First of all, our driver for our wedding shuttle was PHENOMENAL – super kind, warm, and friendly. Our biggest complaint was that the first shuttle bus didn’t have working a/c and so the first group of guests they brought to the venue didn’t have a/c on a pretty hot day, and the second group of guests was late (pushing back our ceremony start time) because they switched buses between those two runs. I’m torn on how to review this because on the one hand, I’m glad they gave us a new bus and I appreciated that the driver came up to me personally at the wedding when they came for the first pick up time to apologize. I get that sometimes stuff breaks and there’s not much you can do about unfortunate timing. On the other hand, it’s a little frustrating that this wasn’t caught BEFORE the first pick up of guests, and if they were going to delay the ceremony by switching buses anyway, I wish they had just done it before the first run so everyone had working a/c. But ultimately, they were flexible, got our guests to and from the venue safely, and again, I did really like our driver.

Is there a way to leave 0 stars? I hired Fitz Limo for my transportation for my mini wedding this past weekend. After several confirmations, they never showed up, leaving me and the attendees of my wedding without a ride standing in the cold. No one was in the office when we called. Now that they are aware of the problem, there is zero sense of urgency, no apologies. Truly the most disrespect I have ever received from a business in my life. If you want to trust that your ride will show up, don’t hire them.

Absolutely great for prices and flexible for time changes as we got closer to the wedding date and firmed up the timeline. They got us to the right place on time. The limo driver, however, seemed pretty miserable. He drove the girls to the wedding venue first. The first thing he said to us when we came out of the hotel was to question the address we had given him for the wedding venue and argue that it was the wrong place. We assured him it was correct and one of my bridesmaids sat close to the front to point him the right way. He seemed like he didn't care to listen to her at all as he blew past the turn (though could have been because he wanted more room, but he just completely ignored her). He pulled into the driveway, which admittedly was narrow, and I didn't know that beforehand. But we said he didn't have to go all the way in if he didn't want to and we could walk. He then complained about how he was going to get out. I offered to ask my florist to move their vehicle, but he just ignored me. I walked away at that point. He went back to pick up my husband and the groomsmen, and they had a completely different experience than us girls with no complaints. Not sure why it was like that for us.

We were so pleased with the service and price FitzGerald Brothers limo offered us. They provided a 31 seat shuttle from our Venue (Belhurst Castle) to the Ramada in Geneva. They ran the shuttle all evening, despite the insane snowstorm that began around noon. The driver was professional and courteous, called to verify plans the day before and followed our plans perfectly. The service had to be cut short 15 minutes because the roads were so bad, but they delayed the last shuttle in order to give our guests the time to say goodnight and enjoy their last drinks! We were so happy our guests didn’t need to venture out in the storm or after having enjoyed their night. We would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

Terrible company DO NOT USE!!! I recently had my wedding at Glenora and booked Fitzgerald Brothers as a shuttle for my guests to a nearby hotel. We had a written contract with multiple pick up times an hour apart after the reception so guests could enjoy a post-wedding bonfire. We communicated the times of the pickups to all our guests so they could catch a shuttle as they pleased. The bus driver did the first pick up of the night but never returned for the rest of the guests!!! I called the driver 5 times and left a voicemail but never got an answer. Finally, my sister called from another number and got ahold of the driver who said she had gone home for the night after the first pick up. She said she could come back for the remaining guests but it would take 45 minute. At that point our guests had already been stranding at the reception site for 2 hours. The Monday after the wedding we contacted the office to explain the situation and they were terribly rude to us. They continually said they would call us back but did not. They have not offered us any compensation for the event. I will never use them again!!!

He was extremely accommodating to my parents and I on our way to my wedding. Very much a gentleman and let us use his personal phone when ours were out of service for an emergency! Amazing!

We used Fitzgerald to drive around our wedding party during our wedding day and everything was great! Our driver was very friendly and accommodating. He was on-time, looked and acted very professionally, and was always available when we needed him. He drove us to several locations to take our wedding pictures and hung around to be there whenever we needed him/ to access the limo bus.

We hired two buses from FitzGerald Limo for our wedding in September, it was a disaster. After giving them detailed instructions, neither driver could find their way from The Inn on the Lake to the Methodist church on Main Street in Canandaigua. It's a seven block distance. Our relatives and bridal party had to tell them where to go. While the bridal party was having pictures taken at the church, their driver blocked the guest bus from transporting our guests to the reception. They sat for 20 minutes in the church parking lot. He was asked to move twice, but refused. Then going to Sonnenberg for the reception the guest bus driver refused to go through Sonnenberg's main gate, she told our passengers they would have to get out and walk. It was a 90 degree day, and a very long walk to the tent. The bridal bus did go through the main gate because my mom told him he had to. He was not happy. Had FitzGerald Limo taken a ride within a 4 mile radius prior to the day of our wedding this could have all been avoided. We hired this company 7 months before our wedding, made 3 trips to their bus garage, and paid in cash. Customer service is the worst. We have sent emails and called numerous times since our wedding. The owner has yet to contact us. I would never recommend this company for a wedding. So unreliable and very unprofessional!

We used FitzGerald Bros. to go on a wine tour with our guests the day before our wedding. It was easy enough to book and the price was reasonable. I had a bit of a rocky start while figuring out our schedule and finalizing things - I got an email saying "here's a suggested schedule" after I had already emailed them a finalized schedule, which was apparently lost? - but they were very professional and confirmed things multiple times leading up to the date. Our driver was very professional, and a total hoot! He was so nice and brought bottles of water for us to drink. The guests loved him and he tolerated our more rowdy guests just fine! I would book them again in a heartbeat.

We used Fitzgerald Brothers for a getaway car at the end of the night. Our driver was so helpful loading things into the car, he was very respectful and courteous. We also used one of their party buses for my bachelorette party and had similar music issues as one of the previous reviewers. My sister made a complete playlist but their was no way to play it because the driver didn't know the password for the Bluetooth and there was no other way to plug the music in.

From my initial conversation with the sales team to our AMAZING bus driver Kevin , Fitzgerald Bros Limos were amazing! We had about 30 of us transported from Keuka Lake to a wedding/bar in between and then to reception!!thank You Keven for making our trip amazing!

We had our guests arrive at the Woodcliff Hotel and asked Fitzgeralds to transport our guests to Burgundy Basin. First, the bus got to the bridge over the Erie Canal and realized they were overweight, so they had to turn around and try a longer alternate route. This could have been planned in advance, as I booked 8 months ahead. THEN, they promised in the original quote that for weddings, complimentary champagne and roll-out red carpet are provided. They did not have either, and when I asked about it, the driver said he knew nothing about that. I emailed the company and never heard back from them. Finally, on the way home, my guests were singing "Bohemian Rhapsody" a cappella all together, and the bus driver turned up his radio music. I thought that was rude. At the end of the day, we got to and from our destination, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. * EDIT * The company has since contacted me, and has purchased and employed electronic Logging devices with routing software that takes that guess work out of the hands of the drivers and moves it to dispatch where they can better manage those types of situations ahead of time. The driver is also no longer with the company. The champagne was supposed to be for bridal parties only, and this was coded as wedding transportation - so though I expected it, I wasn't actually supposed to receive it (it was not originally answered when I sent a question). I appreciate that the company took time to respond to my review.

I unfortunately relied on Fitzgerald Brothers to provide guest shuttle and party bus service for my recent wedding in the Finger Lakes. The problems began as soon as the party bus arrived to pick up the bridal party, when prior to even introducing himself and welcoming the guests, the driver immediately asked the groom about payment for the additional 2 hours the bus would be rented. The troubles continued after the wedding, when the bridal party re-boarded the bus and requested music to be played during the return trip. In a rude and aggravated tone, the driver responded saying “you should have asked me for music earlier, it’s too late now”- claiming that it was too late to play music because it was too dark and he couldn’t see the buttons to turn on the music. So we used our phones to provide light for him and he was still unable to find the buttons and we drove the rest of the way in silence. Considering that this was for a wedding, a significant amount of money was paid for these services, and the fact that it is called a PARTY bus, this was totally unacceptable to me. The problems only continued when the driver dropped off the bridal party at their final destination at 3:30am, only to discover that he was off by over 10 houses and we were forced to walk back on our own in the middle of the night. In my experience, as well as the other reviewers, this limo company is only money hungry and their drivers lack any form of professionalism or politeness. BEWARE OF FITZGERALD BROTHERS LIMO SERVICES!

We used Fitzgerald Bros for transportation for our wedding party in October 2016. Our driver, Nick, was great. He was ready to go when we were, and didn't seem to mind that he had to sit around a bit for us to finish up some photos before heading out. Also seemed up for any possible itinerary changes due to the wet weather. He navigated the twisty and wet roads well, getting us to a couple of photo stops on our way to the reception. Everything went smoothly!

I was also on the same Limo ride to the Bills vs Jets game. And i would like it to be known that Mike (the owner) did rectified the problems that we had with the driver with a refund! He also let me know that he is now the one handling any calls to the company rather it is a complaint or compliment. He was NOT happy with the way I was treated with my first phone call to the company. He was also not happy with the way our ride turned out. He also informed me that the driver we had will NOT be doing any night time runs. I totaly believed him when he was telling me this. Mike was very sincere and said he was sorry that we had a bad experience with his limo company. The limo was very nice, we just had a bad driver. And Mike is making sure that this never happens to anyone again!! Thanks again Mike!

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY. So we got a Limo for the Bills game vs the Jets. He was supposed to be there by 345pm, and did not arrive till about 4:10pm. We did not get to the Ralph till about 7:30pm-7:45pm. We had so much food go to wast since we could not tailgate. We asked him what are you going to do when we are at the game? "I will probably have a few drinks." We laughed it off. When we were leaving we had to tell him to take a right out of the parking lot. He took a left! Around 1:30-2:00 am we were on the NYS Thruway between Bativa and Rochester heading east. We were all dozing off and then we were all thrown from our seats as the bus was sweriving out of control. He was going back and forth. We all screamed for him yelling heyyyy and whatever we could do to get his attention. One of the 14 souls on board jumped up and ran to the front of the Limo and almost had to jump through the divider he goes what do you want me to do stop? His excuse was the road was winding. Now whoever has been on the thruway knows this is not a windy road. He was DEAD ASLEEP!!!!!!!! The company called us liars pretty much and is not wanting to do anything! PASS THE WORD AND DO NOT USE THE COMPANY that is if you want to live to talk about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used Fitzgerald Brothers to transport our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue in a coach bus. They were easy to work with, very prompt, and everything went smoothly!

Really accommodating!

For our wedding we decided to get a huge bus to take us all the our reception site after the ceremony. It was a 35 person bus on which we brought champagne and beer. The driver was great, very accommodating and patient. He waited the whole time at he reception and took everyone back home at the end of the night. The whole experience was pleasant and really fun. I highly recommend!!!

We used the white and gold trolley as our wedding party vehicle. I saw a friend do this and thought it was such a fun and different idea. The colors are somewhat bridal, its something different, the inside is very spacious and easy to get in and out of. It has a CD player which we played a mix in on our way to the reception, lots of coolers and spots for ice and has glasses. They decorated the trolley with balloons after the wedding. The drive was great and tried to assist with a wedding dress stain crisis. Very sweet. While I never saw the inside of the guest shuttle in person, everything seemed to go smoothly there. We got a 27-passenger I believe and had it going back and forth from the venue to the hotel 4 times throughout the night. I heard from one guest that the midnight run left before midnight which was problematic for them. The driver didn't seem to think that happened however. Overall very positive experience. They were timely, courteous and helpful!

Fitzgerald Limo was wonderful. They had coaches large enough to accommodate our twenty person wedding party. The coach was clean, our driver was polite and friendly, and arrived everywhere on time. Highly recommend.

We rented the trolley for our wedding -- it was great and we were able to seat about 20 people on it very comfortably. And it was air conditioned, which was great for Labor Day. The driver was really nice, very understanding and relaxed, which made for a positive experience.

I had won 2 free hours at a bridal show from them but they didn't give me anything in writing and when I tried to book it they gave me a hard time. Pretty annoying. Overall though, good service.

Overall, no major complaints with this company. Reservations were easy, prices were reasonable, and they were reliable. We rented 2 limosines and a shuttle bus from them. Only slight comment was that the drivers were not the most familiar with the directions between our hotel and ceremony, but other than that, an overall good company.

We used Fitzgerald Brothers to run a shuttle from a hotel where many of our wedding guests were staying to and from our ceremony/reception site. Planning the event was easy and everyone was very quick to get back to us, whether we called or emailed. The day of the event, some road construction delayed the driver, causing some anxiety on my part. However, the driver was in constant contact with us giving updates on her progress and everything worked out just fine. Overall, Fitzgerald Brothers is a great group of people to work with.

The driver was great and right on time! We did have a leak in the trolly roof on the way to the reception as it started to rain so we had to move over so we didnt't get wet but other than that we were satisfied.

The Fitzgerald Brothers were friendly and personable when communicating pre-wedding. As scheduled, the limo arrived on time and was clean and ready to go. The driver was fun, nice, and personable as well. The only potential drawback was the price...our limo was somewhat costly compared to others in the area. However, we knew we only get married once and heard great things about the company. We would recommend them again!

From the bachelorette party to the transportation the day of our wedding Fred was like one of the gang! The entire wedding party has agreed that any time we get together to wine tour or anything in the area - we are calling for Fred!

I was in need of a very large bus for all my wedding guests. I contacted Fitzgerald and was told they only had one 20 passanger vehicle left and it was going to be approx. 800 dollars for the day.. I couldn't say yes without speaking to my future hubby, so I said I would call back in a few minutes to let them know. When I called back 10 minutes later, apparently they had rented the 20 passenger but miraculously had a 35 passenger available for a little over a thousand. Playing games?

The limo was on time and very clean! The driver was very friendly and accommodating!

The limo was one of the cheapest around. They were on time and dressed well. THe only issue i had was i had to send the itenerary for the day of the wedding about 4 times before they had it fixed on the contract. the limo was nice and clean and met my expectations.

On time, professional, accomodating- Wonderful!
