re beautiful, but the bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets were - in a word - STUNNING. Everyone who saw them (or has seen them since) says so. Plus, Donna was flexible with the proposal all the way up to 10 days before the wedding and hand-delivered the flowers herself, so it really was a pleasure to work with her. Highly, highly recommend!

I called and was given their wedding coordinator's name - Kim - and scheduled an in-person consultation with her. My parents and I all got up early and met at the shop at 9am. However, Kim was not there.
For almost an hour we were continually told she would be there in 10 minutes. It became obvious she had not left her house. I would have preferred if they were honest with us and asked if we could reschedule instead of making promises that she would have been there in the next 10 minutes. It was a total waste of time for us and very disrespectful on the shops part.

The flower crowns were especially amazing, and the bouquet and table arrangements were more than I ever could've hoped for. She's very accommodating and flexible, and her ability to whip up last-minute additions on the fly is amazing. I would recommend her for not only weddings, but any other event, occasion, or gift.

Karen and her staff have an incredible artistic sense and eye for detail. We provided some ideas of the styles we were looking for and a requested specific flowers and colors to honor an important family member who couldn't be with us for the wedding. We absolutely loved the designs they came up with! In addition to our initial in-person consultation, Karen coordinated details with me via e-mail and was flexible with last minute changes in the number of tables. The cost was totally reasonable, and she adjusted it as we went along based on changes in the order (and with no additional fees).
Karen and staff delivered the flowers to the site exactly on time and looking spectacular, and set up the centerpieces in coordination with the caterer who was putting together the tables. Everything looked fantastic - it was exactly what we wanted.
The flowers and the service were outstanding, and of the highest quality. I recommend Flowers 'N' Ferns without hesitation, and will be using their services for all of my future flower needs.
