I think having a taco food truck was my second favorite part of our wedding.
We looked forward to this for months and when the day finally came and we were finally married - I couldn’t WAIT to stuff my face!
Everyone raved about how delicious the tacos were and everyone loved the chips and salsa bar during cocktail hour.
The gentlemen that worked with us were EXTREMELY professional and went above and beyond what was asked of them.
I’d recommend these tacos to anyone and I honestly can’t wait to have more.

Fistful of Tacos recently catered my wedding, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, exactly how you'd hope for a special day. They arrived fully prepared, and the food was a hit with all of our guests. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so memorable! I highly recommend this caterer to anyone.

Absolutely AMAZING. My husband and I had FOT booked for our wedding last month, and if we would do it all over again, it would definitely be FOT again and again. From the elote to the variety of taco options, you can't go wrong. The staff that worked for us were fantastic, light clean up was included. These guys are worth the $$$!!! If you're on the fence, go to a wedding tasting and see what you think!

We hired Fistful of Tacos for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect!!! Everyone enjoyed the food, the staff was so nice and professional, and the price was affordable compared to other wedding food vendors. Would highly recommend!!!

Fistful of Tacos makes really delicious tacos, and provides very pleasant servers! My husband and I had been to a small wedding where Fistful catered, and was very impressed. We met with them and got a quote, which was right within our price range. Brenda was enthusiastic and helped us make sure we had a menu we loved. However, if you have a big wedding (ours was at 180 guests) make sure they will have six servers and two buffet lines. Our coordinator and our DJ made this recommendation to us because the line can go slow, and no one wants their guests to hangry or get too drunk too fast. Sure, a nacho bar helps, but people want to eat after sitting through a ceremony, and waiting for family pictures to wrap up during cocktail hour. We did request this, and it was the one thing Fistful failed us on. Our Day of Coordinator ended up on the serving line to get our guests fed and keep the meticulous schedule we had made.

As soon as we sat down for our tasting at Fistful of Tacos I knew I wanted them to cater our wedding. All staff were so warm and inviting. They sat down with us and did several phone call meetings to ensure we had all the food, setup, decor etc that we wanted and they were very flexible with any changes. My guests loved the food, especially the nacho bar for cocktail hour. We are so excited to go back to their restaurant again!

The food was amazing, the employees who were there doing the buffet style were kind and attentive. Setting up the catering for the wedding day itself was smooth and they were very responsive. We had no trouble with them! I love Fist full of Tacos!

When I did my tasting with them I knew I didn’t have to look any further-i hired them on the spot. The food was amazing and my guests keep telling me how great the food was at the wedding! I love that it’s a small business also! I would highly recommend using them for your wedding!!

We had Fistful of Tacos do a food truck for our wedding in Etown and they were amazing. They were easy to plan with and showed up on time. The team that was working was so professional and polite. Then made sure to not make any setup noise while our ceremony was going and they bussed all my thrifted plates that I needed to take home which saved us so much effort. And everyone complimented the food - it was great! I would hire Fistful for any events in the future!

We were so glad we picked Fistful of Tacos to cater our rehearsal dinner. The food was delivered and set up on time and everyone enjoyed delicious, hot food. The food was fresh, served just like it is in the restaurant. They are reasonably priced for the high-quality spread they offer. I highly recommend them for any kind of catering event.

Amazing is the only way to describe this place. First the food is great, we were complimented by everyone at the reception. Second they make things very easy and my venue particularly had an odd set up for the food with the amount of guests we had but they made it all work out and it was flawless. Third the staff, wow super nice, friendly, and very professional!! In addition to all this I have a gluten allergy and they completely accommodated. Can’t say enough, my thanks to Fistful!!!

Dereck and his staff came all the way to Alabama from Indiana to cater our wedding. They were very professional and took care of EVERYTHING! It was so nice to have one less thing to worry about on our big day. We had tacos, nachos, rice bowls, and all of the fixings! Our guests were still talking about how delicious all of the food was weeks later! Everything was so fresh! I can not speak highly enough of Dereck and his food. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
