Five Star Limousine

Horrible! We reserved a 14 passenger sedan limo more than 10 months prior to our wedding. The day of our wedding my husband receives a call that our limo wasn't running but that they would be sending an alternative. The alternative they sent was a mini coach bus. The worst part was when the ceremony was over we walked out of the church and saw our mini bus trying to get a jump start from another car. Now our mini bus wasn't able to start and Five Star had no back up transportation available. Our wedding party had no transportation from the church to the picture site and reception and we needed to grab rides from available friends and family. We were humiliated and furious at Five Star for creating such havoc on our wedding day. In fairness they did issue a full refund the following day but the damage was already done. NEVER AGAIN!

We used Five Star to transport 11 people back and forth to the cruise port in NY. I can not say enough about this company. Our driver Anthony was the best. He was prompt when picking us both to and from the port. He also made sure we were always comfortable. He also made sure to stop whenever we needed a break. (It is over a 3 hour trip). When calling around Five Star had the best pricing and options for our needs. We traveled in a new 15 passenger van that allowed us plenty of room along with all of our luggage. They were also very prompt in answering and questions or concerns we may have had. Thank you Anthony and Five Star for helping us with a great cruise vacation.

I had such a wonderful experience with Jim from Five Star Limo, and with the company itself. Getting a quote and payments were easily done over the phone, which was great! Everyone I spoke to had a friendly personality and were extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding, Jim really went above and beyond my expectations. His personality was fantastic (cheerful and funny, which helped keep my nerves down!) He was very thoughtful with seating for my grandfather who does not get around as easily. He rolled out a red carpet for me to come out of the limo and he came into the church with my wedding party and made sure the back of my dress was perfect before I walked down the aisle. He had water bottles that he made sure to offer to myself, my husband and our family after the ceremony and throughout having our photos taken. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Five Star Limo to anyone in need of a limo, and will be using them for any future events that I may need a limo for.

Five Star Limousine was very helpful in helping us pick out the type of limo we needed. The driver was courteous and navigated the back roads to our reception venue with ease.

We used Five Star Limo for our wedding transportation. George and Sharon were very helpful and knowledgeable. We had the party bus for our wedding and it looked great inside, was clean, and was a great option for the day! It made our ride very pleasant and fun! The driver was prompt and professional. We also used Five Star for my bachelorette party as well. I would highly recommend!

Our limo driver was wonderful especially for having to drive on the day when President Obama was here in Rhode Island. He was polite and courteous. He got us the the church and the venue on time. And it just so happened that we had attended high school together too.

We were married on 10/3/14, our limo driver was anything but professional, he was literally flipping people the middle finger in a fit of road rage while driving us to the reception. Upon delivering my wife to the church he was pushy and rude and actually followed her into the church. When we got to the reception, rather than pull me (the groom) or my best man aside to tell us that we had gone over our time by 30 min, he goes directly to my wife and tells her that he's charging us $75 because "we took too long" (like she needs to be bothered with that on her wedding day). Then our card actually gets charged $96. When we call to find out why the difference in price they tell us that they added gratuity to the $75 (as if this guy actually deserved a tip). When we told them of the service we received they told us there was nothing they could do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Looking around for limousine vendors, Five Star had the greatest value while also having great reviews. I am now one of those happy customers! Sheron in the office was easy to work with, the limousines were absolutely beautiful, the drivers were on time and so friendly and helpful! A pleasure to work with!

Five Star Limo gave us the perfect end to our wedding. We rented a vintage Rolls Royce as our getaway car. The car was gorgeous and very luxurious with lots of leg room. Our driver was friendly and polite. Pricing for the Rolls was significantly lower than some other options in the area. Definite reccomend.

great service. We order a white 10 passenger stretch limo for my 8 person bridal party. Showed up on time (was actually early i think) and the driver was very friendly. Helped us carry our bags to the car and found out what was going on when we got to the church. There were no hidden costs either. We got to ceremony and reception on time and the driver did not get lost or need to bother us to ask for directions.

Please ask for Tom. He was so helpful, corteous, prompt, and on time. Professional, the list goes on!!! Very happy with my service!

We reserved the Party Bus for our wedding party (Bride & Groom included) & parents before the wedding to take pre-ceremony photos at a Mansion in Newport. We specifically requested this vehicle for many reasons that include: 1.) I (the bride) wanted to be able to stand up to avoid wrinkles & having to sit uncomfortably in my dress before the wedding, 2.) I didn't want a limo or any type I wanted the set up of a party bus and 3.) so the Photographers could fit with their equipment on the bus with us & take photos along the way. Well 1 hour before they were scheduled to pick us up, they contacted the MOB to tell her the party bus we reserved is not working & cannot be used so they are sending an SUV limo in it's place. The MOB expressed she was not happy with this last minute change but ultimately had to accept it and make the best of it for that day. What MOB or BRIDE is going to ruin their BIG DAY over this? So we knew there was nothing we could do at that time but will be sure to express our dissatisfaction after the fact. Of course it is not the driver’s fault for this nor will the entire wedding party sit there miserable about this. Needless to say, I had to uncomfortably lie on the seat trying to avoid wrinkles (not to mention the boning of the dress digging into my ribs) & the photographers didn’t fit & had to drive their own cars (and pay parking fees!!!) NOW the Monday after the wedding we contacted 5 Star to which they did not return any of our calls. Finally after calling numerous times we got someone who answered the phone and they were so rude & unwilling to offer any resolution to our complete dissatisfaction with the situation. They told us because the bride did not through a hissy fit the day of her wedding then they aren’t willing to do anything about our unhappiness. The woman we spoke to was terrible to deal with customer service wise & made us believe that they may have double booked the vehicle or gave it to someone else. BRIDES BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM 5 STAR!!!!!

I came across them through a family member and was very pleased. We had to 20 passenger Excursion and loved it! The driver was very courteous in helping me out of the limo and catered to our every whim, including blocking off traffic to let us buy frozen lemonade for our wedding party!
