FRBW’s team truly thought of everything and it was clear throughout the entire process that they all love what they do. From the initial tour, to the floral and decor planning, to the wedding day, the staff made me and my husband feel excited for our day and cared for by a team of women who know this industry. They did not try to up-charge us for anything - once we picked our package we had no trouble sticking to that budget, and we were given clear expectations throughout the whole process. If you want to have a fabulous wedding in a gorgeous outdoor space and with a team that will make things flow easily and beautifully, I encourage you to give this venue a try. We fell in love with Florida Rustic Barn Weddings as soon as we toured it, and I cannot recommend it enough.

You would think planning a wedding from another state would be difficult, but Florida Rustic Barn made it the most seamless and easiest experience I could have ever asked for! They were more than accommodating and helpful and even the day of made sure there wasn't anything to worry about! The all inclusive package is so worth it! The florals, literally I could cry! I still dream about my bouquet and I am not a florals person! We also had the best caterer that was one of the venue's preferred! If you're also a military couple, I cannot recommend them enough! Lake Song was absolutely turned into this gorgeous scene that I couldn't have imagined and not to mention the first we saw it in person was the DAY OF!! You cannot go wrong with them!!! Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful. It was like getting married in an enchanted forest then celebrating your marriage in a barn. They checked in with you throughout the entire process to keep you on track. The venue included the floral package which was way better than I could have ever imagined. The staff did an excellent job. They were always accessible and available when needed and never in the way. I received many compliments form my guest about the venue and staff. I recommend this place to everyone.

FRBW did such a wonderful job with my wedding! They even made an exception for me because I wanted a June wedding, when usually they are closed for the summer. I went with the inclusive package and highly recommend it! Everything is taken care of for you, all you have to do is pick catering and photography, which they have recommendations for you for both. On the day of my wedding, it was rainy on and off, but they handled it so perfectly! They made sure the ceremony seats were clean and dry and even provided mats for the guests to sit on. Shauna, Zoraya, and both Beckys’ are fantastic! I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about them. Communication was top notch. They were phenomenal, and they made it easy for me to trust them with my wedding vision.

The venue is beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful. We always received prompt responses and great advise. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

FRBW was the perfect location for my husband and I to celebrate our love with our friends and family! Every detail was acknowledged and executed to make our day special. The flowers and decor made the theme of our wedding just beyond beautiful. I’d like to specifically shout out Cheryl who was in charge of our ceremony because it went off without a hitch even though it rained just before ceremony time! You can tell Cheryl loves her job because as she drove us around after the ceremony to take photos she was patient and smiling while waiting for us to get back to the barn. She also had some hors d’oeuvres for us to snack on since we had not been able to eat them with the guests. I’d like to recognize Becky as well, as she helped me pin up the train on my dress, which had been made very wet from the rain that day, so I could enjoy the reception without issue! This location is simply beautiful and I will remember this day forever! Thank you FRBW!

They were so perfect and making our dream wedding come to life. They went above and beyond making sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Working alongside Cheryl and Barbara in the main office with financial support, And Zoraya and Becky with florals and design was an amazing experience. Shawna with the initial tour of the venue in the pouring rain made us love the venue even more! It’s an amazing incredible venue and a great team to work with!!!

FRBW went above and beyond for me & my husband to make our day so memorable and special. Their professionalism and organization was unmatched to any other venue we considered. Beyond that, they are so friendly and work closely with you to create the exact image you want for your day. My husband and I felt so blessed to have picked a venue that took care of pretty much everything for us and made it to where we had no stress at all whatsoever. The people at FRBW were absolutely amazing to work with for our big day. They were very professional but also made the whole experience so fun and easy to plan! They made sure to check in with us throughout the whole process and really cared that our wedding was going to go smoothly. Prairie Glenn Barn was the venue I chose of their two beautiful barns they offer and it was absolutely beautiful. The outside ceremony area is also stunning for this venue, but unfortunately with the Florida weather I had rain my whole day. However that didn’t stop the coordinators at FRBW from turning the barn into its own beautiful ceremony area and still giving me and my husband the best possible wedding. If I had to do it all over, I would choose to work with FRBW again!

Get married here if you want a completely stress free wedding day! It was like Disney World - I came in for a design meeting 6 months before the wedding, and the day of showed up with my vision come to life. It was amazing. The staff is there truly for you from the engagement to the wedding day. I absolutely loved this venue and would recommend it to anyone. It’s all inclusive, so really I was at peace during the entire process.

My husband and I can’t say enough amazing things about Florida Rustic Barn weddings!! We booked our venue eleven months before our wedding date and the detail and professionalism we received was top notch. The venue kept in contact and answered any questions we had from day one. We chose the all inclusive wedding package and it was such a stress relief and they made our day magical! Upon choosing the venue I was instructed to Pinterest any wedding details I had in mind and when it came to the day that my husband and I sat down with the wedding planners they took our vision and created everything we wanted and it truly showed the day we arrived. On our wedding day the staff was amazing and accommodating to everything and I actually felt like a Queen for the day. We are so happy to have chosen this venue and highly recommend Florida Rustic Barn Wedding to EVERYONE!

I couldn't imagine a more perfect and more beautiful wedding. Everything was incredible and everyONE was incredible. Their communication is incredibly fast and the recommended and available vendors cannot be beat. The wedding was perfect and it came together with little stress because they help organize the wedding for you and do 99% of the prep work. We had a stress-free, quick meeting with the florist and baker and everything turned out perfect! The day of was incredibly stress free and I truly got to enjoy every moment of the wedding. The staff was top notch from beginning to end! They anticipated every want and need before we could even imagine it! They even redesigned a wedding cake that got smashed by a falling board! We had no idea it happened and the cake looked beautiful! I cannot say enough about this venue and all of their staff! We highly recommend!

I'm not certain I can say much more about the grounds other than the story that pictures tell. This venue is beyond amazing and what you get is so much more when you work with Zoraya & Becky and their team of pro.'s. The package includes vendors that are as easy to work with and everyone shares a common goal, to help guide you through choices that will make your wedding truly your very own. I was married on May 5, 2023 and wish I could do it over again and again just to relive the magical day it was. All hands on deck at FRBW and the pictures are truly worth 1000 words.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! Almost no need for decor with the natural beauty of the oaks and palms. The wedding planning coordinators provided with this venue made the wedding planning seamless and easy. They gave us monthly updates on where we should be in the planning process as well as useful tips and tricks. They staff was wonderful on the wedding day. You could tell they are experts in this field.

I absolutely loved this venue. My guests were amazed and are still mentioning it over a month later. The staff was wonderful and worked with me through changes that had to be made. 10/10 recommend!!

The staff made everything so organized and easy. It took so much stress off of us as we went through the months of planning. They were incredible, understanding, and so helpful. Perfect Day We booked Lakesong on a Saturday afternoon for 100 guests. We were provided periodic questionnaires to ensure we were hitting milestones in a timely manner. The meeting with the staff was encouraging and provided much needed reassurance that this was the correct venue for us. Communication with us through email was prompt and regular. The day of the event, the venue was gorgeous…. I mean GORGEOUS. I asked for a particular 3 wreath piece that was not part of their usual items and when I saw it the day of, I was so thrilled, it was exactly what I had asked for. The support and prompts the staff provided during the ceremony prep as well as the support during the reception and communication after was very helpful and simply amazing. The vendors they require you to use at the venue were phenomenal. I was not disappointed in the least. If I had it to do all over again, I would not go anywhere else. I wish I could relive that day a thousand times over

I don’t know where to start. This venue is so beautiful, that rustic feel with the glam. When I look back and when hear people say “that venue was the most beautiful one I’ve seen” it really makes all the planning worth it. On top of the beauty, the venue is family owned and operated, and they are passionate about making your dreams come true on your special day. The energy Zoraya and her sons had on my day brought me so much joy. They are all so humbled and down to earth. They assured my day was nothing less than perfect, The way they get so excited for you and rip the doors open for your introductions is like out of the 8 second movie. The way they make you laugh when you’re crying annd overwhelmed with emotion and plan every detail, made my day even that more memorable. Barbara, Cheryl, Becky, were so pleasant and detailed and when I thought I was missing something, they were sure to remind me of every detail. I still hear Cheryl saying at rehearsal “i want you to soak it in when these doors open” and it was the best advice. It really does happen so fast. I would recommend this venue a thousand times over and over. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so so much. It really was the best day of my life

We got married mid February at the Lakesong and it was gorgeous! Staff was amazing and so kind. Becky gave us the tour of the venue and she couldn't have been more inviting and friendly - it was the first venue we toured, but we knew instantly it was the place for us. We did an "all-inclusive" package which included real flowers (this was not something I thought I cared about, but real flowers make a difference!), desserts, decor, DJ, officiant, and, of course, they do everything for you so you don't have to stress about anything! :) <3 The desserts were delicious and there are so many ways to customize without any extra charges. We had a three tier cake with each layer a different flavor, rice crispy treats on a stick, chocolate dipped pretzels, cupcakes, and another chocolate cake-y dessert. You speak with the baker directly and she decorates in your colors and even puts flowers from your wedding decor on the cake. I think there were 3 photographers to choose from (this is not included in the package) and we went with Lily River Photography. We met Amber in person and she was the first photographer we spoke with. We clicked instantly. She is very friendly and can connect with you instantly. We hadn't had any sort of professional photos taken before so we also used Amber for our engagement photos. She helped us loosen up on camera, played Taylor Swift love songs during our session (I'm a huge swiftie), and has us laughing the whole time. She caught the best of us and our love in each photo. We just got previews of our wedding day photos back and they are gorgeous. BONUS - her husband Peter is her second photographer, so rest assured - you will get soooo many great photos! The DJ included with the venue is great and very accommodating. They asked me to share spotify playlists with them for guest requests and I also sent them a playlist of 'bride requests' too. There were certain songs I really really love and wanted to make sure they could be included in the music somehow, without messing up the flow of the party. Using my best judgement on what songs would realistically be at a wedding, I made my playlist and I'm pretty sure every song on my playlist was played. I was so happy!!! Catering was not included, but they provided a list of suggested caterers. As two people from Plant City, we had already decided on Johnson's BBQ as our desired wedding food, so we were so happy that Johnson's was on the list for catering. Food was perfect, as expected. Get the collard green dip and chip appetizer - it's not on the menu in the restaurant and it is DELISH. It's been one week and my husband and I keep talking about the wedding every day. It was truly magical. This is the place for you.

I would never recommend another venue. There’s not enough words to tell you how amazing the staff at frbw is. From start to finish they were there, answered every question. They are willing to work with you every way possible. Through out the night they all came to compliment me. They make you feel like family, as if you’re not just a check to them. They truly love what they do. Not enough good words to explain this venue

From the moment we set foot on the property we knew this is where we wanted to say, "I do." The setting is perfect, being far enough away from the city that you don't get light pollution at night but close enough for our out-of-town guests to travel to. The staff at FRBW was helpful and available any time we needed them - which was a lot! They made it easy to tour the venue and were communicative along the way. They put together a very thorough package for their couples and we loved how it came with nearly everything (cake, flowers, decor, day of coordinator, etc.) Everyone was so helpful and nice and made the whole process fun and exciting! As a bride, the wedding day is very stressful, but all the staff made sure I knew what I was doing, where I was going, who I was handing my bouquet to, they even put Band-Aids on the back of my feet to prevent me from getting blisters at the reception. You won't get this kind of support and care every venue - my HUSBAND (yay!) and I could not recommend a venue more than this one! Go check them out!

Florida Rustic Barn weddings was excellent to work with. The location is absolutely beautiful. They offer 2 ceremony/reception sites to choose from. The staff was all very pleasant in all the discussions that we had and responded promptly with any additional calls or emails that I had with questions. Our wedding turned out beautifully and the venue/staff did a wonderful job making that happen. The only couple of suggestions/concerns that we had were the following: 1. Getting ready: The bride and party aren't able to get ready on site. You have to do your hair/makeup offsite, then get dressed at the venue only. You're not able to arrive until 2:00pm, which then rushes you to take any before getting ready pictures as well as rushing to get dressed. I'd like to see the bridal suite be larger and accommodating to start getting ready at 9:00am. Same goes for the groom's suite. It's not an actual area for groom and party to hang out, only simply get dressed. Additionally, the grooms aren't able to arrive until 3:00pm and immediately have to get dressed and rush through photos. 2. The above concerns lead into timing for photographs. We felt extremely rushed with photographs since we weren't able to spend more time before hand having pictures done, therefore, we feel that we did not get the opportunity to take all of the pictures that we had wanted. Overall outside of this, again the location is perfect, the staff was excellent, and experience overall was stellar. I would highly recommend this venue.

Florida Rustic Barns is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so responsive and helpful. My husband and I really could feel how much they cared in every aspect. Their communication is fantastic and their execution was amazing. They really helped take A LOT of stress of our shoulders. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for! We recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and limited stress wedding!

Now everybody i know want it to get married because of this place. Even the ones don't have boyfriends or girlfriends. This place was a different dimension for wedding. I love every second of it. Professional staff.

I CANNOT say enough great things about this venue!!! They made the planning process SO much easier by sending out emails with questionnaires but the questions are important ones that a bride needs to be asked in advance of the big day. Their staff is unmatched!!! So professional while keeping it fun, accommodating to my every wish!! Just fantastic - BOOK THIS VENUE BRIDES!!!!

This was absolutely the best experience of my life. Florida Rustic Barn Weddings venue was very professional, educated, accommodating and kind to us. They really know what they’re doing. Everything they did and their preferred vendors did was perfect. You will be in extremely good hands with this venue. They communicated with you all the way through your planning and wedding. I couldn’t of planned our dream wedding without them. It was a stress free day for us and we have no complaints, everything was done they way we had planned, our guest had so much fun and were impressed with Florida Rustic Barn Weddings as well.

FRBW made our day PERFECT! Everything went smooth from planning to day of start to finish on wedding day. I would highly recommend FRBW to any friend. If you are looking for a well put together, minimal stress involved wedding do consider Florida Rustic Barns. Although they made our day perfect and everything we could have dreamed of we did run into one minor flaw. End of the night clean up was a bit unorganized and I only say this because some items were thrown out that I would have liked to have kept. But if that was the only flaw we had throughout the whole process I would say they did amazing! I am extremely grateful for the team at FRBW. Our day would have not been as perfect as it was if it was not for their staff and their passion for perfection!

Everything about our wedding was perfect. I had very little to plan because Becky and Zoraya took care of all the details. I made a Pinterest board of all decor, signs, color schemes, etc. and they made all of it happen. They sent reminders for things with deadlines, and they made to-do check lists for me. Our wedding would not have been the same without the help of these two ladies, and their team at FL Rustic Barn. Most importantly, the venue is absolutely stunning. We fell in love with it 2 minutes into the tour, and all of our guests commented on how gorgeous the ceremony area was under the trees. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Zach and I got married at Prairie Glenn Barn and we absolutely loved this venue! It is beyond gorgeous and exactly what Zach and I wanted for our perfect day. The staff at FRBW are top notch. We had our dream wedding here at FRBW. My original plan was to do a destination wedding but it was unfair to some of the guests who wanted to come but couldn’t. So I started the search off looking into different venues. I had planned on my wedding being at the Rusty Pelican but it’s as if they didn’t care what they had promised since they couldn’t keep a wedding coordinator which was a red flag. I had finally found FRBW and they had changed my mind up in that day that this is where I would have my wedding. The ladies at FRBW love their job and their clients. It was nothing but smooth. My whole wedding was a mess until meeting the ladies at FRBW. Payments were super easy and affordable. They made the process very easy and understandable. Picking out colors and color schemes can be difficult on a regular bride but they made it so easy. The ladies at this barn made sure that my wedding day was seamless. Shout out to Zoraya P for saving not one but two of my bridesmaids dresses and performing surgery on them since neither of the dresses would zipper up. FRBW does come with quite a bit included. There were a few things we still needed to make decisions on including transportation, food, alcohol, and photographer. However, they had plenty of recommendations and most people they recommend they work with frequently which made sure as the stressed bride I did not have to add more stress to the situation. would recommend to anyone to have their wedding at FRBW. They made my life 1000x easier with all their help and reminders.

This was literally our dream wedding! Everything was amazing. From our first tour to booking, picking out all our special details, tastings, to getting married everything was perfect. The team is great to work with and make you feel so special! You won’t regret booking this venue!

I want a wedding here every month!!! Everyone was so patient and so organized from the planning to the ceremony. They were professional, compassionate, and friendly. They even helped with my complicated bustle for my dress!! The barn is air conditioned, and the ceremony has these trees that are unique and beautiful! It makes for perfect shade. I can’t describe how happy I am that I went here. My wedding was beyond perfect!!

I couldn’t have picked THE most perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning to the very end, the most beautiful and stress-free process. The entire team was absolutely perfect. From walking through the venue, working with their vendors, picking all details, rehearsal, and the big day! Absolutely amazing! This incredible team made our day PERFECT!

Everyone associated with the venue was so helpful and ready to jump into action if needed. Any questions I had were answered either in the pamphlet or in an extremely timely manner. Everything was as perfect as they could make it, and the venue is absolutely beautiful.

This venue is beautiful! We chose prairie glenn. They did an amazing job putting my dream together! Beccy, Shanna, Hannah, Becky L., Cherith and Cheryl did an amazing job. They made sure we were taken care of all night! They were all so sweet and took great care of us! If anything went wrong I didn’t know at all. They made sure everything went smoothly. They provide so much with the venue, the florals, and the cake. We had a bonfire. The only negative is the mosquitos but they can’t do anything about that since there is a river on the property. My guests got to see a gator come close and they loved it! The venue made sure he didn’t come onto land. The ceremony area is beautiful and covered in trees. If you are looking for a barn or woodsy area this is the place for you!

Wow, what a venue!! When looking for our venue, I wanted something that was classy but still fun and laid back... FRBW delivered!! The ceremony space was just STUNNING and the barn was the perfect setting for a good time. Not only are you getting a venue, but you are getting a team that is devoted to making your day everything you could’ve ever wanted. You can tell when someone loves what they do! I had the best experience with FRBW, they were so personable, reassuring, detail oriented, and PROMPT. They did not miss a beat, I received emails, calls, or even texts with updates & if I had a questions(bc I had a lot of them) they were really patient with me and informative. The ladies there made it so easy to plan the wedding. They did all of the hard work - I basically just showed up to enjoy my day with my husband! Aside from their beautiful bubbly personalities , the venue is hidden and just so peaceful. I did my engagement shoot there and it felt like I was in a different world. EVERYONE had a blast and absolutely loved the venue & atmosphere. My day was perfect and all thanks go to FRBW Crew!! I could not ask for a better ALL-INCLUSIVE venue!! Love you guys !!! Xoxo

The day I took the tour, I was in love! Booking this place was the best decision I made! My first meeting with Zoraya and Becky was so reassuring and relaxed that I just knew everything will go smoothly. This is a professional team! Barbara was so quick to answer any questions that I had as well. The wedding planning is unbelievable. I was completely stress free because everything was taking care of to perfection. They listened to my vision and made it 10x better than I could even imagine for myself. The venue is absolutely beautiful as well.

The venue truly speaks for itself, the breeze off the lake got rid of any heat we were worried about and the pictures were insane at twilight! I want to do it over and over because we had the best day ever. Cheryl, Zoraya, Barbara, and Becky created my dream come true wedding and they anticipated our every need. We truly felt like family was joining us on our wedding day because of how dedicated this staff was to making everything perfect. From the flowers to lighting and all the vendors that come with the Prairie Glenn Barn we were blown away and so were our guests. It truly felt like the most magical evening. No task was too large and no request was denied; they even helped me get into my spanks when I used the restroom lol. 10/10 recommend!
