From our very first emails Ryan and Fluid Bar were fantastic! They were knowledgeable and professional as well as incredibly flexible and easy to work with. Our needs evolved over the course of our wedding planning and they were happy to adjust and advise. The bartenders who staffed our day were wonderful and a joy to have at our wedding! Ryan was always easy to get a hold of to answer any questions, provide ideas and made the planning process seamless. On our wedding day (June 29, 2019), his team couldn't have been any better! Service was outstanding, they had everything we needed and I had many compliments from our guests. They were also very smart to put a water station near the dance floor! On top of everything they also worked seamlessly with our other vendors. I highly recommend the Fluid team for your event needs!

When we decided to have our wedding at my family’s home in Vermont, we were immediately told that Fluid was a must have - and they certainly didn’t disappoint. From our first conversations, Ryan and Ali were so professional and helpful. They were real partners - the perfect balance of asking questions about our preferences and giving advice, they’ve clearly done this a thousand times. The day of the wedding they set up a professional bar in my family’s pasture and made sure our guests had full glasses the entire night. They created delicious signature drinks and even got cases of hard to get local beers, a real hit with our friends. We’re so happy we went with Fluid and would highly recommend them for future events!

Fluid Bar Services did an excellent job catering our wedding in September 2017. They offered suggestions on the signature drink and mixed a great cocktail using our ideas. They were professional and timely. Because they're the exclusive bar service for The Barns at Lang Farm, they knew their way around and required minimal direction. Fluid Bar was amazing. Ryan was super communicative and nice throughout the process. They were able to get exactly the wines we asked for, and make the signature cocktails we requested. We booked Fluid Bar Service for our wedding on May 2nd, 2015, and we were very happy with our service. We first met with Ryan, the owner, over a beer when we discussed our preferences and alcohol selection. Ryan was very attentive to detail and responsive to questions during the planning process, and coordinated with our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly. On our wedding day, the bar service was excellent! During the cocktail hour they had servers come around with the first few drinks, which kept there from being a long line at the bar. We were also very impressed that they remembered our favorite drinks, and brought them out to us immediately after the ceremony! They did a great job and coordinated well with our other vendors. We highly recommend Fluid Bar Service!
