review hoping that my situation was a one-off but this business continues to accept jobs and money without providing the promised service. In my particular situation I reached out via email for a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for a backyard wedding ceremony. To be fair, it was only a week before the ceremony, but the owner did reply confirming that she’d be available, with some price ranges. I sent some additional detail and pictures. After not hearing back for 2 days I followed up and asked if she was still available and if anything else was needed from me. I received an email reply that she was available and that my flowers had already been ordered. I thought this was odd because we’d never confirmed a price and she did not have a deposit or contract but I thought maybe because it was a smaller job that she was just trusting that I would follow through. She asked if I’d be free the next day (2 days before my ceremony) to speak over the phone and we agreed that she’d call at 6:30. 6:30 comes and she doesn’t call, I call the business number and a number I saw in her email signature and no answer, but I did leave a voicemail. Never heard back that evening, so I sent an email. She replied the next day, no apology for not calling, but said she’d call that afternoon. Well no surprise, the call never came. I started looking into alternatives for bouquets thinking that she would reach out if she had, in fact, ordered my flowers. Never heard from her. My sister in law made a bouquet out of an arrangement someone had sent, and it was beautiful. I am glad that unlike others, I had never made any payments or that I hadn’t ordered flowers for a large event. I thought that this was a reputable business with so many positive reviews but it seems that it has sadly gone downhill.

could barely read. I requested a typed out version of this-which is crazy that I even had to ask for it. She never responded. I proceeded to reach out to her an additional two times after this and never heard back. This was a waste of my time and energy, especially trying to plan during a pandemic. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but the shop is extremely unprofessional. DO NOT use this vendor.

at Hobby Lobby for a great price. No one could tell that they were fake. I love having my bouquet displayed around the house! We used real flowers for the ceremony space and the guy's and mothers. eeting, she quickly caught on to my style and made several suggestions for flower types and colors. We got married at a brewery and wanted to incorporate growler glassware into our centerpieces. Ashley was more than happy to take these and transform them with her beautiful flowers. During the planning, I gave her several pictures of bouquets so that she had an idea of what I was looking for. When she dropped them off on my wedding day, I was so impressed! The flowers were STUNNING and completely exceeded my expectations. Throughout the night I received so many compliments on the flowers and centerpieces that her team provided. The bouquets still looked beautiful the next day.
Her pricing was extremely reasonable and she was so accommodating throughout the different planning stages. Communication wise, she was so easy to get in touch with and we had no issues for the delivery ( 1-hour away) at the hotel & ceremony/reception location.
