o me on the day I scheduled delivery, due to the airport being closed. They moved mountains to get my order to me before my wedding and kept me updated every step of the way. The queen Ann’s lace I ordered was gorgeous and in perfect condition. I was so impressed by their customer service even in the face of such a tragic accident that could not have been anticipated. I will absolutely use Flower Moxie again if I am need of a bulk flower order! 

e I even had the chance to panic, flower moxie remedied the situation immediately by fulfilling the order through a different wholesaler in my area- no extra fee. My experience with flower moxie was positive, easy, and the blooms were gorgeous!

e DIY route. Flower Moxie made the whole process incredibly easy. Their tutorials, tips, and step-by-step guides were so helpful — even for someone who had never arranged flowers before. Everything arrived fresh and exactly as expected, and we felt completely supported from start to finish. If you're considering DIY florals, I can’t recommend Flower Moxie enough. They made our wedding flowers both affordable and stunning!

the help of a friend who owns her own flower business to estimate the number of stems needed for each type of flower and greenery. Without someone who has that knowledge, it might be a little difficult to estimate those numbers. But overall, my order arrived right when I needed it, everything was intact and in surprisingly small boxes (which was not an issue at all). Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to DIY real flowers! 

kly! We explored options together, and she was able to help us get so much more than we would have with a florist and with the exact color palette we were looking at. Neither of us are great at design/DIY, but we felt very supported by the plethora of tutorials, recipes, and videos to create our flowers. With our florals, we made 6 pillar arrangements, 2 bridal bouquets, 8 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 corsages, a boutonniere, and close to 100 bud vases. My maid of honor made my bridal bouquet, which made it even more special than it would have if a florist had made it. The flowers arrived at our AirBnb without any issues, and we lost barely any florals! I will say if DIY-ing flowers, whether with Flower Moxie or not, make sure you have people to help - especially with getting the florals out of the wrapping, in buckets, and cutting stems. We had our crews help, and it still looked overwhelming at first, so I can see how it can be stressful. We had our day-of-coordinator set everything up florals-wise on wedding day, and everything looked GORGEOUS. If you have the people to help and are looking for more florals for less money, we would definitely recommend DIY-ing with Flower Moxie

to the hotel for the wedding, so I went with the pre-maid route instead. I'm glad I did! I did the Sweet Wildflower bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaid bouquets, and 2 center piece bouquets with 2 vases. I spent under $500 which was INCREDIBLE when 3 florists near me were quoting $1500+ for the same items. My husband cut the flowers to the appropriate sizing and tied them with ribbon the morning before the ceremony and they looked amazing! If a man can do it, everyone can definitely handle this. The flowers also looked so gorgeous! I got them Tuesday and the wedding was Friday, they looked so good for the big day! So glad I went with Flower Moxie, I will recommend them to everyone that wants to save money but still get a beautiful set of flowers. Thank you FM!!!!

he way. My flowers did get delayed from the plane crash in Kentucky and the delivery company couldn’t give me a date for delivery. I had to leave without my flowers given I had a destination wedding and when I spoke to customer service from Flower Moxie they did everything they could to get a new order shipped to where I would be. While they did that the flower wholesaler did not get them shipped in time for me to receive any flowers. I was very understanding of the situation because you can’t predict an accident like that. I spoke to Luis in customer service and while he wasn’t able to get me any more flowers he did search and call all the other flower shops near my location to try and help me out as well giving me a list of every grocery store with flowers. This did leave me scrambling to find flowers for my ceremony and reception the day before. So while me not getting flowers was not anyone’s fault and they tried to help me so much I did want brides to know that not receiving your flowers is a possibility to think about. Now the part that would also be great for brides to know…my original order did get delivered to my house and sat outside in heat and very cold weather for 4 days and I opened them when I got back and 90% of my flowers were absolutely great. Just too late to use them.

Moxie made it so easy to do. They were so helpful and if flowers weren’t in stock because of a dry season from where they came they made sure to get us the best substitute! Highly recommend!!!!

from, whether it be full DIY, hybrid or pre-made sets. We went with a mix of the pre-made bouquet/boutineer/corsage and single bundles of flowers, to DIY the ceremony arrangements. We were so happy with how they all turned out on the wedding day. We had a flower party with family and friends, to prep the flowers and create the ceremony arrangements and bud vases that we placed on our tables. This made things a lot less stressful and was a fun time pre-wedding. While we were missing a few bouquets and one bundle of flowers, Customer service (liz) was super helpful in getting this fixed. We had the missing bouquets the next day and were quickly refunded for the other missing bunch, which ended up working out for us, as we had some left over anyways. While we were expecting some loss of flowers, we got pretty lucky and received them in great condition, which lasted several days post-wedding. While it may feel like a risk, we were very happy with our flowers and would highly recommend flower moxie to everyone!

ures and they created my cart and I simply paid for it. Major issues I had were after the deliveries. We were shorted some flowers. Some were completely dead and unusable. After we finished the arrangements, I realized we received SO many light pink colors when my theme was jewel tone with a TOUCH of hot pink. We found we were shorted some flowers and had to make a run to Kroger for more and to also find ones that fit better with my theme. Once we finally completed all of the arrangements, the next day we received more boxes with what was missing. The next day was the day of the rehearsal and we simply had no time to redo everything. I still love the ease and simplicity as well as the cost and I could do it again, but maybe not for a wedding.

totally undamaged. Alexa from Flower Moxie texted as soon as they were delivered so I knew when and where they had arrived. Nearly every flower was in good condition at delivery, and they took about two days to open. I have zero flower experience and only followed the directions off the website and had no problems. I was able to make the bouquets with my friends and family before the wedding which was such a memorable/fun experience! The flowers styed fresh throughout the day even in the heat, and held up nicely in vases even in the days after. Would absolutely order through this website again!

very helpful so I recommend that for sure! All our flowers arrived on time and stayed nice and fresh for the day of. There were 3/5 bundles of white delphiniums that we couldn’t use cause they had turned brown but despite that we had EXACTLY the right amount of flowers for everything. Putting all the bouquets and things together seemed like a daunting task at first; but ended up being so much fun! And I have gotten so many compliments on all the florals from our special day! THANK YOU FLOWER MOXIE!!!

a day. The bride saw them and said "that's it??" I bought 24 white roses to supplement the arrangement. The flowers were just okay, about 2/3 didn't open and the ones that did were not as full as the pictures would suggest. They worked great as filler flowers but would have been blah without any additions. I expected more for $145. I bought 24 roses (which were the stars of the show) for about 25% of that.

e lined up and ready to help. Thursday comes and I get 1 box of flowers when I expected 4! I immediately was emailing and frantically checking the tracking numbers and they responded pretty quickly saying in these rare cases they usually show up the next morning. They tell me basically to chill out. So we prep the flowers we got and the next morning comes with only 1 box of flowers. The other 2 still not arriving (even though tracking says for one they will arrive that morning). Meanwhile I'm frantically emailing flower moxie and asking for advice on the delicate flowers I did receive (and how to make sure they stay in good shape for 2 more days) and where the heck the rest of my flowers were. I hear nothing. This is after weeks of emails from flower moxie telling me that they're here for me and will be tracking the flowers closely and that I shouldn't hesitate to reach out. Eventually I just make the decision to go out and get extra flowers from grocery stores. Thankfully the missing flowers were easily sourced from grocery stores and my more delicate and luxury flowers were what did arrive. Eventually I hear back from flower moxie and they're basically like "yea you probably won't get these here's a refund". With no suggestion on helping and no response to the questions I had about the flowers I did receive. Like they messed up and basically just refunded me and walked away. I did receive 1 box at 9pm that night so I'm glad that I trusted my gut and didn't wait around for these flowers that were in every recipe of mine. So yea I guess it's cool I got those flowers but we would've been arranging flowers until 2am if I hadn't acted and bought my own. The other box didn't arrive until the Tuesday after my wedding! Flower moxie added so much stress to my wedding weekend with little support or apology. I would not recommend buying flowers from them to anyone. Personally if I were to do this again I would use the custom design service, get the recipes, and use the videos on youtube but source the flowers elsewhere. The girl Cristen who helped me with my recipes and design were great (which is the only reason FM is getting 2 stars). But the actual flower delivery was a nightmare. Biggest regret of my wedding.

They looked perfect when we unpacked them. They were packaged very securely. We followed Flower Moxie’s directions and kept the flowers in an air conditioned room set to 60 F. The flowers were kept in 3 1/2 gallon buckets and small bathroom sized trash cans. They were roses ranunculus snapdragons and filler. I was worried about the ranunculus, but the wedding was 3 days ago and they are still looking fresh. I would order from them again without any hesitation.

or two helping you out! I had a good experience with flower moxie, not so great experience with UPS. Your flowers will ship with either FedEx or UPS. There was a delay with one of my packages (I had 3) and it had the most delicate flower in it. It really set me back but that’s something you have to be willing to risk and work around if you are doing DIY flowers. They were able to refund me for damaged flowers. Just make sure you take pictures of any damages and don’t throw away the flowers, take pictures of the stems that are unusable!! Customer service for flowermoxie was great! Sara helped me a lot leading up to the wedding, and during wedding week Alexa helped me— I was emailing a LOT because I was so stressed lol! Practical tips - I don’t recommend ranunculus they were so much work to prep. If you’re going with white lisianthus they look almost identical to carnations which are waayyyyyy cheaper and hardier! Anyways, it was a beautiful wedding and I loved my wedding flowers. Thank you flower moxie!

t local florists were charging, maybe even less than that. The meeting with the florist beforehand to help build my order was super helpful. For the most part customer service is great and quickly responsive. However, I had one box of flowers which was missing. At first they sent another order stat which I was happy with. The new order ended up arriving about 36 hours later than expected, and the flowers arrived dead, slimy, and unusable. Up until this point customer service had been very helpful but when I told them about the late flowers they ghosted me :( quite a sad ending to what would have otherwise been a perfect experience.

package. I worked with Morgan for my floral design, supplies, and timeline and I truly could not have achieved this without her! I felt totally equipped and all I needed to do was follow the directions. When we were about a month out from the wedding we had a strategy call with Morgan that was so helpful. We talked through the logistics and hydration process- I was most nervous about that. When the flowers were delivered they were in perfect condition and opened up so well with the right prep and hydration steps. I cannot recommend this enough if you're even a little decent at DIY projects and want to get the most bang for your buck in the floral department for your wedding.

sultation. After showing her my previous research and flowers I was considering, she gave us the perfect flowers. Honestly even more flowers than we intended which was ideal because some of the flowers didn’t last and needed to be replaced day-of. I think most of the flower errors were our fault. I do wish I would have done more research about the different types of flowers we were getting and how to take care of them BEFORE receiving the flowers. With one of the flowers we struggled with the most (stock flowers), we contacted Flower Moxie and they responded within 20 minutes and helped us revive the flowers so quickly. I would also recommend having more flower buckets/vases to store flowers before building than you think. With extra vases, we were able to spread out our flowers to give them room to breathe and thrive.

nd the instructions provided made the experience so easy! With the help of my bridesmaids, we made an entire day of it and had so much fun! One of the flowers that arrived was a different variety than I was expecting but Flower Moxie worked with me to right the situation and overall I couldn't be more proud the outcome! I love crafting and good DIY however, if you are worried about everything being absolutely perfect for the day of you might want to consider another avenue. However, for me this allowed me to purchase more florals and was everything I hoped it would be!

act on website to my dismay no one ever got back to me. So if you want to make any changes which they say you can do far enough in advance, do not count on it. You can not get any help after the sale. I just had to trust flowers would come. So if you want NO customer care after the sale, then by all means Flower moxie is the one. The flowers were beautiful. I over ordered cause no one would return my email two months before the wedding to make changes.

ut. I ordered the Small Wildflower DIY kit and it was perfect to make my bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaids bouquets, plus boutonnieres and corsages. I supplemented with a few extra bundles of flowers so I'd have enough for bud vases too and it was perfect. So happy!
