Alexis Stephen was unbelievable as our month of coordinator -truly the best decision we made across all of the many decisions one makes planning a wedding. Everyone tells you to expect things to go wrong on your wedding day, and not a single detail was missed, all because of Alexis. From day of coordinating to assisting with planning the month before, we were amazed with her attention to detail, timeliness and above all how much she cared. Couldn’t say enough and highly recommend!! Thank you Alexis!!
We worked with Allison. It was a bumpy ride. The day of went well, but it was tense. A week prior, Allison made a disparaging comment about us to the venue in a shared public workspace. We all saw it. We need to move the time due to daylight savings, and I think this stressed Allison out. It made the day of a little tense. Most of the time I was afraid to text her. It was a nice day, but it was a bumpy road to get there.
My only regret is I wish I hired Alexis for more than the month/day of coordination. Having Alexis coordinate all my vendors during the weeks leading up to our wedding (for 250+ guests) and on the day of was such a huge mental workload lifted. I didn't worry about a thing. She worked well with all our vendors, and kept me updated on everything I *needed* to know and took care of everything else. If I had to do it all over again, I would have hired Alexis from the start!
I am currently living in Missouri and due to both my and my now husbands family living in Florida we planned our wedding in St. Pete. I thought it was going to be the most stressful experience planning a wedding from states away but having Allison as our month of coordinator saved my life. Our vendor was unresponsive and she was champion on staying on them and making sure our wedding was perfect. She made a timeline that was solid and every one of my vendors complemented, stating she must be a fantastic planner. She responded immediately to all of my questions and was flexible when I messed up our meeting due to the time difference. If you are looking into a wedding planner and are on the fence, she is so worth it, I promise. I did not have a second to think on my wedding day and believe it or not I did not have too. She was my brain and she had everything perfected down to passing out my wedding favors I forgot about. Trust me when I say she was the best money I spent on my wedding.
We hired Alexis through Flawless Fetes. She is an absolute angel & kept me from losing my mind because wedding planning is very overwhelming. She helped me pick vendors and officiated our wedding. This wedding could not have happened without her! She is professional, responsive, kind, charming, a joy to be around and handles shit! I cannot recommend Alexis enough. She will be a memorable part of your big day, no doubt.

Flawless Fetes is a fantastic wedding planning company. We worked with Allison for full planning of our wedding. From the start, she was so helpful in giving vendor recommendations. She was organized and met up with us each time we had a meeting with florals, catering, etc. On wedding day, Allison DELIVERED! I can only imagine how much work is it to keep track of all the vendors and guests and she really did it all flawlessly. She was great to work with. I highly recommend Flawless Fetes - thanks for making our wedding one of the best days for us!
We had the full planning package from Flawless Fetes. While we found our venue prior to hiring them, they were very familiar with our venue. We worked with most of the team at the time. Kristen was our lead at the time and was very responsive to all emails and schedule requests to meet for venue walk-throughs. Their responsiveness is what made us hire them! Allison helped us find a great florist for our budget (Apple Blossom Florist.) Alexis was our day-of coordinator and she was awesome! We don't live locally so we met via Zoom a couple of weeks before the wedding and went over the finishing touches. She took our personal/DIY items the day before and set up our reception space perfectly. She was the MVP when it came to going over the rehearsal and wrangling family and bridal party. I had a lot of wedding day anxiety, but I was NOT anxious about Alexis getting everything together. Our families were so impressed with her and her organization. Thank you so much for helping make our special day possible!
I spoke to quite a few companies while looking for a day of coordinator and knew I found my people when I spoke to Allison. Of all your vendors, I highly recommend going with your gut vibe when it comes to your coordinator. On our very first phone call, Allison made me feel comfortable, at ease, calm, heard, reassured, etc. I reached out once or twice in the months leading up to the wedding to see if she had preferred vendors on one or two things and she always replied quickly. About 1-2 weeks before the wedding, Allison finalized our vendor list with me a take the ball and ran with it making sure my vendors had timelines, confirmations, everything they needed and that they knew to reach out to her day of. A couple days before, I passed over the decor we requested she set up and everything was perfect when I arrived. From the minute I arrived until the wedding ended, Allison was right there to help calm my nerves, was incredibly organized and personable, and always had an answer or solution. I honestly could not have asked for a better person in this role. She even helped bustle my dress! At the end of the night, she had everything packed up and organized for us to just load out and take home. Everything that we entrusted Allison with on our wedding day went, well, flawlessly! We recently worked with Alexis from Flawless Fetes as our Day of Planner for our wedding at Armature Works in Tampa, FL and could not be happier with her and her services!
At first we were reluctant to even consider wedding planning/coordination, but our venue - Armature Works required on site coordination with a minimum of a day of planner. However we couldn't be more thankful that they did because in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding Alexis was a crucial element in making it all happen seamlessly and stress free.
From the minute we reached out to the Flawless Fetes team to inquire on Wedding planning services we felt at ease. Alexis was amazing throughout the whole process and was an awesome value for what we paid and received in return. She was professional, courteous, prompt, and simply on top of everything. She helped with planning our day of timeline down to the minute and was vital in the coordination, setup and breakdown of our wedding on the day of. She was with us from start to finish and through more than a couple of hurdles and hoops on the day of made sure that it all went down without a hitch.
For those looking at wedding planning / coordination I couldn't say enough positive things about Alexis, and would highly recommend working with her. Do yourself a favor and stop reading any more reviews and hire Flawless Fetes, you will thank me later! :)
Hiring a day of coordinator was one of the first things we did after selecting a venue for our wedding and choosing Flawless Fetes was the best decision we made. We received thorough and excellent communication from the very beginning, and even received resources that helped guide my planning in the early stages. As we got closer to our date, we were paired with Alexis as our coordinator, and she reached out to set up a video call to get to know us and our vision for our wedding. I cannot overstate how essential Alexis was to helping our event run smoothly. I am an organized person and Alexis still thought of so many important details I would have missed. I could tell she really cared about making sure the event was what *we* wanted, and she was incredibly patient and kind, both with us and some of our less responsive vendors. She answered my million questions leading up to the event, made really great suggestions, and truly helped the night go off without a hitch (at least as far as I know!). Thank you a million times to the Flawless Fetes team and to Alexis!
Choosing Flawless Fetes was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Alexis was an incredible day of coordinator. I had a huge wedding party, many moving parts and so much indecision on my end. She was there a month out from my wedding, catching my slip ups and gently pushing me in the right direction. When planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted a simple and intimate back yard wedding. This meant that during the initial stages of planning we didn't think that we needed a professional. Oh how wrong we were! At the behest of my mom, the one stipulation for allowing us to use her backyard as our venue was if she could actually enjoy the day with out being concerned about every little detail. This is where Allison at Flawless Fetes our Day Of Coordinator came in! Allison was organized, efficient, assertive (in the exact way you need when planning a wedding), and pleasant to work with. She helped us organize our timeline and ensured the day went off without a hitch. Her assistant Gabby did a particularly incredible job of styling the place settings and tables that I had been meticulously curating for 6 months. Flawless Fetes was definitely the reason both my mother and I were able to enjoy the day with hardly an ounce of stress!
I recently hosted my wedding weekend with Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and hired Flawless Fetes as our vendor. I HIGHLY recommend having Allison as your day-of wedding coordinator. Her service and organization was absolutely PERFECT. Everything was on time, and I had 110% confidence in her throughout the night. She is the absolute BEST at her job! I only have amazing things to say about my wedding weekend with exceeded expectations!
We used Flawless Fetes for our wedding and had Allison as our coordinator- she was FABULOUS. She was incredibly helpful, jumped in when our officiant couldn’t make it to the rehearsal, made everything stunningly beautiful in a short amount of time, took last minute changes easily, and looked so calm and collected each time I saw her throughout the day. She kept me and my husband calm and we were able to fully enjoy the day because she worried about the complicated stuff!
The only problem we had was that she kept pronouncing my husbands name wrong and made a joke about not trying to pronounce the last name because it’s too hard. We found it a bit rude, but it didn’t overpower the fabulous job she did on our wedding. I would definitely recommend Flawless Fetes for your wedding or event.
I had the pleasure of having Flawless Fetes (Specifically, Kristen) as my Wedding Planner and Wedding Coordinator. Unfortunately, she moved, and due to my wedding being all DIY, I needed a local Wedding Planner. I can only speak to the first few months of the wedding process, but hopefully, this can help a Bride in need. Flawless Fetes and Kristin were a powerhouse team. I received a detailed questionnaire, drafted wedding schedule, vendor list, and so much more. Furthermore, the team was attentive and detail-oriented. We had the pleasure of working with Allison from Flawless Fetes. Allison brought a directive and calm presence to the wedding. She knew where everything needed to be, including us, on the day of the wedding. She handled emergencies, held babies, and overall kept the day flowing.
Leading up to wedding, Allison was very communicative about timing and deadlines, and her assurances to keep us in the loop were so helpful. No detail was too small, and the preparatory work and questionnaires helped us nail down some of those last minute details. Every vendor we worked with felt comfortable knowing Flawless Fetes was spearheading the day.

As a company, we found Flawless Fetes to have reasonable rates and great services. As our day-of coordinator we found Alexis to be professional, upbeat, and extremely well organized.
Prior to our wedding day we communicated with Alexis several times either over video call or email to refine our timeline. With her guidance we were able to create a roadmap that addressed all questions. We were then able to use this timeline to keep our friends and family on track, and Alexis was able to wrangle all of our vendors and get them on the same page prior to our wedding day.
Alexis arrived early and ready to go for our rehearsal and on the wedding day she blew us away as she helped bring our vision to life.
Once guests began to arrive Alexis was on it to keep the night running smoothly with announcements and music cues, all the way through the final items getting loaded up as we drove away from the venue.

Wow. We worked with Allison as our day of coordinator, and she was fan-freaking-tastic. FF and Allison were very communicative up until our big day. Her on-site coordination blew me away. I honestly have no words to describe what working with Flawless Fetes was! Maybe PERFECT would be the word. They were helpful, communicative, understanding, amazing, kind, professional, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns from start to finish! We got the "day of" package which is more like a "month of" package and it was truly a dream!!! Alexis was our day of coordinator and she made everything seamless and very, very easy for me which as the bride I greatly appreciated. Look no further, Hiring Kristen was one of the best decisions we made. I HIGHLY recommend all brides hire a day-of coordinator. It made the day so much more enjoyable, and definitely reduced my stress levels. It's worth every penny! We had several vendors... Caterer, florist, dj, cake baker, etc., and it was great to NOT be the go-to person for all of these people on the day-of. Kristen knew how to line everyone up before the ceremony and didn't let me forget anything. She even helped me bustle my dress when my bridesmaids were struggling. My venue required me to have a day-of coordinator and even if they didn’t, I would have never survived the months leading up to my wedding or my wedding day without Kristen!
I found her company Flawless Fetes during my search through WeddingWire and felt they offered a package that was exactly what I was looking for within my budget. Their reviews on Google, TheKnot, and WeddingWire were amazing and now I know why! I spoke with Kristen on the phone and immediately felt confident that she would make sure my day would be perfect.
We hired her for partial planning which was one of the best decisions I could have made; the months leading up to my wedding, she answered so many of my questions (day or night, it didn’t matter the time!) and offered me some great vendor recommendations.
The week of our wedding when we realized what the weather was looking like, she kept me calm despite the massive change in plans we had to do and kept me organized.
But the day of our wedding is when she really blew me away with her expertise. I basically gave her a list of my personal items/decor and said “have at it” with only a few guidelines of where things would go. She has such an eye for detail and how to take something and just bring it to the next level. I honestly felt like she brought my pinterest board to life when I walked in and saw how she transformed the room.
Even when the power went out during the ceremony, she kept things running smoothly and had everyone in the right place at the right time. I would recommend Kristen with Flawless Fetes over and over again!
We hired Flawless Fetes because we needed someone to just run the show the day of the wedding only. We had everything already planned and done. There were so many wedding planners that were expensive and included way more than we needed. Flawless had the perfect day of wedding coordination package that gave us exactly what we needed. Alexis was our coordinator and she was awesome!!! 1000% recommend hiring them. She took the time to understand our vision and make it happen. She was so responsive and very detail oriented, as well as, knowledgeable on all things wedding. She brought up things we hadn’t previously thought about to make sure nothing was left out or overlooked. Our guests even raved about her! Also, this was a destination wedding, so everything was planned virtually and still happened exactly how we envisioned it!
Kristen from Flawless Fetes was excellent as our day of coordinator. Even the most organized couple in the world needs someone to keep the schedule running smoothly, solve any problems that might pop up, and speak to vendors and guests on their behalf. Kristen was more than up to the challenge. She kept the wedding party and families on track and brought a wonderful creative eye towards setting up the venue and repurposing ceremony decor for the reception.
I cannot begin to describe how amazing Kristen is and that hiring her as our day of coordinator was BY FAR the BEST decision that we made! Even though she was technically only our day of coordinator, she began her duties weeks in advance and was so helpful! She reminded me of so many details that I otherwise would have forgotten, continued to check in to see how things were going, and just made the overall process that much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to postpone our wedding at the last minute. Upon Kristen hearing of the news, she took it upon herself to contact all of the vendors and relay the message, so that we did not have to do anything. I am so so thankful for her. She was amazing in helping us replan the wedding a couple of months later, and made sure the day was perfect. I cannot imagine having gone through this whole process without her. She was unbelievably organized, on top of everything the day of the wedding, and made sure there was no stress on us so we could fully enjoy the day. I would 100% recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator!
Allison was amazing from the very beginning. She helped us so much leading up to the wedding and was a life saver on the day of. When we had to reschedule because of covid she was there for us throughout the entire ordeal. Even when a few things didn’t go according to plan, through no fault of hers, she kept everything running smoothly and fixed any issue that came up. She made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves throughout the day and even wrangled our rowdy wedding party with ease. If you want an amazing coordinator who takes all the stress off of you and has fun doing it, definitely go with flawless fetes. A day of coordinator is so very needed and Kristin and her team are amazing! She has been so helpful for us since the day we booked her team. Kristin went above and beyond! She is very professional, informative, and dedicated! Kristin was always there to answer my emails and share her knowledge. On the wedding day, she was on point making sure everything was running smoothly, and even went to grab items that I had completely forgotten! Truly thankful for all her work!
I'm so glad we hired Flawless Fetes for our wedding! Allison was our day-of coordinator, and she was awesome. Leading up to the wedding day, she was incredibly fast to respond to any inquiries and was super helpful in deciding on how things should go. It's tough planning a wedding, and you don't always know what you should be doing, so I really appreciated how Allison brought things to my attention that I hadn't yet considered. Fast forward to the wedding day, and it was definitely a more difficult one to help coordinate, as a storm came through shortly before our outdoor ceremony was to take place, and everything had to be moved indoors. Allison handled this without issue. In addition to that, our venue lost many reception items the day before the wedding, so Allison quickly ordered replacements to be delivered to the venue. She did this, of course, without me even knowing that night, and made sure to not add any additional stress on my end. I am so thankful Allison was there to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible, and I would definitely recommend her and Flawless Fetes for day-of coordination services. Thank you so much!
I've waited several weeks to write this so that it wouldn't come off too upsetting from me. Allison was very communicative and always attended to my emails. Even if I had asked the question a million times, she still responded and understood the stress that comes with planning a wedding. For that I thank you her immensely. We hired Flawless Fetes for day of services and rehearsal. Everything was great for rehearsal and our décor was set up almost identical to what I asked. I was a DIY bride and spent hours and hours creating everything and putting together a guide for things. Even though not everything was how I asked, it was beautiful none the less. There was a mishap with our guest favors needing to be displayed elsewhere as well. Which was fine. My main upsetting point is that we were sent a timeline on 2/25 with everything, which included our bridal party and niece and nephews to have intros. In finding out that would not be happening right before we were suppose to go out and be introduced ourselves, I was told that wasn't in the time line. It was in our timeline and I verified that the next day in my email. My second issue is taking away the duty of carrying one of our rings from one of our nephews down the aisle. We bought certain things so they each can have a part in our ceremony with each of our rings. Because those two things involved family they were close to our heart and very upsetting. In being told I was wrong about the timeline when I've spent hours on this and knew it backwards and forwards, that was also upsetting. But I kept quiet. Allison handled the rollercoaster of the night very well and we're happy she was there to help. I wish we had been listened to a bit more on the day of though. Our bridal party was expecting for those things to happen for them and to be included in those moments and they weren't. I have also lost some of my decor, granted the venue is primarily at fault for the outdoor decor being left outside overnight on the course ( I guess). However, decor was taken outside, and so it should have been brought back in. I also inquired about these items, although not too expensive, and have kind of been left in limbo about them. So I've left it alone. We wouldn't have been able to have such a beautiful night without Flawless Fetes and Allison. I'm in between the three and four stars, but our young nephews and niece mean everything to us and so that is the main reason for the star count. Even if one of them had said they were nervous or didn't want to, which is not how my husband explains it, that should have been brought to my attention. All in all, it was a beautiful night and one that my husband and I are very grateful we had help for especially during the pandemic.
Kristen is the absolute BEST! We hired her for partial wedding planning & our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of her. She handled everything for us to the point where we didn’t stress at all come the day of. She recommended all our vendors to us & they all were amazing as well. Hiring Kristin for my Day of Wedding planning was the BEST decision ever. I've heard plenty of horror stories about planners not being helpful, present, on time, etc.
She did my Brother/Sister-In-Law's wedding and came highly recommended.
She traveled all the way to Hawks Cay Resort the day before to be present for the rehearsal (thank goodness, because our pastor didn't make it) and ran us all through the coordination of the day.
She worked seamlessly with my venue, photographer, and other vendors to make my day go incredibly smooth. She was super attentive to things I needed or things I wasn't even thinking about (i.e. getting my marriage license signed and immediately placing it back in our room).
My family has quite a few "alpha" type personalities which are difficult to deal with sometimes and she handled them with such professionalism and perfection.
I received sooooo many compliments during and after our wedding.
I will say it again, you need to hire Kristin for your wedding. Trust me on that. You will not regret it!!

(a note to add: the next day I saw there was another wedding being held and the poor bride was all dressed/ready to walk and had to keep peeking out of the door to see when she could walk. Hiring Flawless Fetes for Day of Coordination was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Allison and Kristen were absolutely amazing during the planning process. Allison handled the day of coordinating and, let me tell you, she was a BOSS. As someone who plans general events for a living, I was overwhelmed with the support I received from the Flawless Fetes team. They know their stuff and have it all on lock. I am so thankful for them!
As if planning a wedding in 2020 wasn’t hard enough... After plans fell through for my original vision on 6/4/2020, the date and location were changed to 9/5/2020. And then, when the day was finally here, the sky was dark with looming storms. Allison was my day-of coordinator and made the call the move the ceremony inside. I was anxious to see if it would all be as beautiful as I originally imagined. Within an hour, Allison moved everything from the rooftop terrace to the indoor ballroom. And it turned out to be even more perfect of a day than I thought. Everything ran smoothly and I found myself lost in the love and happiness of the day. I had my dream wedding with the fabulous Flawless Fetes. Best decision I made for the whole wedding (other than saying "I do") was having Kristen help organize the best day of my life. She guided me in the planning process while holding me accountable with the timeline and checklist. I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator. Many people have told me the day will go by so fast, but I was actually able to slow down and take it all in. Kristen made that all possible. She was non-stop from start to finish. I felt stress-free and so very happy. I didn't even know about any of the inevitable issues with other vendors until after the wedding. Flawless Fetes deserves a million stars for that! I can't thank you enough, Kristen, for literally doing everything in your power (in the middle of a pandemic!) to make sure my day was a perfect one to remember. I don't know how you do it and couldn't have done it without you!
Flawless Fetes really made my day stress free. We used the day of services and I am so grateful for Kristen and Allison. They truly thought of everything! Our venue was very DIY and Allison was there most of the day coordinating all of our vendors and the set up. It was so nice to focus on getting ready and not to worry at all about what was happening at our venue. A must for any DIY bride!

I don’t know what I would of done without Allison from Flawless Fetes. I hired them to help run my wedding which was hard because I’m controlling (comes with my full time job) but definitely was necessary. I had not one worry on my wedding day.
It’s funny because my parents didn’t understand why I hired a day of coordinator and after the walk thru to the day of, they were so impressed with this company and were so glad I hired them. They are incredibly affordable and totally worth it. I definitely recommend Flawless Fetes
Hiring Kristen to plan our wedding was, hands down, one of the BEST decisions that we made throughout the entire planning process. She is everything that we hoped for with a planner, and much, much more: extremely organized, incredible with communication, the utmost professional and extremely talented at her job, on top of EVERYTHING, and she executed our dream wedding celebration to a "T." On the day of the wedding, because of Kristen, my husband and I had zero stress, as we knew she'd have everything handled. We honestly cannot recommend her more and we highly encourage all couples who are planning a wedding/event to consider Kristen and Flawless Fetes - you'll be extremely happy that you did!

Having Kristen as a day of coordinator was easily the best decision we made when wedding planning. Being able to fully relax and enjoy the day knowing Kristen had everything taken care of was priceless. I got so many raving comments from family members about how professional and attentive she was during both the rehearsal and the wedding. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when which helped us stay on schedule and made the day go smoothly. If you are contemplating whether or not you want to hire a coordinator I cannot recommend Kristen enough!
Kristen was awesome. She did a half day of coordination. I hired her last minute and filled out a word document of what I wanted and she carried it out to the tea. It was amazing, she made my vision come to life and took a lot of stress off me on my wedding day. She also helped us think of a lot of last minute details we hadn’t thought of. I’m so glad we hired her.
They are very professional and so nice! About a month and a half to our wedding, our original Day Of Coordinator completely disappeared and left us hanging with no way to contact them. Turns out they closed their business without letting anyone know. In a scramble to find a new one, I reached out to Flawless Fetes. They responded to all of our inquiries within minutes and were able to provide us all the month of planning services in a week’s turnaround time once we hired them. This was the reassurance I needed at the time given the circumstances and the fear of getting dropped, again. We did end up cancelling our wedding reception due to covid, so we never got to officially work with them for our day of coordination. But I would definitely re-hire them if we ever decide to have a wedding reception.
I will be completely candid. I did not think I needed a wedding coordinator. I had lined up all of my vendors and (thought) I had everything under control. Around the one month mark, I began my search for a day-of-coordinator partly to appease my venue. It is an understatement to say finding Kristen at Flawless Fetes was the best “wedding planning” decision I EVER made. I quickly realized that I absolutely needed a coordinator like Kristen because I did not have everything under control. Although Kristen was hired for “day of” coordination, she began working weeks in advance. She immediately dove right in, asked all of the right questions, and got us organized. The little details that I would have never thought about ended up tying everything together the day-of. Kristen facilitated communication with all of our vendors and set up a seamless timeline. She even made sure that our officiant, a family member and first timer, knew the proper cues to ensure the ceremony ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about one thing. Kristen handled it all from deliveries, to set up, to break down, and even returning rentals! She was genuine, organized, and extremely helpful. Our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned, and more, thanks to Kristen. I can honestly say I do not know what we would have done without her! I have total confidence recommending Flawless Fetes/Kristen to any bride and groom!

Hiring Kristen and Flawless Fetes was the best thing I did during wedding planning! Kristen is the most patient and kind person. Whenever I had worries, she made me feel calm. Kristen was always extremely responsive and available whenever I needed her. She gave great advice, helped me to maintain my budget and was a great second opinion and advice giver. She knows so much about this market and helped me to find awesome vendors like my photographer. Day of, she was so calm and relaxed when we had to make decisions based on weather. Everything ran so smoothly on the big day all because of Kristen's organization. It was also a huge perk and budget saver to have access to her decor items! Special shoutout to Allison who was our ceremony coordinator - she was also great to work with and super fun. Overall, I would highly suggest that brides work with Flawless Fetes, it was one of the smartest and best things I did for the wedding!

Hiring Kristen was THE BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process! Even though our wedding was very intimate, I still wanted to hire someone to help on the day of so I could relax and enjoy the day without being stressed. I had a vision of how I wanted everything to be set up since I was supplying most of our decor and she truly did an amazing job! With helping set everything up, helping with the timelines, contacting vendors, helping w/the breakdown at the end of the night, I really didn't have anything to worry about at all! We got back to our hotel room and everything was straightened up and organized, it was such a pleasant surprise! I honestly couldn't have had such a perfect wedding day if it wasn't for her. Kristen is probably THE most amazing coordinator I've ever worked with- and this is coming from someone who was an actual coordinator for 4 years. Her calm demeanor and organizational skills are truly impeccable. We hired her just for day-of and she made the time to visit the reception venue weeks ahead of the wedding with my mother and facetime'd me to make sure all my needs were met. Her calm demeanor was EXACTLY what I needed and I can say with 100% certainty that everything went exactly the way I wanted it. She is truly a gem and if there's one thing I'm grateful for, it's that we hired Kristen and Flawless Fetes.

Kristen was absolutely amazing for our day of wedding planning! She literally did everything and I’m still in awe of how beautiful everything turned out. Our wedding was a lot of DIY and nothing was provided at the venue itself, so she went in set everything out and organized the entire day. I didn’t think the wedding space we had could look so good! Leading up to the day of she had me fill out a questionnaire and that honestly helped me understand all the things I didn’t even think about! Everyone thought we spent so much money on our wedding which was not even the case! It has everything to do with how she set up the venue. I would also suggest having her come for rehearsal too if you are like me and have no idea how to do anything. Haha. I can’t say enough about her and I wouldn’t hesitate to book!!!
