Kat and the Flowing White team were essential to our wedding day success. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and answers all questions effectively. She even brought up things I hadn’t even considered- she has a great depth of knowledge in this space. Kat and her husband were so helpful during my day of coordination, everything was timely and no detail missed because of her. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any couple!
When we began our wedding planning, we had no idea where to start so we explored a few wedding planning companies. We had no idea how important a wedding planner could be, but after the very first planning session with Lindsay it was clear how critical having a professional wedding planner is. If you are considering planning a wedding, not only will the wedding planner help you ensure that everything is coordinated and organized, but it will also save you money in the long run.
Lindsay was a rock throughout the entire process. A few key highlights that made our wedding experience amazing was her attention to detail with vendor selection, venue selection, contract review, timeline planning, vendor coordination, rehearsal execution, event management, and a million other little things along the way. Lindsay was one of the most important parts of our wedding planning process. She communicated exceptionally well, provided expert advice and was always available!
She helped us save more money than the service cost by recommending and helping to select low-cost vendors, offering online alternatives and ensuring that we didn’t over plan while still making our special day an amazing experience and memory for our entire family!
On the day of the wedding, she was there to make sure everything was set up correctly, ran smoothly, the timeline was followed, the vendors were in place and executing all of their responsibilities, helping our guests have a wonderful day and ensuring that our wedding experience was the best it could possibly be.

Wendy and Cristine were great to work with! They were on it during the wedding, helping flip the room, and making sure the decor looked great. They communicated clearly with our vendors the day of, and cued the DJ during the ceremony well. I did feel like I did the bulk of the planning and organizing in advance on my own, but they were like ninjas day of, making sure things went smoothly. Our Zoom meetings during the planning sessions were a little choppy, but everything turned out well in the end.

My husband and I have taken our time—wanting to be thoughtful of our experience—and we've decided that an 'average' review of 3 stars is the truth. Our wedding coordinator handled the basics well enough—and although she spoke of delivering five star service, unfortunately, that wasn't the reality. From us needing to transport her, to several things promised that were left undelivered on the actual day of our wedding, we (including members of our wedding party) felt we left tending and taking care of her, rather than the other way around. Given the price tag and the enormity of meaning for such a special day, we would recommend looking elsewhere.

Flowing White Events was the best decision we made! I worked with Kat Thomas, and she was absolutely the best--I could not have asked for a more organized, professional, and hard working coordinator. She was always available for any questions we had, always got back to us in a timely manner, and worked great with all our vendors. Our day was absolutely perfect and seamless thanks to Kat! Many of our guests commented on how great the day flowed and even our vendors applauded her and her company for how organized everything was.
Cristine and Wendy were INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond in ensuring that our wedding was successful. My partner and I found them friendly, professional, respectful, and fun. 10/10 and can not recommend highly enough!
We got day of coordinator service from flowing white events and honestly it was the best decision and 100% worth it. Our coordinator Wendy was amazing and wonderful, everything was executed perfectly, she handled unexpected events quickly and smoothly and both my husband and I got to enjoy the day without any worry. Definitely would recommend their services!
We worked with Trish from Flowing White for our wedding day-of coordination, and we are so so delighted with her and her services!! From the moment we first met with Trish all the way up to the end of our wedding day, my now husband and I had a great sense of peace when it came to how everything would come together, completely trusting her. Trish is professional, energetic, communicative, detail oriented, efficient, and simply put -- overall fantastic at her job. She was incredibly helpful putting together our timeline, and communicating with vendors in the week's leading up to the wedding, so we didn't have to - this was so appreciated. She led a super efficient ceremony rehearsal and everything day-of went so smoothly, we had the best day ever, huge thanks to Trish!! I would recommend her to close friends, family, and anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
We absolutely loved working with Lindsay from Flowing White! She was the perfect balance of fun, organized and knowledgeable, as well as firm when needed. From our first meeting, Lindsay was friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel at ease. Whenever we had questions during the planning process, she expertly helped us find a solution, she checked in frequently to keep us on track with planning, and she was detailed in developing our event timeline. I also really appreciated that early on she took over coordinating “day of” related details with the rest of our vendors so there was a cohesive plan and point of contact. The day of our wedding was smooth and completely stress-free (for me) thanks to Lindsay’s coordination and leadership. I later found out that we had significant issues with our shuttle vendor, but Lindsay went above and beyond to correct the situation and keep things rolling. She and her assistant also shouldered a huge amount of the teardown/cleanup responsibilities so that our wedding party/family didn’t have to. I can’t recommend Lindsay enough!
We were really blessed with Kat as a day of coordinator but felt like she helped way beyond. Kat is super amazing: easy to reach, responds quickly, organized, answer questions, and keeps your spirits high. The best part she is nice to you but she can be tough on vendors when she needs to be. We were debating on wedding coordinator and we are 100% glad we went with Kat. Cannot say enough good things about Flowing White Events LLC!
We booked Lindsay from Flowing White Events as our "day of coordinator" she was AMAZING and a life savor! We didn't know what we didn't know and if we hadn't booked Lindsay our wedding would have been chaotic. She was so bubbly and professional during all our encounters, helped us plan our timeline to a T, and attended all our in-person meetings with our venue. Lindsay was spectacular and made our wedding day perfect. I would recommend her 10 times over. Wendy, her assistant for the day, was also amazing, she was in my bridal suite with me moments before it was time to exit and head to the aisle, she was a calming and kind presence as I headed out the door and too the aisle!
Without a doubt, hiring Kat was the best choice we made for our wedding day. We chose the "partial planning" package, and from the very first meeting with Kat we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely organized, experienced, knowledgable, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. She had an answer to every question I had, and she knew all the right questions to ask us (some things we would have never thought of but made a huge difference). Because of Kat, on our wedding day we got to truly sit back, relax, and enjoy our special day. She took care of EVERYTHING from setting up our tables with decorations and coordinator vendor arrivals and gratuities, and she helped make our day so incredibly special. Her and her assistant Milan did such a wonderful job and we can't thank them both enough. Trust me: hire Flowing White Events.
Trish and the team at Flowing White Events did an incredible job setting up and assuring my wedding day flowed effortlessly. They showed up ready to set up and allowed for me to focus on getting ready and relax. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and even had some guest ask for contact information for their future weddings to hire Flowing White Events. I received many compliments on how helpful they were the day of. I cannot thank Trish and her team enough! I could have not done this day without them.

The communication from the moment we were hired Flowing White Events was on point and so helpful. She was always there to answer my questions, whether through email, text, or a phone call. Trish helped us find vendors. She was always so warm and kind.
I do events with work, and I knew I had a very specific vision for the day. Trish felt like an extension of my vision and put everything together more beautifully than I ever thought possible. I did not have one ounce of stress knowing she was leading the ship. I remember walking in and seeing the room for the first time and I thought to myself, all my Pinterest dreams have come true.
She was so encouraging in getting people on the dance floor, and getting my husband and I to do things we were nervous about. Never pushy, just so warm and helpful.
We received numerous compliments from our friends and family about how Trish brought the day together, and one of my bridesmaids that is getting married next year is even looking to hire her now!
I think I found Flowing White Events on the Knot. I got engaged during the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020 and I had spoken with a few other wedding coordinators. None of them seemed as genuinely interested, incredibly organized, or excited as Kat did. Kat was amazing at every step of the way. Although my engagement was 2 years, the last 6 months of wedding planning was a breeze. The day of my wedding, Kat was ON TOP OF IT. She and her assistant Lindsey handled literally everything and more. Would 100% recommend to everyone and anyone in the PNW. Even though things went "wrong", no one would have known because of Kat and her professionalism and insane attention to detail.
Tiffany and her whole crew the day of were amazing! I gave them decor but didn’t have much of an idea what to do with it and when I showed up I was blown away, everything looked amazing!! They also were so professional and organized! Tiffany was amazing to work with through the whole process, we got day of coordination but she went way above and beyond and helped in so many ways and much before just one month out. The online portal you get through flowing white events is a lifesaver. Our wedding truly would not have been what it was without her!! The team on the day was perfect, great personalities along with great work! They knew what we needed before it was needed.

We are so thankful that we hired Kat/Flowing White Events for our wedding coordinating. Kat was very communicative & reliable the months (in our case years) leading up to the wedding, and professional and friendly throughout. Especially as it came down to the wire, Kat was instrumental in making our wedding day smooth & organized. We were able to let go, enjoy, and trust that all was well in her hands! Crucial part of the whole experience!
We decided to hire Kat as our day of coordinator about a month before our wedding. We weren’t sure we would need someone to play that role at first, but holy cow, we certainly did. Her attention to our vision, desires, and needs was spot on the entire day. I don’t know what we would have done if she wasn’t directing us and everyone else behind the scenes. We are eternally grateful for the part that she and Chester played on our special day. My face hurt from smiling. Hire her. Being able to be present with your partner on the most important day of your lives together is worth the investment.
Tiffany was a wonderful wedding planner and the perfect support person. She helped with who to call for catering, music, flowers…everything. She reassured when needed and fixed when necessary, She made planning so easy and…best of all…because of Tiffany, everyone enjoyed the celebration without worrying about hosting an event. She is reliable, organized, personable…everything you could possibly hope for in a wedding planner to have a smooth and fun celebration. Said one cousin the day after, “Wow! If I knew is was going to be so much fun, I would have taken today off”.
Tiffany was amazing to work with. We used the partial planning package from Flowing White and it was a perfect match for us. Tiffany was always available to discuss ideas and suggest vendors. Since I was planning a Washington wedding from California, her input was invaluable. She kept us on track while reminding us to have fun and be creative. She was a great listener, gave timely advice and helped us stay within budget while not compromising fun or quality.
Our wedding wouldn't have been so special and fun without her. I fully recommend Flowing White to any PNW bride looking to get married soon.

Kat was truly our hero and went well above and beyond to help make our wedding go smoothly. From the small details to the overall big picture Kat provided the guidance to make sure we had the wedding that we envisioned.
I'm a DJ that worked with Flowing White Events at a recent Monroe, WA wedding. I've worked with a lot of day-of coordinators and most of them are quite good, but I feel like Flowing White are at higher level. I get to see "behind the curtain" and was witness to their utmost professionalism. Like a lot of modern weddings this one had many moving parts, three distinct areas, personalized moments and almost all of it happening outside. They kept everything flowing smoothly and aligning with the other vendors in a harmonious way. I also work in the corporate event space and was reminded of that level of proficiency. The quality timelines and floor-plans, use of iPads and walkie-talkies and general calm and clear communication is the standard that other planners and coordinators should aspire to.
Truly the best!! Our wedding day went off without an issue because we had Tiffany and a few wonderful assistants in tow supporting us. They went above and beyond to ensure not just bride and groom, but bridal party, family and guests were taken care of. It’s been a little over a month since the wedding and my mom and I are still raving about this business exceeding expectations.
At first when my soon to be husband brings up the thought of a wedding planner, I thought that was a waste of money. BUT MAN WAS I WRONG. I am SO glad that we hired Tiffany and Kat. They are amazing at what they do! They made the wedding day WAY less stressful and had the answers for everything! I would 100% recommend getting Tiffany and Kat. They are professional, flexible, personable and organized.
We hired Flowing White Events for our pandemic style "minimony" on 12/20/20. When I hired I day-of coordinator, my mom, a master of organization, wasn't initially on-board. I think its a common mistake to think that day-of coordinators or wedding planners are "over the top." I believe though, that our investment in Kat at Flowing White Events was the best investment of our entire event. My mom agrees wholeheartedly.
When you are getting married, and hosting all these people, it is impossible to enjoy that experience and host and coordinate all said people, vendors, and photographers involved. Kat made it look easy, she has an incredible amount of experience, and was a voice of direction on what is arguably one of the most important days of our lives. Tough to please relatives? Kat handles it. Do you have a snippy vendor? Kat handles it. Unorganized bridal party? Not after Kat sweetly and assertively tells them where to go. This removes so much much stress from you, so you can focus on what matters: getting married! I would hire her and her company again with zero hesitation, and I'm recommending her to all my bridesmaids planning their weddings in2021/2022. Thank you so much.
I seriously could not have made a better choice when picking a wedding coordinator. I was unsure if I wanted/needed one and after reading reviews for Flowing White, I was convinced I needed them! Best decision ever. Brides, listen to me- you know this is the most stressful event you’ll ever have to plan on your entire life and I PROMISE you if you hire Flowing White, you will not be disappointed! You will be the happiest, most stress free bride on your wedding day. From last minute Covid craziness to every detail on the wedding day to calming my bride nerves, Tiffany was such a dream to work with. Her assistant Alejandro and partner Cat were also AMAZING! All 3 of them did so much to help my husband and I and we seriously couldn’t be happier. Now, stop reading this review and book them!!

We got married on July 13th at Craven Farm. Kat helped coordinate out wedding. I know people are iffy sometimes on whether to hire a coordinator for their wedding. Let me tell you, it is worth it! I am an organized person, but we were blown away from our initial meeting. There's so many details in the wedding that you don't even think about. She had all her papers ready, asked us questions and helped us along the way. Throughout the year, we emailed her lots of questions and she has always responded in a timely and professional manner. She suggested ways to decorate as well since we were stuck on some things. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day. We didn't worry about anything and had the utmost trust in Kat. Her husband and Tiffany also helped throughout the day. We are so thankful for Kat and the crew for all of their help in order for us to enjoy one of the best day of our lives! Thank you Kat! Do yourself a favor and hire Kat and have the peace of mind on your wedding day.
