buses for our guests from Fisher and were very satisfied with their service. The trolley was really cute and looked great in photos, and we had no driving or timing issues despite asking the driver to make multiple different pickups and drop offs to get the bridal party from different locations to our first look location then our venue. Our guests had no complaints about the transportation from the hotels we had blocked to our venue and back, and everyone was on time. Communication and planning with Beth leading up to the event were easy and they accommodated several changes in our locations and times after having to postpone our wedding from 2020 with no issue.

We recently ordered a school bus to transport our guests from their hotel to our wedding venue and were not disappointed! The driver arrived on time and dropped everyone off at the venue at the time that was promised. The bus also showed up right on time after the ceremony to drop everyone back off at their hotel. My father in-law booked the Fisher Bus Inc. to provide transportation from Westport, MA to our rehearsal dinner in Bristol, RI for our 25 guests. In my opinion, transportation was the most difficult part of wedding planning. However, Fisher Bus made it easy! First off, they are way more affordable than all of the many options that I looked at, and they didn’t tell me not to use school buses in summer (like a few other companies told me)! Angel was especially helpful throughout my wedding process. I used two school buses, one for guests and one for the wedding party at the start, and then used both buses to transport guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. I was able to made slight changes to the detailed itinerary, and Fisher updated the invoices each time. They also sent the two bus driver’s names and phone numbers the week of the wedding. The buses arrived on time to all locations. Transportation was flawless! I’m so glad I went with Fisher Bus! Affordable and reliable.

While I never got to meet the driver for our wedding, I heard from multiple people how nice he was. It occurred to me the DAY before the wedding that I hadn't confirmed a driver. Fisher Bus Inc is such an excellent company! They are very reliable and have such friendly staff. We chose to rent the 11 passenger luxury van to shuttle myself and my bridesmaids to the wedding instead of a limo. They are much more affordable than any limo company I found and they had much better service! Bob was probably the best driver I could have asked for! He arrived early and waited patiently while we finished taking the before- photos. He greeted us with the biggest smile and had such a great personality. He is very familiar with the area and found our venues with ease. I would highly recommend Fisher Bus Inc for any of your transportation needs! There was so much stress taken away knowing that I had chosen such a great company to get me to my wedding!

I loved working with Fisher Bus Inc. They were very helpful and actually pointed something out with our bus itinerary which ended up saving us some money. The buses showed up on time. While I was not on the buses I know the buses showed up on time and everyone got to where they needed to be. It was a large fear of mine that the buses would be late and my ceremony would begin late. The correspondence leading up to the day was prompt and helpful. Their pricing was very fair too!

We looked long and hard for an affordable transportation company and were so glad that we found Fisher Bus. We we were able to rent a school bus for 8 hours for a very reasonable price, and Fisher was able to accommodate a number of changes in the timing of the trips to and from the venue and hotel. The bus was clean and the driver was very friendly. We were able to make multiple trips from the hotel to the venue at the beginning of the day, and then from the venue back to the hotel at night without any issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to provide transportation to guests!

We found Fisher Bus the place to have more realistic pricing. Our driver got our guests to and from the hotel to our wedding reception. Only thing was for the last bus, the driver was antsy saying he had to leave. We paid for 8 hours, since that's the minimum, and we weren't even close to the 8 hour mark. So not sure what the rush was. Otherwise it was good. Bus was clean, and the driver knew where the destinations were with no mix ups. We would recommend them to anyone who is in need of transportation for guests.

After getting four quotes from various transportation companies in Newport, RI, I was found Fisher Bus Inc. From the very beginning the folks at Fisher Bus service were professional and responsive. They beat the other quotes I received by at least 25%. The day of the wedding all three buses and the trolley arrived on time and clean with very friendly drivers. Everyone was happy with the service and the transportation all went off without a problem. I would highly recommend Fisher Bus Inc to anyone looking for an economical yet professional transportation company.

We rented 2 luxury buses in Newport to take our guests to and from our wedding. The buses were perfectly on time and beautiful. They also provided us the driver's info a week before our event, which was great. I worked with Jess and she was super responsive and very helpful working out our schedule! Thanks!

My experience with Fisher was less than stellar. We booked a coach shuttle and a school bus for our wedding in Providence in October. The coach shuttle for the wedding party was great. Arrived on time, driver was excellent and it was exactly what we wanted/needed. The school bus on the other hand was a failure. We booked the school bus to shuttle guests between our hotel and the reception location (about a 10-15 minute ride with traffic - both in Providence). The first shuttle arrived at the hotel on time at 5:15 and left for the reception. However, after dropping guests off at the reception (no later than 5:30). However, it did not return to the hotel until around 6:15, causing guests waiting for it to be late for the reception. Some waited for more than 30 minutes at the hotel and then took cabs. We called the bus company during our wedding (exactly what we wanted to be doing) to make sure there were not going to be any issues on the way back to the hotel. The owner called and texted us and confirmed we were all set and that he spoke to the driver. He was very nice and we felt like everything was handled. Then at the end of the night there were supposed to be two trips with the bus to take people back to the hotel. The first trip left with 4 people on it, causing the second bus to be overloaded. At first the driver tried to leave on the second trip with the bus half full, leaving about 20 people to be waiting in the cold for her to come back. After talking to her, and after about 20 minutes of waiting outside the bus, the rest of the guests were allowed on. Several times after this I have tried to follow up with the owner who we spoke with the night of the event (he gave us his cell phone number) and have received no response. From my experience, I would not recommend Fisher Bus to anyone. For the school bus, we paid over $1,000 for four trips. From shopping around this was a reasonable price. But in the end we actually got 2 trips and those were a hassle. So we got 50% of the service we paid for. This coupled with the company not returning any calls is inexcusable. If you need a bus for an event, go elsewhere.

Fisher was great to work with! We rented the white trolley and it looked awesome! Our driver Steve was great and even made an unplanned stop along the way to the reception. He was on time and courteous and the trolley was clean and looked great! They were responsive with emails and affordable. We loved our trolley and experience with Fisher Bus Co.

Our hotel referred us to Fisher Bus inc. and we could not be more satisfied. We booked the school bus about 10 months in advance and had to make multiple changes to the contract which were all handled with ease via email. The bus was on time (early even!) at our hotel in South Kingstown, RI and arrived on time to our venue in Narragansett, RI. We had two trips back to the hotel and the bus waited a few extra minutes while we corralled our guests! The driver was amazing, the bus was clean, everything was on time, and it didn't break the bank! We highly recommend using Fisher for wedding transportation needs!

Fisher Bus was a great choice to use for our September 2015 wedding! The price was one of the best we came across in our search for transportation. We chose to go with a yellow school bus to help us cut back on the cost and it worked out perfectly! The bus was on time and the company was very clear and flexible with the communication process during wedding planning. I was a bit hesitant to use a yellow school bus rather than a charter bus, but it was in good condition, clean, and got our guests to where they needed to go! I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for reliable, affordable transportation.

Fisher Bus provided a motor coach for our wedding. It transported guests from our hotel in Saunderstown, RI to the ceremony and reception in Newport, RI then back to the hotel (two trips) at the end of the night. The price was reasonable compared to many other transportation companies and Mike and his staff were very accommodating in making changes to our contract as far as timelines and what type of bus we decided on. Mike was also helpful in making suggestions for companies to contact when we decided (rather last minute) to hire a limo company. The one issue we with our experience with Fisher Bus, Co. was that the driver got lost getting to our destination, the Newport Naval Base, despite the addresses being on the itinerary/contract.. Thankfully, there was one guest on the bus who knew where they were supposed to be going and (after getting frustrated enough to speak up) was able to direct the driver to the destination. Guests made it to the Chapel <10 minutes before the ceremony was to start. Overall, this company was dependable, responsive to emails initiated by the customer, and did what they were hired to do - transport our guests safely from place-to-place.

The prices were great. The buses themselves were fine. The drivers were very good. But to be honest, the communication leading up to the wedding day was severely lacking- not very timely anyways while trying to plan. Service the day of was very good though, prompt.

Fisher Bus Inc. did an AMAZING JOB for my wedding. I found Fisher Bus online and contacted them after reading all of their great reviews. I dealt with Mike who was extremely helpful in determining what I needed. He was SO responsive, nice AND patient with me after I changed our day of timings a million times. He even talked me through his ideas for timings for the drop offs and pick ups. We rented a school bus to pick up our bridal party from the church to drop off at the reception and the bus even went to the hotel to pick up guests to bring them to the reception and the bus stayed at the venue and brought everyone back to the hotel. Carlos was our driver and was SO FRIENDLY!!! He was at the church EARLY and extremely professional. At the end of the night, I was late in getting on the bus and he was SO nice about it (THANK YOU CARLOS)! The buses were IMMACULATE too. On top of it all, their prices are EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! I highly recommend Fisher Bus to any bride!

We used Fisher Bus to transport our guests throughout the day. We had originally booked a school bus but with temps in the 90s we called Mike and he was able to get us a coach bus the day before the wedding!! The driver was great too!

We rented a shuttle bus for wedding on Cape Cod, and Fisher Bus went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Our bus arrived early and the driver was a pleasure. She was very flexible and did a great job navigating the tight streets of Falmouth, MA. They were easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Fisher Bus was WONDERFUL! They offer great service at a big discount to other vendors. It's much more of a family run business and everyone was so nice and easy to work with. They coordinated multiple pick up spots and were on time for everything. Also, our driver was just wonderful and very professional. Book Fisher Bus for your wedding! One thing to note, we had a misunderstanding on pricing (everything was worked out) so just make sure you get things in writing to avoid any complications later. Overall they are 5 stars for service AND value!
