Cindy was such a professional. Friendly, so knowledgeable, and her work is truly amazing. I had a mix of long farm tables and round tables and needed high and low centerpieces, and she executed the room flawlessly. Just as I had imagined it all. We received so many compliments all night on how gorgeous our flowers were. I would absolutely recommend Floral Gallery and hope to use them again!

It was a pleasure to have Cindy as our florist for our wedding! She was knowledgable about different shades and types of flowers that would fit my style. My husband and I were extremely specific and picky about our table settings, and Cindy and her team executed our vision perfectly! When my flowers arrived in the bridal suite during hair and makeup, I thought my bouquet was too big for me. Debbie undid my entire wedding bouquet and put it all back together to make it slighter smaller. She was determined to make my bouquet exactly to what I wanted. Cindy and her team made every effort to come back after they had finished the Chuppah to change up the floral arrangements after I had seen it to make my special day perfect. We are so thankful to have had such an amazing team put together such beautiful arrangements for our wedding!

My husband and I recently got married on Sept 28th and we used in The Floral gallery for our venue. I actually contacted Cindy later than I should have and she was able to pencil our date into her hectic schedule and we couldn’t have been more grateful. She was extremely helpful and had wonderful opinions and suggestions (Which we valued) being she is the professional! I gave her 1 type of flower that I wanted, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to give us the most amazing arrangements for the night. I sent her a picture of a bouquet I found on Pinterest and she matched that bouquet with perfection. The prices are 100% unbeatable and the service was incomparable to any other. It was even convenient for us, living in NY being able to pay via Venmo as opposed to making many trips back and forth. They delivered all arrangements and set everything up super quick! Cindy and her team at the Floral Gallery did an amazing job making our floral vision come to life the day of our wedding. Cindy was so helpful and responsive. Not only did Cindy stick to our budget, she also provided me with a lot of flower knowledge since I was getting married in August, letting me know what flowers would or wouldn’t survive in the summer heat. I let Cindy and her team do their magic and waited until the wedding day to see what the bouquets, center pieces, and side pieces for the archway looked liked. I’m so glad we did that because the arrangements were beautiful and it was another nice surprise to have the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend the Floral Gallery!

I had the best experience working with Cindy for the flowers for my wedding at Rock Island Lake Club on October 5. From the first day my husband and I met with her we knew we were in the best hands in the business! We clicked with Cindy right from the start. Not only is she friendly and knowledgeable but she is straight forward and honest too. She knew exactly what flower options we had for what colors we wanted and kept us within our budget. She took all my Pinterest pictures and ideas and created an even better version of them! I actually cried when I say my bouquet because it was better than I ever imagined. Cindy even wrapped a piece of lace from my Nana's wedding gown around my bouquet with the photo charm of my mom for me the day of to make sure they were exactly how I envisioned. We were blown away with her attention to detail from the bouquets, boutonnieres, and center pieces to the ceremony flowers and even the fresh flowers on our cake. I can't speak highly enough about Cindy and would recommend her to every future bride!

Cindy delivered for us at our wedding in every way possible. Not only were the flowers absolutely perfect, but she went above and beyond our expectations to make our vision a reality within our budget. From the bouquets to the centerpieces to the garlands (we mixed-and-matched tables), everything looked amazing and we had tons of guests asking to take flowers home. Cindy also throws in a ton of extra stuff - hanging mason jars with flowers for the ceremony, a ton of flowers and greenery for the cake, an amazing flowery garland for our sweetheart table, and blue thistle for every single menu/place-setting. You can't beat that kind of value, and every single arrangement looked beautiful. Cindy also was there the day of, and wound up helping me and my mom attach a family heirloom to my bouquet about 10 minutes before we did the bridal portraits. Cindy means business and knows her stuff inside and out. Our two in-person meetings were super informative and reassuring for us, as we had a vision for flowers but no real knowledge of flower types, accent flowers, garlands, etc. She was able to turn our rough ideas into a perfect day! And we repurposed one of the large flowerboxes used as a centerpiece to hold spices in our apartment! Cindy expertly executed our vision for wedding decorations within our budget, and we could not have been happier with the outcome!

Our flowers were absolutely beautiful. Cindy was extremely familiar with our venue and was able to give her insight into how to decorate the ceremony site and the type of centerpiece that would look best on our tables. Our bouquets and centerpieces were stunning! Communication was open throughout the entire process. Cindy listened to my ideas but also gave her honest opinion based on her expertise and we were blown away by the results. My wedding was on 8/5/17 and my flowers were STUNNING! I didn't care what type of flowers I had as long as they were bright colors. I trusted Cindy to do her thing and she completely exceeded my expectations. So many guests complimented our flowers. They were one of my favorite things about our wedding day and added to the bright, happy feel I was going for.

Be prepared for this vendor to cancel on you with no warning. I was 5 weeks from my wedding when they left me a voicemail that they were canceling on me. I had asked 3x in writing for a contract and deposit amount but they always dodged the question. In my opinion they were completely unprofessional and I wish I had heeded the warnings of other reviewers. Proceed with caution or have a backup plan if you opt to use this vendor. They are not responsible and can't be trusted to come thru on your big day.

The best thing Cindy the owner did for us was cancel on our wedding 30 days prior to our wedding day. From the start of my wedding planning, I knew in my gut she was a huge mistake. The only reason why I even booked her was because she was referred to us by our venue, another mistake we made in our planning. Here are the red flags that all brides should take into consideration: - Cindy does NOT own a flower shop, she rents a studio with cheesy tacky fake floral designs in the space and blown up wedding photos that were probably taken in the 90's. Right then I should've known to run. - Her contracts are not itemized properly, costs are all bunched up and added together to probably create confusion where she raises her prices without your knowledge. When calling her out on some price increases she made without telling us, she gave attitude and made rude remarks as if I was asking for something extra. I even had emails referring to her quoting a hair comb was complimentary, I showed her the email when she suddenly added the charge to the contract and she actually had the nerve to say "I've comped more than my share, this is final". A "final" contract that we never went over nor signed... -our venue was newly built when we first committed, it was initially 30 tables, finished result was we now needed 14 longer tables, which required less centerpieces from our original plan. Now with less centerpieces, she still tried to keep the total the same as when we had thought it was for 30 tables. She was aware that there could be changes throughout this whole process, when I asked her why is the total the same even with these new updates , she had the nerve to say "I AM NOT DROPPING 15 TABLES". Yes, capitalized just like that. - her lack of communication as soon as she took our deposit was unsettling. I wasn't able to bounce off my ideas and visions with her. As a bride, you know we have lots of ideas and visions can change, and as a good florist you have to listen to these ideas and have suggestions if any. But nope, nothing from her. Every time I tried to get her on a call, she was "too busy" all up until the last month of our wedding, she was still too busy. - final straw- we requested for a centerpiece sample months in advance which she kept avoiding and pushing off and when we finally talked about it for a whole week and scheduled a date and time to pick it up, now that she finally "had time" to make one for us 30'days before our date. We are from the city so we drove 3 hours total to get this sample to only receive an email from her 30 min prior to meeting that she doesn't have the sample not can she meet us. Unacceptable. She has a team and if she was not able to make a sample, a team member should have, which really lead me to believe that her work is that bad and she was afraid to show us a sample. Brides, don't waste your time with this fake florist. I have classy taste and honestly, her work her below basic. Invest all that hard earned money into someone that is passionate and who is happy to carry out your vision. I ended up with Shu's Flower, she was able to save my wedding and went above and beyond with less than a month's notice. My review for her is on yelp with beautiful images of her work. I thank god everyday for Cindy cancelling on us. Thanks Cindy!

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were beautiful, the bouquets and table arrangments exceeded our expectations. Cindy and Debbie worked within our budget, made excellent recommendations and delivered everything as promised and more.

Cindy did an absolutely incredible job designing our wedding day flowers. Admittedly I know very little about flowers, but Cindy took into account our color and picture inspirations, as well as our budget, and made the perfect spring floral arrangements based on our vision and palette. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely LOVED my flowers. Cindy did an amazing job at capturing my vision! I did not have particular flowers in mind, but rather an overall image; the final product went above and beyond my expectations. Cindy was very easy to work with - she has so much experience with what she does, and I completely trusted her judgement and valued her input when finalizing my choices. My bouquet, the bridesmaids’ bouquets, the boutonnieres, and the centerpieces were phenomenal. Overall, our flowers looked beautiful for our wedding. The sunflower bouquet really brought out the bridesmaids dresses and fall ambience.

Cindy was great. There was a miscommunication in what I had ordered for centerpieces but she was able to order everything in time. It all looked beautiful. I had no clue what I had ordered for bouquets by the time the wedding came. I was blown away with how beautiful they were! The color was amazing. Everything arrived on time. The flowers Cindy provided were even more gorgeous than I could have imagined! The whole process with Cindy was effortless. We only had to meet with her once after booking and answer a few questions about the day, the venue, the outfits, etc and she provided us with some flower ideas. Not knowing much about flowers, we put all our trust in Cindy to put together the perfect bouquets and arrangements and she nailed it! The floral arrangements were amazing! I thought that Cindy worked within my budget. I was definitely pleased with the end result. She has a great vision and knew what I was looking for as soon as I mentioned it. The only negative with Cindy was that I found I needed to remind her of my final order and the items that she mentioned would be included in our order.

Cindy is truly gifted in her craft and is able to "get" what you want and create it within your budget. Something else I respected about Cindy was that she called me when the price of my mercury bowls went up and offered me, what turned out to be, even better alternatives! Cindy was really great to work with from day one. She stood out to us when we first met because she gave great recommendations on how to bring our vision to reality, not expecting us to know the names of flowers like some other florists and giving us alternative options to save some money. She stayed organized throughout the process and was very responsive when we had questions. The flowers looked incredible on our wedding day and lasted a few weeks for guests that took some of them home. You can tell she has a passion for the industry and for the quality of her work.

Considering I knew nothing about flowers, she was able to take a look at various pictures of floral inspiration, my dress, and few conversations to create the most beautiful flowers for our April wedding. Loved my flowers for my wedding from Floral Gallery. Celia was really helpful in helping me choose bouquets for myself and bridesmaids. I gave her my budget and talked to her about our colors and my likes and she really pulled together some beautiful bouquets. I had wanted Calla Lillies, but they were kind of pricey. Celia suggested using them for the men's bootineers and using the rest for my bouquet and it worked out perfectly. She was really helpful and flowers were gorgeous!

Cindy was wonderful to work with! She helped me design a simple yet elegant centerpiece that combined roses with wine glasses I purchased. My bouquet was stunning, and my bridesmaids loved their bouquets as well. The flowers were so fresh! Cindy was easily accessible and checked in with us before the wedding to ensure everything was set. My mom was even able to order an arrangement for the house for the morning of the wedding, and it perfectly matched our flowers! We highly recommend their services and were so pleased with our flowers on our special day!

Cindy was great to work with. Cindy helped me a great deal, as I couldn't decide exactly what look I was going for. She gave great recommendations and used expertise and experience of my venue (Ballyowen Golf Club in Hamburg NJ) to guide me through. She really understood my vision and completely delivered in every way I asked. She was even able to go above and beyond for me to place the beautiful centerpieces we wanted, as well as chinese lanterns and even string lights on the ceilings. Not only was she professional and her decor beautiful, but on a personal level she's very easy to work with; easy-going, empathetic, and understanding to how stressful (and expensive!) planning a wedding can be. She worked with us on budget as well as our overall look. I would absolutely recommend her!

It was such a pleasure working with Cindy at the Floral Gallery. I was so impressed about her knowledge of flowers and how well they would hold up during the heat of July. The Floral Gallery in Chester NJ is a must for your wedding day. I met Cindy at a bridal expo and honestly in talking with her over the year and a half that I planned helped me more than reading blogs and looking at magazines. Her daughter was recently married and she has been in the business for year so she is a plethora of great information and has wonderful recommendations. She was totally professional and went above and beyond my expectations. The flowers were breathtaking, I could not have been happier. Everything was exactly how I pictured it just better!! She was reasonably priced, willing to work with me, and flexible. She was a joy to work with and I highly recommend her services for your flowers on your big day!
