Flowers by Kristine

are very important to me and Kristine expertly weaved them into our pieces creating a stunning, whimsical backdrop to our wedding. Kristine was open and communicative, and a pleasure to work with. I am so glad that I invested in bouquet preservation so that I can enjoy these flowers for years to come.

ntire experience

of the way. From the beginning, Kristine listened to everything that I loved and wanted, made excellent suggestions to achieve the vision, and was a great communicator. She is incredibly professional and talented, and she really makes your floral dreams come true. When she dropped off my bouquet, it brought me to tears, and when I walked into the venue and saw all of her team’s hard work, I was overwhelmed in the best way. Our guests were also blown away by her incredible work! I could not recommend Kristine more. She’s wonderful!

two years later!). I have my dried bouquet in a frame hanging up in my house. I didn’t give her much except the theme of the wedding, the colors I wanted, and a couple inspiration photos and she created bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and several different center pieces and decorations more beautiful than I ever could imagine! She really is a true artist with her flowers! Definitely check out her Instagram and you will quickly see what I mean. Thank you Kristine for such adding so much beauty to our day!

interpreted my vision for the wedding design fabulously. When we had a last-minute change to the design, she came up with a great solution and never lost her cool. Her florals had everyone wowed at the wedding, and my bouquet in particular was truly a work of art. I can't recommend her highly enough!

double booked and needed to reschedule. Never specified an exact date, but only Monday and a time. When i reached back out to clarify and received no response. Monday rolled around and two hours after the time I heard back and she asked to reschedule to the following Monday. She asked for a number and inspiration pictures which I happily sent. The appointment day came and went with no call. I waited over an hour for her to call with no call. Even a day after still no word, apology or acknowledgment. Was very disappointed as I was so excited to hopefully use Kristine but not anymore

our backyard wedding. It was on the last minute side, and Kristine was able to understand our vision and look we wanted immediately. She had a timeline and itemized list sent out quickly and efficiently. She created a beautiful floral arrangement for our wedding triangle arc and I still get complements on my bridal bouquet. She understood what I wanted and went above my expectations. I would absolutely hire her again for any special event!

st for photos. All of the flowers on my wedding day were perfect! I highly recommend her and her team for any event!

While you read this review keep in mind I ABSOLUTELY loved my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets- they were all gorgeous!! When I first booked Kristine I was SO EXCITED to work with her- our meeting went perfectly and I felt like she was really hearing what I wanted for our wedding and reception for flowers. So then came time to pay her (30 days out from our wedding) she would not respond to my calls or emails, and most of the time her voicemail box was full. The poor communication was disheartening and only got worse after that. I was trying to not be pushy because I understood that she had weddings almost every weekend and was very busy. I had emailed her and called her at least once a week after that with no response. The week of our wedding she still had not gotten back to me. At this point she had still not even known where to drop off the flowers the day of our wedding or seemed like she was even slightly interested in getting paid or doing flowers for our wedding. After I finally contacted her via Instagram message that week, she got back to me. Three days before our wedding my mom drove down that week to pay her (from two hours away), and she said she would meet my mom. 30 minutes before she was supposed to meet my mom she said she couldn’t because she was at urgent care, which is understandable because things happen. However, she said she could meet my mom soon after that, and so my mom waited at her flower design studio for two hours for her to show up. After an hour or so I messaged Kristine again to see what time she would be done at urgent care and got a message from Kristine again that my mom could leave the check in her mailbox, and our flower petal cones (which were made of thin paper) on the ground outside the door. The mailbox was almost stuffed full and looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while and there were boxes of what looked like flowers sitting out in the rain and humidity that whole time as well. The day of the wedding we received our bouquets and boutonnières on time and Kristine was very nice- but she never said anything about the poor communication that happened in the last month and a half before our wedding- she acted like she had no idea it was a problem. At our reception we had a greenery backdrop put up by Kristine that was very pretty, but not as lush as she made it seem like she would do. Also, we were quoted for greenery garland on the head table with flowers throughout, and a few different centerpieces with the same “greenery and flowers throughout” idea. However what we got was greenery and flower petals, with very very few actual flowers. Also, we paid extra for my husband to have his boutonnière different than the groomsmen, and his ended up being exactly like the groomsmen’s. I would rate her less but I did really love my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets. And I’ve seen on Instagram that she does beautiful work at other venues. And maybe those couples paid more? We paid $2,882.00 for what we got.

uet for me and perfect ones for my bridesmaids. We had a greenery theme, and I loved the little boutonnieres that she made. She is so creative. I loved it.

oral designs. I was looking forward to working with her. She sent me an e-mail outlining what hear had talked about, with a total cost. When I inquired about the pricing of certain things -twice- (bc you're pretty much locked into the price once you sign her contract) I never heard back from her. I'm extremely disappointed and will be moving on in my search for a florist

e to get an idea of what I was looking for and worked to create a beautiful display for both ceremony and reception within my budget. She went above and beyond by delivering flowers to my cake artist before the wedding, helping my dad pick out pillars for a ceremony arch-way, and returning the pillars to the rental place after the wedding. From the smallest details of boutonnieres to the largest display of a creative and unique archway, Kristine nailed the look I wanted precisely. Her passion for her work is obvious. I would recommend her very highly.

isle decor and centerpieces I had were smaller than I was expecting them to be. This is not at the fault of the florist, rather I didn't ask enough questions about size. So make sure to ask about size of the flowers and centerpieces. Our bouquets still look great 3 days later and have not really wilted. Overall I am happy with Flowers by Kristine.

d setting and told her to be creative and she knocked it out of the park. All the arrangements were simple and stunning. I got so many compliments and everything went beautifully. Kristine was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job.

e!!!

d with long and low tablescapes and she made my vision come to life for my big day. I also rented 12 candelabra pieces for my round tables and she created beautiful, opulent pieces that really went above and beyond my original ideas. She was available every time I called her and helped ease my mind when I was a nervous bride making last minute changes. My reception hall was completely transformed and my guests were stunned. It is obvious that Kristine really loves her job. She is passionate and meticulous. If I had to do it over, I'd include Flowers by Kristine in the planning again. Just AWESOME.

he was confident there would not be a problem. And there wasn't!!!! My flowers were perfect! They were exactly what we had talked about and looked even better in real life. I can not express how impressed we were with the flowers and with her. The best part was she was also the cheapier option in town. I would recomend Flower by Kristine to everyone who needs wedding flower and would never use anyone else!

red!! We met with Kristine several times before the wedding and she listened to my ideas and the end result far exceeded my expectations! I could not be happier with how amazing everything turned out!

nally gracious and very easy to work with. Everything was delivered on-time and looked wonderful.

ne went above and beyond through texts, phone calls, emails, and the countless changes I made. I appreciate her hard work and constant positive attitude. It's so nice to work with someone who's just so experienced and has vision. She see's what you see and delivers it. Thank you, Kristine for giving me my dream bouquet and incorporating my grandmother's ring into it. I really appreciate it and it made my wedding day so special! A little old and a little new. Kristine is the person who delivers!

corsages that would fit our season and our vision. We added a few personal and unique touches to our flowers as well (such as dried wheat and a Rosary), and Kristine was extremely accommodating and open to delivering exactly what we envisioned while respecting our budget. She is so sweet, friendly and professional. Highly recommend! :)

to the evening. She was super easy to communicate with and very cost friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone else getting married in the Champaign-Urbana area!

compliments from guests and the bridal party. Her price was very reasonable and everything was perfect! I would highly recommend her to other brides getting married!

mpliments on my beautiful bouquet and loved the way our reception looked with all the centerpieces she helped us design. She was a pleasure to work with through the planning process and was always very responsive with any questions or anything that I contacted her about. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!

to capture my vision and make it a reality. I was pleasantly surprised because the flowers exceeded my expectations! I recommend her services to anyone.

mmediately to go with her for all the floral designs for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier! Our scheme was simple with lots of whites down the line - flowers for the entire wedding party, altar arrangements, and table centerpieces in three different designs. All of them were spectacular and would highly recommend her to anyone given the chance! She even worked hand in hand with our cake artist's needs by providing extra matching lilies and curly willow so everything looked professional and tied together. In a nutshell, Kristine provided a wonderful service for our wedding, was full of ideas and inspiration to help guide us in our planning decisions, and truly was a blessing to find here in our area.
