From the very beginning, Donna provided exemplary customer service. She listened carefully, asked good questions, and gave good advice. As a result, all of the items she created we...
re beautiful, but the bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets were - in a word - STUNNING. Everyone who saw them (or has seen them since) says so. Plus, Donna was flexible with the proposal all the way up to 10 days before the wedding and hand-delivered the flowers herself, so it really was a pleasure to work with her. Highly, highly recommend!
While I am sure they do amazing work, I unfortunately didn't have the chance to see it or discuss it with their wedding coordinator. I do suggest being very thorough and triple con...
firming things with this shop.
I called and was given their wedding coordinator's name - Kim - and scheduled an in-person consultation with her. My parents and I all got up early and met at the shop at 9am. However, Kim was not there.
For almost an hour we were continually told she would be there in 10 minutes. It became obvious she had not left her house. I would have preferred if they were honest with us and asked if we could reschedule instead of making promises that she would have been there in the next 10 minutes. It was a total waste of time for us and very disrespectful on the shops part.
Donna was a pleasure to work with! I showed her some inspiration pictures I had and she ran with it. I was so impressed! The prices are very reasonable and she delivered our flower...
s to the venue. They did an amazing job on my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, sweetheart table decor, and the groom/groomsmens' boutonnieres. I definitely recommend working with them!

s through in the florals and she was so easy to work with for finding the perfect flowers and greenery for our wedding. The flower crowns were especially amazing, and the bouquet and table arrangements were more than I ever could've hoped for. She's very accommodating and flexible, and her ability to whip up last-minute additions on the fly is amazing. I would recommend her for not only weddings, but any other event, occasion, or gift.
I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet. Flowers 'n' ferns did a wonderful job with all of our floral arrangements and were so great to work with.
Very pleased with our flowers from Karen and her team at Flowers 'n' Ferns. She made everything so easy and for so much less then any other place we visited. And I got exactly wh...
at I wanted instead of trying to sell me what was 'in style this year' Simple quality and great service is what will make me a repeat customer. and i'll be back next time I need flowers.
Flowers 'N' Ferns is our neighborhood florist, and we knew right off we wanted to work with Karen and her staff for our wedding flowers - including a bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bo...
uquets, several boutonnieres, corsages, and centerpieces which included greenery, candles, fabric and LED lights.
Karen and her staff have an incredible artistic sense and eye for detail. We provided some ideas of the styles we were looking for and a requested specific flowers and colors to honor an important family member who couldn't be with us for the wedding. We absolutely loved the designs they came up with! In addition to our initial in-person consultation, Karen coordinated details with me via e-mail and was flexible with last minute changes in the number of tables. The cost was totally reasonable, and she adjusted it as we went along based on changes in the order (and with no additional fees).
Karen and staff delivered the flowers to the site exactly on time and looking spectacular, and set up the centerpieces in coordination with the caterer who was putting together the tables. Everything looked fantastic - it was exactly what we wanted.
The flowers and the service were outstanding, and of the highest quality. I recommend Flowers 'N' Ferns without hesitation, and will be using their services for all of my future flower needs.
