lready knew the layout. But I don’t know a lot about flowers, I simply know of one flower I like, so I heavily leaned on Leah’s expertise on what would look good. Great choice, because my wedding was beautiful. I simply gave her a budget, a color scheme, and a small list of flowers that I like. Not only that, but she went through at least 5 revisions due to my constantly changing mind, but she never once complained. My husband and I were so impressed with the way that our wedding looked: the arch, the aisle, the centerpieces, the garlands on the tables. Absolutely everything was beautiful and we were getting a lot of compliments on the floral arrangements. If we ever have another event where we need floral arrangements, we know who to go to. ths leading up to my wedding, I sent her many photos of inspiration for color and style of flowers and where I wasn't sure what I liked, she was quick to send me pictures and ideas to help us quickly decide. The flowers the day of my wedding could not have turned out better. Leah & team created a beautiful chuppah and ceremony setup. Leah is so skilled, quickly helping flip the ceremony site for the reception and making the evening look magical. Leah also helped us save a bit here and there with thoughtful recommendations and she found creative ways to repurpose our ceremony flowers for the reception. Finally, the table arrangements could not have been more beautiful -- our guests took them all home :) Leah is a pro, lovely to work with and does amazing work! I can't stop recommending her!

I was a little skeptical at first because the business was home based, but those fears were subsequently laid to rest. Leah was the ultimate professional from beginning to end. She was readily available through phone, text and email and always responded promptly to answer any questions or address any problems or concerns. The pricing was very affordable and the quality of service exceptional. Leah was able to repurpose the flowers from the wedding ceremony and carryover to the reception. The results were amazing while also saving money. From the bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres, to the aisle decorations and flower arrangements at the church, and the centerpieces and sweetheart table at the reception, everything was absolutely outstanding. I had a vision in my head (along with photographs) that Leah was able to bring to life and help to create the wedding day of my daughter's dreams. I received countless compliments on the floral decor from my guests and would highly recommend Flowers by Leah without hesitation. Thank you Leah for going above and beyond.

n't know a lot about flower types but she was able to understand my vision and preferences and came up with beautiful samples. From the samples, she listened to my likes and dislikes and really wanted to make sure the flowers were going to be exactly what I was dreaming of! The flowers truly were STUNNING! Everything was breathtaking and the quality of the flowers was perfect too. They turned out so beautiful. Her pricing is also very reasonable. I feel like for the quality and quantity of what we got, we really got a steal in terms of pricing. She was the perfect florist to go with. The flowers were amazing and we got so many compliments on them!

colors were over the top impressive - at a very reasonable price. After reading Leah's reviews, we decided to check her out and it was the best decision ever. All the bouquets, the flowers at sweetheart table, the cake table and the ceremony were gorgeous. The aisle runner was unique and she and her team created a backdrop of gauze and lights for the ceremony at The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the flowers were. 100% Leah is the best we have ever seen!

groomsmen and male sponsors. We decided to go with all baby's breath but unfortunately they just came out looking cheap and flimsy. It would have been great to get them a little fuller and more consistent as they were all different sizes.

e to dry it afterwards. We met at her in-home workspace and she had such a great personality. She took into consideration the exact colours and specific flowers I wanted incorporated, and also made suggestions and refined everything. We had changes up to the last week with numbers of people and boutonnieres and she rolled with the changes. There was no time for us to have a proper design meeting but she did the sample arrangement and sent photos instead. I also asked for a backdrop for the sweetheart table at the last minute, and she set that up too. At the end of the night, I took a couple of arrangements home with me - they were too lovely to leave behind :)

She was easy to talk to, and kept me informed of any suggestions and changes she thought would look good...I'm SO glad I took her advice on things! Leah is also incredibly sweet and makes you feel like she is a close friend or family member helping your dreams come true. HIGHLY recommend!!!

One of the many great things about the process of working with Leah was that she explained each part of the process to me in person when she prepared a sample arrangement for the wedding so that I really understood what to expect. There were no surprises. Leah is also responsive to emails and phone calls, and was just an overall joy to work with. The quality of the flowers were outstanding. Countless guests commented on how gorgeous they thought the arrangements were. Also, Leah provides great value for what she charges. I highly, highly recommend Flowers By Leah.

I am not the best with flowers and arrangements, so I gave her my colors, what I liked and didn't like, and told her that she had full creative freedom to make what she thought would work. She was very reasonably priced and worked with us to ensure that we were within our budget. We received so many compliments on the flowers and the flowers lasted for longer than I had expected they would. Overall, all of the flowers were so beautifully arranged and she really exceeded our expectations and we would recommend her and her company to anyone who is looking for a florist.

Leah really took what I wanted and made it come to life. The bouquets were beautiful and the flowers on the groomsman were beautiful too. It was so wonderful to see the flowers that we used on the bridge at the Japanese garden were at the reception. It added a special touch to the cake table in addition to the center pieces as well.

She is a little bit difficult to get a hold of but you have nothing to worry about because she has everything under control and will give you more than what you expected. Walking into the ceremony and especially the reception site, I was blown away by how beautiful the flowers were and her wonderful arrangements. I can't imagine using anyone else.

(it's been 3 months). The positive: Leah offers a great value...bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, several corsages and boutonnieres, 8 centerpiece arrangements, rose petals, delivery and setup, for just under $1000. She gave us good advice on flower choices, and delivered the flowers we ordered. The arrangements, for the most part, looked just as we had envisioned. The not-so-positive: 1) Leah delivered the flowers a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. She was supposed to stay to pin on the personal flowers, but left before we got there. We were told (by our day-of coordinator, not Leah) that one of her assistants canceled and she had to move some things around. Ok, these things happen. I understand that she probably didn't want to bother us on our wedding day with these issues, that's what day-of coordinators are for, afterall. That said, she never followed up with us to apologize for the schedule change or to make sure everything worked out in the end (which it didn't, exactly). Most of our other vendors did this, and these were people we actually saw on the wedding day. 2) Leah left our day-of coordinator to handle the personal flowers, apparently with minimal instructions. I understand that managing these hitches is part of the coordinator's job, but she's not a florist. It's unreasonable to expect her to be knowledgeable about flower care. It was a hot day (90-ish). My bridal bouquet was left in a vase with about 1/8 inch of water for hours, and by the time I got to it, the flowers were wilted and dying. The dusty miller leaves along the bottom of the bouquet were so wilted and droopy and unattractive, I ended up breaking them off mere seconds before entering the ceremony. The bridesmaid bouquets, on the contrary, were left in plenty of water and looked great, as did most of the centerpiece arrangements, which lasted for several days. My bouquet was rotting so badly I had to toss it the very next day. 3) The boutonnieres and corsages were left out in the heat (there was a fridge available on site), with no labels to indicate who each piece was for. The only explanation was a hand-written list of what flowers go to each person, but I'm not a flower expert. The coordinator and I had to basically guess, and probably guessed wrong in some cases. Several of the boutonnieres included lavender (it was most of the groom's boutonniere), which drooped and looked terrible even before the ceremony. If lavender is not an great choice for boutonnieres, she should have told us this when we were choosing flowers. 4) The biggest problem, in my mind, is that my bouquet included several large tulips with the stamens still intact. As a result, I ended up with splotches of bright yellow pollen all over my dress, even before the reception. Fortunately it doesn't show in photos, but I was hoping to re-sell the dress, and now it's effectively ruined. I know next to nothing about flowers, but I do know that tulips need to have their stamens plucked out. I did not approach Leah to ask for any sort of refund. In my mind, there's really nothing she can do to make it up to us...the damage is already done. That said, had she apologized or even followed up with us, I probably would have been sufficiently appeased to not write this review.

I think it worked in our favor that I like flowers that are not very expensive and we gave Leah the freedom to go with flowers that worked in our budget as long as they worked in our color scheme. She did the isle way, the arch, the bouquets, the boutonnieres, flower girl flowers and put flowers in all (approx 50) the bud vases that we used as center pieces. She even stayed through the ceremony and reused the isle way flowers to also decorate the reception area. I can not recommend Leah enough!

went above and beyond on the big day. She even brought the wedding party flowers to the house while we got ready so we could have them in photographs prior to the ceremony. Everything turned out exquisite and I received tremendous complements, from my bridal party, from guests, even from my other vendors. Well done Leah!

was in February, we might pay a bit more because of Valentine’s Day (something to think about when setting a wedding date, BTW!) Leah really set my mind at ease, and I knew that we were in good hands with her. Leah and my husband had gone off on so many creative tangents, that I was afraid to see just how much our bill would come out to. However, not only was Leah able to work with our budget, but she also helped with selecting flowers that were not only in season, but also kept our theme, Winter Wonderland. I was skeptic to think that florals would actually fit into the theme, but Leah was able to make the flowers flow effortlessly. The Manzanita braches and archway that she created were so beautiful. Though I was hesitant to use fake snow (I was afraid it would look tacky), Leah was able to flock the branches and flowers in such an elegant way. It really brought our theme to life. We also had a lot of last minute additions and deletions, and Leah was not fazed by any of them. She was easy to communicate with and was able to accommodate all of our requests. She was even able to meet up with us before the ceremony to drop off our bouquets for our photo session. Leah really made my wedding something that I will never forget. My only regret is that the floral pieces that she put together can only last so long!

We are so happy we stumbled upon her on The Knot. I would highly recommend having Flowers by Leah to everyone!

Like most brides these days, I had a strict budget and Leah made sure that she was within it. On my wedding day, guests kept comming up to me and telling me how beautiful our bouqets and centerpieces were. Thank you Leah for doing such an Amazing Job!

r contract was to have 5 callas in each vase- but since she got a good deal on the flowers before the wedding she changed it to 10 per vase. We got 95 added to our original agreement for no extra charge! The ceremony layout turned out beautifully, my bouquet was huge and gorgeous, and all of the corsages and boutonnieres were very unique. Leah is great and you can't find a better price or get better flowers!

but allowed me to give her the basic idea of how I wanted my arrangements to look. She made herself available up to the wedding. When she arrived at the wedding the arrangements were beautiful. But we realized that I had completely forgotten to order bouquets for my 2 junior bridesmaids. Leah was able to throw a couple of bouquets together at the last minute. I really enjoyed working with Leah and recommend her to any brides in the area. She does a great job of letting her bride make the decisions.
