Would Not Recommend !!
Summary - I ordered flowers from here for my wedding, I was clear about what I wanted, specifying what flowers and colors I wanted used and and even sent photos of inspiration bouquets. On the day of my wedding when the flowers were delivered they were smaller than we wanted and completely the wrong color. When I asked them politely to be fixed I was told it was too late, and they could take them back to the store but they would not/could not fix them.
1. Communication on Flowers - The contract stated flowers that I didn't want, pryor to payment. I couldn't edit the contract which was fine so I communicated those changes on text and a phone call, those texts and communications were ignored. They won't acknowledge these texts or mistakes.
2. Customer Service - I can understand getting an order wrong or a misunderstanding but this florist was not kind and was doubling down that they got it right and would barely apologize for the mistake they made. The woman on the phone was yelling at me. After a few minutes I was about to cry so I had my mother-in-law speak to her and she asked the woman to stop yelling at her. The florist claimed there was nothing she could do and that she was the only one in the shop. My bridesmaids felt she was harsh and my make up artist who I have no relation to outside of that day was appalled by the florists behavior and said she had never heard a bride get yelled at on her wedding day with 12 years in the business. The make up artist even asked to find out who the florist was so that she would be sure not to recommend this florist for future weddings. It was that bad.
3. Wedding Day Debacle - I was forced to pick up flowers from Trader Joes morning of the wedding and fix the flowers myself. They yelled at me for not liking the flowers saying it was my fault. They refused to try to help fix it, offer a refund or credit of any kind.
4. Update since the Wedding - My husband spoke with the owner. The owner was more apologetic than the other associate but she wouldn't offer any credit or refund, just an apology and that it was a misunderstanding. Someone is lying somewhere because she said she was in the store with the associate on the phone and on that day the associate said she's the only one in the store and that she can't make any decisions without the owner, but the owner said she was standing right by her. Also the owner said certain flowers she wanted weren't in season. That wasn't true, I had the exact flowers I wanted on my arch that my family got for me and my sister in law brought the flowers that were missing from Trader Joe's so I could manually put them in the bouquets.
