I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding experience at Flag Hill Distillery & Winery and the incredible team led by Nicole, Jackie, and Rachel. From our very first venue tour, we knew we were in the best hands possible. Nicole's genuine warmth and understanding of our vision made us feel completely comfortable, and her approach was refreshingly different than the pushy sales tactics we experienced elsewhere. She listened to us and walked us through every detail, offering thoughtful suggestions that aligned perfectly with our dream for our wedding weekend. Having our closest friends stay at the beautiful RiverCrest Villas made our celebration all the more special. It was perfect having our entire wedding party rent out the villas for the weekend. Our welcome party on Friday night, complete with a food truck and a beautifully arranged setup of tables, chairs, bistro lighting, and cozy fire pits, created an inviting atmosphere for our guests to enjoy. The convenience of walking back and forth between the villa and the venue for the rehearsal and the wedding night was a huge plus! Nicole and her team were phenomenal at executing our vision. They ensured every detail was understood and managed seamlessly, from decorations to vendor coordination, timelines, and food and drink orders. Our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about their impeccable service! The attention to detail was unbelievable—every member of the team was constantly checking in on guests while simultaneously managing drink and appetizer orders. Rachel, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute superstar! From bringing my reception shoes to the table to ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be, she made everything stress-free. A special shoutout to Rachel for her incredible care in handling the bouquets; she made sure there were no water drips on my bridesmaids’ satin dresses. Her thoughtfulness went a long way in ensuring the day flowed smoothly and beautifully. Thanks to Nicole, Jackie, Rachel, and the entire venue staff at Flag Hill Distillery & Winery, our wedding was truly a magical experience that we were able to enjoy to the fullest. I am so grateful for everything they did to make our day a cherished memory. Our wedding at Flag Hill was truly perfect! They made our dream wedding come to life and for that we will be forever grateful. Guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, what amazing food they had, and how wonderful the Flag Hill Team was. From start to finish the Flag Hill Team was incredible. It was evident that their team is made up of kind and welcoming professionals. Nicole was there to help us with every small detail throughout the planning process even when on maternity leave! Jackie and Rachel were there day of to make our vision come to life. They made sure my husband and I had an stress-free day and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Everything went together seamlessly and the space was more beautiful than I could have imagined. If we could do our wedding day all over again, which we wish we could because we had so much fun, we would choose Flag Hill over and over again! They made us feel like family and even joining in on some of the photobooth fun :) It was truly the best day and we can't thank them enough!

Flag Hill was the first—and only—wedding venue my husband and I toured, and it was everything we could have hoped for. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day truly unforgettable. Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process—always responsive, organized, and proactive with reminders that made everything feel manageable. As the wedding day approached, the weather threw us quite a curveball (think pouring rain, fog, and a few pockets of sunshine), but our amazing day of coordinators, Jackie and Rachel, handled every twist with calm professionalism and care. They tracked the weather hour by hour to make sure we could still have the best possible photos and experience. When we had to pivot and move our ceremony under the tent at the last minute, they transformed the space into something beautiful. I had a specific vision for a DIY disco garden theme, and somehow, they made it even better than the inspo photos I sent—every detail was thoughtfully executed. The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests could not stop talking about the mac and cheese bar, the passed apps, and the entrees—everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. Jackie and Rachel even made sure my husband and I didn’t miss a single bite, which we so appreciated. We were lucky enough to have a dessert box packed up for us to enjoy the next day! Flag Hill is such a special place, and the staff makes it even more amazing. If you’re considering it for your wedding, don’t hesitate—this team will take care of you from day one and make sure your day is everything you imagined and more.

Everyone at Flag Hill is amazing! Nicole, Jackie, and Rachel helped us so much! They always made themselves available to answer any questions and give us ideas from the beginning of the planning process all the way through the day of our wedding! We couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to get married! Absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive! We love Flag Hill and we highly, highly recommend!

We had our ceremony on 11/8/24 and it was amazing. The coordinator was very helpful and knowledgeable prior to our wedding. The day of coordinators were always present and ready to help me. We dropped off all the decorations the day prior and they set it all up perfectly. Our first look photos were finished earlier than we thought they would be and the coordinators were ready to help our guests to a comfortable place while waiting for the ceremony to start.

Words cannot describe just how incredible the staff at Flag Hill is. From the day we toured the venue to our wedding day, Nicole was super communicative and really took care of us. On our wedding day, Ryan and Jackie were rockstars and did all they could to make sure we had a stress free day. All of our friends and family still can't stop talking about how amazing Flag Hill is from the gorgeous venue to the amazing food and drink. We cannot recommend Flag Hill enough!

We got married at Flag Hill on 10/11/24, and it was absolutely amazing! The whole staff, Nicole, Ryan, and Jackie were wonderful! They were so helpful and really made the day stress free! The food was fantastic and the venue is gorgeous! All of our guests loved the venue and plan on taking the trip back up for tastings! I have nothing negative to say about Flag Hill. We would pick this venue all over again if we had to. Thank you to Flag Hill for everything!

Nicole, the wedding coordinator was amazing! She was so responsive, helpful and communicated everything thoroughly. The day of coordinators, Jackie and Ryan were on top of everything. They decorated the space perfectly, kept everyone on a timeline to keep the day running smoothly. They all contributed to a very smooth wedding day. I got to actually enjoy my wedding day rather than being stressed about decorating or keeping everyone where they needed to be.

I highly recommend Flag Hill to any Bride-to-be looking for a wedding venue! Flag Hill is like the unicorn of all venues! They do it all! I was searching for a venue where the bridal party could stay and get ready at. Flag Hill not only offers that, but they make the entire planning process so smooth and seamless! They are so accommodating and truly ease the stress of planning a wedding. We received so many compliments from our guests on how organized our wedding day was. Along with many compliments on how great the food was! Which was another great feature took the stress of finding a food vendor off the to-do list! Thanks to Flag Hill and their amazing staff for making our special day perfect!

My husband and I can not speak highly enough of Flag Hill and their entire wedding staff! Right from the beginning, Nicole was there to help us. She guided us in some directions but was also totally open to all the unique ideas we had. She answered all my questions and I never felt like I was a bother. The day of team put everything together SO perfectly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the vineyard was, how well put together the ceremony/reception space was and how professional and kind all the staff were! The food was also delicious and everything came out nice and hot! I could go on and on about all the good things I have to say! We truly can not recommend this venue enough! You will not be disappointed!!

Our wedding at Flaghill was absolutely perfect! Flaghill was truly the best wedding reception venue we ever could’ve asked for - from the reception decorations/set-up, to the food, to the bar/signature drinks, and more - it was perfect! Back in October of 2022, our first time touring the venue, we were so happy with the welcoming, positive, and fun atmosphere. All the Flaghill team members were so kind, supportive, and guided us in our wedding day celebration! Our wedding planner Nicole communicated regularly and was always patient, supportive, informative, and kind! Our day of coordinator Ryan was also amazing in ensuring our wedding day was everything we could’ve asked for! We would highly recommend Flaghill for any celebration, especially couples’ wedding day!

Flaghill was truly the best wedding venue we could’ve asked for! The first time we toured Flaghill back in October of 2022, we were happy with the welcoming, positive, but relaxed atmosphere this venue made us feel. These qualities are largely related to the entire wedding team at Flaghill! Nicole our wedding planner communicated regularly, promptly, and with kindness and patience in answering any of our questions/needs. Then, a week prior to our wedding we spoke with Ryan, our day of coordinator, who was also so kind, efficient, and ensured our day was absolutely perfect. This incredible team extended to waitstaff, bartenders, other planners/coordinators, and more! The food was also very good - we had the apple stuffed chicken and prime rib and it was so delicious! Our friends and families also had nothing but amazing things to say about the venue itself in its decorations and so forth! We are so grateful we chose Flaghill and we highly recommend to any couple considering!

Amazing Winery & Wedding Venue An amazing venue, with unique catering options, on-site villas for the night of the wedding, amazing support and planning from the wedding coordinator and day of coordinator, and above all such a fun amazing venue with awesome recommended vendors. Our wedding was the best day ever. From the moment we set foot on the property to tour the property to the last song - we had such a great experience. We loved the outdoor ceremony space with the rustic benches, and permanent arch overlooking the vineyard. We used the bridal suite and common area at the villas to get ready for the wedding. The outdoor tent overlooking the gorgeous vineyard was perfect for our Sunday September wedding. We had a BBQ BUFFET which our guests loved, with late night snacks (sliders & fries) and signature drinks. We had the package with fire pit, for hole and extra touches. While I didnt think they would get use - our guests who did not dance the night away loved the fire and playing a few games. One of the best parts about this venue is the effort and coordination they put into planning. We dropped all our items off and they handled all the decoration ( within reason) the day of the wedding, and getting everything back together to pick up the next morning. All the planning and small touches inbetween helped us think of everything and not miss a beat. We used all recommended vendors who often work with Flag Hill which made everything easy. We wanted a fun wedding, outdoors that was a fair price and this place did not disappoint. It was everything we dreamed it could be!

Flag Hill was our perfect venue. They really brought our vision to life. When we first started looking for places, we weren't really sure what we wanted, but as soon as we toured Flag Hill, we knew right away that's where we wanted our wedding to be. Nicole took over as coordinator and she was great! Very receptive to any question I had or anything I needed to change. The day before the wedding when we dropped off our decorations, I was nervous since I wouldn't be a part of the decorating day of wedding. But they really decorated the venue exactly how I pictured it. The day was perfect. It's been about a month since we got married and people are still talking about how good the food was! An added bonus is that this venue has 10 villas right next to it that we were able to stay in. This made the wedding weekend so easy because we were able to have our rehearsal dinner there and really didn't have to leave the space at all that weekend. My bridesmaids and I were even able to get ready there. The winery is gorgeous and really made for some beautiful pictures. Thank you to Nicole and Candace for making our day go smoothly!

We had such a great experience at Flag Hill! We knew from the minute we toured the venue it was perfect for us. Once we picked our date, working with Flag Hill was a dream. They have a wonderful coordinator named Nicole. Who quickly responded to our emails and helped sort out problems (no matter how small). We were able to have a meeting to discuss everything about the wedding about midway through. Leading up to the wedding they were so supportive and clear. They made everything SO simple and easy. On the day of the wedding we had a 'day of' coordinator named Candace who was such a joy. She did all the behind the scenes work and made the day completely stress free. Even when a huge storm blew through at the exact time we were supposed to walk down the aisle. They worked to keep everyone dry as well as worked with all the vendors to wait out the storm so we could walk down the aisle outside. Everything went so smoothly! Something I really loved was the fact that they decorate the venue with the decor you bring. As someone who has a problem giving over the power, I was nervous about not decorating the venue myself but Flag Hill BLEW me away. They created the most beautiful set up with all the decor I brought. They made everything more beautiful than I could've imagined. Not to mention all the space for taking beautiful photographs in the vineyard and distillery. The options are endless. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed the food. Not only the beautiful venue, the food was outstanding. The appetizers were lovely as well as the mac & cheese bar. For the main course we did the carving stations/buffet and everything was cooked perfectly. The food tasted fresh. For the late night bite we did the slider bar with french fries, which were a huge hit. We were so thankful for Candace because she brought us food at the honeymoon table so we got a taste of everything! Lastly, the bar tenders were awesome! They were so fun and made amazing drinks. I have already recommend Flag Hill to newly engaged couples. I encourage anyone interested in Flag Hill to take a tour and fall in love just like we did, you wont be disappointed!

We got married here in July! This venue is an absolute beautiful ☀️ We love that Flag Hill is an all-inclusive venue. Food, drink, tables/chairs, ceremony space and lodging were all options here. The food was incredible and our guest loved the BBQ theme! The drinks were made with Flag Hill liquor and they even brought in chambord for my signature drink! Not to mention, no one had to drive off site before or after the wedding because we stayed in the villas at RiverCrest! Thank you Flag Hill Winery for a great wedding venue!!
