We could not have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The team was extremely professional, attentive, and made the entire process seamless. The food was beyond delicious—our guests are still raving about it! Flamingo Legs Catering truly exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. From the moment my husband and I sat down with Chef Rob for our tasting, we knew we had found something special. It didn’t take long for us to decide they would be our wedding caterer—and we’re so grateful we made that choice! For cocktail hour, we served the charcuterie board and meatballs—both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious (I was lucky to sneak in a few bites between photos!). Dinner was equally impressive. We chose the chicken caprese and pork loin with apple topping as our entrees, accompanied by green beans with onions and bacon, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fresh rolls, and plated salads. Flamingo Legs brought their food truck, ensuring everything was served hot and fresh. Guests are still raving about the food—especially the mashed potatoes, which were a definite crowd favorite! My husband and I were able to try a little bit of everything, and we genuinely loved each dish. We had one guest with dietary restrictions, and Chef Rob was more than happy to accommodate. They made it clear that they'd gladly do the same for any additional guests if needed. We also had them handle our cookie table setup, and Danielle (Chef Rob’s wife) went above and beyond—her attention to detail made it more beautiful than I ever imagined. Throughout the entire planning process, Chef Rob and Danielle were a dream to work with. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing with them. They communicated clearly, were incredibly responsive, flexible, transparent with pricing, and always professional and kind. Their passion for what they do shines through in every detail—from the food to the service. I truly have nothing but positive things to say about Flamingo Legs Catering. Flamingo Legs Catering made our catering by far the easiest part of planning our wedding. Chef Rob answered all my questions quickly even before we committed. On the day of Bridal Shower the staff setup, stay to make sure everything was replenished. This was a huge help!
