Flavors Etc did a wonderful job with our wedding! We had a morning wedding, and our decision to do a brunch was definitely a good choice. Everything tasted exactly as it did when we had our taste-test, so no surprises there. I absolutely love their egg salad croissants, even if you're not doing a brunch, I recommend it as an appetiser or something! So yummy. They were so professional, punctual, and helpful in preparing our perfect day. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I've received zero complaints about the food, so I have none to put here. Thanks for your great work!

Erika was our point of contact to catering our wedding and she and her team made the best food for our big day! We came into her restaurant for a tasting first and she sat down with my husband and I one on one to explore what we wanted and our vision for the day. She gave us options of high quality food parings and also showed us the way she could make it look fantastic while on display! She came to our 30-day-walkthrough to see the venue and scope out where and how they would set everything up and it made it that much easier to plan for transporting the food and making it look flawless the day of! We were so impressed with the display on the day of when we saw it!! We got tons of compliments on our cocktail hour snacks and hors d'oeuvres as well as the service of abundance of food at dinner! The food was delicious and there was so much detail and care put into the food and service! I would highly recommend Erika and the Flavors Crew!

Erika and her team are truly wonderful to work with. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day memorable. Flavors Etc catered our rehearsal dinner, our wedding dinner, and made the cupcakes for our wedding. They can do it all! Erika responds to you in such a timely manner and will make sure that everything is taken care of the day of your wedding with no added stress to you. They coordinated with our DJ on when to announce certain things and they also provided all the plates, drink wear, and bartnender in a full package that also accommodated our price range. My fiancé and I had high hopes to have flavors etc. cater our wedding since many others recommended them. The initial in-person meeting went fine and we scheduled a tasting with Erika and Jessica. They wrote down the date and time as did we. A few days later, we sent our "wish list" for what to taste as they had asked. I also added the date and time for the tasting in the email to re-confirm. Jessica responded "Got it." So a few weeks later, after my fiancé rearranged his work schedule and my Mom rearranged her plans as well, we all traveled almost an hour to flavors etc. My mom had gotten there about 10 min before the scheduled time. Once we got there a few min after my Mom, she said to us "I just saw someone leave the building and now I don't think anyone's here." We knocked on the door, called, emailed Erika, and waited. Eventually a man shows up and we tell him we had a tasting. He goes inside to call Erika or Jessica to see where they were. At this point, it's about 20 min after our scheduled appt. When Jessica arrived, about a half hour after our scheduled time, she said she needed to go inside for one minute. (Same person my Mom saw leave the building a little earlier. Jessica claimed she didn't see my Mom waiting there). My fiancé went back inside to ask her how long it would be for them to prepare the food that we requested to taste weeks prior. She said that they didn't have the food there and that they wouldn't be able to do the tasting today. Why couldn't she tell us that when she got there instead of wasting more of our time? He then told her that we were taking our business elsewhere. She then came out to apologize to my Mom and I. We left. Erika finally calls 50 min after our scheduled time and my fiancé answers. Erika says to us "There must have been a miscommunication. Would you like to reschedule?" (Really? Because there wasn't a miscommunication on our end when we saw you write down the day and time and also reconfirmed in an email when Jessica said "Got it."). He told her no and that we'd be going elsewhere. Erika replies "Okay cool." I've never written a negative review before, but this was just unacceptable. We didn't want to take the chance of them being unprepared or "having a miscommunication" on our wedding day. That would have been awful!!! Simply put, don't waste your time like they wasted ours.
