Flowers by Sandra

Sandra did florals for my sister shannie's wedding. What a disappointment, I've seen the pictures that my sister sent and Sandra did not deliver, not even close. My sister is so upset and so am I. People pay you a lot of money and they trust you and for you to just do what you want is not fair. We both emailed Sandra and no response. Very unprofessional. No apology or nothing. I added orchids to her cake for her because Sandra said the day of she would bring silk orchids. Guess what she forgot so the cake is the only thing that had orchids. You really upset the bride and ruined her wedding experience.

I was referred to Sandra by my sister and she exceeded my expectations! The theme for my wedding was Love Holiday. It took place on Saturday, September 1, 2018, and it was almost ruined because of the weather. It had to be moved inside due to the rain, nevertheless her and her team pulled it off and my wedding was breathtakingly beautiful!

The best florist. I literally gave her my vision through pictures and words and she exceeded all expectations. I had a Jewish wedding and she made me the most beautiful chuppah EVER! Just how I wanted it. I honestly couldn’t have been anymore happier with everything. She truly is a master at her craft. Her prices are very reasonable and her work is worth it all! Look no further she’s honestly incredible. 10/10 recommend

We originally booked Sandra for our wedding in Ft Lauderdale because the venue highly recommended her. On our first visit, we told her where we’d like to remain budget wise, and she basically told us what we can have that was the “cheapest”. Although it wasn’t what we envisioned, we figured she knew what she was talking about. Being that we live in Tampa, we later contacted her via email and phone to see how we can get more within our budget. However, she let us know how busy she was and that she just wouldn’t have the time unless we came to Miami to see. We did just that. During that meeting, Sandra proceeded to tell us that we shouldn’t change what we have because we already have the “cheapest” things, and that it wouldn’t benefit us because she turned down multiple events where “she could’ve easily made 40K”. She repeated this to my fiancé and I so many times that I actually felt defeated. Once I hired my wedding coordinator, I was directed to find a new florist who can execute my vision and still help me stay in my budget. Sandra’s response to my email, written by my coordinator, had to be the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever read. Again, she reminded me that she turned down multiple events for my wedding, in which she could’ve made over 40K, and that she stays “booked and busy”. She went on to say that I should’ve came into her office to work something out, which made me realize she had no idea who I was because I drove down from Tampa JUST to speak with her, in which she told me not much could be done to stay in my budget. In regards to the $500 deposit, I did not sign a contract in which we were told would be provided. Originally, Sandra told me the final payment would be due two weeks before the wedding. When I came back to see her, she said the payment would be due two months before the wedding because of past situations. She said she would not be refunding my deposit because my wedding was in one month, when in fact it was in three. Sandra may be good at her job, however, her personality and attitude is nasty. Brides are coming to her for one of the most important days of their lives, so she should definitely reevaluate her listening skills. Thankfully, I was able to find someone to execute my vision for an affordable price. My advice to Sandra would be to humble yourself. Sandra’s response to my email: Hi Nakita, Thank you for letting me know after reserving the date for you for over 8 months and turn down multiple weddings that could easily be 40K, You move forward without even consulting me, to see if I can review the invoice to fit your budget like what other brides does when they get into financial stress Ps. remember the proposal I gave you was based up on the design and what you choose at the consultation. At this late notice as you said near approaching , I won’t be able to fill the date anymore, we are a month away, so there will be No Refund . I truly hope you have a wedding of your dream, and good luck with your planning. I have no heart feeling because I stayed busy. God Bless you & your hubby Sandra

Nice work but overpriced.

One word for Sandra - AMAZING. Sandra is the sweetest, funniest woman, with so much talent. She literally got into my head and envisioned exactly what I wanted, but more so, DELIVERED! She worked with my mom and I through every detail and question. She told me to trust her time and time again - as I was very particular and type A with my requirements - and I'm so glad I did. I almost cried when I saw my bouquet - it was so perfect. I was floored when I saw my venue decorated. My mom and Sandra worked together to surprise me with additional details I hadn't purchased - like a ceiling draping - which was the cherry on top of all the beautiful decor. All my guests have raved about my centerpieces. My pictures are gorgeous because of the masterpiece she created. THANK YOU Sandra for bringing my dream to life and creating the most beautiful night I could ask for!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Sandra was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted just from a few pictures and brought my ideas to life. Sandra is so giving and passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. She was professional, responsive, and still made me feel like family. If you are lookimg for a florists here in South Florida...lool no more ! I promise the same worries you have..i had..worryimg about how it was going to look and if you werw going to actually get what you paid for. Alot of florists aren't detailed but Sandra is! She is going to tell you exactly what you're going to get how much it cost and show you exactly what its going to look like. Other florists tried to sell me on the idea of what they were offering....thats a gamble I dont suggest you take. Call Sandra and her team. You wont have to hope it comes out right and if the money spent was worth it. You will know before you sign on the dotted line. Oh and just go to her instagram. You can see the details in her work. Impeccable..

All I can say is.... WOW! Sandra is AMAZING at what she does!!! She set up the flowers and the decore for my wedding which was on 11/1/18. Ever idea I had she captured in the most delicate and beautiful way. Not only that, but she listened to everything that I wanted and make my vision a reality. It also helps that she is extremely wonderful! I highly recommend her! She truly is THE BEST florist!

Since the first time I met Sandra I knew I wanted her to be my wedding florist! She is very friendly, informative, helpful, and very professional. I showed her photos of some of the styles I liked and the colors I wanted and on the day of the wedding she delivered just that and beyond! She exceeded our expectations. Flowers by Sandra made all my wedding dreams come true! She is GIFTED. When my husband and I walked into our venue, we were speechless! She made sure the entire room (and even things we did not think about) were beautiful. I met Sandra and she stood out against all other florists. She was willing to meet me after hours during the week and explained every step of the process with me. She had pictures of different weddings she had done and suggested flowers I didn't even know existed to fit my wedding colors. She truly has a gift for what she does and I recommend her for anyone who wants beautiful flowers at their wedding. I do not understand the negative reviews on this site. Sandra told my husband and I from our first appointment that certain flowers we preferred would not be available during out August wedding. She then recommended what would be available during the summer season. There was full disclosure and my table demo showed exactly what I received on my wedding day.

I want to start by saying Mrs. Sandra was God sent. From the moment I sat with her, I knew she was gonna make my vision come true. She listens to every single detail and request that I threw at her and enhance it even more. Being a bride, things can get very stressful and intense but I knew that Sandra was going to rock it. Her professionalism and mannerism is through the wall because every time I called, she would answer or call me back. Every time I email her, she would respond immediately. Toward the end of the journey, I felt like Sandra was family rather than just my florist. I promise you that if you go with her, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!! The outcome was a complete deception. My wife and I provided clear instructions on what we wanted for our wedding. Never, not in a single moment, she communicated to us that something might not result as planned. Well, nothing ended-up being as planned. The flowers were not the one my wife chose and the decoration was not what we agreed. Still, the worst part was that she never took a moment to explain or even apologyze about the the fact that she decided how our wedding would look like.

She was my great deception at my wedding. Everything we talked about during our planning meetings and all the pictures I sent her showing her what I wanted didn’t help at all! I just wasted my time, because at the end she did what she wanted. She didnt even get the time to call me and let me know that she didn’t get the flower I wanted!!! And at the wedding when I saw everything different she didn’t even take the time to talk to me to apologize or even ask me if I was okay. I felt disrespected and she clearly demonstrated that my wedding wasn’t as important to her as other weddings. I feel very disappointed that I chose to trust her with the most important day of my live...

Planning a destination wedding is so tedious expecially without prior knowledge of the best vendors in the area. I identified three potential florists from the Knot and WeddingWire reviews. From the first phone call, Sandra was so professional and accommodating. Her sweet and energetic personality was evident from the start. During our visit to Miami to interview vendors including florists, she made extra time for us and stayed well past closing to ensure she understood our vision. She even put together a few ideas that night to demonstrate her ability and desire to provide my dream design. She is so creative and her decor inventory is well appointed. This was my only in-person visit with Sandra but I knew she was the one. We arranged Skype and FaceTime meetings to finalize the look prior to the wedding. Each time, she was punctual and patient answering all questions. She guided me through uncertainty and always said "yes" to my changing requests. Most importantly, she delivered my vision perfectly and worked within my husband's budget. We have received so much great feedback on our decor including our awesome centerpieces and the depth within the design. I can't thank Sandra enough for such great execution and her part in creating my perfect day. She should be at the top of anyone's list when considering a florist in the Miami area. You are so talented and I enjoyed working with you.

This woman is a true gem and her work is incredible. I recently got married at the Conrad Ft. Lauderdale on 1/27/18, and I had a very specific vision of what I wanted the room and the décor to look like. Sandra spent time with me going through photos, magazines, Pinterest ideas, mock-ups and a million emails to make sure she understood my vision. Not only did she take the time to understand what I wanted, but she delivered it so perfectly. I walked into my reception room on the day of my wedding and felt like I was walking through a beautiful dream. Her work is spectacular, and she made sure that every detail of my big day was realized and accomplished with beauty and elegance. I was also so grateful that she was willing to work with me and brainstorm to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget! I highly recommend this fantastic florist! She rocks!

We discussed the vision I had for the day and she showed me her extensive line of work. And when I say extensive, I mean EXTENSIVE. She's been in the business for a long time. And her experience and passion for what she does shows. She truly loves what she does and tries to work with every brides budget. When I walked into my reception I felt like I was in a dream! Sandra brought my dream to life and my fiancé and I were so in love. Our guests were so amazed and in awe. I received so many compliments and I'm still receiving them. My wedding was the best day of my life and Sandra was a huge part of that. The quality of service you receive and the pricing is unbeatable! I highly recommend her.

Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with during my wedding planning process. Though there was a hurricane a week before my wedding, she was able to deliver on beautiful arrangements and decor for the big day. She was happy to discuss different options and showed me tons of ideas I could use for my wedding. Everything looked gorgeous!

Sandra absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. It rained on my wedding day so the outdoor ceremony was moved indoors and it was absolutely gorgeous. I received compliments on the sweetheart table nonstop through out the night. Trust me when I say you will not regret hiring her as your florist! Her prices are very reasonable and she is a very sweet hard working woman. My wedding day 9/29/17 was beyond PERFECTION thanks to Flowers By Sandra.

Ms. Sandra is a very patient lady. I had a small budget and for my budget she did more than I expected. The flowers lasted quite some time. I just wish I had preserved my bouquet as she suggested. I had a few last minute changes that weren't a huge problem. My only suggestion is, don't do like I did and stalk her on IG! Call her and she will NOT disappoint you!

I highly recommend Sandra and her team! I came to her with just a color scheme and within an hour she had helped me pick out everything from boutonnieres to table arrangements. The best part was that the flowers were every bit as beautiful as she described. I was blown away by how gorgeous she and her team made everything. We got so many compliments on our flowers. Sandra is a great personality to work with and be around and her attention to detail really shines through in the end result. Her work is stunning and her prices are affordable. We gave her a budget and she was able to give us results that I thought would be much more expensive. She even stayed to arrange the flowers on our cake. Sandra made my platinum wedding dream come true! She is a multi-talented woman with an excellent team. She is diligent, respectful, and a visionary. I was lucky to have her for my flowers and decor. My wedding dream was not easy to fulfill and Sandra made it happen. I was a out-of-state bride and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She even worked very closely with my parents to listen to their desires as well. And she pulled through like an expert! My 5-star wedding wouldn't have happened if Sandra wasn't my vendor. I can not say enough good things about this incredible woman! She was so kind and accommodating the moment my wife and I walked in the door. She took our ideas and blew our minds with the final product. I couldn't even begin to try and explain just how magical the flowers were at our wedding. She is worth every penny and then some!

In the craziness of wedding planning, Sandra was by far my favorite vendor throughout the whole process! From the first moment we met with her, we knew she would be the one to do our flowers. Within 30 minutes of talking with my fiancé and I, she ran to the back and put together a sample of what we had envisioned for our centerpieces and it was perfect! We had a couple tough items such as a tree for our escort card table and a large arch for our ceremony that we were very particular about and she nailed them! When we saw them on the day of our wedding we couldn’t stop staring! My husband and I kept trying to rationalize ways to take the 7 ½ ft arch home with us, because we just couldn’t bear to leave it at the venue! Sandra says she knows what you like and it is so true, she knows better than you even know yourself! She was such a breath of fresh air in terms of pricing, creativity and skill and I knew that the flowers would be one thing I wouldn’t have to worry about once our day came. We loved her so much during our planning process that we used her for our rehearsal dinner florals too. I could go on and on about how she ordered special branches for our arch from across the country, or found out-of-season flowers for my bouquet, or made an extra boutonniere for my husband after I broke it off, or how she did multiple venue walk through with us, or how extremely kind and caring she is towards her couples but this review would never end! It’s been months since we got married, and people still tell us how beautiful the wedding was and it wouldn’t have been possible without Sandra and her team!

My fiancé and I had a chance to sit with Sandra today and what an incredible experience. She was so warm, friendly and personable from the moment we walked in. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted by Sandra came up with the most amazing ideas, far exceeding what I had envisioned for the day. After everything was complete and invoice printed, I thought my fiancé would have wanted us to sit and discuss things for a few days before making a final decision but surprisingly he said, go ahead and write the check, let's lock her in! Yeaaaa!!!! I CANNOT wait to see what the end result looks like in November...will keep the readers posted!

Sandra was PHENOMENAL from start to finish. She was very attentive to every detailed request along with adding her own opinions based on several years of experience. Sandra and her team were amazing. My wedding was a dream. All the ideas we had together came out perfectly. She understood it was important for me to have lots of flowers and candles along with grand center pieces for the tables and exquisite flower arrangements at the front and back of the alter. I felt I was an easy bride to deal with but when it came to the flowers and candles "my favorite" I wanted it all. I could have spent thousands, however Sandra assured me that I would have my vision but not break the bank completely so my obsessive financially concern fiancé wouldn't think I was crazy. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous and made into a heart with white and blush roses with light purple orchids. So beautiful I'm in the process of having it framed. She is surely the best at what she does and truly enjoys making the brides happy. Hopefully I get to plan another event so I can work with her again.

Sandra is professional and true to her craft. The flowers were fresh and the arrangements were beautiful. She is extremely adept into listening to the customer and creating our vision of the floral arrangements. She made our wedding very special and we are extremely delighted with the service. .

While browsing through Instagram I ran into Flowers by Sandra. So I went through her IG & Facebook I seen her work and thought to my self I want her to be our Florist. I went home showed my Fiancé, at the time who also agreed, but we also thought this maybe pricey.We were planning our wedding on the run do to our busy work schedules, but Sandra worked with us and made the process so easy and effortless. On our first visit Sandra sat down with us, she listened to our ideas and shared some ideas. It was all affordable and within our budget.As I was preparing myself on our wedding day my brother stopped by the venue to check on things. My brother sent me a video and a picture. I saw the flower arrangements and decorations that were all done by Sandra. Everything was just so beautiful and just as I pictured it to be and more. It also made the venue complete for both the ceremony and reception. Our wedding guests and everyone else is still calling, messaging and commenting on our pictures throw social media saying they have been to many weddings but our wedding over all has been the best and was beautiful. They are calling our wedding,The wedding of the year. On the day of the wedding and still now I've received so many compliments from our family and close friends on how beautiful and fresh the flowers looked; as a result they wanted her contact information. My husband and I have been working with Sandra for at least a year before our wedding and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Moreover, on the day of our event, I was amazed at how the floral arrangements came out. She exceeded our expectations as they were breathtaking! I was a bride coming in from another state. Sandra was the first and only florist I met. At our first meeting, she was able to design and create exactly what I want. She's such a pleasure to work with, and knows her stuff!! All of her work is beautiful and her flowers are so fresh, all of my arrangements lasted for at least 5 days after of the wedding! She is flexible with any additions and subtractions, and she will work within a budget that's right for you. Sandra takes a lot of pride in her work, and it shows in the final product!

Sandra did a fantastic job of making the flowers for my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding absoultely stunning! She listened to what the bride wanted and made that vision EXACTLY how it had been envisioned, from the choice of flowers to the specific colors! The centerpieces, bouquets and especially the beach-side chuppah were perfect--even beyond our expectations. My now sister in law found Flowers by Sandra and referred me to her. As soon as I looked at the Flowers by Sandra website, I did not even consider any other florists! Her work was absolutely remarkable! Meeting Sandra was such a pleasure because she treats you as if you are family! She has such a sweet and caring demeanor and is obviously passionate about what she does! Having no clue about flowers other than the colors I would like incorporated, she took her time in showing me a range of options without overwhelming me with choices. She is extremely knowledgeable about flowers generally and what makes for the best floral arrangements. Working with her was so easy and painless that I felt as if I really did not have to do anything but say yes! The bouquets and floral arrangements were absolutely FLAWLESS the day of our wedding! The one thing about our wedding that our guests and others who later saw pictures and video consistently commented on (besides my dress of course:)) was the arrangements and the colors!
