We came to Flair Project at a time of great need while planning our wedding. Our initial bar service was unserviceable just a few weeks leading up to the big day and we had to find another with little time to spare. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as Ivo and the team exceeded any expectations we had! They were quick with communication prior to the event and carried through all their promises on the day of. Many guests commented about how good the drinks were. Beyond their ability to make a drink, the bartenders were fun and efficient - there was never a line for our wedding of ~120 people, many of which are the type to frequent the bar throughout a night. Highly recommend!

Ivo and his team were our favorite vendor we hired for our wedding! They were super knowledgeable when creating multiple custom cocktails centered around each of us as well as where we got engaged, they provided incredible guidance in the lead-up to the wedding with quantities and glassware and every possible question we had, and their team day-of was a hit. We received numerous compliments both about the drinks themselves and the politeness and speed of the people serving them. We cannot recommend Flair Project enough.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flair Project to anyone--they're phenomenal. I sourced my own cocktails for the wedding, which were complex and included niche ingredients and pre-making special syrups, etc. George was unphased by the challenge and the Flair team successfully pulled off these cocktails for our 170-person wedding. No waiting in long lines at the bar, cocktails ready when guests arrived, and they can make anything you want beyond the specialty drinks. I'm still getting comments from friends and family on how much they loved both the drinks and the bartenders. Worth every penny, just book them!

Would highly recommend partnering with Ivo and the Flair Project team for any upcoming event needs. For our wedding, Flair was both the easiest bartending vendor to work with & the most reasonably priced. Beyond that, we appreciated Flair's strong service - willing to bring complimentary champagne to celebrate at our ceremony location before also serving drinks at our reception venue. And at our reception, Flair's bartender Wyatt provided amazing service to our guests and even went above and beyond to help dinner service to make our night as smooth as possible.

If you haven't hired the Flair Project for your wedding or special event- stop everything you're doing and hire them! What an amazing addition to our wedding day, not only are the cocktails beautiful, but they are delicious. They worked with us to craft perfect cocktails for us and our guests could not stop talking about them. Ivo and his team are kind, detail oriented, and above all true crafts at their art of mixology. We would not hesitate to recommend Ivo and Flair Project to anyone!
