Flower Moxie completely exceeded my expectations in every way! I ordered their pastels package for my wedding and was blown away by how stunning the flowers were. The blooms were fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than I imagined—truly some of the healthiest flowers I’ve ever seen.
I was initially curious (and a little nervous) about how the process would work, since I’d never used a service like this before. But from the very beginning, Maria and the Flower Moxie team were incredibly kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond. Maria walked me through every step with warmth and thoughtfulness, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They really knocked it out of the park.
The flowers added so much magic to our day. I used them for our welcome sign, cake, bud vases, and to transform a faux white-and-green arch and floral meadow by adding real, colorful blooms—and the final result was breathtaking. So many guests complimented how beautiful everything looked.
I cannot recommend Flower Moxie enough. They’re not just a flower company—they’re a dream team that helps make your vision come to life!
Flower Moxie was absolutely incredible—I cannot recommend them enough! I just got married on Saturday, and we were a bit nervous about the flowers arriving on time and in good condition. We used mostly silk flowers for decor and fresh flowers for the bouquets and boutonnieres.
The flowers arrived on Wednesday, and when one of the packs didn’t look great, they were on it. By the next day, I had all the replacements I needed, plus extra flowers to make the peaches and coral pack even more vibrant. Their customer service was outstanding and allowed me to focus on my big day instead of stressing over the details.
One of the flowers didn’t make it to the wedding day (it was very delicate and honestly not missed at all in the bouquets), and they even refunded me for it without hesitation.
If you’re debating whether to go with Flower Moxie—do it! They are amazing!
I’m a wedding stylist in Florida who was planning an event out of state for my niece. I hadn’t worked with Flower Moxie before, but decided to give them a try since I didn’t have any established vendor relationships outside of my state.
On the day our order arrived, our enthusiasm turned to panic as we realized that the spray roses I ordered had come in as dark coral/rust colored instead of soft peach.
Substitutions are quite common in the floral industry, and especially so when you order a generic color rather than a specific variety. It made me sick to think of her soft color palette being ruined, but I had no recourse and I knew it.
So when Alexa from the FM team reached out to get our feedback, I let her know why I was disappointed and figured nothing would come of it. Instead, she called me right away and offered to OVERNIGHT some softer peach spray roses!! 😳 I absolutely couldn’t believe they would do such a thing, but they did and our event was FLAWLESS, thanks to Flower Moxie.
Flower moxie was super helpful, professional, and amazing when it came to DIYing my wedding flowers. I can’t say enough amazing things about the team and the company. A special thanks to Jessica for her amazing design skills and for making my vision come true, to Maria and Alexa who assisted me with anything I needed when the flowers arrived!
I did the helping hand package and ordered most of my flowers through Flower Moxie except for white roses, baby’s breath, and hydrangeas which I ordered through Sam’s Club to save money. Both arrived on time and were easy companies to work with. I loved how everything turned out. Thanks again flower moxie team :) I couldn’t have done it without the recipes and instructions I received.
Flower moxie was a great fit for me. When my order came in it was missing some of the flowers. However, I dealt with Alexa and she helped me fix it so quickly! She had the flowers overnighted. I would recommend flower moxie to anyone wanting to diy their own flowers! I loved how they gave clear instructions and tutorials for everything.
I am getting married in June, and I'm going to use Flower Moxie. I haven't ordered yet, but I just had to write a review to share what amazing customer service this company has! They are by far the best way to DIY your flowers, because you have advice and help from the pros available to you for free all the time! I have been emailing with Sara and she has been so helpful answering all my questions, I can't wait to order my flowers!
We had a great experience using Flower Moxie for my daughter's wedding. The flowers turned out beautiful. We ordered the small dusty rose package. It was enough for everything we needed. Alexa was so helpful. She emailed to offer support if we needed it and kept in touch the whole weekend. I would definitely use Flower Moxie again!
My fiance (at the time) and I were trying to find ways to save money for our wedding, and when I came across Flower Moxie, I knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. Not only were their packages absolutely beautiful, but I felt very connected to the writing and marketing that is clearly geared to millennials. The process was so easy and I was so excited when finally buying everything! I knew the packages had more than I wanted and not enough of what I needed, so I used the extremely helpful recipes to buy exactly what we needed. We used the greenery only package as our guide, which I thought was absolutely gorgeous. Some of my family and friends were skeptical about using greenery only, but I’m glad I stuck with my plan because they turned out perfect! I received a notification that part of my order was on it’s way on Tuesday evening. I never got a notification saying the other half was coming, but it did arrive with the full order - phew! We did encounter a substitution (baby eucalyptus was substituted for silver dollar euc), and were missing the tree fern (we did receive a refund for the tree fern). I was a bit nervous about that, so after processing everything (which I did alone - it worked out fine!) I went to a local florist to ask if they had any tree fern. They convinced me that I didn’t need it and wouldn’t even notice. So the next day, my now wife and I started making our bridal bouquets first. It was so easy (I had practiced once over the summer, but my wife hadn’t). Both of ours came out gorgeous and we were so happy we stuck with the greenery only - it was perfect for our winter wedding in Vermont. The rest of the day went by very easily - we made 7 centerpieces, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and a bunch of bouts and corsages (and two flower crowns which were last minute ideas!). We had SOOO much extra at the end. We all loved the flower academy, which I also purchased, which made the day feel like it was a test that we had studied very well for and already knew we would get an A. We had to travel with the florals (about 3 hours) and have them in a hotel room overnight, and were worried about them, but they traveled perfectly well. Thank you so much Flower Moxie! We loved everything about the process and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
I decided to use Flower Moxie after my best friend had great success with their services for her wedding. The flowers arrived on time, in perfect condition. And we had a blast assembling all the bouquets and centerpieces together!
After deciding on a micro-wedding for myself, I reached out to flower Moxie because I did not see any packages that were small enough to meet my needs. really loved the dusty blush and blue, but didn’t know where to start for a la carte options.
I reached out for help, and Sara responded to me SO QUICKLY. I mean, so fast. And she was so helpful, even with my multiple requests for modifications, all while keeping it within my budget.
I can’t wait to finalize my order and get creative assembling my bouquet and bud vases! Thank you Flower Moxie, and thank you Sara!
I highly recommend Flower Moxie!!! The flowers were amazing quality and I even had them delivered on time for a wedding three days after Christmas! I received my flowers 5-6 days in advance due to the holiday, and they still held up a few days after the wedding! The customer service was amazing, especially Alexa! She went out of her way to make sure she could help throughout any point of the service. She was very quick to respond and was very kind and sweet to work with! I highly recommend Flower Moxie and Alexa to help you with your flowers for any event! :)
I absolutely loved my experience using Flower Moxie. I was nervous about doing my own wedding flowers at first, but their team made me so comfortable. I was even able to do the grounded floral arch I wanted and my own bouquets and boutonnieres. Alexa helped me add flowers to my order and made sure everything was perfect for my big day. Thank you so much, Alexa! I'll be sure to refer all my friends to Flower Moxie!!
We chose to do flower moxie because we wanted alot of florals for our wedding but without breaking the bank. The flowers showed up on wednesday, but there was a shipping issue, not their fault, but the flowers were delivered the very next morning. We received wonderful florals and they were just as good of a quality as other places. The only issue we ran into was that its very time consuming. You want to make sure you have all of the supplies you need and a lot of help. It took us about a whole day to put together a large package of florals.
When planning our wedding, flowers were not one of the more important pieces for us. We knew we wanted them, but they were not a top priority, so spending a lot of money on them didn't feel right. We were originally planning to get married in late October (we ended up having the wedding in late November after the area was struck by the devastating Hurricane Helene) and all of the local farms told us it would be too cold and they wouldn't have any blooms for us. After speaking with our planner and doing some research, we scheduled a design appointment with Flower Moxie to see what they could do. I met with Jordan, showed her some of the things that I liked and she was able to create a shopping cart of all of the things I would need to achieve what we wanted. After the hurricane hit, we had to reschedule our date and Sue was amazing at coordinating the changes. She was there every step with us, making sure that everything worked out the way we needed it to. The flowers arrived on time, and they were beautiful. I could not be happier with our experience and would recommend Flower Moxie to anyone looking for affordable DIY florals.
We used Flower Moxie for our wedding and had an amazing experience. Our consultant suggested great flowers for our color palette and aesthetic and was very helpful with revisions. One of the bunches arrived brown and they called us immediately and overnighted new florals (that were upgraded!). Their immediate communication when the flowers arrived brown an overall customer service truly set our experience above and beyond on what could have been a very stressful experience for us. It definitely required significant helping hands but we used this as a bonding time with our family and bridal party and they said they appreciated feeling like they were able to contribute in such a big way for our wedding.
Used Flower Moxie for our wildflower themed wedding. Ordering was very easy and flowers were delivered on time. We had a few missing things and Alexa provided prompt and professional customer service getting us a refund and also helped us find some local options for replacement. All of the online videos prepared us well and I don't have any regrets going this route for our wedding florals.
Wonderful customer service! Feverfew came very droopy. I emailed customer service and had a response within 30 minutes!! Alexa gave me information on the specific flower as if she had handled the flowers herself. Her knowledge of the flower assured me the flowers would be fine. I am a wedding florist and already have plans to use Flower Moxie in 2025 for their moody color options. Thanks Alexa for all your help!
Flower moxie has a great price point for beautiful flowers! I needed help coordinating flowers with my gown ( which is not white) and Sara helped me! I am very excited to see my flowers in July. Thank you Flower Moxie!
I wanted to be able to create my bouquets for my wedding and Flower Moxie was just the florist to do that! They were very helpful when I met with them via video call; they used my Pinterest board and helped me pick out flowers that best matched my colors. I had one bridal bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages with plenty of leftover for miscellaneous wedding decor.
Sadly, some of the flowers I requested were out of stock so I had to adjust which the liasson was helpful on what substitutions would look the best. Overall, I would recommend Flower Moxie for the DIY bride on a budget!
I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars for my wedding flowers, but wanted beautiful flowers. I was inspired last fall after picking wildflowers at a farm, and made a bunch of little bud vases, that I would do my own. I was going to just go pick them, but I didn't think actual "wild" wildflowers would be sturdy enough for bouquets. I randomly ran across Flower Moxie and went for it. I ended up paying around $500 for my flowers, getting the wildflower elopement package, I had a small bridal party with just 3 bridesmaids, and bud vases for centerpieces. It was perfect. I added a few bundles of other flowers and greenery. It was so much fun to make them arrangements with my friends. It turns out one of my maids of honor actually used to work for a florist and handled the corsages and bouts, that is a little tricky but some patience and the DIY tutorials, of which there are plenty, make it totally achievable. I loved it and 100% recommend it, the flowers were beautiful and in excellent condition.
TL;DR - Of all wedding choices, we both agree we would not do our flowers like this again.
We chose the package where we met with a florist, which was great! She noted what we liked/didn’t like and put together a packet for review.
We assembled our helpers and watched the included videos multiple times. Our florals arrived on Wednesday, but 50% of our greenery was not delivered and was substituted with something on our "absolutely not" list. Substitutions are expected, but there needs to be some system in place to make sure a substitution is still viable. Also, per Flower Moxie’s website, the delivered plant was not listed as a possible substitute for our greenery. We were also 45 stems short on our roses and didn’t get the 20 stems of Queen Anne’s Lace we ordered, both with no substitution.
I immediately contacted Flower Moxie. The first person I spoke to was great; he found a wholesaler who had viable florals to be delivered by noon the next day.
Our helpers arrived Thursday morning, but no delivery. Around 2:00 I contacted support again only to hear that our delivery was pushed back to Friday - the day before the wedding. I asked for advice on how to cope, and a florist with FM said to use the huck greenery that was delivered as well as the paltry quantity of eucalyptus (four sprigs). In short, there was no real way to “make it work” with the huck alone. I wrote back to express my concerns and never received a reply.
Still, in full panic mode, our helpers kept working. At some point in the night, despite every reasonable effort, we had to admit defeat. My fiance and I sent everyone home and then stayed up trying our best to make things work.
Around 10:30 AM Friday we finally received the shipment. The sheer volume of greenery was mindblowing. For Flower Moxie to insinuate we should have just “made it work” with what we were originally given, and then have a small forest dropped off was almost comical. But because the shipment was in a warehouse overnight, the greenery and florals were in terrible condition and ~40% was total garbage.
Needless to say, Friday was absolutely miserable. When all was said and done, 4 people spent about 4 hours on the florals before we had to pause and rush to our rehearsal. Then my fiance and I drove the 75 mins home after our welcome event to finish florals for another 2-3 hours, resulting in a 3:00 am bedtime the night before our wedding. And because the greenery was so dry, we were short 4 big arrangements.
OH, and despite the 3:00 am bedtime, I still had to put together the bridal bouquets the morning of the wedding, which caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. I substantially missed out on pre-wedding time with family/friends who traveled out-of-state to spend time with me.
It’s been a few weeks, and thinking back, I feel we were set up to fail. I’m perhaps even more upset the time before the wedding was so miserable and chaotic. We worked too hard to prioritize time with friends and family before the wedding only to have the time squandered by Flower Moxie’s mishap. We will never get that time back.
**I did share this feedback with Flower Moxie before posting and received a response that, while thoughtful, didn’t truly resolve my concerns. They offered a refund for items not originally delivered, which was ~19% of our total fee. At the end of the day, I feel like Flower Moxie failed to do right by us at multiple points, and I still paid over $2,000 for this experience.
Flower Moxie has been great! Beautiful blooms and the best part about it was working with Sue! I emailed for some assistance on getting blooms replaced and she was so patient, kind, and helpful. Took me from frantic and stressed to complete peace. She was able to get me some new blooms shipped overnight and save the day! Sue, you’re my hero! Thank you for being so wonderful and helping ease my stress. 🦸♀️ 💐✨
This was my first time ordering from flower moxie and i couldn’t recommend them more! I received my flowers and noticed the roses that were delivered were different than those I had ordered. I promptly submitted a claim as directed and Sue was in touch with me within the hour and had already coordinated replacements for me to pick up from a nearby wholesaler (literally just 10 minutes from my house). Sue had everything resolved and I had my new roses within just a few hours of notifying them of the issue. The rest of the blooms were absolutely beautiful and everything came in great condition! A great first experience!
I was so impressed and delighted to see how absolutely beautiful my flowers from here turned out! I did a beach wedding and my colors were coastal blues / white and I got the big DIY party box and it was perfection! I did the blue mixed box and then ordered 30 long stem cala lillies and we made the arrangements ourselves. Easy peasy and oh so beautiful!
My flowers turned out beautifully and I had many compliments on them! The DIY videos are helpful and I felt prepared for arranging my flowers. It was helpful to have a friend who is also very crafty to help me out with the process - having support and a good plan going into the week was really important! The colors of the flowers were gorgeous and I am very pleased with how they turned out!
At first I was a little overwhelmed with the process simply because I usually never even buy flowers for myself from a grocery store, and these are "DELICATE"? Yeah, I thought I was going to fail miserably at this. BUT luckily the Flower Moxie team is so quick with responding and helpful that everything went so smooth and the flowers looked GORGEOUS for the wedding! Did the bouquets come out like my inspiration photo? Not totally but I believe that's just because I'm not a florist and some things were out of season which is totally understandable. By the end of it I felt like a florist! My bridesmaids and I loved creating the bouquets together and it was such a beautiful memory to have. Also, I saved THOUSANDS of dollars going this route and wouldn't change it for the world! Thank you Flower Moxie! 🥹🫶
I went with Flower Moxie because I wanted to do my own flowers and save money, so glad I did!
There was an issue with shipping but Alexa worked hard to get my flowers where they needed to go and most importantly she really cared and was there for me, personally.
The flowers arrived and they were stunning! Would definitely order from them again!
I did not have a bad experience with flower moxie but I do not see myself being a returning customer. I ordered a couple hundred stems, 6 types of flowers and 1 type of greenery, just over $300 for the bud vases at my wedding (10/05/2024) and I am just not impressed with the quality vs what I received given the price point. The flowers and greenery are good but nothing special, very average quality.
Pros:
-They have great communication every step of the way through ordering and delivery
-They have a very large selection of flowers and also resources on how-to for the diy girlies
-There are not any hidden fees or anything
Cons:
-Quality is just average I do not think it was anything above and beyond what you can get at places like Kroger or Costco, honestly if I knew that the quality I got is what I would have gotten I wouldn't have even ordered simply because I could have gotten double the amount of same quality products at Kroger for the same price or cheaper.
-The substitutions are frustrating, I was very picky when deciding what flowers I wanted to make sure my real flower types were cohesive with my fake floral and 2/7 of my products ended up being substituted for something else so I will still end up having to go and get those products from somewhere local to me
-I was told that someone would need to sign for delivery and I moved around schedules and meetings to be there, just for UPS to leave them on my Porch and not need a signature to deliver.
Overall I can make everything work but I will not be a returning customer. If you are doing pretty common flowers that are in season colors you can get more for your money by going to Costco, Kroger and Sam’s for all your flowers and greenery, the only benefit that flower moxie has is having more options to choose from but with substitutions you are not guaranteed to get what you pick.
Flower Moxie went above and beyond for my wedding, and my arrangements turned out beautifully. After an unexpected delay on the flower supply farm, I was in a panic and my flowers needed to be re-routed to a different shipping location. Alexa from Flower Moxie was an absolute godsend. She was communicative, uplifting, responsive, and helped put me at ease. She successfully re-routed my flower order and the rest is history! Everything turned out stunning. Flower Moxie offers plenty of support from your very first phone consult (shoutout to my amazing florist, Jess) to flower delivery and beyond. I can’t sing the praises of Jess and Alexa enough!!!
Exceptional service. Flowers don't always travel well. The flowers I ordered for my daughter's wedding bouquet and the grooms boutonniere. They arrived in less than ideal condition I contacted customer service and Alexa was incredibly helpful. She not only sent new flowers overnight but was truly concerned that they now arrived in great condition.
The new flowers were gorgeous and perfect. I will be buying all my flowers from Flower Moxie. Thank you Alexa.
Pros:
With the design help of the Full Monty package, I was able to pull off beautiful flowers for my wedding with no previous experience. I think that says a lot for the quality of their hand-holding and tutorials. They were very responsive during the planning process as well.
Cons:
My biggest concern was delivery and customer service, and why I can't recommend without a major caveat.
I don't know if it was because of my area of delivery, but I was not given an option to personally pick up my product, and was told it would be delivered by 10 AM. I received an email that my product was in the truck at 6 AM; my product did not get fully delivered until almost 7 PM, and my roses were in bad shape. I followed all instructions to hydrate and process, and reached out to the help line with pictures of everything that looked damaged ASAP. Keep in mind that you have to contact the company for replacement product by early afternoon on delivery day, which was not even an option for me anymore. By the next morning (still 2 days out from the wedding), my flowers were already overblown and falling apart. I am not a florist, but I feel that 12 hrs in a hot truck did a lot to speed up the opening process. I reached out to customer service twice with photos and descriptions of what happened. I was only told to hydrate them and let time do its magic. I was never offered replacement product, or *any* type of refund. By the wedding day, I estimate I lost about 25-30% of most of my roses, and we would not have had enough product to pull off what we did if my parents didn't have a room with its own AC unit to make a walk in fridge.
I understand that Flower Moxie doesn't have control over when the truck delivered my flowers. But if they don't have that control, I would liked to have been given the option to pick up the product myself. I also didn't feel that customer service took my concerns seriously, or addressed that I lost well over the percentage of product they advise you that you will lose.
In summary:
I still feel that, as a DIY bride, Flower Moxie offered great, hand-holding services to design and arrange my own flowers. I would *never* have been able to do that on my own. As a result, I would recommend Flower Moxie to other brides ONLY if they insist on picking up their own product. I wouldn't want them to end up in the same scenario I did.
I was thrilled with the flowers i ordered from Flower Moxie for my daughters wedding. The guidance of their support tean after my flowers arrived was excellent. The youtube videos gave me the basic training our team needed to create a beautiful bridal party and reception venue flowers. It was an intense few days but quite manageable. I was well prepared with Flower Moxie guidance. They gave me artistic advice on how to create a soft color palette that was still very vibrant.
We loved our florals from Flower Moxie! Using the moldboard we were able to find the set that matched our wedding colors the best and then we were able to decide how much we wanted. The florals were in great shape and healthy! The process to build the bouquets and other items was time consuming and required a lot of attentions to detail. This is an amazing option for couples who are looking for a cost effective floral option and are willing to put in the work days before the wedding!
At the end of the day, everything worked out and I got my flower's. Setting everything up and ordering the flowers was super easy. The nightmare began when the flowers were shipped. We were told everything shipped through FedEx and we set everything up to pick our flowers up at a local FedEx center. Once the flowers shipped they went through UPS and my flowers got denied at FedEx. I then spent over 45 minutes on the phone with UPS trying to find my flowers because nobody had a clue. I ended up having to chase a UPS driver down in a neighborhood to get them off the truck. Oh and the second half of my order got delayed and was not going to arrive until the next day. You can imagine my panic and stress having my flowers lost/delayed 2 DAYS before my wedding. Flower moxie was quick to change the shipping address for the second order, so I didn't not run into the same issue. Overall, I would say to exercise caution with using flower moxie. It worked out in the end but created a LOT of unnecessary stress just days before the wedding.
Flower Moxie was honestly a really fun way to do the florals for our wedding! I did the "Full Monty" package, which basically meant I got to meet with one of their florists and show them pictures of my floral vision, and then they literally told me exactly how much of everything to order (within the budget I provided), and provided me step by step instructions on how to do all of the arrangements I was hoping for. They responded quickly to all my emails and were so patient with my many questions about flower choices and arrangements. They had such an organized process, ensuring we discussed everything from color schemes to seasonal blooms. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were even more beautiful than I had imagined, and they stayed fresh all day and even into the following week. Not to mention I actually had so much fun prepping the flowers and doing all the arrangements with my friends and bridesmaids!
Our flowers turned out AMAZING with flower moxie! It was so fun to be able to spend the days before the wedding prepping the flowers with my family and friends, and they truly turned out so beautifully. Alexa and the customer service team went above and beyond to help in answering all my questions. I’m so grateful to have found them!
I wish I could give more stars, but my wedding flower order was missing a majority of items and the big beautiful white roses I ordered based on the pictures from the website were a huge disappointment and nothing like the picture. The only salvageable and usable item was the baby’s breath, the roses were brown and tiny and unable to be used. I will say, they get one star for their customer service because they immediately tried to rectify it by sending the missing items and new roses but at that point I couldn’t take the chance and ended up going to a local florist.
Super disappointed. I have ordered flowers for weddings for over 30 years. First time using Flower Moxie. Will not order from them again. I spent a fortune replacing dead or wilted un-useable blooms. Packaging was lacking, no water guards on any of the flowers. Customer service sad as well. Will stick to my reliable vendors in future.
Flower Moxie is absolutely amazing! I was a bit nervous to do my own florals but the resources available with Flower Moxie are just incredible. We did the custom consultation and the florist we worked with, Jessica, took our dream and helped it come to life! The team provided step by step instructions of how to care for the flowers, keep them hydrated, organize and transport them and assemble them based on what your vision is. The flowers arrived on time and were so beautiful and while it was a LOT of work, it was so worth it and we got so many compliments! I wanted real flowers for our wedding day and Flower Moxie made it possible. Would absolutely recommend!
I was so excited for my Flower Moxie order. The collection I ordered was PERFECT for my wedding! I was extremely disappointed when my flowers arrived and almost all of the flowers were nothing close in color to what I ordered/what was pictured. While I understand that flowers aren’t always going to be the same color they are in the advertisements, these were not even close. What was supposed to be yellow was white. What was supposed to be purple was HOT pink. What was supposed to be pink was also white. The orange was also pink. I was basically left with pink, white and blue flowers, which gave me gender reveal vibes. I was very disappointed.
This was two days before my wedding so I reached out to customer service. The associate kept telling me that the flowers looked fine. Their responses were extremely scripted and didn’t feel genuine. I was expressing my concerns and the associate was very dismissive and didn’t make me feel heard.
You could tell in the pictures that all of the colors were off. Some were due to being early in the season, which again, I understand, but that should have been a disclaimer when purchasing. Had I known, I would have picked up supplies like flower dye spray, but my wedding was in a very remote location with no craft store around. The associate eventually refunded me for a couple of the flowers, but I had to go buy more last minute to include all of the colors I originally wanted. I am still disappointed in my flowers looking back at my wedding pictures. The only good thing about my experience is that the flowers were in great condition. Very healthy and stayed very fresh.
If you’re looking to have colorful flowers, do not use Flower Moxie. If you are looking for one or two colors or just white, I would definitely recommend. But if you’re looking for bright, vibrant colors do NOT use the service. Way more worth the money to buy from a florist or use fake flowers.
Flower Moxie was AMAZING! The flowers were received on time and 98% of them were perfect. The prep video was very helpful! My husband and I did all the prep work and then I hired a friend to put all my arrangements, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres together. We did not follow the recipes completely, we used them for inspiration. It all looked so beautiful; so many of the guest commented on the flowers. Also, the costumer service is EXCELLENT!!! 🖤
Using Flower Moxie to DIY our wedding flowers was straightforward and fun. It is definitely not for the faint of heart, but they provide enough resources and communication that it is totally doable! We saved so much money without compromising the vision. I would recommend Flower Moxie to anyone with a little bit of artistic vision, helpful (ish) friends, and time. If I were to do it again (which I totally would) here is what I learned:
- buy the thorn and leaf stripper
- printing and laminating the recipes was a great decision
- if there is an issue, they do not lie about being helpful and responsive via email. this came in clutch!
- buy more ribbon, shears, buckets
- the custom package was worth it!
- find ways to repurpose arrangements. we had the venue move ceremony flowers to the reception, and I used my bouquet for the sweetheart table
- if you order these bud vases (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C4H19V9X?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) the Styrofoam will hold the bud vases upright for transport with the flowers in them better than wine boxes
- I LOVED having fun making the arrangements. make it a fun event!
Flowers were delivered in great shape, on time before my wedding. After processing them Wednesday, assembling arrangements Thursday, and transporting Friday, they looked great at our Saturday wedding!
I received my flower shipment on time and in good condition. A substitution was needed which I was made aware of and we arrived at a suitable change. The negative factor I have was that the alstromeria had no open flowers. I knew when I opened the box that there was very little chance that these blooms would be open in time for my daughter's wedding. Being out of time I knew replacements from Flower Moxie would not be possible, so no I never asked. Having been a floral designer for 15 years I knew all the tricks to help force these blooms open. Thursday night I went to Walmart and was able to purchase the needed alstromeria. I have included pictures of the flowers Friday morning when I left for the wedding destination and again Monday morning after my return. The flowers ship straight from the grower to the customer. This is where a middleman would have had the opportunity to help force the flowers open so they would have made the wedding. She did have a beautiful wedding even thou these flowers never made the day.
If I could do it again, I would 1000% reuse Flower Moxie. They had professional and great communication. While I was saddened that some of my flowers had to be replaced, after receiving them and having open communication with Flower Moxie, the flowers did not a disappoint! Putting the bouquets and boutonnieres together was a piece of cake (after watching Flower Moxie tutorial videos of course ;). If you're worried about this being stressful, it was not at all! I seriously cannot recommend them enough if you are a DIY bride and/or balling on a budget!
I can't recommend Flower Moxie enough! Wedding florals can be so expensive, and Flower Moxie is a wonderful option for stunning flowers that are so reasonable price-wise. I had a specific vision for my wedding flowers, and the customer support at Flower Moxie was so helpful in talking me through the process and answering my questions over email and by phone whenever I needed help. Their recipes & packages make it easy to figure out just how many flowers you need to order, and their resources were really helpful in making sure we had all the right materials to prepare the flowers and make the arrangements. DIY wedding flowers are not for everyone, but my family, friends, & I had a blast the Thursday before my wedding assembling all the arrangements, and we had so much fun having that time together! I did have a problem with my shipment where we were missing all of one type of flower that I ordered, but the customer service team quickly fixed the issue, and we received the missing flowers within 24 hours & still had plenty of time to incorporate them in the arrangements. I am so pleased with Flower Moxie, and truly recommend them for anyone considering DIY wedding flowers!
We received our flowers on the day we were supposed to receive them in great condition. However, we were missing some of the flowers that were supposed to be included in our package.
I ordered from three different online flower vendors and flower moxie was the only one that showed up on time. The instructional videos were very helpful and the flowers were beautiful after following all the directions to get them rehydrated. We barely lost any flowers at all in transport. We were missing one bunch from the order but they resolved it immediately. I got a refund submit within 4 hours in the middle of the night. Will recommend this company to EVERYONE.
To keep it short and sweet--SOLID customer service, but a poor product and not worth the stress on your wedding day. Trust me on this!! Many of my stems arrived already dead and I was promptly refunded. That said, all of my roses arrived in full bloom so they could not refund, but the roses were BARELY alive by wedding day. I'm a pretty damn chill bride but I have to say this was STRESSFUL. I ended up getting most of my blooms from Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Still saved money compared to hiring a florist, but would probably just buy things from the grocery store instead of work with Flower Moxie TBH. That way at least you know what you're getting.
I used Flower Moxie for my March wedding and overall had a good experience! The flowers did end up looking fantastic but I had a couple issues in the days leading up to the wedding.
First I was missing a couple bunches of flowers when I opened up my order, which couldn’t be replaced as there were none available. Customer service promptly refunded me which I appreciated. I also had an issue with nearly all of my snapdragons (~80%) were dying and unable to be used in the wedding florals. This was a huge bummer since it was an important flower for my overall vision. My bridesmaids ran around town and were luckily able to find a similar color replacement at a local florist shop. Flower Moxie did refund the cost of this replacement which was appreciated!
Making the florals was a lot of work but was really fun! The videos and recipes were super useful. I was really proud of the work we did and overall do not regret using Flower Moxie. Customer service was very responsive.
We DYI'ed the flowers for our wedding, and Flower Moxie was perfect! They were affordable, fast communicators, and their tutorials were extremely helpful! We did need a few substitutions due to availability, but Flower Moxie took care of that for us. They made everything straightforward and fun! All of our flowers held up, and we enjoyed them for a while after our wedding, too!
I am so glad I decided to plan my wedding with Flower Moxie! The team was so supportive. I could not have been happier with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to any friends that are looking to have an amazing collaborative experience!!
The communication was excellent, but the flowers were incredibly underwhelming. I'm glad I made sure to have an "emergency flower" stash in case the results weren't as we'd hoped. We made sure to order flowers that were sturdy and in season, yet a lot of the flowers we requested were unavailable by the time the order shipped (which we didn't know would happen until a few days before the wedding). We only learned our floral centerpiece of hanging blooms, the hanging amaranthus, were unavailable a day or two before the wedding. Then they tried to replace the hanging blooms with very boring greenery, which was 2/3rds the price. We used our emergency fund to buy hanging blooms from a local flower shop the day they arrived.
The substitutes they provided us were cheaper than what we'd paid for, and at least one substitute was fragile and damaged/squished upon arrival. The flowers arrived two days before our wedding, and we spent a lot of that time buying replacement flowers. The website recommends you purchase flowers 3 days before the wedding, but that was not an option for us; our Thursday, June 6, wedding, was not an available option to click when setting up our order delivery. Instead, we had to choose a date a little too early because there was no alternative.
As a result, when we saw the squished flowers, we'd hoped more time letting them blossom would cause the squished appearance to change; however, when they didn't, we had passed the 24-hour window to take pictures and request a refund. The blooms were okay during the wedding, but Trader Joe's or a local wholesale store might've been a better option.
Delivery was also difficult; we needed someone to be present to sign but only knew the day (no time window) that they would arrive; for all we knew, the flowers could arrive at 6:00am or 9:00pm. We needed someone to stay all day at the house. I wonder what would have happened if we didn't have a work-from-home option and privilege of using our parents' place while we ran other wedding errands.
Nonetheless, it isn't terrible; the response time was incredibly fast for our request for a refund for the hanging blooms (since we responded asking for hanging blooms/a refund if not before they shipped), and we got a refund for the cancelled order immediately.
The flowers held really well in the heat, whereas some of the Trader Joe's flowers for my bouquet began to wilt. My husband, who with a background in botany was in charge of the flowers and altar, did an amazing job that made our altar look breathtaking--due in no small part to the flowers holding so well.
In sum, I'm glad I bought my bouquet at Trader Joe's so I could ensure I got specifically the flowers I wanted (I wanted peonies to honor my mother from her wedding) when I wanted, and so I could pick and choose and have a trial run beforehand. I'm also glad we had backup plans for buying and collecting flowers so we could get more variety.
My spouse and I were disappointed we didn't get a lot of the plants we ordered or had to do last-minute shopping/collecting to make up for the delivery falling short of expectations.
If you have specific flowers in mind, I wouldn't recommend this; otherwise, keep an emergency flower fund and you'll probably be set.
I am impressed at the communication and price, as well as the quality of most of the blooms. So long as you want a general look and don't have timing concerns (e.g., Thursday wedding/can't be at home all day), it's still a value buy.
I had a great experience using Flower Moxie for my wedding! I got the Dusty Rose and Cream - Small Package and some extra Dusty Rose and Cream Bridesmaid Bouquets. The pickup process was fairly easy! It is definitely a lot of work, but my Maid of Honor is amazing at flower arranging - I wouldn't have been able to do it without her help! We spend about 4 hours working on everything the Friday morning before my Saturday wedding with a couple of my friends. If you are looking to save money and willing to put in the extra work - it's worth it!!
My daughter’s wedding was last Friday and it was absolutely perfect. We ordered flowers a few weeks before the wedding and got our first box no problem. The second box with the rest of the order was coming from a different location and UPS made a mistake with our address. If made me so nervous and I thought we are not going to have time to put flowers together but luis stepped in and resolved this situation very professionally. We got our flowers the same day and I can’t thank him enough for acting quickly and being incredibly helpful all they way. All of the flowers that came in looked great. My friend getting married in a few month and I would highly recommend Moxie Flowers to him and everyone who is having a wedding or any other event. A+!!!
Flower Moxie had great customer service! The flowers turned out beautiful too. There was a delay with customs and I was a little nervous. Fortunately I had a plan B just in case and the reps talked me off the I'm ledge. I enjoyed processing the flowers and putting together my bouquets with my mom and sisters from a florist perspective.
I was a victim of the customs hold up that I see other reviewers had issues with. I’m going to say I didn’t have any big issues because I planned for delays like this in my timeline. I still contacted the moxie peeps as I was still a little nervous about getting flowers for my wedding day. They were more than willing to find a solution for this! This was a surprise because usually I have been dealing with bigger brands that do the “oh well that's on you” mindset to this kind of thing. If anyone is on the fence with ordering from here rest assured that they will; take care of you and stay with you by your side until your flowers are delivered!
I had some delays in shipping due to being held up in customs. I called the customer service line and they came to my rescue immediately! I cant remember the girls name but she was super understanding and found an alternate solution to this little mishap. I know I cant blame them directly for what is clearly a shipping carrier issue however they still take responsibility as if they were involved. Although this was a small setback (as there is with any wedding)everything went well at my wedding and I had my flowers from the Moxie peeps and of course at a great value! Cant be more appreciative of that in this crazy inflation world we are living in. Thanks so much Flower Moxie! Anyone reading this please buy your next flowers from here!!!
Oh Em Gah! I absolutely LOVE Flower Moxie! I had a slight delay in my flowers however the team there was SO helpful and gave me TONS of tips and education on how to care for my flowers when they arrived. My wedding was a smash hit thanks in part to the Moxie Peeps!
50 stems of roses didn’t arrive. I was told by customer service “we don’t guarantee delivery time so you won’t receive a refund.” I lost $180 just on those roses. One of my other main flowers was replaced without me being informed. $50 flowers were replaced with $20 flowers and I wasn’t compensated the difference. I ended up having to use grocery store flowers in my wedding bouquet because FlowerMoxie refused to accept fault for my florals not arriving in time and will not refund me my money. Absolutely will make sure everyone I know is aware of how awful this company is.
They "forgot" the most important flowers in my order, and the wedding is tomorrow. I am devastated. Your "deepest apologies" won't magically make the flowers I ordered over a month ago appear.
