I was terrified of underbuying or over-spending on flowers for my daughter's wedding, but their team coached me step-by-step through calculating exactly how much to order for my arrangements. Their tutorials and practical advice gave me total confidence. They didn't just sell me stems, they taught me how to actually assemble professional looking centerpieces and urns. Knowing when flowers will arrive and how to keep them alive is half the battle. They laid out a clear timeline for delivery and gave me explicit, easy to follow instructions on hydration, prep and flower care. I definitely bought more than I needed because I couldn't find a ton of guidance. Overall, it was perfect. We used every flower and I am absolutely obsessed with my bouquets. dding and we could not receive the flowers any earlier because we were checking into our airbnb on Wednesday. Only 2 of 4 boxes arrived and we were told the rest would be there Thursday. Only 1 of the 2 remaining boxes arrived on Thursday. The 3 boxes we received were all the "filler" flowers, the greenery and babys breath, brides bouquet and boutonnieres. All the pink flowers did not arrive! The focal, face flowers were missing! So, on the day before the wedding when I had guests from out of town arriving, the wedding rehearsal and was hosting the rehearsal dinner, I had to call Costco, Trader Joe's, supermarkets, and local florists and no one could help me with flowers in stock. We literally had to go out into the fields and pick some yellow flowers so there would be some color in the centerpieces. Flowers did arrive the day of the wedding but by the time they got there we could not use them, it was too late. The worst part of this whole thing was that Flower Moxie tried to blame it on me saying that is why they make you order 3 days in advance and I ordered 2 days in advance and that they could get me back up flowers but even if I had the extra day, we were waiting on the truck to deliver before they were going to send the back ups so they would have arrived on Friday late in the day and been no use to me since I would have had the rehearsal that night and not been able to make the arrangements. They refunded me $281, the exact cost of the missing flowers which I find extremely disappointing since I had to spend all day Thursday trying to get flowers and the entire esthetics of the wedding was ruined and I was stressed out and anxious all day Wednesday, Thursday and the day of the wedding! Yes the flowers could have been beautiful but DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE!!! Use a local florist and try to work something out having them order bulk flowers for you. This was not cheap with all the work you have to do yourself. It was just a headache!!

I ordered the full Wildflower package and a sample box of the pastels. My flowers arrived on the Wednesday and Thursday before my Saturday wedding. We spent all day Thursday and Friday prepping everything, then stored everything in a room with the A/C cranked and windows shut. All the flowers came in great shape and opened nicely, although I did have to fridge the ranunculus and should have done some spray roses as well. I was incredibly pleased with the way the garden roses and ranunculus opened and by the time they were in full bloom and guard petals were off the color was exactly what I saw online.
I only used the free DIY videos and had 0 experience with fresh flowers prior to this and made 8 bouquets, 11 boutonnières, 6 corsages, and still had quite a few flowers left after purchasing the smallest peaches and coral package. I made fairly small bouquets and did get some extra carnations and greenery from Sam’s Club to supplement but didn’t use much of that order. Overall the flowers turned out great and I was happy to have gone the diy route.

We were fortunate enough that we didn't need any substitutions for our selections, and we had minimal-to-no flower loss (even though Flower Moxie did provide a transparent warning for some of our more delicate ones). At the end of the day, our bouquets, boutennieres, and bud vases turned out beautiful and received so many compliments! Just trust the process!

In June we decided we wanted more bud vases for our dining tables than we had originally planned to have. I spoke with Maria who helped me add more of what I’d order to meet my needs. Cost was about $150. Not knowing really what to expect, I added 4 premade centerpieces just to have which cost $280. This was SO much more cost effective than trying to work with local florists or deal with wooden flower options.
The only issue we had was a UPS issue. The flowers were coming directly from a farm in Ecuador and tracking numbers showed they were held up in Miami waiting for government release. Once released, we were able to see their travels. The flower boxes ended up being delayed by 1 day. The flowers should have arrived on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding. Delivery moved to Friday.
Every worried email I sent was responded to immediately by Flower Moxie. They were tracking my order, too, and were on top of it. Once they arrived, we followed the specific directions the company sends out. I have photos of the stages of hydration, watching the blooms get more and more gorgeous as the hours passed. The bridal party put the 72 bud vases together on Saturday in the hotel conference room near the wedding venue. The bridal bouquets were perfect needing nothing but trimming of the stems and wrapping stems with ribbon we had purchased.
I would highly recommend working with Flower Moxie, especially if you are looking to support small business, enjoy having the option to be a little hands on (though you don’t have to choose this option), and want to save on the cost of your florals. I plan to use them in the future if the need arises.

or it. My wedding was on July 5, and the plan my florist and I made during my consultation hinged on tons of greenery, especially for the table centerpieces, for a gorgeous woodland wedding.
Well, 80% of that greenery didn't come. It was a problem somewhere on the ordering end by FlowerMoxie or their supplier, nothing to do with me. Because of the holiday weekend, they couldn't just send replacements the next day.
I had to spend extra time and money, and redesign my entire floral plan 3 days before the event. FlowerMoxie told me they would refund just the specific greenery that was missing, and cut me loose to fend for myself.
I asked for a full refund because I would no longer be able to use the design plan I had purchased, or many of the supplies I had purchased, or possibly some of the flowers I had purchased. Those expenses don't even account for the extra time and anxiety involved in suddenly having to redesign all the flower arrangements, and then go purchase more greenery and flowers for the new design at the grocery store.
They offered me less than a 10% refund on the cost of the flowers alone (not including the supplies or the designs), because after all, they got some of the order correct.
If I had ordered a cake baking kit, and it came with all the other ingredients but only 20% of the flour, it wouldn't matter that the other parts came. It wouldn't be the kit I had ordered.
Add to that, the price and quality of the grocery store greenery and flowers I purchased were basically the same as FlowerMoxie's price per stem and floral quality.
Take your business elsewhere. Support a local florist and save yourself the headache despite the extra cost, or use another service to order bulk flowers so that if the company you order from messes up, they won't ask you to pay for their mistakes.

p to my wedding. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The bouquets I received did not match the photos shown on the website. Several arrangements contained purple and blush flowers that significantly changed the overall appearance, despite the product photos appearing to be primarily white flowers. Had the photos accurately represented these blooms, I would have chosen a different option.
Additionally, the bouquets were inconsistent. Some arrangements included Alstroemeria while others did not, resulting in noticeably different designs. One of my bridesmaid bouquets actually looked closer to the advertised bridal bouquet than my actual bridal bouquet.
Because these were marketed as premade, ready-to-use arrangements, I did not expect to spend the days before my wedding purchasing additional flowers and supplies to adjust the bouquets myself. This added unexpected costs, time, and stress during an already busy week.
Customer service was polite and responsive, and they did offer a partial refund. However, the amount offered did not cover the additional materials, travel, and time required to make the arrangements match their description photos.
Wedding flowers are such an important part of the day, and consistency is especially important when ordering premade arrangements. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would encourage future couples to ask for additional photos and clarify exactly what their bouquets will contain before ordering.

They literally write everything down that you will need including what size buckets/how many buckets, what flowers go in what buckets, how many of x flower/greenery go in each arrangement. It is so detailed and made DIYing all my flowers so easy and not overwhelming.
Even with the flower recipes we semi followed them at first and then just had fun putting together everything. It gives a lot of creative freedom.

ing to fix all of the issues that arose from the horrible flowers I received from Flower Moxie, I would have had a wedding without flowers. All of my flowers arrived on Thursday as expected (Flower Moxie typically recommends a Wednesday delivery for a Saturday wedding, but their customer services decided Thursday worked for my wedding due to the destination and limited number of flowers). The flowers seemed good on Thursday and we prepped everything according to Flower Moxie’s instructions and I watched the DIY Academy videos leading up to the wedding. Flower Moxie requires complaint to be sent in within 24 hours of delivery so they can send more blooms if necessary, which is nice they are willing to overnight more but also requiring brides to submit complaints within 24 hours while preparing for a wedding is unrealistic. Friday morning my peonies were all wilted so I emailed them and got a 50% refund for those blooms and went to a grocery store to buy more. Friday my flowers still mostly seemed good and promising, but Saturday morning my flowers in bud vases and arrangements were so wilted and unusable. Family and friends took out the bad blooms and had to buy more flowers at grocery stores. I do not this this is an issue of user error, as we followed all of the instructions provided. I think these blooms were just old and poor quality. If you do not want family and friends rushing to replace blooms on your wedding day, do NOT use Flower Moxie.

Flower Moxie largely imports their flowers and they aren’t of the highest quality. I wasn’t able to have one of the installations I planned for my ceremony because of poor quality product and since I didn’t reach out immediately (because I was busy with my wedding), Flower Moxie refused a refund.

I ordered a small package since I had a decor package free from my venue due to my husbands military service. I also ordered an extension pack since I was worried my bridesmaids wouldn’t have as many flowers to choose from to make their own unique bouquets. That being said, I have plenty of leftovers and probably didn’t need the extension pack. Strongly recommend getting the supplies starter kit. It had most of what I needed. I got some extra ribbon from hobby lobby and magnetic bout pins from Amazon and had an amazing wedding with beautiful flowers all around!

We had a small wedding party and I wanted my bouquet to be colorful but my bridesmaids to be white so going premade for those was much more cost effective!
