Everything was perfect and the staff was the reason everything went so smoothly. We got to enjoy our wedding because they really took care of all the stressful parts. Becky specifically was amazing answering all my late night messages and questions quickly. The price was great for everything that was included. The price was also lower since we had our wedding on a holiday Monday. Our price included all decorations, flowers, signs, cocktail games, staff, sparkler exit and ceremony coordinator (that was additional). The reception barn was also gorgeous and beautifully decorated. One small issue we did run into was that guests didn't understand that the bird cage was for cards, so I would make sure they include a sign. Our guests loved the venue and everyone thought it was gorgeous. Overall this is an amazing place to have your wedding and the staff is amazing and highly attentive.

Everything they promised, they delivered. The day of the wedding was so smooth! I was blown away by how easy the process was and how smooth the day went. My guests loved the property and venue. Even guests who have attended many weddings said our was the best they had ever been to! I wouldn’t change a thing about my wedding. They did not try to up-charge us for anything - once we picked our package we had no trouble sticking to that budget, and we were given clear expectations throughout the whole process. We fell in love with Florida Rustic Barn Weddings as soon as we toured it, and I cannot recommend it enough.

I still dream about my bouquet and I am not a florals person! We also had the best caterer that was one of the venue's preferred! If you're also a military couple, I cannot recommend them enough! Lake Song was absolutely turned into this gorgeous scene that I couldn't have imagined and not to mention the first we saw it in person was the DAY OF!! You cannot go wrong with them!!! Highly recommend!

On the day of my wedding, it was rainy on and off, but they handled it so perfectly! They made sure the ceremony seats were clean and dry and even provided mats for the guests to sit on. Shauna, Zoraya, and both Beckys’ are fantastic! I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about them. Communication was top notch. They were phenomenal, and they made it easy for me to trust them with my wedding vision.

I’d like to specifically shout out Cheryl who was in charge of our ceremony because it went off without a hitch even though it rained just before ceremony time! You can tell Cheryl loves her job because as she drove us around after the ceremony to take photos she was patient and smiling while waiting for us to get back to the barn. She also had some hors d’oeuvres for us to snack on since we had not been able to eat them with the guests. I’d like to recognize Becky as well, as she helped me pin up the train on my dress, which had been made very wet from the rain that day, so I could enjoy the reception without issue! This location is simply beautiful and I will remember this day forever! Thank you FRBW!

Prairie Glenn Barn was the venue I chose of their two beautiful barns they offer and it was absolutely beautiful. The outside ceremony area is also stunning for this venue, but unfortunately with the Florida weather I had rain my whole day. However that didn’t stop the coordinators at FRBW from turning the barn into its own beautiful ceremony area and still giving me and my husband the best possible wedding. If I had to do it all over, I would choose to work with FRBW again!

available vendors cannot be beat. The wedding was perfect and it came together with little stress because they help organize the wedding for you and do 99% of the prep work. We had a stress-free, quick meeting with the florist and baker and everything turned out perfect! The day of was incredibly stress free and I truly got to enjoy every moment of the wedding. I was married on May 5, 2023 and wish I could do it over again and again just to relive the magical day it was. All hands on deck at FRBW and the pictures are truly worth 1000 words.

The day of the event, the venue was gorgeous…. I mean GORGEOUS. I asked for a particular 3 wreath piece that was not part of their usual items and when I saw it the day of, I was so thrilled, it was exactly what I had asked for. The support and prompts the staff provided during the ceremony prep as well as the support during the reception and communication after was very helpful and simply amazing. The vendors they require you to use at the venue were phenomenal. I was not disappointed in the least. If I had it to do all over again, I would not go anywhere else. I wish I could relive that day a thousand times over

it really makes all the planning worth it. On top of the beauty, the venue is family owned and operated, and they are passionate about making your dreams come true on your special day. The energy Zoraya and her sons had on my day brought me so much joy. They are all so humbled and down to earth. They assured my day was nothing less than perfect, The way they get so excited for you and rip the doors open for your introductions is like out of the 8 second movie. The way they make you laugh when you’re crying annd overwhelmed with emotion and plan every detail, made my day even that more memorable. Barbara, Cheryl, Becky, were so pleasant and detailed and when I thought I was missing something, they were sure to remind me of every detail. I still hear Cheryl saying at rehearsal “i want you to soak it in when these doors open” and it was the best advice. It really does happen so fast. I would recommend this venue a thousand times over and over. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so so much. It really was the best day of my life

endly - it was the first venue we toured, but we knew instantly it was the place for us. We did an "all-inclusive" package which included real flowers (this was not something I thought I cared about, but real flowers make a difference!), desserts, decor, DJ, officiant, and, of course, they do everything for you so you don't have to stress about anything! :) <3 The desserts were delicious and there are so many ways to customize without any extra charges. We had a three tier cake with each layer a different flavor, rice crispy treats on a stick, chocolate dipped pretzels, cupcakes, and another chocolate cake-y dessert. You speak with the baker directly and she decorates in your colors and even puts flowers from your wedding decor on the cake. I think there were 3 photographers to choose from (this is not included in the package) and we went with Lily River Photography. We met Amber in person and she was the first photographer we spoke with. We clicked instantly. She is very friendly and can connect with you instantly. We hadn't had any sort of professional photos taken before so we also used Amber for our engagement photos. She helped us loosen up on camera, played Taylor Swift love songs during our session (I'm a huge swiftie), and has us laughing the whole time. She caught the best of us and our love in each photo. We just got previews of our wedding day photos back and they are gorgeous. BONUS - her husband Peter is her second photographer, so rest assured - you will get soooo many great photos! The DJ included with the venue is great and very accommodating. They asked me to share spotify playlists with them for guest requests and I also sent them a playlist of 'bride requests' too. There were certain songs I really really love and wanted to make sure they could be included in the music somehow, without messing up the flow of the party. Using my best judgement on what songs would realistically be at a wedding, I made my playlist and I'm pretty sure every song on my playlist was played. I was so happy!!! Catering was not included, but they provided a list of suggested caterers. As two people from Plant City, we had already decided on Johnson's BBQ as our desired wedding food, so we were so happy that Johnson's was on the list for catering. Food was perfect, as expected. Get the collard green dip and chip appetizer - it's not on the menu in the restaurant and it is DELISH. It's been one week and my husband and I keep talking about the wedding every day. It was truly magical. This is the place for you.

They made it easy to tour the venue and were communicative along the way. They put together a very thorough package for their couples and we loved how it came with nearly everything (cake, flowers, decor, day of coordinator, etc.) Everyone was so helpful and nice and made the whole process fun and exciting! As a bride, the wedding day is very stressful, but all the staff made sure I knew what I was doing, where I was going, who I was handing my bouquet to, they even put Band-Aids on the back of my feet to prevent me from getting blisters at the reception. You won't get this kind of support and care every venue - my HUSBAND (yay!) and I could not recommend a venue more than this one! Go check them out!

in all the discussions that we had and responded promptly with any additional calls or emails that I had with questions. Our wedding turned out beautifully and the venue/staff did a wonderful job making that happen. The only couple of suggestions/concerns that we had were the following: 1. Getting ready: The bride and party aren't able to get ready on site. You have to do your hair/makeup offsite, then get dressed at the venue only. You're not able to arrive until 2:00pm, which then rushes you to take any before getting ready pictures as well as rushing to get dressed. I'd like to see the bridal suite be larger and accommodating to start getting ready at 9:00am. Same goes for the groom's suite. It's not an actual area for groom and party to hang out, only simply get dressed. Additionally, the grooms aren't able to arrive until 3:00pm and immediately have to get dressed and rush through photos. 2. The above concerns lead into timing for photographs. We felt extremely rushed with photographs since we weren't able to spend more time before hand having pictures done, therefore, we feel that we did not get the opportunity to take all of the pictures that we had wanted. Overall outside of this, again the location is perfect, the staff was excellent, and experience overall was stellar. I would highly recommend this venue.
