We used Fluid for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The team at Fluid was easy to work with and their service was solid. We did receive some complaints from a few guests about...
one of the bartenders, which isn't something you necessarily want to hear about on your wedding weekend. Also a bit pricy. Overall decent experience
Ali and her team were incredible from the start. Communication was easy, they were on top of every detail, from making sure that we had all of the right glassware, to making sure o...
ur signature cocktail was exactly what we wanted it to be. They were on time, had a gorgeous set up, and we didn't have to worry about a single detail. Ali sourced the perfect bottle of wine for my father in law, and the bar tenders recognized him all night and had a glass ready when he walked up to the bar. Fluid helped make our day seamless and perfect. Highly recommend.
The Fluid team was amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. They are clearly so knowledgeable about the entire industry and we are so glad we chose them. From our ea...
rly calls with Ryan and Ali to heading to their bar in Winooski to taste some potential specialty cocktails, they provided great service. The staff team at our wedding was truly phenomenal - they made sure that we always had a drink in our hands and were so friendly and personable the whole night. We highly recommend the Fluid team!

edgeable and was so patient as I changed my mind like, a thousand times, before we settled on the perfect balance so that everyone could have a TON of fun without burning a hole in our wallets ;)
On the day of, the bartenders were all so fun and so kind. One of them even saved me (bride) a special bottle of white wine when they ran out of wine for everyone else because she knew I liked it and had been drinking it earlier. Everyone was just so thoughtful!
Thank you so so so much Ali and the rest of the team at Fluid for making our wedding so so much fun and as special as it could possibly be!!

the planning process seamless. On our wedding day (June 29, 2019), his team couldn't have been any better! Service was outstanding, they had everything we needed and I had many compliments from our guests. They were also very smart to put a water station near the dance floor! On top of everything they also worked seamlessly with our other vendors. I highly recommend the Fluid team for your event needs!
We couldn’t have better things to say about Fluid. When we decided to have our wedding at my family’s home in Vermont, we were immediately told that Fluid was a must have - and the...
y certainly didn’t disappoint. From our first conversations, Ryan and Ali were so professional and helpful. They were real partners - the perfect balance of asking questions about our preferences and giving advice, they’ve clearly done this a thousand times. The day of the wedding they set up a professional bar in my family’s pasture and made sure our guests had full glasses the entire night. They created delicious signature drinks and even got cases of hard to get local beers, a real hit with our friends. We’re so happy we went with Fluid and would highly recommend them for future events!
We loved working with Fluid Bar! They made the specific bar menu for all the drinks we wanted! Everyone was professional and the drinks were great!
Fluid Bar Services did an excellent job catering our wedding in September 2017. They offered suggestions on the signature drink and mixed a great cocktail using our ideas. They wer...
e professional and timely. Because they're the exclusive bar service for The Barns at Lang Farm, they knew their way around and required minimal direction. Our guests were quite satisfied as well. Thank you Fluid!

sted. The bar service was really excellent! I would definitely go with them if you are looking for a bartender in Vermont!
We booked Fluid Bar Service for our wedding on May 2nd, 2015, and we were very happy with our service. We first met with Ryan, the owner, over a beer when we discussed our prefere...
nces and alcohol selection. Ryan was very attentive to detail and responsive to questions during the planning process, and coordinated with our other vendors to make sure the day went smoothly.
On our wedding day, the bar service was excellent! During the cocktail hour they had servers come around with the first few drinks, which kept there from being a long line at the bar. We were also very impressed that they remembered our favorite drinks, and brought them out to us immediately after the ceremony! They did a great job and coordinated well with our other vendors.
We highly recommend Fluid Bar Service!
