We used Flowers & Weeds for our wedding on 9/5/2021 at Lost Hill Lake Events. They did such a wonderful job! They listened to our ideas about colors/feel we were going for, and everything came together beautifully. They delivered the bouquets to us and set up everything at the venue. The flowers added so much to the day. We're really happy we chose Flowers & Weeds!!

Working with Flowers and Weeds was wonderful from start to finish. When we had to dramatically downsize our event due to the pandemic they were so helpful and accommodating. The bouquets they created were gorgeous and exactly what we had envisioned.

This shop is owned by by two awesome females who have such an incredible talent and work ethic. Wedding planning is stressful, but they made this part of planning so easy. Carly and her colleagues at Flowers & Weeds are the best! I gave them one or two things I was looking for, and then let them run with, and it turned into the most amazing display of flowers at our ceremony and reception! We wouldn't have needed another decoration at the venue, because the flowers stole the show. If you're in search of a natural, botanical yet elegant look, 100+ % recommend!

I am incredibly disappointed in the florals I received from Flowers & Weeds for my wedding a few weeks ago. We met with Carly twice to discuss our vision and floral preferences. I thought she had a complete understanding of what I wanted and envisioned. I pointed out several arrangements from her portfolio book that closely resembled what I was looking for, and she took note of those specific arrangements, as well as colors, styles, and specific flowers that she would use. The flowers I received were completely different. Nothing was what I had asked for or clearly stated in the contract. For a few minutes, I was convinced they had actually delivered the incorrect order of flowers. The bouquets were so different from what I had asked for that I decided to not use them in my photos. They were built with a color scheme and flowers that I had specifically mentioned I did not like. Not to mention, the flowers did not appear to be fresh. I was absolutely crushed. I called my mom in tears, and she drove around town hours before my wedding, looking for anything we could use to replace them. We ended up disassembling the bouquets and rebuilding them. All of the arrangements for the reception remained as they were delivered, and I was so disappointed in how the space and tables ended up looking. Furthermore, the groom's boutonniere was unusable. It contained two very small, wilty flowers. They drooped over within minutes. During our consultation, Carly had pointed to a boutonniere in her book with a beautiful, large rose and said it would be similar to this. I didn’t need it to be identical, but what we received was nothing even close. In summary, we believe Flowers & Weeds decided not to purchase the flowers necessary to complete our order. We felt they used flowers they had left over from a previous order, or ones they could get for less cost. I did reach out to Flowers & Weeds to let them know of my disappointment - they were remorseful and refunded a large portion of what we paid. However, that does not make up for the fact that they blatantly screwed us over. I am shocked that they chose to deliver work that so obviously was not what their client had paid for. While it is nice to give a partial refund, no one books a wedding vendor thinking, “if they completely screw up, at least they’ll be remorseful”. I believe that if you catch them on the right day, they will deliver the flowers of your dreams. But if you catch them at the wrong time, as I did, you might also be utterly screwed over - I had set aside a huge portion of my wedding budget for florals because they were so important to me. I see all of the wonderful reviews that have been left for them, and I’m just crushed that they did not provide a similar experience for me.

Flowers and Weeds is the best florist in town. I looked at a lot of different options and ultimately decided to go with them. I gave them really minimal direction and they produced the most gorgeous bouquets that I could have imagined (seriously, I got so many compliments). They also designed a gorgeous piece for the gazebo for our outdoor ceremony and THEY BUILT IT ON SITE FROM SCRATCH. 10/10 would recommend going with these guys. They do beautiful work.

Having flowers from Flowers and Weeds was one of the highlights of our wedding. My husband was previously an organic farmer, so it was incredibly important to us that our flowers be local, seasonal, and sustainable. That's what initially drew me to Flowers and Weeds, but it was their arrangements that blew me away. Since couples have enough to do when planning a wedding, I loved that I could give them a vision and a color scheme at our initial consultation and then step away and trust they were going to deliver something amazing. Since they create arrangements based on what's available and looking its best that day, the exact makeup of our bouquets and table decorations were a surprise. Seeing my beautiful flowers for the first time on my wedding day was one of the most memorable moments. The ladies at Flowers and Weeds were fun, chill, professional, and quick to respond to questions and other correspondence. They worked with me to adjust the initial floral package we created without compromising my vision when I emailed them a month out freaking out about my budget. They even worked with my stepdad who was building my chuppah to create the perfect custom arrangement for it. I can't recommend them enough!

We could not have made a better choice when it came to our wedding florist. Jess spent quite a bit of time with us to hone in on what we wanted in our wedding flowers, and delivered the vision flawlessly. They were a pleasure to work with, and are just excellent at what they do. We received so many compliments from guests, and would absolutely recommend the Flowers & Weeds team to any and everyone.

Flowers & Weeds is one of the most popular florists among my group of friends. After they provided the gorgeous and unique florals for a good friends wedding, I knew I didn't have to look at any other florists. They were so easy to work with and our flowers could not have been more beautiful.

Flowers and Weeds was absolutely wonderful! Carly was super responsive and made the whole process so easy. I didn't have a super clear idea of specific flowers I wanted/didn't want, but I had a color palette and "feel" that I wanted, and she completely nailed it! All the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We also rented an arbor, and it was the perfect centerpiece for our outdoor ceremony! Delivery and set-up/tear-down were both timely and professional. Carly even accommodated a last-minute addition to our order with no problem at all. I would highly recommend Flowers and Weeds!

Flowers & Weeds was our florist for our November 2018 wedding at Wild Carrot in Saint Louis. I had always loved their style from having been in their shop and following their social media accounts. Everyone was very easy to work with, they were extremely receptive to our style/vision, and they pulled off the most amazing bouquets and floral arrangements/decor for my ceremony and reception. The process was nearly effortless. Truly a dream. I wouldn't change a thing!!!

All our florals turned out BEAUTIFULLY for our wedding! We really appreciated having a consultation with Carly before booking and getting to look through pictures of other weddings to refine what we were looking for. She was also really flexible in adjusting as we tweaked our ideas closer to the date. A lot of the greenery they used came straight from their garden, which I really loved. On my wedding day, there was a detail about my bouquet that didn't turn out exactly as I planned and the Flower & Weeds staff were on it right away to make sure I loved all the floral details of my wedding! Would definitely recommend to any other couples, especially ones that are looking for more organic/garden style florals.

All I can say is WOW! Flowers and Weeds is amazing. They far exceeded my expectations and turned our wedding venue into a magical, enchanting space. During our planning meetings, we discussed placing garland down the length of the tables and interspersing bud vases and candle sticks throughout. It all sounded so simple; I had no idea how beautiful this would look when put together in Jefferson Underground. The garland, brass bud vases of varying shapes and sizes, and the flower selection was beyond gorgeous. The room was romantic and elegant and lent itself to a fabulous evening. They also made the most beautiful bouquets for the bride and the bridal party. I highly recommend Flowers and Weeds for any event.

Flowers and Weeds is absolutely the place to go for any wedding flowers. I am so beyond thankful to the staff for making my dream come true. I knew roughly what I wanted but what I received was so above and beyond my wildest dreams. The entire process was stress free, and Carly showed up the day of my wedding with a huge smile on her face and amazing flowers in her hands-- and I mean AMAZING. Above and beyond "Pinterest worthy." I had guests stopping me constantly asking "who did the flowers??" I am so thankful for the reliable and incredible Flowers and Weeds. These flowers were by far the most memorable vender I picked for my wedding.

The flowers at my wedding were incredible. My-oh-my do those ladies know what they are doing. Every detail from the arbor to bud vases, to memorial table to cake flowers they nailed. The ladies themselves are patient and easy to work with. Plus, their shop has sweet cats that sit with you during your consultation. Beware of the fee for phone consultations in between your allotted two meetings. But know that in the end, your flowers will be absolutely spectacular for your big day. You will get great value from them compared to other florists, and your flower arrangements could potentially steal the show they are so eye-catching.

I would highly recommend Flowers and Weeds to do any event that requires a florist. We used them for our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. Their execution was perfect from what was discussed during our meeting. They're not your average cookie cutter florist due to the fact that they use whatever flowers and foliage they grow at their shop for the event but they are true artists and really understood the vision we were going for. Everything they put together was gorgeous and looked stunning when photographed. The team was also very easy to work with and were open to suggestions when discussing all the details and pricing for the different locations and events.

I worked with Flowers and Weeds for my St. Louis wedding in October. As soon as I looked at their website during the planning process, I knew that was the organic look I was going for with my wedding. From the planning process to the day of execution, Carly was fabulous to work with and my flowers couldn't have turned out better. I found Flowers & weeds from searching pinterest for some ideas and fell in love with the birch arbor they have. I immediately made an appointment and booked them after our meeting. They were the most friendly of all the florists I had met with and made it feel more like I was visiting with friends than doing vendor. Everything on my wedding day blew my expectations out of the water . From our bouquets to the arbor and the center pieces, it really was better than I could have ever imagined! The customer service is above and beyond and you will not regret and not be disappointed !

I was given the recommendation to talk with Flowers & Weeds after another florist I wanted to work with was unavailable on my wedding date. Being recommended by a competitor is one of the highest compliments and this seemed to be a great start. The first time I met with the ladies of Flowers & Weeds I was blown away by their shop, their previous work, and their go with the flow attitudes. Florals were my one area that I was planning on going way over budget, I wanted flowers to be the focal point of my ceremony and reception. I loved that Flowers & Weeds totally takes the creativity reigns and once you give them an overview and basic color palette of what you are looking for, they run with it! I never gave them an exact swatch of my bridesmaids dresses or anything like that, the design was entirely in their hands and both my Mom and I had tears in our eyes when we saw the flowers on the morning of my wedding. They were breathtaking. The bouquets, table arrangements, garlands, wine barrel arrangements, and the cross arrangement were all absolutely perfect. If you are a bride looking for a florist with a wealth of knowledge about flowers and growing them, whats in season, and exactly how to arrange them with little guidance from you, Flowers & Weeds is the best pick! I am so thankful that I was able to work with them, and that they made the trek out to our venue! I will be a frequent customer at their shop in the years to come.

I absolutely loved working with Flowers & Weeds! Once I came across pictures of their work I knew I wanted to work with them for my wedding. I admittedly don’t know a lot about flowers so I was nervous about how I would communicate what I wanted for my wedding. When I went in for the consultation all of my fears were eliminated. At my consultation I showed Jess a few pictures from Pinterest and she took time to make sure she understood exactly what I liked and didn’t like about the examples I shared. When I saw the flowers on my wedding day I was in disbelief, they were even more beautiful than I had ever imagined. I was so impressed that Jess was able to start with a few pictures from Pinterest and create something so beautiful and unique for my wedding! However, if you’ve seen their pictures you already know how amazing their work is but what you may not know is that they are really easy to work and their pricing is extremely reasonable (both of which are incredibly important when planning a wedding). Most of my communication went through Carly, she was super responsive and organized. We had a couple of minor changes a month or so out and Flowers & Weeds was really flexible about everything. As I mentioned above the pricing was reasonable, we gave them our budget and they worked with us to stay within budget which we definitely appreciated. On top of my great experience, I love that Flowers & Weeds is operated by women and they grow/ locally source their flowers – definitely a business I’m proud to support. All and all, I highly recommend Flowers & Weeds!

I actually have known I wanted to use Flowers & Weeds way before I was even engaged. I work off of Cherokee and would frequent the shop often for greenery around the house, however, I had no idea they were so talented at weddings until I followed them on Instagram. Carly was the lead on our consultation, as well as all the follow up, and I can't say enough great things about her and her team. I told them the overall feel/vibe of my wedding, but I let them take it from there. I trusted the girls would make something beautiful, and they over delivered! Everything was perfect. My bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, table decor... even the greenery placed in our menus was beautiful! Highly highly highly recommend!!

Flowers & Weeds was by far the best choice made for my wedding. They are so nice to work with. I had a general idea of what I wanted when it came to my flowers but I needed a florist that could really make it a reality. They went above and beyond with my flowers making my wildflower/boho style really come together. The style/colors were perfect! I would choose them all over again if I could. On top of that, their shop is to die for. It is so adorable. Every bride should really consider using this great local flower shop for their wedding.

My wife and I got married in May and the flowers were one of the most important things to me. I wanted something that truly reflected our style and felt very personalized. Carly was amazing to work with and I was speechless when our flowers arrived the day of. I took tons of pictures the next day at our brunch because I was sad to 'leave' our flowers to go on our honeymoon! An added bonus, their shop is a gem in and of itself. We're so glad we chose Flowers & Weeds for our special day!

Carly was excellent to work with. She was very flexible with planning arrangements, but she was also competent enough that I could give her free reign to choose flowers and colors and she put together a look that was completely me. She was also happy to work with me on making a custom flower crown.

There was nothing that I didn't LOVE about Flowers & Weeds. Their shop is adorable and these gals are wonderful to work with! I was blown away by our beautiful bouquets & centerpieces. They were even better than I had envisioned and we stayed within our budget! I truly loved working with Carly and the rest of the F&W team!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Flowers and Weeds was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. The team was accommodating and provided us exactly what we were looking for. We were asked to give F&W trust in the actual flowers because we did not know exactly what we were getting until the day of, but this was easy! F&W listened to our wants of bright and colorful flowers and provided suggestions on how to get the look we wanted. Renting centerpieces from them was not a problem at all either. We have received countless compliments on our flowers and I brag about them all the time. We whole-heartedly recommend!!!

My husband and I loved working with Flowers and Weeds! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning. Jessie and Carly are great to work with and very talented florists. They were able to capture the mix of classic and boho look I was going for. They made everything so easy by delivering the bouquets to the hotel and set up the flowers at the venue location. They even stuck around to do a room flip in between the ceremony and reception, moving the flowers around between the two events. I loved the flower crowns for the flower girls so much, that I wore it the day after the wedding. Great service and design - high recommendation!

Flowers and Weeds was AMAZING to work with and knew exactly what my daughter wanted from the very get go. My daughter is a free spirit and very non traditional and basically let the staff of F&W do their thing with just a few small directions such as incorporating venus fly traps into the centerpieces. Everything arrived the day of the wedding and the bouquets were more amazing than anyone expected. From the bridal bouquet to the bridesmaids bouquets and centerpieces, everything was perfect. We are still hearing compliments on how gorgeous everything was. Thank you so much and I recommend F&W to anyone who even so much as mentions they are looking for florals for any occasion.

These ladies know EXACTLY what they are doing!! We used Flowers and Weeds for our wedding on the suggestion of two separate wedding vendors that we happened to talk to, and I can't imagine using anyone else!!! Jessica and Carly listened to the style that I was going for and met with me to talk about it. We talked twice and looked at pictures together on those occasions, but after that, I told them I know they are amazing and I trust their work, so please just be the creative people I know you are and I know I'll love them!! And goodness!!! I LOVED THEM!!! The flower bouquets they created for my bridesmaids and me were breathtaking!! The groomsmen and groom boutonnières added a perfect touch, and our ceremony and reception flowers were straight out of a dream! Flowers and Weeds, thank you so much for sharing your talent with us and adding that special touch to our day! I would highly recommend you to anyone!! Thank you again! P.S. - I chose to let them create the flowers and use their own vision from what I described (best decision ever!), but they offered to have me share inspiration pictures and Pinterest boards if I wanted to. So if you really want to, they are accommodating to seeing specific pictures as well.

If 10 stars were an option, that is what I would give to Flowers & Weeds. Flowers & Weeds made my floral dreams come true on my wedding day! They are amazing to work with. I gave Jessie my vision and she delivered flawlessly. Everything from my bouquet, to our flower girls' flower crowns (swoonworthy & adorable) to the flowers they arranged on our wedding cake were absolutely perfect. They are incredibly professional. Everything was where it needed to be, when it needed to be there, and absolutely stunning. I received so many compliments on the floral arrangements on our tables. Do yourself a favor and hire Flowers & Weeds for the most important day of your life. Having the right flowers helps set the overall mood of your wedding and the feeling of your day. I had an elegant black and white winter wedding but wanted my flowers to feel soft and romantic and warm with light pink and white and soft greens. The end result were unbelievably beautiful and unique arrangements that fit my description to a tee. They are truly creative floral geniuses and I couldn't be any happier that I was able to work with them for my December wedding.

All the flowers from boutonnieres to bouquets to centerpieces had all the lovely rich tones, pops of color and textures that I had envisioned. Since the wedding, I have received so many compliments on our flowers. Flowers and weeds was the first website I visited and needless to say it was the only one I visited. They had exactly what I wanted and envisioned. I live in Chicago and had a limited schedule. They were so accommodating and great to work with. Through email and phone calls alone they put together the most breathtaking assortment from flowers for the wedding parting to the table arrangements for our reception.
