Five Points Washington is a classic and versatile wedding venue located in Washington, Illinois, just minutes from East Peoria and the Illinois River. With flexible event spaces, modern amenities, and room for celebrations both large and intimate, couples can create a wedding day that truly reflects their vision. Five Points offers more than 7,000 square feet of adaptable event space, accommodating up to 400 guests, along with an outdoor patio that seats up to 200. The venue features four smaller event spaces that can host up to 100 guests each and can be combined into one spacious banquet hall—perfect for customizing your ceremony or reception layout. For grand ceremonies, the Caterpillar Performing Arts Center provides theater-style seating for up to 1,000 guests and can be enhanced with custom lighting and décor to create a dramatic and memorable setting. As a nonprofit community center dedicated to enhancing quality of life in the Washington area, Five Points is proud to host celebrations that bring people together. Services include: On-site ceremonies and receptions Event planning support Bar services Linens Set up and clean up Audio equipment Free parking Five Points Washington also hosts rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, anniversaries, and other special events. Couples may choose from several pre-approved catering partners to create the perfect reception experience.

there were 50 mph winds. When we arrived, 5 Points already had a place ready and decorated for us inside for our ceremony if we needed it. We decided to wait for the front to pass and keep the ceremony outside, but it was still nice to know we were taken care of.

red to some of the other places we were looking at. They allow you to work with outside caterers which really helped keep our costs in check. They also didn’t try to oversell us into spending more than our budget. They made sure we had everything we asked for before we arrived. I wish there was a hotel closer, but we had a shuttle that took us back and forth from the reception.

y were nice but started to get snippy with me after I wanted to go over the details. I purchased all of my table linens but I had a few tables that were to be set up by them, and they were not. I had to hunt the guy down to get it taken care of and he was not polite. The attendant forgot to light some of the candles after I specified several times and left them lighters and they acknowledged my request. Watch their prices...the alcohol is outrageous and you are better off buying and reselling your own linens. Other than that, it was a nice facility and everyone found it with ease. Accessibility to the room was great and no one got lost. The banquet rooms are spacious and very workable. I liked that they have different packages for different price ranges. Do plan on spending bare minimum $1500-$2000. They do not provide food, you must find your own caterer, but that was a plus!
