I can’t say enough good things about this venue! I got married 4 days ago there and they made everything so easy for me! The venue was gorgeous, food was phenomenal, and the staff was so easy to work with! Staff was so attentive to not only the wedding party but the entire guest list! I got countless rave reviews from family members that attended! Love this venue and the people I met there!!

Got married there this past Saturday. We couldn't have asked for more from the venue. The cost was comparable to similar venues from which we got quotes. We had been to a wedding expo there, and there was something about Fleur de Lis that we kept going back to it during our conversations. Every step of the way, the staff was courteous and thoughtful and it was clear that weddings are their business and they know what they are doing. The venue was beautiful, all our expectations were exceeded. We did not eat from the buffet, but our guests had very positive things to say. We had a personal assistant who got us everywhere we needed to be with as little stress as possible. If I had a complaint, it would be that 3 1/2 hours was simply not enough time. I felt as though, by the time we finished all the wedding tasks, the reception was wrapping up. The courtyard was nice and made for good pictures, but could have used more shade for a daytime wedding. The staff packed our car for us and even sent us home with plenty of leftovers.

THE BEST VENUE FOR ANY OCCASION!! My wedding was beautiful and everything I wanted. The staff was amazing with any and all questions I had when planning. Even though it rained that day, Kendra and her team were able to quickly make the change from outdoor to indoor ceremony without me having to worry about anything. The best place for any event and I recommend them to many people.

We loved having our rehearsal dinner at the Fleur de Lis Event Center Restaurant. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They made sure that the ambiance was lovely, and that me and my husband were taken care of. They set up all the centerpieces and the place cards for us beforehand, and they even wrote a little custom welcome sign when we walked in. I was also able to customize the bar menu which I really appreciated. Chad is so responsive and easy to get a hold of, and Ms. Becky was so nice and attentive. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a beautiful and affordable venue for an event.

I can't begin to explain how amazing everyone at the Fluer De Lis was on our wedding day. As stressed as I was, when I walked in the door the wonderful ladies there had everything set up for us. The bridal suit was perfect. Everything looked amazing. The attentiveness of the staff was beyond anything I could've asked for. The food was perfect! They made sure our wedding party was well taken care of during our pictures and after. If you are looking for a venue with style and knowledgeable and caring staff this is the place for you. I was so immediately relieved :)

This venue was a perfect mix of what my husband and I wanted. The outside ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Guests have complimented everything non stop from food to decor. We used the venues DJ and unfortunately he did not meet our expectations. We were told requests would be taken by guests and he turned down the Groom and other bridal party requests. He also did not honor our wishes for a private last dance. We absolutely loved our coordinator and everything else, but my only advice would be to write down the top few things that you absolutely want to happen that day as a reminder to tell someone. Everything was in the Bridal packet but I forgot to bring a few things to their attention the day of that I really wanted to happen. For an example, no phones out during ceremony, private last dance, & no guests wondering up to the bridal suite before ceremony (very overwhelming) 100% recommend this venue

I had both my rehearsal dinner at the FDL private restaurant and our wedding ceremony/reception at Fleur De Lis Event Center's Pontchartrain Ballroom and both were amazing! Mr. Chad and his team brought our dream day to life! From the start till the end, they were responsive and very helpful. They also answered all my crazy questions and made the whole process seem so easy. It was a lot of planning but it was so worth it in the end and was executed perfectly! Our guests keep talking about how beautiful everything was and how "it was the best and most beautiful wedding they've ever attended in a while” Videos and pictures were the proof but even they do not do the event justice. It was a magical night for us and everyone who attended. When you tour the Fleur De Lis Event Center venue for the first time, you will fall in love with it: the ballrooms and their starry ceilings, the spacious and lit courtyards, the team/cast members, the packages, the ambiance, the decor, the food/drinks, and the pricing. Mr. Chad was the best officiant my husband and I could have asked for; he made everyone laugh and lightened up the mood. Our bridal coordinator Kendra was amazing as well as her team in executing everything. The DJ was in-house too and he was absolutely great and kept everyone entertained the whole time. Everyone will take care of you and take care of everything for you at Fleur De Lis Event Center. You will be in very good hands and I definitely recommend Fleur De Lis Event Center for any event and especially for your big day. The only word I have found to help me express my gratitude, appreciate for this venue is, ineffable. Chad, you have something so so special and I know you know that. Thank for your vision that gave me a place to create my fairy tale wedding. Doing a destination wedding made me so erie but Anna, tori, Kendra and hannah made it what it was, and all things were perfection. Anna, I am so sorry you all got “Shilo’d” (that’s what we ended up calling it when I was looped into all the laughs lol) thank you from the bottom of my wifey heart, for your patience, attention and just genuine care. You all are amazing and I cannot wait to see the pro pics and video to share with you all 🖤

Not even sure how to begin this review! No words can express how amazing the Fleur De Lis Event Center was for our wedding. The staff is amazing! Mr. Chad is the sweetest plus was very helpful with going over everything for the ceremony and he even had us and our guests laughing during the ceremony which is exactly what we needed to take the nerves away! The food was amazing! Our guest still talk about the food! They helped us with anything we needed from beginning to end. Plus, being able to have our rehearsal dinner in their restaurant was also a bonus and was so nice! I couldn’t be happier with choosing to have our NYE wedding there!

This venue is gorgeous, the food was tasty, the DJ was surprisingly good, and the management and staff were super easy to work with. Specifically, the day-of wedding consultants and their assistants were godsends! They were sweet and extremely helpful. They relieved me of so much stress on the actual wedding day - I knew I was in good hands, and everything ran smoothly! Mr. Chad, the owner, is great! He is fair, easy-going, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. He also provided me with a "bride packet", which is super detailed with music preferences, decorations descriptions, ceremony information, and even pictures of the parents of the bride and groom so that the assistants can find them easily to get drinks for them during the reception. I definitely suggest letting them cater the rehearsal dinner, as well. The food was super good, the bar was well-stocked, and the "restaurant" they hold the dinner in was really pretty! I got married in the Jazz Ballroom and had about 75 people show up, I believe. It could've held probably 110 or 120 before it would've started feeling crowded. The ballroom is even prettier in person than the pictures, if you can believe it! The center fountain trickles softly, giving off calm vibes, and the whole room just feels almost magical. My single complaint is the parking lot. The actual lot for the venue is very small. However, there is a shopping center's parking lot that is connected to the venue's parking lot that our guests were able to use. It is just a little bit of a walk. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with this venue. Cannot recommend Fleur de Lis Event Center enough!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Fleur De Lis Event Center! Chad and the entire staff make the entire wedding planning process a breeze, and the final result is enough to take your breath away! Everything was perfect from the beautiful ceremony to the food and music! Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more thanks to this wonderful venue and staff.

The Fleur De Lis Event Center did an AMAZING job!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! My husband and I got married within a few months at this venue, and they made the entire process super easy and stress free! The venue is absolutely stunning! The staff is kind, persistent, and very hard working! They made my wedding fabulous and one I will never forget. 1000% recommend!!

This venue is so beautiful. If you're trying to capture a southern New Orleans wedding, this is IT. Not only that, the wedding coordinators are so sweet and helpful! They are nothing short of professional and experienced in what they do! The food was AWESOME! the DJ was AWESOME! Open bar just topped it off! 😂 I can honestly say our wedding was perfect! And all our family and friends felt the same! Thank you so much fleur de lis! ❤️

I had my wedding here 10/15/2021 and it was everything I imagined and MORE. Chad and Kendra and their team did AMAZING with everything. They were so helpful and cheerful all day and night. I truly had the best night of my life and my guest had an amazing time as well. The food was great, the customer service was great the drinks were great. Thank you Chad, and everyone at the Fleur De Lis center!

Where do we even begin?! First a pandemic then tropical storm! Our wedding was previously scheduled at fleur de lis event center for July 2020. We decided to postpone to June 2021. Mr. Chad and his team were so supportive and accommodating, no questions asked and we were able to reschedule. I am so glad we decided to postpone, because our wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of. Kendra was a rockstar! She was on top of every single detail the whole day, she has a ton of experience and it shows! She made sure everything went off without a hitch! We didn’t have to worry about anything but showing up. Last minute they quickly changed the ceremony to outside because the weather cleared up! We were so impressed with how quickly they got it done! The bridal assistants were on top of everything! We never went without drinks in our hand and our family was taken care of as well. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, Mr. Chad did amazing officiating the ceremony, the staff were over the top, everyone said they had the BEST time! We really felt taken care of every step of the way! We highly recommend Fleur de Lis Event Center.

I have absolutely no complaints for this venue! I had my wedding here and it was everything I’ve ever dreamed of plus more. It was beautiful, the food was amazing, song choices and overall atmosphere was great, and everyone left happy! Everyone said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended

We had a wonderful time at our daughter's reception at FDL . The facility was nice and the food was great but the best part was the bridal team and staff. Everyone was professional and did their jobs well. Everything was organized well and executed in a manner that flowed well. All of our questions and any needs that arose were promptly addressed. As others have mentioned, the bridal team made sure we had drinks, food, and anything else we needed throughout the event. All of the guests enjoyed the reception. Overall a job well done.

This was the BEST WEDDING EVER! We loved everything about this venue! The layout, the decor, the food, open bar, music... it was all just perfect! The staff team at this venue is amazing. Their experience in handling everything is second to none! Our guests were floored by how awesome this place was and most said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We cannot thank Chad and his team enough for making our wedding the best night of our lives! This place deserved 10 stars!

Best night ever! If I get married again I will definitely choose this places again no doubt. Fleur De Lis made everything so easy and yet so perfect. As the Bride they spoiled me, I felt like royalty! The staff reviewed everything with me and didn't missed a thing, I didn't have to worry about anything! When searching for venues for our wedding, my husband and I were very particular about the atmosphere we wanted to create. The Fleur De Lis team not only made us feel safe during COVID, but they made sure all of my corky ideas and visions came to life! Patsy, Tori and Ana all took the time to play around with setup with me so that the wedding day would go smoothly. This put me at ease since I was an out of town bride. The day of the wedding, I arrived at the venue 3hrs early prepared to decorate and help with setup only to find that everything was already done! Ana, Tori, Becky, and the rest of the team had everything exactly as I had envisioned it! I'm still in disbelief! Chad and his team truly made it their mission to make sure that the bride and groom were NEVER concerned with ANYTHING! They have it down to a science! My guests could not stop raving about how amazing the staff, food and ambiance were! More importantly, I cannot stop replaying my wedding day in my head! It was truly PERFECT!!! Thanks again to the entire Fleur De Lis team!!!! My husband and I are forever grateful!

Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but planning a wedding during a pandemic is even more stressful... or at least it would have been if we had booked our wedding anywhere else but Fleur de Lis Event Center! Chad, Patsy, Ana and her bridal team went absolutely above and beyond to answer every single little question we had regarding COVID protocols or any general wedding-related questions. Our bridal coordinator, Ana, essentially had every detail of our wedding packet memorized, and she helped bring our wedding vision to life! I don't think it could have been any more special than it was! Our guests were constantly raving during and after the reception about the food and the atmosphere -- it's been nearly a month since the ceremony (we got married on November 22nd) and people are still telling me how beautiful and fun our wedding was! Chad also did a wonderful job officiating our ceremony, and he made sure to personally meet with me, my husband, and my father prior to the ceremony to explain all of the details regarding what we needed to do. The ceremony was perfect and beautiful; there's nothing I would change about that day at all. Thank you to the entire staff at Fleur de Lis for helping us have the most perfect wedding day!

We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we both have such amazing memories of our wedding and we constantly get complements on how beautiful it was and the venue! Ana, Victoria, and Patsy went above and beyond for us on our day and Mr. Chad and the staff were always available for any questions we had leading up to the wedding. And don't worry ladies, even if you're talking to 1 person mostly (we spoke with Kendra a lot, she was also amazing) but have a different coordinator the day of, it doesn't even matter! Everything went so smoothly! Even my dad was impressed and he has to be the most difficult person know! Thank you all for making our day perfect! If you're looking for a venue, look no further!

My husband and I got married this past Friday and we are so glad we chose FDL event center! Everyone raved about the food, not only at our rehearsal dinner, but at the wedding too! Our bridal team made sure that our drinks were full, we were happy and everything made it safely into our car at the end of the night. We also loved having Mr. Chad as our officiant. He made sure to check on us beforehand and go over everything so our ceremony was perfect!! From the beginning we knew we had picked the right venue. We couldn’t recommend Fleur De Lis enough!!

The absolute BEST venue on the Northshore... Fleur de Lis made all of our wedding dreams come true for our families. The food was excellent... the music was fun & picked out by the wedding party... the service was impeccable.. and the personal care & attention to detail was second to none!! We could not have picked a more beautiful & elegant venue for our special day and the staff served us like we were members of their family. We truly had no worries on our big day because everything had been coordinated down to the very last detail. May God continue to bless their business of making dreams come true... just like they did ours on October 16, 2020!!

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect night! Everything was handled, the food was delicious, and we had the time of our lives! Few key points: -First, I'll talk about the stars of the show: the bridal team that was there for me before, during, and after! Julie was awesome and on top of everything before I could think of it, and she went over every detail of the bridal packet with me to ensure that she understood my vision for the night. She also helped with suggestions when I was struggling. Patsy was great too! She showed me examples of linens and helped me choose. She also had some perfect suggestions for decisions I was struggling with. Then there was Kaylee. She was made sure I had something to drink all night. At one point, I was dancing, and when I walked off the dance floor, she was waiting with a drink. I hadn't even thought about being thirsty, and I finished the entire drink right then. This was the best team a bride could ever ask for. -They are thorough! I was a very laidback bride, which means that I didn't really have a lot by way of details for them (I'm sure I was a total pain!). They worked with me and had incredible suggestions for details that I was struggling with. Julie even reached out to my cake vendor to find out which cake stand would work best with my cake because I didn't know! -Every last detail I requested, they took care of! When the cake vendor we were hoping to use turned out to be awful, they even recommended an AMAZING cake vendor! (Marguerite's in Slidell, if you're wondering). -The food! I have a severe shellfish allergy and hate rice. There was not a single shellfish or grain of rice anywhere to be seen. I was floored by how absolutely delicious the food was as well! So many of our guests were raving about the food. On top of that, I have a friend with celiac, so she asked if they could just get her a bowl of salad that hadn't had croutons in it when they refilled it again. Not only did they stop right then and go get her a big, crouton-free salad, but they found her at a table a few minutes later with a huge plate piled high with every gluten-free option they had to serve that night. -The DJ was great. We used a house DJ and gave him only a few specific songs for a few specific events throughout the night, and he filled in ALL the rest perfectly. If I could do it all over again, I'd do it exactly the same.

We had our wedding on 6/26/20. This was literally the best night of our lives! The Fleur De Lis Event center was absolutely amazing! I was literally having anxiety from all of the coronavirus drama going on in the world (literally so much was going wrong), and when the day of the wedding actually arrived, it was literally the smoothest, most perfect day I have ever had in my life. They handled things SO perfectly. The center was clean, the staff wore required ppe per the CDC, and all of the guests talked about how amazing our wedding was for weeks after. We are so grateful for this venue, as for when we were looking for a venue we wanted one that was organized and beautiful...and this was literally the one. Other places were not nearly as organized. Some people choose venues because they are just pretty, but keep in mind you need a venue that communicates with you frequently and has the staff and leadership to make your night run smooth. If you are looking for that, this is the the place for you! Highly recommend. 5 stars. Amazing. Keep it up. And thank you for an amazing night :)

The Fleur De Lis Event Center was so great to work with. My husband and I had so much fun at our wedding, everyone had a great time. The people were great and very on schedule. The bridal coordinators did an amazing job keeping everything in the time frame it needed to be in and fulfilling all of our requests. And the prices for the package and food you are getting are great. You can’t beat those prices. Their food was also incredible, you will not leave the venue hungry that’s for sure. Thank you Fleur De Lis for such a memorable experience!

When my fiance and I first toured this venue, we fell in love. It was perfect, from pricing, availability, packages...PERFECT!As if planning a wedding is chaos in itself, COVID happened. Mr. Chad and his team have been in constant contact, updating everyone about new rules, regulations, and changes that have to be made. Unfortunately, we did have to change our date so our special day hasn't happened yet. But if you are in doubt about whether to chose this venue or not, save your self the time and effort and let Mr. Chad and his team work their magic. My event hasn't even happened yet and I can't say enough amazing things about the place! The staff is always professional and in constant contact!! Save the stress and chose Fleur de Lis Event Center!!!

Fleur de Lis Event Center has been amazing to my fiance and I ever since we connected back in April of 2019, and especially now through the pandemic of 2020. Our wedding has had to be rescheduled twice due to the virus and to my fiance being overseas and unable to travel due to restrictions. Our venue has been completely understanding and flexible during these uncertain times. We also appreciate the constant updates and communication as new policies and procedures are put in place for health and safety. We could not be happier with how supportive they've been and we look forward to our new wedding date in 2021.

During this crazy pandemic Mr. Chad kept us updated multiple times. Our wedding will be 12/12/2020 and with the Covid-19, we were unsure if our wedding would even be possible. Mr. Chad and his team has done an amazing job keeping us informed and making us feel at ease about our special day! Thanks so much, will always recommend Fluer de Lis!

My wedding was my dream wedding I always dreamed of having since I was a little girl! The place was gorgeous and the staff are amazing there they are there to help make your day go perfect !!!!

Anna was my wedding day consultant and she is amazing, she made sure everything was perfect and kept me calm in the process because I completely trusted her. We highly recommend this venue !! Fleur De Lis was the best option ever for our wedding. Mrs. Kendra was hands down the best coordinator ever. She created a winter wonderland brides dream. The place was beautiful. She and her production team made sure every moment was perfect. And my guest are still boasting about the ambience, the food, and the service. Thank you Chad for making my Weddding day a dream come true.

This venue was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and organized throughout the wedding day. The decor was beautiful. They worked really well with my photographers. Overall, my experience was great and everyone had a great time.

Just about everything at the Fleur De Lis Event Center was phenomenal! The food was incredible, the assistants/team was beyond helpful, and the atmosphere of the entire night was great! There are only two negative things I have to say about our wedding. The first is very minor, but still had upset me. My wedding cake had two flavors between the three tiers and I had asked to get a slice of the middle tier because it was my favorite flavor. The assistant told another worker to make sure a piece of that layer gets cut for us, but we never got it. Like I said, VERY minor but I was looking forward to enjoying a piece of my wedding cake. The second negative is that our wedding basically came to a screeching halt. I had requested a specific song for a second line to end our reception and it didn’t happen. No song, no second line, not even an announcement saying it was the last song. Just a security officer yelling for everyone to get out. That took me and my husband by surprise and had upset quite a few of our family members. I’m not sure if the facility normally works this way or if the officer was having a bad night.

My daughter told me I should be a wedding planner because she had her fairytale wedding. I can’t take credit. It was all Fleur De Lis. Thank you Chad and Staff for handling everything.

If you are looking for a venue for your special event, I highly recommend The Fleur de Lis Event Center. Our wedding ceremony and reception in the Jazz Ballroom was absolutely perfect - so much more than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding coordinator, Patsy, was FLAWLESS! She definitely had her hands full. Also, I cannot say enough about the service and the attention to the tiniest of details from Chad and his entire staff, which made our special night so much more memorable to us as well as to our family and friends.

To give some context our wedding took place during Hurricane Barry. What could have been a disaster turned out to be the perfect night. I will be forever grateful that we chose this place for our wedding. Anna our coordinator was the epitome of calm, helpful, kind, and prepared. She was quite honestly perfect and we loved her. I could not have asked for better support. We were coordinating the event for months from out of state and Chad, Anna, and Kendra made it very easy to coordinate. They sent me videos and pictures so I could get a sense of the space when I needed and they readily answered all questions. On the day of they were very accommodating to make sure our ceremony was exactly what we envisioned. They had already taken care of everything before I could even think to ask about it. All of our guests (and us) felt taken care of. On top of their outstanding service this place is an absolute dream of an event center. They easily can set up the ceremony inside and outside and your most difficult choice will be deciding which you love more. We had our event at the jazz ballroom and the star ceiling is truly magical. We required very few extra decorations as the place already looks amazing. All of our guests mentioned that it looked like it was out of a fairytale. There are just so many great details many of which you can customize To top it off the food and DJ were incredible. The food was so good that I had to remind myself to stop eating so that I could still dance. Our guests absolutely loved it and mentioned that they went out of their way to try more of the food. The DJ was also great he sent us a comprehensive set of questions ahead of time and nailed all of our songs. He also managed to get a perfect mix of romantic songs and dancing songs that had everyone up on the dance floor. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. Book it for its beauty and rest assured that you will be in good hands. Your guests will love the ambiance, food, and music, and you will have a perfect night to remember. They turned my hurricane into the perfect storm and I am SO happy and grateful to have chosen them.

Mr. Chad, Anna, and the team are by far the best wedding team I have ever seen. I cannot emphasise how fantastic they made our night. The venue took care of details I didn't even consider. If you want an incredibly well priced, all inclusive, extraordinary wedding. Then I urge you to give this location your trust. My husband and I wish we could get married again just to enjoy this venue all over.

Our wedding was at FDL on 3/22 everything was PERFECT the attention to detail was top notch. They accommodated every request that we had. My husband and I were treated like royalty! If I had to redo my day I would pick FDL every time. From the bridal suite to the ballrooms everything is beautiful! They even sent us home in a limo. If you want top notch service look no farther! Can’t say enough about my fairytale wedding at this perfect venue. The outstanding and professional staff were top notch and made my night a dream.
