Flower Moxie

l as they were without her!!!

wedding and used it to create a large fireplace mantel arrangement along with smaller arrangements for our tables. There were plenty of flowers to work with, and we even had some left over! The DIY process was a great way to personalize our wedding flowers while creating something beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend Flower Moxie to anyone looking for gorgeous wedding flowers and a great DIY experience!

r services to anyone looking for high quality florals without a crazy budget!

ere DIY! We had four bridesmaids bouquets, a bridal bouquet, a few other decorative arrangements, bud vases filled and three beautiful arch pieces that held up splendidly. We had the flowers delivered on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding. All for a quarter of the price it would have been at a florist! The process was so easy and I felt supported by the assigned support person along the way. Would definitely recommend!

h fun making the bouquets and arrangements and seeing my floral vision come to life. I paid for the 30 minute phone call consultation and the flower moxie florist  put together the perfect list of flowers! I was even able to add on flowers a few months before the wedding and the florist helped me decide how many/which to add based on the arrangements that I needed.  When I got the flowers on wedding week, I definitely had to trust the process at the beginning. Some of my ranunculus did not bloom and flower moxie refunded me completely for what didn’t turn out as well as helped me find a local florist who provided me with the ranunculus. Everything else bloomed and was beautiful!!

world of making our own. We did extensive research into what all this would take and researched companies that offered this. We came across Flower Moxie. Although hesitant at first, we dived right in, ordered the flowers, and crossed our fingers. Throughout the entire process, I was honestly amazed. Flower Moxie reached out multiple times to ensure we were ready to go and did not have any questions and they also provided many different resources for when the flowers did arrive. As far as delivery, there was a problem with getting the flowers delivered to our AirBNB, but Flower Moxie helped us reroute them to a local UPS store so they weren’t sitting in the heat until we were able to get them. Flower Moxie has quick response to emails as well (legit under 10 minutes). As far as making the floral arrangements, we followed all the guidelines set out from Flower Moxie, and they turned out stunning!!! We received our flowers on Thursday and our wedding was Sunday. I could not recommend Flower Moxie enough!! It’s a fraction of the price and super special to get to make your own floral arrangements!

e what could have been a chaotic DIY process feel seamless, fun and completely stress free. I was terrified of underbuying or over-spending on flowers for my daughter's wedding, but their team coached me step-by-step through calculating exactly how much to order for my arrangements. Their tutorials and practical advice gave me total confidence. They didn't just sell me stems, they taught me how to actually assemble professional looking centerpieces and urns. Knowing when flowers will arrive and how to keep them alive is half the battle. They laid out a clear timeline for delivery and gave me explicit, easy to follow instructions on hydration, prep and flower care. From the second the order was placed to the moment it shipped, I never had to guess. I received prompt updates, tracking details, and clear notifications every step of the way. A massive thank you to Luis and Alexa- you two were genuinely invaluable throughout this entire process. Your patience, expertise and guidance made all the difference, and I could not have pulled this off without you! You guys are the Gold Standard.

condition and they made stunning bouquets. The only thing I would change is that I wish there was more guidance on how much greenery one really needs for a wedding. I definitely bought more than I needed because I couldn't find a ton of guidance. Overall, it was perfect. We used every flower and I am absolutely obsessed with my bouquets. It can be overwhelming when the flowers arrive and they need to be cut and put into water, but just make sure you have a team available to help you and it'll be great. Not a single regret here!

dding and we could not receive the flowers any earlier because we were checking into our airbnb on Wednesday.  Only 2 of 4 boxes arrived and we were told the rest would be there Thursday.  Only 1 of the 2 remaining boxes arrived on Thursday.  The 3 boxes we received were all the "filler" flowers, the greenery and babys breath, brides bouquet and boutonnieres.  All the pink flowers did not arrive!  The focal, face flowers were missing!  So, on the day before the wedding when I had guests from out of town arriving, the wedding rehearsal and was hosting the rehearsal dinner, I had to call Costco, Trader Joe's, supermarkets, and local florists and no one could help me with flowers in stock.  We literally had to go out into the fields and pick some yellow flowers so there would be some color in the centerpieces. Flowers did arrive the day of the wedding but by the time they got there we could not use them, it was too late.  The worst part of this whole thing was that Flower Moxie tried to blame it on me saying that is why they make you order 3 days in advance and I ordered 2 days in advance and that they could get me back up flowers but even if I had the extra day, we were waiting on the truck to deliver before they were going to send the back ups so they would have arrived on Friday late in the day and been no use to me since I would have had the rehearsal that night and not been able to make the arrangements.  They refunded me $281, the exact cost of the missing flowers which I find extremely disappointing since I had to spend all day Thursday trying to get flowers and the entire esthetics of the wedding was ruined and I was stressed out and anxious all day Wednesday, Thursday and the day of the wedding!  Yes the flowers could have been beautiful but DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE!!! Use a local florist and try to work something out having them order bulk flowers for you. This was not cheap with all the work you have to do yourself. It was just a headache!!

ds and bridesmaids, and they turned out beautifully. I didn't try to do anything crazy, but I did have a lot of volume. Total spent on florals and supplies was about $2,200 for a bridal bouquet, 9 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 corsages, 13 boutonnieres, 4 bar bouqet pieces, a greenery garland for the sweetheart table, and bud vases for 20 tables. They answered all my questions and even helped completely redesign when I switched up my inspo about 4 months out. Can't recommend enough for the DIY bride looking to save money and wanting a little more variety in florals than the Costco route!

o life in a way that was in our budget but looked phenomenal. We got endless complements the whole night about the flowers!!

illion other things that could go wrong, but no. Every flower came wrapped, with instructions on how to care for it and keep it fresh for the wedding. I ordered the full Wildflower package and a sample box of the pastels. My flowers arrived on the Wednesday and Thursday before my Saturday wedding. We spent all day Thursday and Friday prepping everything, then stored everything in a room with the A/C cranked and windows shut. If you're crafty and have a lot of people willing to lend a hand, I highly recommend Flower Moxie. Just know a LOT of work went into these arrangements.

angeas, I contacted Joe Ramos, and he was so so kind to help! When he could not find replacement stems, he issued me a refund for those stems! Such a great experience overall!

es with blooms. All my blooms came in perfect minus my dark blue delphinium. I started to sorta panic but he helped reassure me he was able to send me some replacements the next day. I just recieved them and they are PERFECT. Thank you Joe and his team!!!!

here are so many good tips on their website and socials. It definitely is a labor of love and takes many hours to finish, depending on how much you are diy-ing, but I am so happy with how they turned out! I did partial diy!

f love, but Flower Moxie had everything I needed in terms of supplies and education to make the process smooth and truly enjoyable for this wannabe florist! We had one bunch of lisianthus that got crushed in transport. Joe Ramos from Customer Support responded to our claims email very quickly and had an option for us to pick up replacement flowers from a wholesaler in our area. When we were unable to make that happen, Flower Moxie fully refunded the bride, no questions asked. I’ll be doing wedding flowers for another of my daughter’s friends this spring using Flower Moxie, and I can’t wait!

rds and completely understood my vision and made everything so easy! Flowers looked great at our wedding!

ppier.

was so quick and helpful-- they helped us replace a flower type easily and found us a perfect match. Delivery was easy, they came in the morning, on time, and there were less damaged during shipping than they tell you to expect. We loved our flowers! If you want to DIY your flowers, this is an amazing option!

ng fresh flowers and the rest of the experience was excellent. All the flowers came in great shape and opened nicely, although I did have to fridge the ranunculus and should have done some spray roses as well. I was incredibly pleased with the way the garden roses and ranunculus opened and by the time they were in full bloom and guard petals were off the color was exactly what I saw online.  I only used the free DIY videos and had 0 experience with fresh flowers prior to this and made 8 bouquets, 11 boutonnières, 6 corsages, and still had quite a few flowers left after purchasing the smallest peaches and coral package. I made fairly small bouquets and did get some extra carnations and greenery from Sam’s Club to supplement but didn’t use much of that order. Overall the flowers turned out great and I was happy to have gone the diy route.

a lot of resources, including a budget calculator, bouquet recipes that detail how many stems of each flower type you'll need, and how-to videos. They also provided a customized care booklet for each flower we purchased so we knew how to properly care for them as they arrived. We were fortunate enough that we didn't need any substitutions for our selections, and we had minimal-to-no flower loss (even though Flower Moxie did provide a transparent warning for some of our more delicate ones). At the end of the day, our bouquets, boutennieres, and bud vases turned out beautiful and received so many compliments! Just trust the process!

ld have been able to for the same price through a florist! It came exactly when I scheduled it for even though I waited until the last minute to order. Even though they say to expect some to be damaged due to shipping I don’t think we had a single damaged flower out of all of the ones that came. I absolutely will recommend flower moxie to anyone who is looking to order flowers!

re really bountiful. The flowers arrived all perfectly prepped and the communication was clear, consistent, and fun all through the entire process. Not a single regret using this company!

a guide. Their website is filled with images and videos to help you make your choices. We went with the Sweet Wildflower bridal bouquet and 4 bridesmaid bouquets and then ordered a Build Your Own Wildflower Mixed Box and Build Your Own Spray Rose Mixed Box to DIY bud vases all for just over $900! In June we decided we wanted more bud vases for our dining tables than we had originally planned to have. I spoke with Maria who helped me add more of what I’d order to meet my needs. Cost was about $150. Not knowing really what to expect, I added 4 premade centerpieces just to have which cost $280. This was SO much more cost effective than trying to work with local florists or deal with wooden flower options. The only issue we had was a UPS issue. The flowers were coming directly from a farm in Ecuador and tracking numbers showed they were held up in Miami waiting for government release. Once released, we were able to see their travels. The flower boxes ended up being delayed by 1 day. The flowers should have arrived on a Thursday for a Sunday wedding. Delivery moved to Friday. Every worried email I sent was responded to immediately by Flower Moxie. They were tracking my order, too, and were on top of it. Once they arrived, we followed the specific directions the company sends out. I have photos of the stages of hydration, watching the blooms get more and more gorgeous as the hours passed. The bridal party put the 72 bud vases together on Saturday in the hotel conference room near the wedding venue. The bridal bouquets were perfect needing nothing but trimming of the stems and wrapping stems with ribbon we had purchased. I would highly recommend working with Flower Moxie, especially if you are looking to support small business, enjoy having the option to be a little hands on (though you don’t have to choose this option), and want to save on the cost of your florals. I plan to use them in the future if the need arises.

st in time for them to ship it before my wedding!! ALL the flowers were perfect to use and beautiful. I didn’t loose one to packaging (as long as you watch the videos they have on the website to unpack and take care of the blooms), they lasted till my wedding with no difficulty!! I got so many compliments and had plenty of leftovers. Overall, I paid $1,600 in flowers for 2 large urns, a huge framing piece, 14 centerpieces, 10-20 miscellaneous bud vases and other vases, my bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, two flower crowns, and 8 corsages. And I had so much leftover. Just to specify, I did buy some extra flowers and greenery from Kroger and Publix because when the flowers came in, I wanted a little more color, so I did have a good bit extra at the end

that made everything so simple. I used the premade periwinkle bouquets and honestly the work was minimal. Mainly just had to fluff them up and keep them hydrated. In the end the bouquets turned out even better than I expected and at a fraction of the cost!

or it. My wedding was on July 5, and the plan my florist and I made during my consultation hinged on tons of greenery, especially for the table centerpieces, for a gorgeous woodland wedding. Well, 80% of that greenery didn't come. It was a problem somewhere on the ordering end by FlowerMoxie or their supplier, nothing to do with me. Because of the holiday weekend, they couldn't just send replacements the next day. I had to spend extra time and money, and redesign my entire floral plan 3 days before the event. FlowerMoxie told me they would refund just the specific greenery that was missing, and cut me loose to fend for myself. I asked for a full refund because I would no longer be able to use the design plan I had purchased, or many of the supplies I had purchased, or possibly some of the flowers I had purchased. Those expenses don't even account for the extra time and anxiety involved in suddenly having to redesign all the flower arrangements, and then go purchase more greenery and flowers for the new design at the grocery store. They offered me less than a 10% refund on the cost of the flowers alone (not including the supplies or the designs), because after all, they got some of the order correct. If I had ordered a cake baking kit, and it came with all the other ingredients but only 20% of the flour, it wouldn't matter that the other parts came. It wouldn't be the kit I had ordered. Add to that, the price and quality of the grocery store greenery and flowers I purchased were basically the same as FlowerMoxie's price per stem and floral quality. Take your business elsewhere. Support a local florist and save yourself the headache despite the extra cost, or use another service to order bulk flowers so that if the company you order from messes up, they won't ask you to pay for their mistakes.

re double the price. The flowers arrived in perfect condition and the instructions for prep, care, and assembly were straight forward and easy to follow. I highly recommend purchasing the additional service to meet with a florist, as they helped me bring my vision to life, answered all of my questions in depth, and gave additional advice that I wouldn't have known otherwise. I would choose Flower Moxie all over again. My dream wedding flowers!!!!

st flowers and helped my vision come to life!

blue delphinium that didn’t end up making it but I immediately reached out once I noticed the issue and Maria from the orders team responded quickly and made it right. Liz texted me as soon as my flowers were delivered and followed up after my wedding to make sure everything went well. Their customer service is truly top notch! I can tell everyone from Flower Moxie truly cares for you and wants you to be happy with what you purchased. Another bonus is the prices. With them being a small, online business, they truly exceeded my expectations and saved me thousands! I will order from them anytime I need arrangements and will recommend them any chance I get! Thank you Flower Moxie for everything!

bination for a" post elopement 'backyard celebration for my son and daughter in law. Liz checked in about the delivery and every little step of the way was clear from how to care for the flowers and making sure I had the perfect amount! Super easy and affordable with as much hand holding as you need or want!

y’s breath. And I did put the roses in the fridge due to hot weather, and the BLOOMED so beautifully. I did do the diy as I already DIYed most of my wedding decor!! I highly recommend! Thank you 😊

new with some help I could recreate the look I wanted, but I am no florist so picking the correct amount of florals for each centerpiece and caring for the flowers seemed very overwhelming.  With Flower Moxie I was able to meet with a professional florist who built my entire cart ensuring I had more than enough of each bloom. She helped with care and preparation information so I knew exactly how to create my dream florals. Leading up to the wedding week I received ample communication about replacements and was even given suggestions to ensure the look of the arrangements didn't change. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Flower Moxie and I'm so glad I chose them. Assembling my own florals with all my bridesmaids and family was such a special experience!! And the whole night everyone was amazed at the arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres we had created!

then I had absolutely everything I needed for my florals! They turned out beautiful and I am so thankful!

p to my wedding. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The bouquets I received did not match the photos shown on the website. Several arrangements contained purple and blush flowers that significantly changed the overall appearance, despite the product photos appearing to be primarily white flowers. Had the photos accurately represented these blooms, I would have chosen a different option. Additionally, the bouquets were inconsistent. Some arrangements included Alstroemeria while others did not, resulting in noticeably different designs. One of my bridesmaid bouquets actually looked closer to the advertised bridal bouquet than my actual bridal bouquet. Because these were marketed as premade, ready-to-use arrangements, I did not expect to spend the days before my wedding purchasing additional flowers and supplies to adjust the bouquets myself. This added unexpected costs, time, and stress during an already busy week. Customer service was polite and responsive, and they did offer a partial refund. However, the amount offered did not cover the additional materials, travel, and time required to make the arrangements match their description photos. Wedding flowers are such an important part of the day, and consistency is especially important when ordering premade arrangements. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would encourage future couples to ask for additional photos and clarify exactly what their bouquets will contain before ordering.

ything turned out perfectly! We didn't have a single flower that wasn't able to be used, including cloud roses and taller delphinium flowers!

lternatives/budget friendly. Really listened and customized it to my wants/vision. Arrived 3 days before. They literally write everything down that you will need including what size buckets/how many buckets, what flowers go in what buckets, how many of x flower/greenery go in each arrangement. They prepare a list of all the tools you will need for arranging. It’s incredibly helpful.  It is so detailed and made DIYing all my flowers so easy and not overwhelming. Even with the flower recipes we semi followed them at first and then just had fun putting together everything. It gives a lot of creative freedom.  They are also very communicative about updates on your order.  A wonderful experience, and amazing to see my vision come your way life!

ing to fix all of the issues that arose from the horrible flowers I received from Flower Moxie, I would have had a wedding without flowers. All of my flowers arrived on Thursday as expected (Flower Moxie typically recommends a Wednesday delivery for a Saturday wedding, but their customer services decided Thursday worked for my wedding due to the destination and limited number of flowers). The flowers seemed good on Thursday and we prepped everything according to Flower Moxie’s instructions and I watched the DIY Academy videos leading up to the wedding. Flower Moxie requires complaint to be sent in within 24 hours of delivery so they can send more blooms if necessary, which is nice they are willing to overnight more but also requiring brides to submit complaints within 24 hours while preparing for a wedding is unrealistic. Friday morning my peonies were all wilted so I emailed them and got a 50% refund for those blooms and went to a grocery store to buy more. Friday my flowers still mostly seemed good and promising, but Saturday morning my flowers in bud vases and arrangements were so wilted and unusable. Family and friends took out the bad blooms and had to buy more flowers at grocery stores. I do not this this is an issue of user error, as we followed all of the instructions provided. I think these blooms were just old and poor quality. If you do not want family and friends rushing to replace blooms on your wedding day, do NOT use Flower Moxie.

rs or a refund. They called it a minor variance and sent us back $80 of our $1800. We had to drive all around to find what we needed. Their customer was not helpful. We are currently disputing it with our credit card company, small claims court will be next. Definitely not worth the hassle!

ery helpful. That said, you’re better off buying your flowers somewhere else - look for local wholesalers who are open to the public, or find a vendor with access to a Mayesh location near you. Flower Moxie largely imports their flowers and they aren’t of the highest quality. I wasn’t able to have one of the installations I planned for my ceremony because of poor quality product and since I didn’t reach out immediately (because I was busy with my wedding), Flower Moxie refused a refund.

or my wedding day. They provided detailed directions, emailed all the important information ahead of time, and were always extremely quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. They stayed on top of every shipment and tracking update, which made the process so much less stressful. The day before my wedding, we ran into a huge bump in the road when one of our flower boxes was delayed and didn’t arrive. As soon as they realized there was an issue, they immediately reached out with solutions and alternative options. My absolute lifesaver throughout everything was Liz! She worked tirelessly all day, emailing back and forth with me, reassuring me, and doing everything possible to fix the situation. She even contacted a local florist and arranged for replacement flowers to be overnighted to us. I have honestly never experienced customer service this incredible in my life. Liz went above and beyond in every possible way, and the amount of care, love, and support she showed during such a stressful moment meant the world to me. She truly deserves a raise immediately! She completely took away my stress and made me feel confident that everything would work out — and it did! Not only did the replacement flowers arrive on time, but they were absolutely beautiful. All of the flowers opened up so perfectly and became so full and lively. They turned out even prettier than I imagined, and I was honestly shocked by how gorgeous everything looked on the big day. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding so special. I will forever recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and truly exceptional customer service!

, I felt well equipped to handle the DIY elements. The flowers came in on time and the end result was exactly what I dreamed of. Throughout the whole process, the team and the designers were communicative and available when I needed them. I saved so much money using Flower Moxie and it was worth it.

eded to make the most perfect wedding florals. Flower moxie takes the stress out of DIY florals!!
