I seriously cannot recommend Flair enough! I had an awesome experience. It's a small boutique and by appointment only so you get their full attention and there aren't other brides shopping at the same time as you. I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted and found my dream dress within budget. I had Kaitie as my bridal consultant (she's the best!) and she did a great job picking styles I liked and checking in with me during the whole process. I also liked that they had a small dressing room with a mirror and a curtain and I was able to get into the dresses and have a consultant clip me in, I didn't have to be naked and step into dresses in front of anyone. They were kind, accommodating and communicative throughout.

I had the absolute best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Flair. Kaitie Silk made the experience so fun with no stress or pressure at all. She showed up for our appointment even in the middle of a snow storm and brought so much humor and calmness to the process. Even though I knew the second dress I tried on was the dress of my dreams, she had me try on more dresses in other styles so that we knew we were sure of it. She also brought so much creativity with how you can make the dress perfect for you. I’m so happy with Flair and especially Kaitie. I can’t recommend it enough to other brides!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Flair! From about a month before my appointment, I had been in communication with Liz several times talking through some different size-inclusive sample options they had, and they even went to the lengths of contacting the rep to get the dress that I ended up purchasing in a larger sample size to try on at the time of my appointment. This gesture was hugely appreciated because it meant that I was able to see myself in my dream dress actually fully zipped up and fitting me properly which was a huge help in selling me on the dress I said yes to! At the time of my appointment, my stylist was Kaitie and she was incredibly helpful in making my appointment quick and easy. She was fun and upbeat and even though I had a dress in mind, I felt like she was really listening to me at our debrief in the beginning for what I was envisioning. When I put on "the one" she gave me some alone time with my crew to let us all chat and work through the emotions of it all together, without standing there and pushing me to make a decision. They even helped me work through a beyond-last minute size change to my order. I really appreciate my experience with Flair and their staff that helped to make me feel seen and taken care of. Plus, it's such a cute little shop on Newbury St! Would definitely recommend giving them a try for wedding dress shopping!

Flair was such a great bridal shop! Their staff is so kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. It was so nice to have an expert help me sort through all my thoughts, feelings, and opinions, someone who knew exactly what to bring for me to try on. They were patient when I was very indecisive and helped me to come back a second day to make the final decision.

I had a great experience here even though I didn't end up finding my dress. It was my first time dress shopping and they made me feel comfortable and way less stressed than I thought I was going to be. My stylist was Lauren and she was fantastic. She listened to what I want and was super supportive. We basically had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed the more intimate experience.

I purchased my wedding dress at Flair and it was the best experience. Kaitie was amazing - she was patient, helpful, and continually reassured me despite how stressed I was getting! She also didn’t pressure me at all to make a decision then and there (I’m very indecisive lol). The boutique is so cute and I loved that I didn’t have to go look through dresses like at other stores - she pulled them all for me and knew exactly what to pull based on what I liked and didn’t like. This took off a lot of pressure! I ended up calling to place the order for the dress, and it was super quick and easy, and they were able to add in customizations I wanted for the dress. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend everyone to go here for their wedding dress!

I had a great experience working with Flair to find my dream wedding dress! Flair was the first place I visited when looking for dresses and I fell in love with two of the dresses I tried on first - one being a dress I had seen before the appointment and the other was a dress that my stylist, Kaitie, recommended based on my initial choice as well as some additional questions she had asked me. The second dress that Kaitie recommended ended up being the dress that I went with! I can be a very indecisive person, and when it came to choosing between those two dresses, Kaitie was incredibly patient, honest, and helpful in walking me through my decision which was so appreciated. I could not believe that the second dress I tried on ended up being the one I went with, and I would say this is a testament to how well Kaitie was able to read exactly what I was looking for. I still wanted to be absolutely sure that this was THE dress, so I went to multiple bridal shops that week and tried on countless dresses, and nothing compared to the personalized experience I got at Flair. I had such an incredible experience at Flair. I worked with Kaitie who made the entire process, which can be overwhelming, fun and relaxing. I had been set on one dress coming into the appointment but Kaitie encouraged me to try on a variety of dresses within my price range and I'm so glad she did because I ended up picking the very last dress she pulled for me. I highly recommend Flair to anyone in the Boston area.

Such a fun place with a great atmosphere! I came in with many gowns I thought I liked online, and after trying them on they weren’t quite the right fit. Zoe helped me find ones that fit my style better and I found my “unicorn” dress! She was great at communicating with the whole group I brought and made sure it was as stress free as possible. I also found a gorgeous veil there and they had a great selection. They were able to ship my dress out of state to Minnesota no problem.

I hate writing bad reviews but was so so disappointed in my experience at Flair. I worked with a girl name Grace who has so fun and bubbly but she pulled a dress that was $1500 over budget without telling me the price until I had fallen in love with it. I was so upset (it wasn't like it was $200 bucks, it was literally 50% higher than what I had clearly stated was out budget). It was the last thing I tried on and she then rushed us out of the store.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Flair and with my consultant, Lauren. From the second we entered the salon, she made me and my group feel comfortable and fully taken care of. She emphasized how I should feel and what was important to me in a dress, which spoke volumes about her as a person. Her empathy, listening skills, and transparency in the process made me feel so at ease when making this HUGE decision! I'm so unbelievably happy with my dress and overall experience at Flair!

I had the most incredible experience finding my dream wedding dress, all thanks to Kaitie! Kaitie made me feel comfortable, listened attentively to my preferences, and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire process! Kaitie makes the shopping experience fun and memorable!! I would recommend Flair 1000 times over for finding your wedding dress! The store has such a large selection of dresses and everyone who works at Flair is so patient and fun! I was very indecisive and was having trouble finding "the one". Stacy and the rest of the staff were so patient with me and allowed me to keep looking until I found what I was looking for. It was so fun to have everyone so excited for me even though they see these moments all of the time - the team truly worked to make sure my special moment was as exciting as it could be!

I cannot recommend Flair enough! Everyone we encountered was so kind. The boutique is beautiful, and they carry many dresses—all different styles, prices, etc. I worked with Kaitie, who is seriously amazing! She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I appreciated how respectful she was of our budget. She didn’t show me any dresses outside our budget, so I felt like every dress I tried on was truly an option. She took time to understand my style and provide insight, which helped guide me in the right direction—I found my dress in my first appointment (ever)! Flair has also been helpful and accommodating over the phone. Thank you, Kaitie and Flair, for making this experience very fun and special for my family and me!

I could not have asked for a better experience than I had at Flair! Kaitie was amazing - she managed a lot of strong personalities with humor and grace making us all feel comfortable and at ease. I really felt that Kaitie had my back and was encouraging me to make the best decision for ME. When we got there, I showed her my pinterest board and ended up buying the very first dress she had picked out. All of the dresses pulled were in budget, in my style, and allowed me to try a range so that I felt 100% confident in my decision. THANK YOU for the most fun experience picking my wedding dress.

I am so glad I found Flair! I was feeling very overwhelmed by the process of finding a wedding dress, but from the moment I walked into my first appointment, Kaitie started to tease me and put me at ease. She made it clear before I tried on a single dress that she was there to support me and help me find something that would make ME happy, telling me "I didn't design any of these dresses, so you won't hurt my feelings if you don't like one." It sounds silly but it helped me so much! She talked me through the whole process and ended up finding my dream dress, and when I went back to pick it up she found me my veil! I don't think I could have done it without her, she's a mind reader. Thank you, Kaitie!

I'm very indecisive (especially for such a big purchase) and she helped put me at ease. I just came back for my fitting and am so happy with my choice! Hesitated to write this because I never write bad reviews but now that a day has passed, I’m still ruminating about what a terrible experience I had at Flair and can’t help but put it down in words. I just started dress shopping yesterday, so I am still fairly early in the process of figuring out what style of dress I want. The bridal consultant who assisted me had a drill sergeant attitude and expected that I’d be holding a “yes to the dress” sign after trying on ~6 dresses within my strictly 1 hour appointment (which actually ended up being only 40 min…). I started trying on dresses and when my mom took a picture, she instantly made my mom feel bad for doing so. When I explained that taking pictures of the dresses was part of my process for finding a dress, she became defensive and then uncomfortably silent/passive aggressive for the remainder of my appointment. I am certainly not going to be rushed into making any multi-thousand dollar purchase, and buying a wedding dress is no exception. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be an exciting, special, once in a lifetime experience (and the two bridal shops I went to earlier in the day helped create that experience for me), and yet I left Flair feeling upset and hopeless. Comically, the bridal consultant expects that I’ll be back to say "yes" to one of the dresses I liked. Even if I do end up deciding upon that dress, I’ll find somewhere else to buy it because I will not be returning.

My wedding dress was stunning, and I was so happy to wear it on my wedding day! The service at Flair was efficient but was a quick one-hour appointment. Luckily, I was very decisive about my dress and had it narrowed down to 2-3 before I arrived for my first appointment at Flair. I felt a little rushed saying yes to the dress and getting the order processed ahead of the next appointment. I customized the color of the underlying fabric of the dress and sent an email to confirm the changes the very next day. Despite being reassured via email that my entire dress will be ivory, not nude color, I was sorely disappointed when it arrived. Unfortunately, it cost me $1,500 in alterations to replace the top part of my dress and Flair wouldn’t even comp me $60 dollars to cover the extra fabric that I needed to order. I understand this is a one-time business relationship, but I was hoping for some customer service.

Form start to finish, my experience at Flair has been 5 star! My consultant Zoe, was extremely knowledgeable & honestly felt like my own personal cheerleader. The shop is so beautiful & inviting! So happy to say I found my dream dress here🤍

Shopping for a wedding dress during a pandemic was unprecedented, but the team at Flair made sure I didn't miss out on any of the butterflies and excitement that come with the day. I worked with Katie and she understood my style, respected our budget, and prompted me to think about how I felt in every dress. Plus - she's clearly a pro because the first dress she pulled for me (just for fun since it wasn't exactly what I had envisioned) ended up being the one. I walked away with a Kelly Faetanini Ella gown of my dreams. The team was communicative during shipping and followed up to make sure I had everything I needed when it came to alterations and post-wedding cleaning.

The team at Flair TRULY went above and beyond for me. There was a very specific dress that I wanted to try on from Jenny Yoo, that was only available in New York (did i mention that the style is actually discontinued??). Liz at Flair reached out to the Jenny Yoo team and coordinated getting the dress sample to Boston for me to try on at Flair AND helped me move my appointment several times so that important people could make it with me. When I came for my appointment, Zoe was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgable about the entire Jenny Yoo line - both what they had in store and what they didnt have but could order. I never felt pressured to purchase or rushed at all, but Zoe kept the appointment moving forward so that it was productive and left me with a few options to mull over. After going home to think about it, Zoe even squeezed me in to retry the dress a few days later just to confirm for myself that it was it. I went back alone and was given the space and support to have the special moment of realizing "this is the dress!" Zoe helped me order my dream dress, guided me on timeline, and recommended preferred tailors for when it comes in. The store itself is bright, intimate and beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was so kind. I can't say enough good things - absolutely recommend!

I cannot recommend, stylist, Kaitie Silk, and Flair more highly! After striking out at six other bridal shops, I was feeling quite hopeless and cynical about the whole process of finding my dress. Kaitie took the time to hear about my vision, and low and behold the FIRST dress she pulled off the rack I ended up purchasing! I shrugged at it when she first pulled it out -- but she knew me better than me in that moment, and I agreed to try it. Sure enough, it was my dream dress. 10/10 recommend Flair and Kaitie in particular!

I found my wedding dress here (Jenny Yoo) after trying a few other places around Boston. The consultants were very helpful overall and very willing to work with my budget. I had a great experience overall and would recommend this place to others!

Absolutely loved this place (especially my consultant, Kaitie) - a beautiful, semi-private bridal experience with lovely consultants! I recently attended for a trunk show and came with a pretty specific list of dresses I wanted to try on. I worked with Kaitie and I swear it felt like we could be best friends at the end of the appointment. I found my dress and couldn't be happier!

We really wanted to love this place. Not too much to say other than everything was very rushed. People were not overly friendly, veil came in wrong, they tried to blame us…. I know it’s trendy to shop on newbury st…. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a fun bridal experience and go someplace else.

The whole team at Flair was amazing. I found my perfect dress and a matching veil. They were so knowledgable and excited. They accommodated my family and friends even during the pandemic. They even gave me tailors closer to my home for my dress! Highly recommend!

The workers at Flair could not have been more helpful in helping me find my dream dress! I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and Katie, my stylist helped me pick a dress I absolutely loved but probably would have never tried on my own! Everyone that works there was extremely helpful and made me feel so confident as I tried on the dresses (something I don’t like doing!). Then my dress was delivered exactly when they said it would be and I used one of their recommendations for where to get the dress altered and was extremely impressed. You can tell when you walk into Flair it’s a place that’s accepting to all different body types and types of brides. I am so thankful to them for helping me feel my absolute best on my wedding day!

I had such a great experience at Flair Boston! I went in with a very specific idea of how I wanted to look on my wedding day but was interested in trying a few gowns on outside of that vision. Ironically, the first dress I tried on - and one that happened to be different than what I thought I wanted - was the one! Kaitie was extremely helpful and kind. I was so surprised that I had found my dress so quickly and that it was different than I envisioned, that I wanted some time to think about it. She was so supportive and told me to take a few hours and come back in the afternoon. I did that and could not stop thinking about the dress the whole time that when I came back, I knew immediately that this was the dress! I appreciated her help, her support, and the way she guided me throughout my whole appointment and later when I came back. My mom, sister, and best friend were there to help, and every single person was in agreement on the dress I chose. It was a fabulous day, and I can't wait to see my dress in a few months!! After visiting 6 salons on two coasts, I landed at Flair last summer and found my dress! Zoe and the team did an incredible job. I had a strong vision but was still open to new ideas and opinion and before I knew it, I found my Kelly Faetanini dress. I have nothing but great things to say about Flair! Kaitie was phenomenal and asked all the right questions to determine the perfect dress style for me. The experience was very intimate, personal and special! The variety of gowns was fantastic, and we saw much more unique dresses than we had at another store, including those at a variety of price points. I am so happy with my dress!

I cannot say enough good things about Flair. I was nervous about only having an hour but Zoe was amazing guiding me through the process and guiding me to my dream dress. I felt very supported and heard during the appointment, she helped me focus on how I felt in the dress.

I went to Flair for my second dress shopping experience. My consultant, Kaitie, was able to get a good idea of my style/personality in a very short amount of time. She picked dresses based on my interests and budget. I picked a dress I didn't even know I wanted but the dress I NEEDED! It has been one week since I said yes to the dress and I look at the pictures all day everyday and fall in love with it more every time I look at it. Now, I have to wait many months until I get to see it in person again and over a year until I get to wear it. The day cannot come soon enough!

I went to Flair in September of 2020, just a few weeks after I got engaged, to start my wedding dress search. I had no idea that I would be leaving with my dream dress that same day! I worked with Kaitie and she was amazing. We talked about my style, what I was looking for and I showed her a few inspiration images. She pulled some amazing dresses including the dress I ended up choosing. She also helped me order it with minor adjustments (a white overlay instead of nude) so it was even closer to what I wanted. The selection and reasonable prices helped make it an enjoyable experience. Kaitie was helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable, and my biggest cheerleader that day. I would recommend Flair to any bride looking for a dress. Thank you Flair and especially Kaitie for helping me pick out the perfect dress!

Had the best experience at Flair! I worked with Zoe and she was AMAZING. I don't know that I would've picked the dress I ended up purchasing off the rack myself, so I am so grateful for her suggestions. They have a huge selection of dresses and there was plenty of options in my price point. Overall would 10/10 recommend Zoe and Flair!

Flair has a really amazing selection of dresses and a very nice setup to try dresses on. I ended up going with a Jane Hill dress while the trunk show was passing through. My only complaint is that due to Covid I was not able to pick out the dresses I wanted to try on, the sales associate had to pick everything out for me. If that’s important to you, I would just check on their current Covid policies.

I've been to several bridal shops in search of my wedding dress, and no experience was like at Flair. Their staff (Kaitie worked with me) had done all her research to know my style, get familiar with the venue and vibe, and pick only things that truly spoke to me. She was AMAZING - she and incredible energy and knowledge of the designers and she really cared that you found exactly what you wanted and felt confident in your choice. Within trying on the first two dresses, I knew we were walking out with one! She was efficient but not pushy, provided incredible feedback without trying to influence my decision, and I didn't feel rushed at all even though we had a short timeframe. The shop was impeccable and houses truly unique and beautiful designs. While there was another bride in the shop at the same time, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, as the set up is great. And most importantly, unlike other places, Kaitie knew the budget we were working with and didn't stray. I was so happy to walk out having had a fabulous experience and finding my dress! :)

Flair and ZOE are awesome! Zoe took the time to ask my daughter questions about herself, her day, and her visions. She was knowledgeable, professional and warm. A wedding dress is an emotional, important purchase that requires customer service that understands that. We received that at Flair. Now that my daughter said yes, she also leaves the confidence and trust that Flair will continue to support her through the tailoring process. So important! I am not surprised at all to look at the reviews for Flair and see glowing words about Zoe. Of the several places I went to look for dresses, Flair and Zoe provided the best experience BY FAR. Flair's selection is well curated and substantial. Zoe really listened to what I had already tried on, what I liked and what I didn't and immediately picked a dress I had pinned ahead of my appointment. I knew then we were on the same page. She was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured, but genuinely helped me make a decision. It was so fun to hear the other associates at Flair weighing in on my decision and it really felt like my girlfriends were there helping me choose. I cannot recommend Flair enough.

Flair was so amazing to work with! Both Kaitlyn and Zoe helped me in the process of finding my dream wedding dress and ordering a custom veil and mask. I was very picky about finding a dress with sleeves but so indecisive when I tried dressed on and they were patient with all of my questions and back and forth. I ended up ultimately deciding on my dress at the designer store in NYC and emailed Flair to come try it in their store and "say yes" through them. Super thankful for all of their help and highly recommend going here to look for a dress. They have a beautiful selection!!
