Please read recent reviews on Google/Yelp/Facebook. At the very best there is some serious disorganization, and at the worst complete dishonesty. I initially decided not to write a review hoping that my situation was a one-off but this business continues to accept jobs and money without providing the promised service. In my particular situation I reached out via email for a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for a backyard wedding ceremony. To be fair, it was only a week before the ceremony, but the owner did reply confirming that she’d be available, with some price ranges. I sent some additional detail and pictures. After not hearing back for 2 days I followed up and asked if she was still available and if anything else was needed from me. I received an email reply that she was available and that my flowers had already been ordered. I thought this was odd because we’d never confirmed a price and she did not have a deposit or contract but I thought maybe because it was a smaller job that she was just trusting that I would follow through. She asked if I’d be free the next day (2 days before my ceremony) to speak over the phone and we agreed that she’d call at 6:30. 6:30 comes and she doesn’t call, I call the business number and a number I saw in her email signature and no answer, but I did leave a voicemail. Never heard back that evening, so I sent an email. She replied the next day, no apology for not calling, but said she’d call that afternoon. Well no surprise, the call never came. I started looking into alternatives for bouquets thinking that she would reach out if she had, in fact, ordered my flowers. Never heard from her. My sister in law made a bouquet out of an arrangement someone had sent, and it was beautiful. I am glad that unlike others, I had never made any payments or that I hadn’t ordered flowers for a large event. I thought that this was a reputable business with so many positive reviews but it seems that it has sadly gone downhill.
