Flagstaff House Restaurant

Our daughter and fiance's plans changed and we only had two months to plan a wedding. They wanted Boulder, CO for their destination wedding and I thought there would be nothing wonderful available at that short notice. We traveled to Boulder to check out several possible options and we quickly realized that NOTHING COMPARED to the style, service, exceptional foods, and overall elegance of the Flagstaff House. Although you generally have to book the Flagstaff House months in advance because of their popularity and reputation of outstanding food and service, we were looking at Monday wedding which is not as usual a wedding day in June. We were able to book the whole Flagstaff House for the day of our wedding and it was outstanding! Both Sarah and Annie were excellent wedding coordinators and kept in touch with us via email or phone in the weeks before the wedding. They were very clear about all costs, menu and bar options, gave assistance in finding an outstanding florist, allowed us to bring our own music, worked with our photographer - every issue of a wedding was helped by their experience and professionalism. I had no fears or false expectations going into the wedding day which was fabulous! On the actual wedding day, the service was outstanding! There were a lot of staff to assist in both the champagne and cocktails following the wedding, they were right on top in getting the new couple's wedding certificate signed, they moved the seating area to allow for formal wedding shots after the wedding, and the service at the formal dinner was unbelievable! All of our guests were just 'wowed' by the whole wedding at the Flagstaff and we were just delighted! They especially liked the personalize printed menu and the option to choose from three different main course options. It was all top shelf wines and each meal was delicious! Even the palate cleansers were delightful and a wonderful surprise treat for our guests. There were no surprises on our bill. We cannot believe that we were able to give our daughter such a fabulous wedding for such a reasonable cost at a top notch venue! If you want a truly beautiful, scenic, easy to plan, fabulous setting for your wedding, the Flagstaff House is your best choice in Boulder.

I had a wonderful experience with the Flagstaff House and its vendors. I worked and communicated with Annie a majority of the time, and she was wonderful. She was super easy to get in touch with and very responsive. On the actual wedding day, things ran so smoothly it was evident that they have hosted many weddings. The food was fantastic. My husband and I were a tad nervous about not having tasted the food beforehand, but there truly was no need to worry. Both us and our guests were raving about how delicious everything was afterwards. Our experience was such a positive one, I highly recommend choosing this venue for a wedding.

Annie and her team at Flagstaff House were absolutely incredible, and we cannot recommend them enough for your wedding. From the beginning of the wedding planning process through night-of details, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. Annie made our day entirely stress-free, so my wife and I could just soak it all in, and the food, drinks, and atmosphere is unmatched at Flagstaff House. If you are looking for an intimate, elegant wedding venue that your guests will never forget, look no further!

I could not recommend Flagstaff House and Annie more! The staff provided exemplary service and Annie was so in control of our day of transitions that I was truly able to enjoy the wedding. The entire staff provided such an elevated experience and I truly loved our daytime wedding at Flagstaff House. Our wedding of 40 people fit the space perfectly and our vendors and venue were truly exceptional. I’m so happy I read all the other exemplary reviews and proceeded with Flagstaff House as my venue. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

We absolutely loved Flagstaff House and cannot say enough good things. Annie is amazing. The day would not have been possible without her. She is so good at what she does and we loved working with her. The location, service and food is unbeatable. All of our guests were impressed! Perfect for an intimate wedding.

I can't begin to express my gratitude enough for Annie and the entire staff at Flagstaff House. My wife and I got married there on 9-9-23, and it was easily the greatest day in our lives. As anyone can imagine, wedding planning can be stressful, but Flagstaff made our big day as carefree as possible. Every last bit of decor was perfectly placed, the food service, apps, drinks, servers, valets, hosts, bartenders were all on the top of their game. Just having good service is nice, but the product we received was better than either of us could have hoped for. The food was incredible, we were blessed with incredible weather, and the view where we exchanged vows is unparalleled. I can't find enough good things to say about it. Lastly, gotta say, really looking forward to celebrating upcoming anniversaries there. You guys are the absolute best.....and again THANK YOU ANNIE! YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR AND HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN OUR HEARTS!

Annie and her team at Flagstaff House are an amazing group of individuals who care immensely about the experience of their guests! As a wedding officiant and day of coordinator, I am always excited to work with the Flagstaff House team, as I know that they will do everything to ensure that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will run smoothly and efficiently, and the food and cocktails will be of the highest quality. On a recent wedding at Flagstaff House, the guest list ended up being larger than anticipated when my couple booked, and the bar and food service team handled the extra guest load perfectly! Annie is a wonderful communicator, and she truly makes my job easy anytime I'm there!

The Flagstaff House was an incredible place for our wedding!! Annie was amazing to work with and was so helpful throughout the planning process, and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The ceremony setting was beautiful, and the service during lunch was absolutely perfect. The food and wine were great as well, and our guests loved the cake!! All in all, my husband and I cannot recommend the Flagstaff House enough for couples looking to have an intimate and special wedding day.

Our recent wedding at the Flagstaff House was beyond all expectations! Our guests loved the view, food, and layout of the restaurant. It was absolutely perfect for an intimate wedding of our size (26 guests). And Annie was amazing! She was so helpful, organized, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and really put us at ease. I highly recommend the venue and their staff for a unique and elevated wedding experience!

Our wedding was booked at Flagstaff House 7/16/23. From start to finish Annie was amazing and was on top of all of the details. She had a plan for us and made sure we we well-prepared leading up to the big day. She took the stress off of us and made sure we knew where we needed to be during the entire ceremony. The staff welcomed us and our guests and made us feel as if we were their only customers. Everyone was pleasant and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time. I cannot say enough good things about everyone and their kindness. Oh, and the views don't suck at all! 10/10 for Annie and the entire staff!

Annie and the team at the Flagstaff House were a joy to work with! They were prompt and communicated with us from Dallas through emails and calls. Annie and the team were always available and timely throughout the entire process. Every detail was thought of that made for less stress for our wedding planning. Our wedding day was the most beautiful thanks to the exceptional Flagstaff views and of course Annie and the team! We are beyond grateful!

Flagstaff House was the perfect vendor. Annie and her team put on a flawless event. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and our outside coordinator. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, unique, and our guests loved it. The food was incredibly and guests loved being able to select their entree from 3 options the day of (also much easier for us to not have to collect meal selection ahead of time). The venue was incredibly flexible with changes that came up in planning, and quickly responded to all questions during planning. For couples looking for a unique and elegant venue, I cannot recommend Flagstaff House enough for a small/intimate wedding. Choosing Flagstaff House as our wedding vendor for our ceremony/reception space made it easy for planning. They handle all ceremony chair rentals, and set up. All food and beverage is provided in house and included passed appetizers, a 3 course lunch (salad and bread, choice of entree, and delicious wedding cake), and a coffee/water station. We also opted for an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktail options for our guest. All beverages were beautifully prepared and the service was top notch!

We had a daytime wedding for 65 guests 5/6/23. We chose this venue because of the location ( thought Boulder would be a cool destination), the amazing food, the outdoor terrace and the ease of having the food/venue/ drinks all in one. The venue comes with a wedding coordinator named Annie. She was in constant communication during planning and acted as a liaison between my vendors. During the day of she helped to get us down the aisle and closely attended to our needs and wants including checking in with us on drinks and when we were ready to proceed with cutting the cake and dancing. To say our guests loved our wedding would be an understatement. We were told by several guests how blown away they were by the food and the views! We wish we could do our big day all over again :) Thank you to Annie and the flagstaff house staff for making us feel like family.

We had a small microwedding at the Flagstaff House and couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience! Annie and her assistant Sarah were extremely responsive to any questions and always made themselves available before the wedding. She often answered questions before we even had to ask them! They were also amazing on the actual wedding day and kept things moving along nicely. The food was absolutely amazing, and the space was gorgeous. We kept getting complements from guests about how lovely the venue and staff were. We wouldn't have changed anything about the day!

No matter what happened during our planning of our long distance wedding, we knew we were in great hands with the Flagstaff House and Annie- The stunning back drop needed little else to make it breathtaking, and the food and drink were truly memorable. We are honored to have such care given to the meal we chose to share with our closest friends and family, and for every special touch you added to the day. About the only thing I ever dreamed about my own wedding was that I could have brunch food, and you made that a reality with such unique spins, our wedding feels one of a kind. The staff working our event was incredible and made us feel incredibly special. We opted to have our ceremony and reception in the morning for a truly private event, and then provided us time to throw an awesome afterparty around Boulder.

Flagstaff House exceeded our expectation in every way. Annie helped coordinate the event, and typically I have a lot of questions and she was very patient with me. We reserved the private dining room for 18 people for just our closest family members. We went in thinking we would have just a 4 course meal, but they really went above and beyond (I don't want to spoil anything, you will just have to see for yourself!). Flagstaff House literally created an experience that neither me nor my family will forget, everyone was talking about it for days after. I am forever grateful of the help from Annie, the kitchen, and the staff. Aside from the memorable experience, the food was wonderful. Everyone in our family is very picky and we are all foodies. We have nothing negative to say about the food, we were highly impressed and there were a couple of new dishes we tried that we never knew about. Flagstaff House was the best option for us since we didn't want a traditional wedding reception with a dance floor, DJs, expensive florals, etc. but we still were able to have an intimate yet upscale experience. Thank you Flagstaff for such a wonderful day!

We had our reception dinner at Flagstaff House after doing a small ceremony at Sunrise Amphitheater. It was the perfect location for our wedding. The event coordinator, Annie, was extremely helpful in planning the night and went above and beyond her job. She supplied us with vendor recommendations, made a custom table layout, and always checked in on us. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We would 100% recommend having a reception dinner in the Glass Atrium.

The Flagstaff House venue and staff were absolutely top notch on everything especially Annie the coordinator she made the process smooth and was on top of every detail for our wedding and the wedding turned out so beautiful! We very much recommend this venue to hold a gorgeous ceremony in!

We had a beautiful spring wedding at the Flagstaff House! Annie, the event coordinator, was so easy and fun to work with. She was extremely organized and always responded to our questions quickly. Planning a wedding at the Flagstaff House was stress free. The food, cake and the mountain views are unbeatable. We had an amazing wedding! I would highly recommend the Flagstaff House for a wedding venue.

We were absolutely blown away by our wedding ceremony and reception at The Flagstaff House. Annie was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Our day was flawless and so well organized. We decided to go with a daytime wedding and although we were hesitant, it turned out fabulous. Thank you so much to Annie and all the staff at The Flagstaff House who made our day a dream come true.

We held our 80-person wedding at Flagstaff House in June 2021, and we were thrilled with the results. Annie was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating when we had to delay our 2020 wedding due to covid. They worked wonderfully with our wedding planner and other vendors, and helped our vision come to life. We loved having our cocktail reception out on the sun decks, moved into the main dining room for a delicious dinner, and then out onto another indoor/outdoor area for cake a dancing. The service was outstanding, and everything was seamless.

They were incredible professional and easy to work with. They always answered questions quickly and throughly. The wedding turned out beautiful and I didn’t have to worry about anything day of. They made it easy for my florist to come in and transform the room.

We had a small 15-person wedding reception dinner in their private room that comes with the beautiful outdoor terrace for cocktails. The space is perfect for a smaller gathering and all the windows in the room make it so lovely with a beautiful view over Boulder. Their event-coordinator, Annie, was absolutely amazing to work with. She met with us multiple times before the event to see the event space, go through the menu, and even test out the placement of a TV I was bringing to show a video during the event. She was always quick to respond to my emails or jump on a call with me to answer questions. The Flagstaff House was also very accommodating, working with us when we had to reschedule the originally-planned date. During the event, we were beyond impressed with the level of service we received and the food was truly amazing - probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Everyone kept talking about how nice the Flagstaff house was and how great the food was. It was a hit! I would recommend The Flagstaff House to anyone for a wedding or any sort of formal event! The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion as well - mostly consumption-based with a small event planning fee (2%) with only a $500 event space fee. Otherwise, everything else was consumption-based with no minimum spend. I chose a four-course meal that included a wedding cake made in-house as the dessert course, which was so convenient. I only had to put $300 down to reserve the date - of course all of these numbers are just for the private room space and terrace alone (not the whole restaurant), but it was perfect for elopement-style weddings like ours! I can't wait to go back to the Flagstaff House for our anniversary. :)

After having to replan our wedding *three* times due to COVID-19, we finally landed on Flagstaff House Restaurant for our intimate 30 person wedding. We made a huge mistake by not going with Flagstaff House for our first two plans but are so grateful we ended up having our wedding here! There are no words to accurately capture the perfection of Flagstaff House. From the initial meeting, to our final walk through, to answering hundreds of emails from me, to executing our day without a glitch, Annie and the entire Flagstaff House team went above and beyond. Our guests continue to rant and rave about the unbelievable service, attention to detail, and exquisite food served at our wedding. Annie really listened to our vision and alleviated any stresses that came up. If you are looking to have an unforgettable wedding, at a breath-taking and flexible venue, with the most amazing food and staff - Flagstaff House is for you!! ...Plus...then you can go back for Anniversary dinners :)

We had to make a last-minute change in our wedding plans (thanks, covid!) and ended up booking the Flagstaff House for our reception dinner for us and our immediate family. It is a stunning location with an incredible, food-lover's-dream menu and top-notch service. The event coordinator, Annie, was so helpful and responsive. Everything turned out perfectly and our family said it was one of the most beautiful dinners they had been to, especially with the view of Boulder from that high up! It is on the expensive side, but is well-worth it!

Aside from being beyond gorgeous, the staff is overwhelmingly accommodating and friendly. The food is worth more than five stars, and there is not a place with better service. All of our guests were raving about our Wedding Reception!
